I had the hardest time with this corporation. First I had been mis quoted and after I inquired if I could add more boxes that the sales rep said yes and that I would not get billed. They billed me $1300 more. Once I complained they just brought down it 400. They never kept me informed about my merchandise coming to my new residence in Italy. The sales rep lent me 6 to 8 weeks. 3.5 months after I got my baby’s merchandise. They tried to tell me that the vent has been closed for more than a month that they never called or emailed me to tell me this. My husband and I operate on Cruise Ships and he assessed the listing of boats which weren’t permitted to pass and we didn’t find them on the manifest. I was subsequently said I’d get my merchandise the start of January and nothing whatsoever. I’ve in writing which I must have received my merchandise at the start of January but once I asked that they said end of January. Should you read your telephone tract that they say if you had been quoted a particular time and you don’t get your merchandise in the time then you’re going to be paid for the inconvenience. Yeah nothing. The firm they use in Europe is fantastic that they have been prompt and very professional. Beware of the company they aren’t professional, constantly coming up with explanations and over charge as soon as you’re quoted. BEWARE

We contacted ShippingMyGoods.Com to ask that the support of transferring one truck out of Florida into Panama. During the buying process we stopped buying two trucks around Houston.
