    Shepard's Moving Charged 30% Over Quote

    We obtained a Quotation from Shepard’s for a local relocation. The last cost was 30% within the initial written quote. There were no extraordinary conditions and the new home did not even have one flight of stairs to negotiate. Shepard’s cited that the fine print in the contract which the quote has been non binding.
