I’ve moved at least seven times before ten decades and I have never been treated so badly. I revealed the elevator charge along with the space to both Sentry agents, but somehow that did not make it to the contract. This cost me another $1k. Again, nothing to do at this stage. We needed to receive our things moved and it was too late to find somebody else.

I had been quoted that it’d likely take about two weeks to receive it in Seattle to Austin. As we approached two weeks, the time period climbed to 3 months and then finally to 4. Apparently there was a”delay” and then the driver took a wrong turn somewhere.
