    Long-distance move from New York
Sega Transport Was Great start to finish.

Sega transport just transferred me along with my youngest daughter out to California from New York. I left one of the toughest decisions in my personal life with to divorce my long-time spouse, therefore I was really concerned about the circumstance. Landon in Sega assist me from begin to finish to make this transition as less stressful as you can. The men were very professional in the time they walked in and packaged everything, wrapped each single loose thing from top to bottom. I hadn’t ever noticed anything go so eloquent even to getting my items delivered they kept in fantastic touch to ensure I understood what was happening and that I really got my items in time.  I certainly was not expecting that because of all of the horror stories but I had been prepared to take my opportunities and these guys did not disappoint. If you are searching to proceed without hassle and just pure professionalism I’d recommend Sega ANY DAY.

Overall they did great with me! Because men

    Long-distance move from Texas
    House held hostage

We chose Sega Transportation Inc. to perform our huge movement from TX to NM since they promised they can guarantee a overnight shipping. RUN AWAY as fast as possible and never use them regardless of what! This had been the worse week in my entire life, and also the most dreadful experience I’ve ever suffered. They guaranteed to pick up and package my own home to a 26′ truck and then push instantly into NM and unload the following moment. I just needed to pay an additional $200. The day before they had to arrive that they tried telling me it’d cost more since their broker had made an error with the quotation, along with the contract I signed up. I informed them that was not my issue and that I was signed agreement. When they came it was not their business since they told me it’d be, they had lied, and delivered another firm two weeks off from me to package up it. The driver stated that they weren’t likely to visit NM, but into the warehouse two weeks off. They stated if something breaks to telephone customer support, like a thing really does, and to this very day I still can’t receive”customer support” to return my phone or inform me the way to get compensated. They still continue to lie over and above.

They never revealed the following day, as I’d paid the excess cash to guarantee it. They did not return my calls, nor mails, nor reach me out. I didn’t hear from them for 5 times. It was dreadful. I called the authorities, and a lawyer. Eventually someone from the organization that picked up my possessions said that they have a truck leaving in a day or 2 and it could be a 18 wheeler. I heard nothing for 3 more days. Then the first company told me that they would just release my possessions to me was when I paid an extra $800. They’d cheated me and abused me personally. It was dreadful. When they eventually came, they arrived in a comparable 26′ truck which initially picked up our house, and had pushed through the night, moving 17 hours without napping after. They’d drifted, and reloaded our house in the warehouse, and then unloaded in our new house. Matters were quite shaken up, a few scratched, and also broken. The young boys that sent it maintained Gee, and appeared to feel awful, but did not have any idea just how I was supposed to seek help for this. Never ever use Sega Transport or TR Moving Systems since they both lied to me and left me with a massive distress for more than a week. This had been the most horrific occasion in my own life and also the many abused and abused I’ve ever been.

    Long-distance move from New Jersey
    Nj To Florida move

You simply make these motions once in a lifetime. First contact with Sega was considerate, but as soon as the movers showed up in NJ they said that the my possessions wouldn’t fit in the area that was projected, yes I (8×6) they packaged up and that I measured the distance it had been (8×12) Hence the cost doubled. What can I do? Settlement has been the following moment. However, if the truck came from Florida it was packed to the ceiling and that I quantified (8×9)….So beware, quote you one price, arrive and also let you know that the cost climbed, then appear at the last destination along with its packaged in a more compact place. Today nobody will probably return my calls. I’ve a quote that awakened, I do not mind paying for an agency….but perhaps not with SEGA TRANSPORTATION. Bottom line that the man doing the quote was incorrect, my cost doubled so that I gave that the movers 12 more poles and it all fit in an 8x9x10 place….that’s exactly what I should of compensated just for not 8x12x10. I learned a different lesson in life. In case Sega reads this please call me and then settle up. My second move is BBB and smaller claims court.

Avoid Sega transport at all costs!!!

Sega transportation is your worst moving company on the planet!!! My sales rep Mike that had been fine initially under quoted my movement merely to have a sale. Then once I got the actual invoice he promised to repair it. But he refused to answer the telephone or return some of my requirements. The man at the workplace Khalid is pushy, his or her behaviour is totally out there. Then my charge card has been twice billed!!! The movers were fine but the corporation ought to be prohibited. The very best thing about this adventure is the fact that it is now over. I expect customers read this inspection before phoning Sega transportation since they actually suck!! This was really a dreadful experience!!

    Terrible Service

This firm ought to be taken from business. They’re dishonest, twisted, unprofessional and every other word you can consider. They only need to seal the bargain, get your cash. They don’t return telephone calls. I didn’t even reach the transfer phase nonetheless, this was before the transfer and following the deposit. No telephone call yields. Regrettably the deposit has been dropped since they never reacted till after the 5 day refund clause, following repeated telephone calls and messages abandoned before the 5 day window. I can not even envision what could have occurred if the movement went through and finished. EVERY review we’ve read on each website is awful and negative about the corporation.
Allow the BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    Long-distance move from Philadelphia, PA
    Unresponsive, very late delivery

I was able to employ movers fast and moved into gotmovers.com, place in the things that I had to proceed and instantly received calls/emails from various moving companies. SegaTransport was among these and provided me’a great deal’. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I’d 10 boxes, a bed, small table and a dresser. They immediately picked up my things the following day, March 3rd and I haven’t heard of them since. I have already paid them 500. My’sales man’ Tom Thunder hasn’t returned any of my calls/emails. One of the many times that I’ve known every number I can find for your business (they do not have a site ), I have just gotten two folks on the telephone. 1 woman confirmed my things haven’t left NYC. They had been picked up in Philadelphia and ought to have been shipped to Denver. Tom lent me 7-10 days, once the movers got there, they stated it’d be 21 times and that Tom’whined’ to me personally. Its been 30 days. According to other reviews, I’m fearful of the status of my things if/when that they do appear or of additional unexpected charges being billed. Any information is appreciated if you have had experience with this particular firm.

They sent my stuff to California for no reason

I had been doing a transfer in NYC, however, had to keep my things into storage for a month or two. They said they’d keep it within their own storage centre in NYC for this interval. I phoned up to ask if I could get it sent to my new speech, plus they informed me it had been sent to California and now are attempting to bill me for sending it to California before sending it to my speech in NYC.

DO NOT USE..AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

ZERO stars! DO NOT USE. . .this firm has zero customer support and no business. They do not supply the services that they assert and hide behind a lot of explanations and badly written contracts. This business looks like a scam. After a month I still don’t have my things. . .the truck has not even left the warehouse in NY to visit SF! I dread the terms of my things and all deliveries may say is”the truck completely will not leave until it is complete”. That is NOT my problem. They shouldn’t have picked up my materials if the load was not prepared to fill out a truck. I’d flexibility with my pickup date.

They also jacked up the cost if they got to my home by 35 percent, the movers requested to get a $150 check made out to CASH to get a’stair charge’ plus a week prior to the transfer that the telephone number was disconnected. SKETCHY in the best. . .probably ignoring all of the attorneys and angry clients.

I offered to locate a truck to carry my things if they’d issue a refund and they said”that is not likely to happen”. They understand that they I can not force my things here, but what I could do is file a suit and report them to the BBB that is what I am doing! Anyone else want in for the class action suit? My best lawyer buddy can contact you to get a statement.

    Move

I’d give Sega Transportation a zero star inspection if at all possible. My experience of going from CT into IN was totally dreadful.

When my possessions were picked up, I needed to pay in money. This wasn’t told to me before pickup. The movers were also extremely sketchy, and looking for tips. They were quite impolite, guilting as well as persistent. They asked to get a 15 percent tip, and it is completely absurd, also made the procedure extremely uneasy for me. That would have equated into a $300 trick for only the pickup.

Two months prior to my possessions were scheduled to have been sent, I got a call telling me that my things were in their way. They ended up saving my things in a neighborhood storage close to my new house in Indiana, with no consent. They had originally told me they’d take my possessions back to their own centre in NY.

When I informed my delivery afternoon, everything seemed great. Regrettably, they didn’t inform me of this”two week shipping window.” This induced them to send my possessions 10 days following the scheduled delivery period, even though they promised me they’d return to the scheduled delivery day.

This whole experience has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Moving is stressful enough, and Sega Transportation discovered a means to make it far more stressful. Thanks for being the most powerful moving company on Earth, Sega Transportation.

    Sega transportation

Worse business ever. They ought to be from company they chose up my kid s furniture two weeks back in New York City they immediately away required additional 600 bucks for extra packing supplies because then the furniture was sitting someplace without the trucks at sight. The dispatcher Kalid keeps on saying that he doesn’t understand where his trucks really are. The first moving firm We package Moving is much worse that the first booker arthur Michael guaranteed that the moon insisted on amassing 1600 bucks never to be heard or seen from. I am looking in to monetary fraud together and legal consequences with Sega that may not even be legal to perform business

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

This poor moving business definitely ought to be taken from business and that I do not understand the reason it’s still permitted to exist because there are a lot of negative reviews. They have been so disgusting that they didn’t have any clue when things could be sent. My stuff has been sent two weeks later picking up and many things were also broken. The movers were so rude and greedy. The very first thing they did when they came was to ask me to pay them additional 700 hundred bucks in money on the very top of moving charge for no reason otherwise they threatened they’d only drive away without shipping. That is totally absurd. But , I had no choice and had to cover them. One of those men even shouted at me once I paid them somewhat slow. The entire proceeding experience was dreadful. Don’t Use SEGA TRANSPORTATION INC.!!! THIS IS THE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!

Never use this useless good for nothing sega transportation company

This provider isn’t to be reliable, they’re not trustworthy and untrustworthy. Both the manager and workers are extremely rude and not considerate. I had been advised that my items will be sent on March 22nd only for me to phone them to learn which time it’ll be delivered. This sega transport business to me together with all rudeness that it will not be delivered as promised that my items will be delivered to the next week. And to make things worse I advised them that I do not know anybody in Florida and that it is my very first time there. The manager told me to phone an moving company to move my items, that’s once I phoned All town van lines, that travelled to their own warehouse to pick up my items. And my items have been delivered the next day. If you would like to proceed please kindly read the testimonials and please utilize all of the city van lines they’re quite professional, compassionate and dependable. Unlike this unworthy sega transport.

    Horrendous Experience with Sega

BEWARE: AVOID SEGA TRANSPORT AT ALL COSTS! They ruined a number of my furniture (and entirely shattered several things ) and charged considerably more than anticipated (while my stock has been less). The also shattered my front doorway of this house that I moved out and from the door of the new residence. Lots of the boxes came crushed or torn.

They also don’t respond to email (Sega’s mails will bounce straight back ) rather than just take calls. Sega also left behind a bedframe that they denied to pick up / ship for my new house. I will also vouch for lots of the negative reviews under because I experienced exactly the exact same too (e.g. coordinating with”Mike” and”Donovan” who ends up dismissing your requirements ). Zero stars. Sample photographs attached.

    Horrible Experience (6/2017 move)

I’d have contributed NO stars if possible!

There Are Lots of reasons for why we’re quite disappointed with the services provided by Sega Transportation, please visit below:

    – They were very unorganized and had no very clear procedure for maintaining an accurate account of stock picked up or delivered.
    – They exhibited no genuine regard for handling of items (many of those boxes labeled”delicate” came smashed ).
    – They weren’t properly armed with shoe sheets, and if asked if they could eliminate their dirty shoes before heading upstairs on the brand-new carpeting, they told me”no more”, so my 15 year old had been abandoned in the landing of the staircase, did their job and caught the boxes that they handed to him and placed in a frequent place.
    – I needed to request them to take care not to scrape the walls together with all the boxes, as among the movers had been hoping to induce a box that was placed long way on the dolly through an archway.
    – year-old 50″ Samsung Smart tv.
    – Chipped the accent seat leg in three distinct places.
    – Broke my 14k ladle belonging into some punch bowl collection, which was a family heirloom passed onto me by my grandma; that is irreplaceable.
    – Contacted Sega the afternoon my delivery was created in GA to instantly initiate a promise for my ruined merchandise, just to be informed by Amy that she didn’t have my paperwork and I would have to call back in a couple of months, as by then the motorist could return from making a delivery in TX.
    – Left four (4) voicemails to notify Sega that my electronic equipment bin was also missing, without a return telephone call. Called again yesterday and was informed,”did not you call here already and that I told you, you need to watch for the driver to come back”? I clarified yes, but that has been to initiate a claim on broken items not overlooking ones.
    – Amy advised that she couldn’t guarantee to return my telephone when the driver returned, and when she did not, I need to call them.

I’m a military brat, so accustomed to shifting, but I have to say that this has become the worst move I have experienced! The movers certainly lacked specialist training and understand how (likely no fault of theirs, but undoubtedly the organization’s ), and did not appear to believe highly or have much esteem for our items.

    Horrible experience

Movers came 5 hours later than initially promised. They said that the interior stairs might need to be billed for and that the halt which was in my first contract wasn’t on theirs. I supported previously that just exterior measures count and that I had a stop in my first contract!!! Afterward , they said I had far more things then they though, which was all on the contract. When they were finished they plagued me to get money saying it is for the additional staircase and that’s for your movers. I was actually in tears and they kept on harassing me to get cash. I gave them all that I had so they would leave me alone. My stuff arrived ruined and particular things were lost. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When I knew that it had been them, I’d have denied it, but if you use businesses like Top Standards they amuse movers and you also get stuck using a moving nightmare like this!!! Was told I’d have my things at a specific moment. . .came above a week late!!!

    BLACK HOLE MOVE

If you’d like a transfer of capable, efficient, client oriented, intermediate professionals, STEER CLEAR OF SEGA TRANSPORTATION! Because of SEGA TRANSPORTATION what has been delivered is ruined and what wasn’t delivered – about 41 things, such as mattress, box springs, mind, tables, mattress, seats – has – apparently – vanished to a BLACK HOLE! SEGA TRANSPORTATION contracted together to get a 1 truck/one household/door-to-door transfer in the areas of Hartford CT into Detroit MI, a driveway that requires 1 day, two in the most. DID NOT HAPPEN. Days after the expected shipping, a truck (not the first SEGA TRANSPORTATION van) showed up at 7pm. The driver appeared on the assumptions, and then informed us that an excess fee could be added since the back of the truck had been 100+ ft in the home entry door. We wanted a dimension – 80 ft; no commission. From there things went down fast. The first two things from the vehicle were all wrapped in a blanket. Unwrapped: the Stickley vanity has been reduced to kindling wood and also the 1740 black walnut side table divided and in a number of pieces. Soon afterward, furniture we didn’t own and hadn’t ever noticed previously emerged. Despite our protestations, the driver and helper insisted that the furniture was ours as the bits bore the identical colour and lot number as ours! TRUE, sad to say! Not only was a different family’s household products along with ours, over 50 percent of our dispatch was lost! What has been delivered was either broken, dented, or so severely damaged as to be beyond repair! Case in point: the sturdily built Amish dining table top, 1 foliage, the framework cracked, along with the hinges twisted and bent and now unable to lift the drop leaves. Did I neglect to mention that the legs were eliminated and so are MISSING! As will be the legs into your coffee table! Another shipping about ten days after brought in some additional things, but now, about 45 weeks after, 41 things on the series are MISSING! Telephone calls for SEGA TRANSPORTATION are inefficient: we’re set”on hold” without any recurrence; recognizing that our phone numbers, the calls have been unanswered; with another telephone, the telephone is answered but everyone is at an interview. Our expertise in moving comprises 40 decades of army and private industry re-locations, rather than have we been treated with such disdain, rudeness, untrue behaviours. SEGA TRANSPORTATION is unprofessional, disrespectful, duplicitous, and also a shameful mark on along with a responsibility to the moving business. Speaking of black holes, we cannot help but wonder why WHERE our lost family products have vanished. And, a few other household is likely left with precisely the exact same dilemma! Despite being advised of another client’s possessions deposited with us, SEGA TRANSPORTATION has diminished to recover the products! The $3,714 we paid into SEGA TRANSPORTATION comprised a hefty charge special for the 1 truck/one household/door-to-door transfer, and it’s clear that the truck which pulled from the driveway from CT wasn’t the truck which made the first delivery in MI. Pictures tell this story. With certainty, SEGA TRANSPORTATION FAILS TO FULFILL ITS CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS AND DOES NOT DELIVER THE GOODS!

    Awful All-Around

I sent the email to Sega’s client support following my transfer and still haven’t got an answer. Awful all-around:

    To Whom It May Concern,

I don’t typically spend some opportunity to write to client support for any business, but also the shifting agency that I was provided on July 11, 2016 was so appalling that I discovered it critical that I discuss my expertise with somebody. I advised my transfer together with Mike, a client support that had been really kind, but supplied me with incorrect details. Mike clarified that since the corporation couldn’t move me in my first shift date of July 10 which they’d guarantee same-day transport of my possessions (from NYC into *******). When my 2 movers (there weren’t assumed to be three but one called outside and wasn’t replaced) came on July 11, I inquired about the same-day shipping and had been told there wasn’t any chance that my items could be sent the exact same day.

After the movers left to go buy wrap materials, I called customer support and was advised Mike was not unavailable. The individual I talked with, Rob, stated Sega never ensures same-day delivery so that I must be confused. After Rob talked with Mike straight, he said to me that Mike had ensured that the same-day shipping but’d forgotten to note/document this, and went to apologize to me for the annoyance. Why I had been advised that Sega never ensures same-day shipping, but then it was found that I had been assured that this appears to be a massive inconsistency that has to be dealt with. Rob then said that he was likely to return to me later in the afternoon after assessing what sort of refund/discount Sega would provide me because they weren’t fulfilling what was ensured. After talking with Rob after in the afternoon, I had been guaranteed a 75 -$150 refund to the sum due upon delivery of the items. Rob also advised me that the movers could send my items July 12 involving 10am-12pm. Rob continued to apologize and said he’d phone me on July 12 from 10am to allow me to know exactly what the official, closing reduction could be. On July 12, I never received a call from Rob, even though phoning and leaving a voicemail at 10:30am. My movers didn’t arrive before 1pm, an hour following the”secured” window; and if the movers came, they had been totally unaware of this reduction Rob had told me to anticipate. Because the movers aren’t permitted to start unloading until they’ve been compensated, they proceeded to sit at the moving truck for one hour while I attempted to get Rob. Three distinct folks told me Rob was inaccessible to talk and that there wasn’t any way Sega would offer any reduction to me. Defeated, I paid my movers in order that they’d quit holding my possessions hostage and start the unloading. Once again a Sega representative left claims , this time regarding a reduction, and then I had been advised no Sega representative could produce that guarantee.

The issues I had with all client service along with the sales staff proved just half of that which made this shifting encounter so dreadful. When my movers first arrived in NYC, I was greeted with the thoughts mover with”hint’s not included in the purchase price, remember.” Neither mover introduced himself at any given point. It required him FIVE HOURS to maneuver my solitary bedroom inside a 3-bedroom flat outside. 1 inspector vanished for one hour and a half, while the mind inspector wrapped and wrapped everything independently. At multiple factors, I needed to help hold parts of furniture for him while he wrapped them. This plumber then started to hit on me, slowing the process down even more because he was no more concentrated on his occupation. These problems were added elements that induced Rob to supply a discount in my movement. Rob also cried profusely to the movers’ behaviour and ensured me that neither of those movers are those delivering my possessions on the rear end of the transfer the following moment.

When my movers came the next evening to send my things, I was amazed to see among the very same movers in the day earlier (the person who barely aided the day earlier ), despite Rob’s guarantee that distinct movers could be shipped. The shipping of my stuff took approximately 3 hours, but many objects were broken along with a bookshelf ruined (because of tape being put right onto to the bookshelf and then ripped off haphazardly, taking away the varnish). The exact identical inspector that I had been told wouldn’t be bringing my possessions advised me personally to make sure I leaned him and asked repeatedly if I’d provide him a beer during the transfer.

I’ve transferred a lot in my life, and have not experienced anything similar to this. From your sales staff into the movers, each person I listened was unprofessional, uninformed, also therefore unhelpful. There was not any communicating between sales reps and involving the sales staff and the movers themselves. Sega is very unprofessional and didn’t deliver on some of those ensured details of my transfer. Everybody understands moving is a stressful period, and Sega just made this period nothing short of hardship.

I’d love it if someone could reach out to me personally to clarify why there was too much miscommunication and turmoil during.
