This firm called to cancel my movement, through the appointed MOVING DAY itself. To add insult to injury, nobody called to notify me until I phoned them! Horrifying. They contracted another company to pack my belonging and they had been good enough. My biggest peeve was customer support, they’d take weeks to answer any of my queries via email and might need to phone them (long distance) to receive replies, which all adds up for my expenditures. If you’re thousands of miles apart along with your container has been held by a business that doesn’t answer your mails, your in for a huge nightmare situation. Worst part is, now I am being billed for neighborhood Terminal Handling Charges, Container Port Charges and Container Demurrage. This was not explained correctly to me while signing up contact, yet another $1200 in fees. Be skeptical of Yaniv Risman over-the-top sales pitch and Jonathan Smith. Do not – just do not.

Moved from NY to UK. Dealt with Yaniv, and the procedure couldn’t have been improved. Clear quote, great price (relatively ), good pair of careful men send to pack and wrap, headed by Ronnie who again was a gent. Could not recommend more.

Sea & Air International finished a sizable movement from New York to Australia and also the ceremony had been prefect form beginning to end. They shipped their business president to appraise the movement and quantity. Throughout the evaluation Yaniv created recommendations for a few crates which are required to secure our oil paintings, mirror and a few marble tops. The packaging crew worked 3 times in our home and had all of the crates prepared when they arrived to package. They did a list on ipad and shot photographs for a number of the products. The whole stock was mails to us a day following the end to load the container. It’s also very important to mention that they parked the container out our house and we had a joy to find the staff loading and putting all of the things into the container directly outside the house. They’d made us conscious that this won’t be true in Australia because of the regulations, but we had to cover money for quarantine because it had been explained to us by Sea & Air nevertheless the group in Australia did a fantastic job and all arrived in excellent condition. Have used them to assist me with sending custom made things from Canada for their own storage center in NJ. They’ve used another firm in Canada into pick-ip, crate and pack the products. I checked the things once it had been in NJ and all things came in good shape and were packaged very well. The storage is excellent so their storage supervisor Polar.
When I visited their office in NYC that they were very curtious and all very great. Just great folks to use.
