My transfer has been from Los Angeles to Montreal between February to April 2019. I had a little move with 6 parts of furniture, a computer, along with remainder of the boxes were clothing, books, kitchenware, and other small household products. I packaged all of my little items and SDC packed my pc and my furniture. My computer came busted and they dropped out 3 of the 6 pieces of furniture that I had in my own move. A few of the boxes that I packed had holes in them and were ripped in certain regions. And after dozens of mails back and forth and dreadful customer support they refused to negotiate any additional and provided nothing for those things they’ve lost and broken. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anybody and I strongly regret picking them for my own move.

Hi, I hired SDC to get a move in Michigan to Toluca, Mexico on July the 27th, and I obtained my things until November, yes,4 weeks afterwards, the truck driver hadn’t a team to assist him with all the maneuvers. I obtained my ítems, some broken, some things dropped, a lot of boxes rippen, with pockets, broken mirror.My harms were approximately 1200 dollars of more, and that I just received 500 some non.
The business told me that the mexican party said it was its own fault.
I don’t recomend this business, since I hired them to create my motion, I didn’t opt for the mexican celebration, any way that it ´s Could 27th today and I am shutting this issue even I have an ítem to come but I don´t need to wait longer time.

Absolutely leading customer support and implementation from SDC International Shipping. I had no clue what I was in for if picking in an overseas delivery support, but it had been totally crucial when devoting my entire life into Australia.

My things were largely family heirlooms and inheritance, so that they had been extremely important to me personally. In a couple of weeks, everything was hauled overseas to my new house in Australia. I can not thank them enough to just how well coordinated this encounter was. Thank you again!

Missing or Stolen

We had our family delivered from SF into NZ. Customer function was great but once we unpacked our possessions lots of high value things were lost. Antique Tea cups, really significant finish kitchenware, crystalware. The box count paired at both ends (just 38 boxes) but items were lost. SDC reported the shippers had repacked several things, but lots of large value items went lost….when I achieved to the agent, Emily Potter of all SDC she stated she’d contacted SDC’s subcontractors and they thing couldn’t be found. I guess there’s a reduction of responsibility when a lot of party’s are not involved. I am guessing we dropped around $2000 of merchandise, with no hint.

A number of these things aren’t replaceable (inherited) hence no quantity of insurance could have assisted.

I’d certainly suggest NOT using SDC because there seems to be little if any responsibility and that I now do not believe they’re trustworthy.

Regrettably, for both SDC and US, the second of truth is if you unpack everything in that stage there’s not any comeback.
