I called his mobile phone and made a frantic message. After no response again I phoned Staci, the individual who”SOLD” us the contract and after she replied and I told her exactly what was happening she placed me on hold and then came back informing me Robert was on the telephone and would call me back if he was finished. I RECEIVED NO CALL BACK AND IN FACT A MONTH LATER HAVE STILL NOT HEARD FROM THEM. My things were mercifully delivered last Sunday following NO upgrades to where my things were for nearly a month.

AGAIN, I wouldn’t want this business in my worst enemies. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. I wound up getting half of all my things moved to get an inflated price and that I still have to locate another firm to transfer what they needed to leave behind. SHAME ON SAWGRASS. You’re THE WORST Type OF A CONJOB.

We contacted Sawgrass to get a transfer in Southern California to South Carolina. Our initial contact was Robert. Imagine a con man. Promised us the entire world. “I will be with you from start to finish.” Truth- he had been with us while promoting us the contract however has been nowhere to be seen in the afternoon our furniture has been picked up in California before our furniture came from South Carolina. The day that the movers came to pick our furniture up the purchase price of the transfer instantly went up. Tried to phone Robert to test on the cost and couldn’t get in contact with him. After settling on a deal with the driver and client service representative, Jaime( who was also nowhere to he found 99 percent of their time), we attempted to get in contact with Robert the next day. He blocked our telephone calls. There was not any motive behind this. Luckily, the driver that picked up our furniture has been useful and really touch base with us before our furniture has been delivered. However, the driver had nothing to do with withSawgrass-they we are contracted outside. If the movers were attracting into our furniture, they even told us about shady these”moving” firms are and how they’re breeding grounds for con guys like Robert. Take my advice – run off from Sawgrass!!!!!

Perhaps not really worth a 1 star rating. This provider is very unprofessional it is a wonder they’re even still a operational company.
