Interdean - hands off - deasater - law suit

I transferred with Interdean plus they ruined all of my products, now I am going to court together. They left the secret from the moving truck and now everthing is gone… I contacted my company and they explained that they ended already the international contract using Interdean, since many workers had difficulties together.

My recommandation, DONT TAKE INTERDEAN !!!!

    Long-distance move from Germany
    Moving Nightmare with Interdean Germany

With lots of moving expertise during my entire life I can say that this is the worst of all! The movers were so tired that they obtained from 8:30 in the morning to 11:30 at night to perform a movement that should have been completed by 5 pm to get under a 20 foot container. We had hammered all furniture, taken down all lamps and prepacked 35 boxes. Removalists ran from tape twice and they ran from packaging material since they’d utilized all on a movement the evening before. 2 hours awaiting packaging stuff to come in the head office! Movers didn’t do anything in the meantime. Lots of boxes just indicated”MIX”. A nightmare for habits in Australia and also for us when unpacking!!! Lots of boxes simply indicated”Tools” and there may be kitchen appliances inside them. “Boy’s Room” rather than”Bath space” written in the box appears to be funny, but just what is in this box… Items which we’d set apart and marked with large blue tags stating:”please don’t pack, want to remain” were simply packed and sent! Deficiency of common sense when packaging. Packing included e.g. an unwrapped delicate lamp and a clothes airer at the special box made just for clothes on hangers. The phone was in a box together with pots and pans with no writing on the box. The vaccuum cleaner has been in an unmarked box also took ages to locate which is only one of the very first things you need after going in… Plenty of harm because of unprofessional packing. The list may be continued… I am only able to warn to utilize Interdean Germany! The Interdean counterpart in Australia is extremely professional.

I proceeded with Cardinal 3 occasions and Ihave had fairly good experiences up to now. Among those days there was harm to my TV display, however it was only tape which came off having cleaner. This previous movement around a month ago had been that the best however. We had three men, their titles were Jose g., Frank, along with Payton, that had been so friendly and easy to use. They made the movement so simple. They’re also easy to speak with and cared for their stuff as though it were their very own. They were considerate, respectful and hard-working, and also my 70″ tv was transferred with no hitch! If that I could be sure to find these 3 men again, I’ll always pick Cardinal.

    Interdean Relocation Services

Our movement was contracted to Interdean by my husband’s brand new company, who paid for its transfer – please notice that the quote figure above is completely arbitrary –  we were not told exactly what the transfer Price.   First connections with the UK arm of this firm were very favorable, and first experiences with the German division were also reassuring.   After having been given a date for birth of their packers, we made travel arrangements to match with their estimate of how long the project would require and how long the transport could require.   In a Really late stage in the process, and just after I’d occurred to make a related enquiry, we had been advised that Interdean had shifted their timings and could now be turning up on a different date, and that the transport of our products could take up to weekly.   This didn’t fit in with what we’d originally been led to think, and supposed that we needed to change all our travel programs at quite short notice.   Given the pressures of an Global movement, this was disagreeable and definitely unnecessary – with greater communication from Interdean, it might have been avoided.   The packaging group, however, were exceptionally hard-working. They supplied all of boxes and packaging materials, and guaranteed that our possessions were, in the main, very well packed upward.   Regrettably they were able to break some toilet equipment in the home we were leaving and didn’t disclose this to us – not striking.  The packaging team also worked really Difficult to drain our elimination van and put everything from the new Property.   But they didn’t mention to us that, if we Couldn’t empty all of the (296) containers from the time of the death, We’d be billed 150 Euros for collection at a later date.   The head office subsequently dismissed all our mails requesting collection of those boxes and eventually cited the 150E charge.   This was yet another example of poor communication by the Organization and, although it Wasn’t major, it supposed that our connection with the company was underwhelming.   I Don’t think we’d utilize Interdean again.

    Shockingly bad!

I’ve just got my shipping from Interdean in good condition – only difficulty its at least 3 weeks late!  It was supposed to be sent from London to Singapore, however it was really shipped to Los Angeles rather – that is a fairly poor mistake really.  Initially I had been nominated between 1 month and 3 weeks (shirts ).  In the long run it was only under 6 weeks.  I hadn’t ever believed that would even be likely to be this overdue (ie. A complete season overdue ), and it essentially meant I needed to purchase a complete load of substitute clothing for skiing and winter gear, as my present things were stuck halfway across the planet (actually farther away from me than had been at the first place).  After we discovered that they had been in LA, I asked that Interdean fly them to Singapore so it’d just be a two month delay (they stated not possible because it had been stuck onto the boat and could not take off it ) so that it included the following couple of delay.  I requested for reimbursement and Interdean have advised me that they aren’t responsible since it was because of the delivery firm’s negligence.  They stated they’re attempting to a from the delivery business – however I really doubt they’ll get whatever.  Presumably since they subcontract from the transport, Interdean will not be responsible for anything – but it only means they should not go with the most affordable incompetent subcontractors (that no uncertainty infrequently offer reimbursement ).  I picked the business stupidly since I did not study it and was in a hurry and they really have a nice looking site, however, the above should emphasize the reason you ought to definitely go with a different organization and do your own research!  Additionally, I discovered that in the UK they’re very very tough to find when you’ve paid your money and put your purchase.  The phone only rings out and nobody picks up – so shortly after the sequence I started to stress – guess that I was perfect!  Whilst I’ve now received the things (not ruined I presume ) it’d make me believe that should they can inadvertently send them into completely the incorrect destination then they might just as easily discard them entirely – presumably that are the delivery firm’s fault too and so Interdean might not even be responsible for this – anything I shall not be using them again!

    Avoid Interdean

Have only read the inspection re proceed to Singapore. It almost just echoes my own experience. Interdean conrtacted me seeing a transfer to Brisbane because they had our information from our newest migrant bank. We had been organising our transfer in two phases so that this was basically 11 boxes to have the ability to install at a rental home. First contacts were rather promising but when the deposit has been paid they had been not able to contact regarding any queries we had.  They never answered the telephone or mails and anybody who has transferred to Australia knows just how much red tape there’s connected to importing things. Fourteen days after my possessions had abandoned my home they rang me like I was a new client to market their solutions –  good record keeping!! I had been nominated 3 weeks for sea transport so delivered my possessions forward by two months so that I would have my possessions following a month at Aus. In the three month stage I contacted them to learn about shipping just to be informed that my material was still in London! So I needed to really go out and purchase adequate furniture/kitchen basics/bedding sensibly to buy by. I contacted their managing director – just to be informed that they had blended up my shipment with a person who had exactly the identical surname who had been going to Sydney. They would not look at placing the dispatch on a plane or offering compensation for those hundreds of dollars that we needed to invest and also as a gesture of goodwill provided 10 percent discount to any future removals using them. Laughable. My items eventually came 5 weeks later leaving me – minus a 42″ flat screen television that they can’t follow whatsoever. Insurance claim today. Have informed the Aussie branch of the Bank who advocated them and will inform the London division also. Can NEVER use them again or recommend them. They produced an already stressful situation indeed horrible.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Just what a Horribal Expierence! The one thing that went well was that the pickup of my merchandise. From that point it all fell appart. I had been quoted 30-40 times in door to door. It disturbs 70 Days!!! Unacceptable! Despite my many attempts to get hold of them while I had been waiting for my delivery, even if they reacted All I could get was explanations. When my items did eventually arrive, you will find boxes overlooking & a great deal of dammaged products!!! At a”sealled” container! Oh, & did I mention they’re quite tough to get a grasp of. They had been great, until there was a issue. I still cant get any anwsers from these and that I still don’t have all of my things.

    Stored houeshold goods then shipped

My products were saved together with Interdean in London. They had my contact information in Califonia and also my sister’s advice in London. Nevertheless they took a purchase from my X-Husband, another name and that hadn’t saved his things with me, and sending my merchandise to the x-husband at Connecticut.  I needed to pay an lawyer to regain my merchandise, found items missing and additional (the firm of x-husband?) I then had to cover to repack on a Saturday (unpakced all of my items! And time and a half charge ) then send to CA.   As soon as I returned to live in Europe 2years after it had been to Brussels. I went to find the handling director/family member in their workplace and he denied any reimbursement.
    OUTRAGEOUS!

    Late, lost and damaged items

I transferred out of italy on 28 Jun 2013. Three days prior to the transfer, I had been requested to fill a listing type….of the contents of a three stroey home… while performing a project that kept me 10-12 hours in the workplace. I found my shape about the one I had when I transferred into Italy, performing the finest at the small time I needed to upgrade it. Fatal. While onboard a trip home, I got a call stating hello is going to probably be one day late since”their truck broke down”. Nevertheless, they wanted 2 trucks so that the first would have been more punctual. Each of the box amounts weren’t there but after viewing a few unknown things it was obvious that they had blended boxes with a different customer because instead of creating an immediate dispatch , they ubloaded everything in Milan and reloaded everything 3 times afterwards. Around 12 boxes were lost. Lots fo furniture ruined (the furniture has been saved in the front trailer also there was distance restriction with the back trailer. As they flipped the furniture around they struck the edges of these doorways denting furniture along with apploiances. When they started the bundles , they used a knife, so damaging many surfaces.) I write this in July 2014. Still no reimbursement, lies, explanations and deceit. If you’re thinking about Interdean, suicide could be a happier choice. They don’t provide a [EDIT] regarding the client. The main point is that they chose a company which they couldn’t manage. They obtained subtitute employees (perhaps not interdean) to perform the task and they messed this up. I wish that I can turn the clock back.

    Dont try

I proceeded (‘m moving) a ship in India into West Africa. While their spouses from India – Santa Fe – have postponed the death considerably, it’s understnable since these things take some time. My complaint is with a gentleman by the name of Damon Hughes who operates from the London office and has been presumed to be the planner. Not only is that his behaviour impolite, but his way in servicing and conversation skills are something that I havent even suffered when talking to a lender or an online supplier. Deficiency of reponse and no aid. I will attempt to make sure that when its my box going later on, I’ll ask my company to recommend a different relocater as opposed to Interdean and mostly because of the misbehavior within Mr. Damon Hughes.

    DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had been recommended this business from the student home construction where I had been staying in London while I studied overseas this summer.  They picked my box up right on time, and then the whole encounter went right down the drain.  They took forever to ship the required forms at the start and not respond to some e-mails.  I’ve been emailing them for months today wondering where my bundle is (it had been assumed to be sent to me in 5-8 business days, even although it’s been a month).  I was eventually reacted to and advised that they were planning to bill me storage prices because I have not paid a statement! I had not been sent a statement, and that there would not be a demand for storage when they’d reacted to my e-mails at the start.  Be aware that all of my buddies who used the business needed a comparably dreadful experience. Regardless, I’ll be carrying this dreadful excuse for a business to court if needed.  DO NOT USE THEM.  Total rip-off.

    DO NOT USE

Never in my entire life have I was really dissapointed at a ceremony which I paid for. Last cost was twice the first statute, half of things had been destoryed or broken, and professionalism and communication proved completely absent. Things weren’t gathered on the agreed daily, so that I spent an whole day in the home wasted because they don’t offer you a set window. After items were gathered hidden charges were released. After contract has been signed not to expect to hear from the broker again. Despite daily efforts at contact, I had been completely ignored. Ultimately, things came in Budapest via DHL. So Interdean isn’t a moving service whatsoever they only came over to collect my items. If I’d wanted to utilize DHL I could ordered that together directly myself.

    Where are my things?!?!

In a terrible stroke of fortune, I decided Interdean to save all of my possessions worth near #2000. The products were likely to be sent last Monday (in the time of composing past }) and they still haven’t shown up. I have called the head office multiple times every day as, and have now been set on as”pressing” 8 occasions (“double barbarous” is seemingly something, too ) and after as”top priority”. Now, it’s better off to allow them store my things instead of chase after them and pay the telephone bill. The next time anybody asks me about utilizing Interdean, I will let them proceed bonfire night early and just throw their things at the top. Best side, more economical than hiring a jump.

    Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It had been totally HORRIBLE. I used this organization’s support once I moved from Cambridge to London. Contact employees often ignored my queries, and answers were insincere and vague. But worst of this was that they DID NOT appear on the moving day (Monday) I’d arranged! I needed to move out from my previous apartment on this day, so that I was completely at a loss with my many boxes. . .after spending all day awaiting the collection (since they do not give clients any window for luggage collection). I made telephone calls to the company to investigate the status in the late day, however they kept me waiting for 1.5 hour. What was even worse, once I eventually got a callback, the contact staff told me a lie, so that he had sent me a message regarding rescheduling for Thursday…! (Of couse, I did not get such a message. And it’s merely irrational that moving business indicates client’s moving day, in defiance of client’s will.) I needed to leave my possessions in an insecure, suburban area of the preceding property. They also kept me waiting for the last invoice. So, the afternoon after I could finally get my boxes was 11 days following the first set day. It was only a nightmare. Definetely, I won’t ever use this company.
(To be honest, a motorist that delivered my boxes proved to be a Really Wonderful individual, and it had been the only one great thing.)

    Simply the best!

Sante Fe has a Berlin group (Germany) and they really blew my head with the support they provided. Mr. H Schulz and Ms. A. Hoenow implemented my move easily, efficiently and consistently with a friendly attitude. They were warm and considerate yet very professional.

I transferred from Berlin back home to NJ and couldn’t even be there personally when their movers moved into my Berliner apartment. Nevertheless we did it per Skype chat, took just 20 mins for me to practically stage to what I had packed (I left a few things there to get the renter who took on the apartment ).

They moved WAY and beyond the call of duty. All of my items came quickly, safely, with no harm. I strongly recommend this firm.

    Horrible damage to floors

DO NOT USE. The company they contracted with (Roy Trevor Removals) entirely destroyed my brand-new hardwood flooring and really tried to blame us for the harm. These weren’t very small scrapes, one was 33 INCHES LONG! Mistakes occur, but these aren’t good scratches, they required absolutely NO maintenance to prevent harm. Absolutely disgusted. Showed up late and their packaging was dreadful — wrap plastic plates in 3 sheets of newspaper to fill the box up. Avoid at any cost.

    Take your money and run

I used this business to move overseas and then back, the something which you need to remember until you proceed is moving businesses do anything to not have to pay insurance claims. As soon as I transferred from North America overseas I was quoted another price for insurance to send my items, today in my head I am presuming no brainer so that I did. Now on the opposite end my items arrive, they’re held in the delivery yard, then habits then in their depot only because they must arrange crews to unload. So everything happens, they unload and items ruined, so I choose the photographs, send the mails and the answer is, sorry you surpassed the 30days from if your shipment arrived from the nation, I never saw a penny.
On my way back, the identical firm wins the quotation with my company, I’m very cautious to be certain I have covered all of these bogus flaws, when they send my products again you will find damages but now I’m beneath the 30 times so that I make my promise, SantaFe Relo is a really sneaky firm, their claim that this time is that each one of the branches in each one of these states that they are allegedly in all over the globe are independent, so I’m left to attempt to cope with a few overseas seller, as of yet I’ve not see 1 penny out of those [EDIT], save your cash and cover a few labourers to load a container to you, this firm is a sham and the owners ought to be defeated. They”lost or missing”, I state stole around $28,000USD in personal effects and furniture

    Feedback

The sending service was really disappointing we had been commited 9-10 times it had been chosen on 21st could from Aurangabad (to gurgaon)and now is 10th afternoon and today still there are not any indicators of delievery. Additionally that was lying in Aurangabad and was not sent until 28th -29th because they had been awaiting the automobile to fill.
Additionally this really causing plenty of hassle. Though its a business tieup with Airtel that they aren’t giving it a priority. If that is happening with national logistics, internalional parcels will be not be deliverd. Really quite unrealistic. You should probably cover our food invoices and all other expences that’s occured because of delay.

    Great job was done

Have moved this past year with Santa Fe my very first time from Singapore into Austria and had a fantastic experience with the both service teams for both packaging along with the destination support. Staff was quite friendly and assisted me consistently. Only two little damages whatsoever for our dispatch that was a 5 bedroom flat and matters were maintained and have reimbursed.

I’d think about to proceed again with Santa Fe when this service is necessary.

    Beware

Right. Third move together and this, sadly, is going to be the final. The team was great and delivered everything undamaged….alas… we didn’t comb each and every corner of the older home prior to signing the release form. . .understandable, taking into consideration the strain of moving along with supervising the packaging of an whole residence. Regrettably, when pointed out to SantaFe that fresh damages were caused by the older property… the answer was…”that they [surgery department] are not able to provide settlement or fix given the authorized inspection report noting preexisting damages”. I did request photographic proof of stated preexisting damages and, consequently, they’ve refused to supply them… for your own sake. . .Take images before and then refuse to signal until all is scrutinized. . .better yet…. Do not bother to use them.

Avoid at all price tag. Avoid prevent. These men are unresponsive and don’t care about your own time limits. I’ve contacted these men over 10 days weekly. After the first telephone and telling them I’m moving overseas and want quotes they’ve yet to return to me. I asked and requested to talk with someone other than who I had been formerly coping with and they shipped me into the exact same individual. Either these folks really just do not care or there’s a severe organizational matter. Either-way, I wouldn’t expect my valuables together.

    Never again

I really don’t understand how this firm received such great reviews. My adventure of moving out of the Netherlands to Australia and in the Netherlands to Germany (one large complicated move with various components ) was abysmal. The so-called coordination division becomes paid off for its’support”, however in reality does little coordination, at least not one that would really make the movement smoother and less stressful. My experience using all the’manipulation office’ was: messy communication, combined messages to me personally and packaging crews, always having to return over what had been at the contract and compensated, etc.. The only good area were a few of those giants that are moving, which on earth were more friendly, professional and really did a very fantastic job getting my items here in 1 piece. But overall this was such a cluttered and stressful experience I can never utilize Santa Fe back again.

Make sure you do not rely on their expertise - it is very limited!

I’m hugely disappointed with the dearth of experience shown by Sante Fe. Their packaging team that are apparently specialists carefully looked over and packaged 4 bicycles which had dust on them. My husband pulled 3 off the truck and unpacked them to wash them but was oblivious of the fourth I had included. It, like the others had no caked on grime however did have a coating of dust round the wheels and spokes etc…. But not more than you’d get on the bottoms of your shoes that you may wear on the airplane so because it had been raining, I made a fast choice that turned out to be incorrect. The bicycle got pulled up by Australian Quarantine and also the fee I had been offered by Sante Fe was $110 to ruin the bicycle or $220 to wash it (notice the other three was hosed down and sponged with a small detergent so not a hard clean). I love that they must deliver the bicycle to the cleaning business but having sent things home before and managing it all myself, all those businesses are centrally situated so delivery and fixing the filthy water shouldn’t be that much (I believe it is tough to think that destroying a bicycle is half of the cost of cleaning it!) . Regardless of the manager saying that they didn’t charge a gain, Australian Quarantine stated that the fee had been up to the agent and Sante Fe employees had already confirmed that. Thus, Sante Fe fees due to their’experience’ and then gains in their lack of this.
P.S.. In terms of the remaining part of the relocation, it had been nothing more than that I might have done myself so I would certainly save your cash, time and the hassle and do it yourself!

    Huge disappointment!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! We contracted Santa Fe to maneuver our household of 6 from Northern CA to London, UK. We were guaranteed”door to door services.” Our possessions were frantically packed up in CA with a huge team, and then disappeared! I called and emailed Santa Fe for two consecutive months and was totally ignored – nobody picked up the telephone, nobody responded to my mails, and nobody tried to contact me. We never received a copy of the stock exchange. We finally received a call two weeks after from the Country Director of the Americas, Braxton Dailey, who advised us our moving planner had stopped and now it was prohibitively costly to assure our dispatch (she didn’t insure it before it leaving). I let this slip, and expected everything will arrive safely.

Our dispatch came late, and they billed us demurrage charges. Again, I had been ready to overlook that. Eventually, our stuff came and that I signed off for each box. We found that a week or so after that all our power tools are lost – thousands of dollars in power tools! I contacted Santa Fe and has been advised that there’s nothing they’ll do because I signed off on all of the boxes. What do you do if the things Aren’t IN THE BOXES??? This is obviously a case of theft, and Santa Fe has essentially told me that it is my fault.

“Door to door service” suggests that they’ll be accountable for getting all my possessions safely from 1 spot to another. When a group of things doesn’t wind up in the boxes, then that’s obviously the fault of these movers!

I’d absolutely never advise utilizing Santa Fe – their customer support is horrible! It might have been so simple for them to apologize and make this appropriate, but rather, they’re blaming the client. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTING.

My firm employs Santa Fe to relocate workers. I have to state my experience overall was fine but customer support doesn’t exist here.
Unfortunately I wasn’t there when they arrived to pack my items. The majority of my items were packaged nicely but two boxes needed things just thrown to them and a single painting wasn’t packaged properly. The framework onto the painting broke as well as others have said the insurance isn’t of any use. In the event you use this business purchase insurance to get another party if you’re able to. They discover every loophole to never cover you. I moved back and forth together for fourteen days more than $350. Yes that is it – $350. My firm had purchased $10,000 worth of insurance and that they still wouldn’t insure it.

The unpacking went nicely they came on time and worked really fast. Like I said the relocation was done nicely simply do not purchase insurance in the business going you – that they will get a way outside.

    Dishonest practices

We jumped from Singapore into Europe.

After loading our tank it had been sealed, as might be anticipated. We later discovered the the container was subsequently opened, other clients household (Belgian customer) had been filled, and also re-sealed.

This is evidenced by a record we inadvertedly obtained, at which Santa Fe signed on shipper’s (me!) Behalf for importation of these merchandise.

So officially I bought products I had no comprehension of!!

Not just that, they attempted to acquire additional cash asserting we had a high-load container – yet there was space left within our container that they then sold (I suppose ) to a different client.

I love anybody optimising their procedures, but perhaps not in a dishonest manner.

Having completed many removals I have to say this business was the worst I have ever needed.

Many broken stuff because of the bad packaging. No unpacking service in any way. They left all the boxes unpacked. At least two full boxes vanished with many things such as an exceptional picture. No removal process follows (i.e. they didn’t provide us the stock checklist to check/sign at passing…) Be cautious using this business.

Long-distance move from National Capital Territory of Delhi
    Non reliable company

Be very careful in dealing with this business (move India into Belgium):

    1. They”sub”contract their moving solutions to quite cheap non recognized firms in Belgium which aren’t compliant with all COVID-19 government steps (no masks, no gloves, no desinfection goods ) and their sub-contracted movers need to work under a”very tight time program” (not even a suitable stock of birth to count/tick the boxes onto packaging list was completed – boxes were raised into 15th floor and straight unpacked so rather hard to assess whether all boxes were there) and also you could lose things under packaging materials since they must unpack really very quickly. I fortunately had my mask and desinfection merchandise. I insisted that they could just return to unpack remaining products when fully compliant with all COVID-19 authorities steps. They utilize pressure on you by stating large elevator is there and booked (movement was on 15th floor), employees of 4 individuals is mobilized so that you can’t send them home.

    2. Avoid doing insurance together and be certain to ask all insurance requirements & terms BEFORE contracting. They rely upon their aide to perform the experience of damaged products. When your products are damaged they utilize the tiny letters of this contract and also controlled report by Attorney to prevent any liability. I paid approximately 175$/month insurance coverage for a little container. Roughly following one year storage and dispatch protection insurance in complete a thing of 3000$ – 3500$ insurance charges. All – but fortunately only – my huge furniture has been broken with fractures, in passing inspection report no reference was made of some of those damages, nevertheless they will find explanations by stating it’s”old furniture” when classic bits,”ordinary wear and tear” or because of”climate changes” if actually it wasn’t correctly packed. They find out their way not to insure your obligations and also make it extremely hard to maintain your rights according to insurance contract. So simply to resolve when you believe that your products are insured by them from damages because of move/storage, be sure at the end it’s not.

    3. Complete their legal and insurance services are outsourced to UK so no contactpoint in Belgium. You need to manage over email with their repetitions in UK directly. Should you consider legal measures they refer to Shipment Protection Insurance + Storage insurance regulated exclusively according to”UK Law and UK Courts”. This while complete storage was at Belgium and proceed was contracted by Belgian Gvt and their Belgian based (post box) workplace, administratively subcontracting moves along with outsourcing insurance claims.

    4. In the conclusion they make it so difficult that you maintain your insurance coverage, which means you simply give this up. Like was mentionned in a different criticism:”Do yourself a favor and prevent Santa Fe unless you do not care for your possessions or enjoy playing with an endless game of administrative cat and mouse.”

    5. To be able to prevent others have the identical bad experience I took the time simply to frighten you. Should you do your relocation in/to Belgium there are a lot more reliant and specialist businesses to take care of. So prevent this type of non dependable (post box) businesses located in Belgium that just take a huge commission and outsource what like transferring services/insurances to low cost service providers.
