I’m providing an overview of my experience using Samson Power Movers at July 2019
In conclusion, the experience was so dreadful.
· Actual cost was 3 times the initial quote was (2.5 hours for $376.00 vs. 9 hours for $1,140.00) in the 1 bedroom studio into a 2 bedroom apartment
· Inexperienced, unprofessional and unprepared (extremely impolite ) team
O Seventeen (17) year old guide inspector confessed not having a driver permit nor had he ever completed a residential relocation
O Crew didn’t have resources as easy as an allen wrench
O Lead mover was always on the telephone, while allegedly about the clock (my period )
· Several apparent lies
O Requested a truck but a trailer came
O Stated you’re sending a team from the Spring place however, the crew and trailer arrived from Clear Lake
O Verbally said that the transfer quote comprised breakdown of furniture (ex: mattress, dining area )
· Broke my clothes dryer
· Damaged my bedroom place and amusement centre
I called the owner, Mr. Samson, many times but without a settlement or actual consequences
