The movers got there and explained there could be an upcharge since there were things not listed among the listing (BS)

They threatened that if I do not pay they’d place my things into storage, and then charge me that the storage fee, shuttle charge, and also re-delivery fee (no estimate given, but that I can not imagine it’d be less compared to 2000 ). This goes contrary to national regulations, and I have already complained to the BBB and FMCSA.

We did wind up getting back our items, however we needed to rent a uhaul, fulfill them at a Wal Mart parking lot, and then move the things in ourselves. Most unethical company! Broke everything they transferred for me. My solid upper kitchen table was in 2 pieces. That which I paid them additional cash to package, they all broke. Five months after auto is sending me a ridiculous sum of money for the sum and the quality of things they broke. Charged me for materials and boxes they never used. Business has confessed this and still has not sent me some cash.
