IJim out of Safe and protected relocation contacted me. He had been nice to me and kept phoning me until he had my enterprise. He never said that he’s a broker and it is another firm that moves my things. He told him he need is weekly notice before the transfer and that I will move my dates in a calendar year at no cost. Merely to register the contract like I didnt have my flat leased he requested me to provide a date. When I phoned him to transfer my things a week until he had been demanding for more cash as his movers would like to earn a trip just select my things, once I told him I will write a bad review he stated I dont need to pay anything. Two days before my transfer Sandy phoned me personally to make sure I dont have anything greater than that which is in the stock.
The movers didnt show about the afternoon that they were suppose to come. There 3 individuals who arrived to move my things, the most important man was
Josh. I showed them my things to move, they said that they cant take me products because I’ve more than what is on stock, once I told all I have is what’s on stock they began to mention it’d require more space than that which is from the stock and began whine that I my sofa is large, which isn’t and said I must cover more than that which is priced should not cover every one of them $100. I had no option other than to cover them due to my own situation. Josh is the motorist quite rude and aggresive, I didnt have anything greater than that which is in the stock. Josh helds you as a hostage and actually offer you challenging times. They know that you’re desperate to proceed and you don’t have any option and make maximum usage. Jim assured me they wouldn’t charge me additional provided that stock matches what they’re moving. They dont care to your own stuff, they simply throw it no thing you compose delicate or not. They’re reckless and dont care to your own stuff. Jim will say anything to receive your company and first thing he claims to look in their inspection, dont drop into tat snare since it isn’t accurate. This firm doesnt deserve any celebrity (0 beginning )My advice isn’t to go for this corporation.

I moved from Ohio to Florida. The girl on the phone was so nice and positive. The 2nd (pickup ) and 3rd (shipping ) payments might be billed to credit card, but the 1st payment may just be a checking acct ACH transfer. (Clue 1 which this might be a scam.) Clue two was that the payment was to get another co. name.
Safe Relocation is a broker, and that means you don’t know who’ll be picking up or sending. Ahead of pickup, the”quality management” dept called to cover the inventory. I moved through the burden allowances so that the quote would be true. A revised estimate was supplied.
On pickup afternoon, A Plus Movers LLC arrived. I had to register about 16 pages of all paperwork. The Bill of Lading was sterile, since the burden was unidentified. I predicted Safe Relocation along with the 1st girls I spoke to said”that is a simple fix” and it could be fixed. This girl hasn’t taken a phone from me because, nor replied any voice email messages I have abandoned, nor mended anything. (I really don’t have a solid debate with Visa since the authorized Bill of Lading indicates the inflated quantities.)

My bike gets got the handle bars twisted along with other broken products. Things like little tools were falling from boxes with holes.
I’ve since called Safe Relocation and received the email address for aplusmoversclaims @ gmail.com. This surely does not seem legit. I’ve emailed pictures of these damages and replicated Safe Relocation. I have received no answer from either party so far.

I hired this firm to transfer my items on November 5, 2019. The pickup date within my contract has been Nov 22nd or 23rd. This has been our movement out date in our property. The Agency phoned us on Nov 23rd and informed me he will be times late and ordered an area moving company to move our things into storage. Despite the fact that THEY ordered the excess movement since they could not move us as agreed, they subsequently stuck us with all the extra moving price. They informed us they’d cover the price tag, however they didn’t. THEN, they pinpointed the inspector which has been overdue and scheduked another one. We needed to cover an ADDITIONAL $1000 money (through Zelle) which was NOT agreed on in the contract to find the material picked up!! I honestly feel that each one of the fantastic reviews posted here are totally FAKE. My experience started off good. The ceremony and responsiveness were fantastic and that I believed I had been getting a fantastic value too. Then, two weeks prior to the movers were supposed to arrive, the QA man called and raised my quote by 50% that in turn improved my deposit, which of course they needed to have instantly or the transfer wouldn’t be supported (shame on me for consenting ). Our move afternoon came and went. No contact from the business to allow us understand exactly what was occurring. I needed to call customer support repeatedly to find everyone to answer and allow me to know what was occurring. Then, late that the afternoon of our”back up” transfer date somebody from”dispatch” called to tell me they had been calling about my movement scheduled for the following moment. We had been scheduled for a complete service package and long distance transfer on 12.29 using a back up date of 12.30. The truck finally showed up at noon on 12.31. We were assumed to be from our home at 5 pm on 12.31. Then they proceed to inform me that my quote is going up again by another 50 percent and I want to signal binding paperwork to allow them to begin their work. I advised them dependent on the management from customer service which I’d just sign it if it had been non-binding. The man grabbed his paperwork, told me that I had been wasting his time and DROVE AWAY!!!!! People, I can not make up this. Customer Service apologized and said they’d send out another crew the following day. I never got a confirmation from anybody, no team showed up and Client Support stopped taking my calls before I phoned out of a number they did not understand. They won’t reply that amount either. They said they’d issue a refund along with the test could be here in 5-7 business day. Yeah, right! Shame on me again for believing this business has some scruples whatsoever and would really do the ideal thing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!! I’ve ENGAGED AN ATTORNEY AND THE MEDIA!!! I wouldn’t suggest this corporation. I’m moving out of CA to TX. They’re a broker, therefore their quotation was far higher because of creating gain once they bid out to local movers. DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY OR BELONGINGS. We transferred from Nebraska to Arizona, my husband put up the movement and delivered the first”residue”. I had to then do a list inspection with somebody named Ann and I explained I was just likely to have approximately 25-30 boxes (I purchased all of my possessions” however she pushed and obtained really rude that I had to go to get a larger bundle just in case.
