    Long-distance move from New Jersey
Decent price, decent move - safe load moving and storage

I simply moved and had hired secure load storage and moving. They hauled a lot of my big furnitures into my new residence. Randy managed my movement in a professional way during the full practice. He was useful with any questions or issues which came across the way. He gave me a great deal in comparison with another moving services I’d done research on. They sent my furniture in my moving day a bit later but for the large part was the exact same day they’d said. I received everything from the state I’d sent out it. They did a good job in my move and are happy with this support. In my experience I’d say they managed my movement in the space mine needed quite well. For any future movements I’d try to utilize their services again for a reasonable price.

    Pretty Good

A set of 3 people showed up at my measures, as ample may be with all beautiful smiles in their faces. They asked what had to be transferred and all I needed to do was point the whole moment. An extremely major load off my back because the previous firm I hired to maneuver actually had me working together (except I was not getting paid). I ended up in March and advised my movement to late April. Randy was fantastic with phoning me in advance both per week and day prior to my scheduled moving date to be certain there were not any difficulties with moving. Outstanding job and would recommend this business even to Angie’s List! Hope they treat everybody nicely.

    Thank you Las Vegas Branch

On September 24, 2011 my spouse and I chose to move close family from Las Vegas into Alabama. I moved my occupation to Alabama therefore our sole job was to obtain a good moving company to move my entire family across country. After reviewing at least 15 moving businesses in vegas we had curiosity about Safe Load, they have been courteous and receptive to all our queries of their pricing and move. Grace and Max, our Las vegas representatives were fantastic and treated us just like actual clients rather than just another movement. They knew all of the hardship and anxieties that have moving your household across country. We made the choice to close the agreement using Safe Load Moving and Storage because of their testimonials and fair customer service that they provided while recognizing choosing a moving company may create a movers quite doubtful when picking out a determination. Offering you Safe Load and I’ll be with you guys again and again referring you to anybody across the US which requires a fair moving company to transfer them. ———–

    Do not use!

This is the way this business operates.
Max gets on the telephone and tells you all of the lies that you would like to listen to. Then the movers appear in your home and have you sign a contract after which the sketchy driver along with his coke finger nail gets you sign up, once you sign. For your chagrin they fill at a totally different amount which you owe them, they state they’ll see you in portland within 1 week. You telephone maximum to question why your studio apt. Is now needing a charge of a 5 bedroom home??
He states”He’s working together with you,”He states”There’s been a error”. 5 months afterwards. Mind you bob (owner of this firm ) and maximum has advised you each week that it was arriving shortly. And they’d weigh your own stuff. Have continued to lie to you about cost and weigh stations. . .Then they market off your contract to another business. That speaks the exact same foreign language and they’re demanding the whole contract price in money or else they pretty much grip your things ransom(and if you did not get exactly what I was suggesting by these talking the exact same foreign language they’re a household that dared to be different entities… That keeps it lawful ). Like every respectable company(such as drug retailers ) they just operate in money. Please, please do your self a favor and don’t use this organization. I still don’t have my things and who understands how damaged it is or how many things are missing. You’ve been warned.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE- This business is a scam, so they’ll hold your possessions hostage and need more cash required over a month to receive possessions. After I did they needed around $1000 in money and ended up with lost things.

    Unethical and Terrible

This firm is a set of scammers that are unprofessional. They over charged us 3000 on our transfer in Las Vegas to Portland, and they delivered 1 week later than promised. This is the way they operate. They’ll talk bad about other businesses and make certain you that they’ve a BBB score of A (it’s simply since they have two reviews). They’ll guarantee to coincide with your quotes. If it is time to transfer they pack up all of your belongings and load it onto a truck.

After loaded that’s where they jack up the cost and assert that the”initial quote was away and now you need to pay X cost. If you go for measurement or weight by cubic feet I’d ask them the way they quantify since they neglect;t clarify that and that’s how they bill you a pound or per cubic feet. The sole reason why we needed to proceed with them was that they had our things within their truck until they gouged us and we already had airplane tickets the following day.

They guaranteed free moving boxes – didn’t happen. We’re still awaiting a refund since they overcharged us by 800 cubic feet. Another part they do not tell you is that the truck that they pick up your material in is merely to haul into a storage facility at which it then sits before the sub contracted trucker picks up your belongings for shipping. They SUBCONTRACT other folks to move your things and do not use their own truck or personnel to move you! They do this on purpose so that they can’t take responsibility. This means to you is that they play the blame game… if your material is delivered late it is the truckers fault, even when your items are damaged or missing, the movers attribute Safe Load for wrongly packing the vehicle.

It’s an infinite merry go round of explanations. I’m making it my mission for nobody else to have screwed like we did. Do not get trapped with these crooks transferring your stuff. Lots of those things never made it (things that can not be substituted like wedding photos ), not to mention everybody at Safe Load Moving is pointing fingers at somebody else. Revenue guy Maxx is unworthy and the proprietor Yval and Bill will justify what they did is ideal. Still waiting for them to phone me back after I called them outside each unethical business practice they perpetrated. Don’t deal with these people today!!!!

    Long-distance move from California
    Terrible Experience

When we chose to employ a business to transfer us out of CA to TX rather than doing this ourselves, Frank using Safe Load was among those firms which supplied me with a quotation. Frank appeared to be quite up front and fair, promising me that they always stink so there aren’t any surprises in the right time of this move. My husband was likely to arrive at Austin on 12/27, thus we scheduled delivery on 12/28. Frank inquired when we needed our items picked up, also I worried I do not care if they have picked up, we need them there on the 28th. He said picking this up to the 18th will provide them a lot of time, in spite of all the holidays. So, what was picked up about the 18th, and I thought everything was well. Beginning on the 26th, I started calling only to make sure we’re still on track for shipping to the 28th. I could attain nobody, and nobody returned my phone. In the end, about the 27th, I received a call from Joe, the foreman, and had been told no, my matters would not be sent before the 1st. I was, of course, upset and mad. I’ve got three children and were likely to have there around the 30th. He apologised and said he’d do his very best to have it done sooner and return to me. I never talked to Joe again. The following day, when I had not discovered anything, I phoned and talked to the proprietor, Bob. He kept telling me that I had to know that, it was the holidays and they’ve 21 business days to provide and when I needed it on a particular day then I would need to pay way more. I said he had to know that Frank promised me it would appear in the 28th, where I had been informed,”Frank, Frank Frank, he is only the rep he’s nothing to do with scheduling.” Bob did promise me that my items were to a vehicle and he’d attempt to learn some info. Fourteen days and heaps of unanswered/unreturned calls afterwards, he gave me the exact range of the motorist, Oleg. I phoned Oleg, and has been informed that he was not likely to Texas and understood nothing about this, however there was still another Oleg together with the organization and he gave me the driver’s number. I phoned him, and was again told the exact same thing. So, I moved back into calling Bob and departing unreturned messages. In the end, on 1/3, I got a call from Alex, the true driver, telling me how his motor blew and that he had been waiting for a buddy’s truck, but he’d send to the 6th, or 7th, but certainly from the 8th. On January 9th, 13 days later I was confident it would be here, my matters eventually came. When he came, we requested if he picked up our burden, and he explained on 12/30, two times AFTER I had been”confident” it had been on its own way. I had been billed $3,000 greater than initially quoted, and undoubtedly that they won’t begin unloading until you cover them. We asked they reweigh the vehicle, and it will be each inspector’s best to ask, and consequently , we can not get a telephone call back to determine the true weight. Nobody we met in the entire process really works for Safe Load, so they do not work with their own drivers or team. They are merely a broker, so as soon as they have your deposit that they don’t have any vested interest in control on whenever your belongings shows up. They also need either money or postal money order because final payment only because they understand they’re benefiting from you and that is the only means that you can not fight back. This has been a dreadful experience and when Frank or Joe or Bob actually call youpersonally, I would advise hanging up!

    Would Use Them Again

I had been worried about phoning a moving business To Proceed me From Tucson,Arizona Into Miami, Florida since I did not wish to begin the tedious process of proceeding. Eventually I phoned Safe Load Moving & Storage following three times of placing off it. Natalie was incredibly useful, walking me through the measures and describing everything clearly. Natalie created the moving procedure so translucent. I never believed moving may be quite so clear and easy. Obviously the movement has been long and exhausting, but that is to be expected I guess. Everything went as smoothly as a movement can proceed. I had been impressed with the movers evident professionalism and skill. I’ve a few pieces of antique furniture and that I was very delighted with the attention that the movers managed them with. Thank you Natalie and Secure Load Moving & Storage to get a smooth movement.

Do not use this company! They lie. Use a big company like United.

First, off I couldn’t provide a credit card number to get the deposit. That should have been my first warning. Second , they showed up late, the men were smelly and rude. He marked all of my furniture as”Pressed wood” which isn’t covered by insurance. I argued with the man Simon that my furniture wasn’t pressed wood. He then said I didn’t understand what I was referring to. Third, they said they attempted to call me three times to perform the credit card payment. I gave Simon all of the information and he conducted my card for 850.00. If they called to say they’d be bringing my furniture that they said I had to cover 1700.00 since they never conducted the cc. (I’ve receipt). They said if I didn’t possess the 1700.00 they had been carrying my things back and I’d have to then pay a storage charge. This business is a scam. Don’t use them. You’ll be supplied a fantastic price and they’ll be friendly as could be, but as soon as they have down your payment along with your furniture, you’re screwed. They won’t require a charge card, I guess so that you can’t dispute the fees, I can not wait to find out how many items are ruined when I start the boxes. I can’t depend on the insurance as I view this is only a scam. Don’t use them. I can’t stress that enough.  Do get screwed like me. Get a major business that is going to take your credit card, which will provide you a quote rather than affects it by 600 such as they did to me. Don’t trust the salesman who will guarantee you they are a fantastic company oh and to top it off. In their receipt, secure load storage and moving 173 Lenape heights las vegas television Telefon 1-800-597-8150, you’d think that’s safe loading, well guess what, it’s vega tv. Call it. So how can you submit a claim once the amount on the receipt will be for vega television & Trust me, I had been suckered in do not function as next.I filmed the load if you would like to view it email me. I am able to demonstrate the harm from something when they abandoned.

From the Start to the Finish of Our Move

I called the company and talked and email directly using a gentleman/salesman Maxx. He told me that they are the cheapest guaranteed and we shot him in his word. During email he guaranteed numerous things which made the bargain that far better. After the foreman (not certain if he’s connected with the organization or not. . .still attempting to find out it ) showed up in a Budget rental truck which was smaller than I’d spoke with Maxx, I was quite skeptical regarding the movers fitting load out in 1 truck. The foreman (Bob) after walking round the home arrived back with a fresh cost that exceeded the quote offered by Maxx (solely according to guesstimate) by over $3000. I snapped back and forth using all the foreman and then he kept stating that when he needed to return another time that he would bill me an extra $1000. Thank goodness I had the email discussions using Maxx therefore that I could show him exactly what was and was not contained in the bidding. After moving back and on for 45 minutes together with Bob, I requested him to telephone Maxx about the telephone and Maxx did every thing in his power to assist me out. The cost increased by close to $3,000 therefore in case you know the true weight of your burden you will be better able than I. (be certain you’ve got a respectable business come through your home to provide you with a burden based quote and show them all they’ll be taking together.) It ended up that they could not fit everything from the Budget Lease Truck so that they came back another evening to pick up the remainder of our stuff. They did not charge us something for the next truck and also did a great job wrap and packing our belongings. Bob is an intriguing character and that I think is much into a stage. Make Sure That You Get everything in writing/email until you pay the deposit differently they quantity you consented will increase appreciably with this moving business.    The Beginning: ” I felt quite happy with Maxx and coping with his secretary (or spouse ). I believe they run the business from the house because a third party servicer. I really don’t know this for certain. Any how they had been fantastic to use.    The Day of the Move: the argument over price by using their foreman (Bob) was actually ridiculous and unless you’ve got a steel twist, he’ll coax you for ever last penny. When on the other hand you maintain good records and have them and are ready to struggle for everything you had been promised, they’ll work together to make you happy. The foreman and his team arrived in our house about 5PM and literally functioned until 1AM to complete the job. Though this shows fantastic driveway, it might have been easier if they’d have came earlier so that they would not have retained up my neighbors all evening. By maintaining up them I mean exceptionally loudly talking on mobile phones in the center of the road, stopping and starting the diesel motor, increasing and lowering the tailgate in the Budget Lease Truck, and slamming furniture and pipes because the transferred everything to the vehicle and out on the drive. My wife and children spent the greater part of the night hiding from the backroom as not to get in their own way and could sleep after about 11:45PM. The following morning we awakened to a battle area of tape, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, water bottles, and cigarette butts inside and beyond the home. The came for the next burden about 10:30AM and were gone from 11:30AM, later inquiring if we needed to provide them a hint. 😛   The Day of the Transfer in on the other side: ” We had been approached by a firm Named OCO Transport which Safe Load had contracted with to transfer the transfer into the East shore. They came when they said they want, and also did a great job moving everything into the home. I was angry at first that Safe Load did not perform the task, but recognized that another firm was fantastic and did excellent.    Furniture Condition: ” I shall continue to upgrade this part till we’re wholly finished discovering and documenting the harm that has been caused by the transfer. To begin, there was significant damage to the majority of items wrapped with the Safe Load men. Huge scratches from the washer and drier, gouges within our headboards, timber seats, chairs, bunk beds, and overlooking bolts and nuts for all from the whole bunk mattress system to chairs and tables. They tied two Adirondacks chairs together with tape and nothing more in between and they’re trashed. Among these arms on our timber seat was hanging and smashed, a leather footstool includes a tear and slit in the very top of it, along with the bunk bed place is really a wreck with gouged timber and missing components. I know that very long haul moving is not a science and that damage happens no matter everything a moving company will not prevent it. . .so that I WOULD SUGGEST GETTING FULL COVERAGE BECAUSE THE $0.50/LB COVERAGE THAT COMES WITH THE PRICE QUOTED WON”T COME CLOSE TO COVERING THE DAMAGE INCURRED. It has to be stated that this is something that I propose for many moving companies rather than simply Safe Load. The men that wrapped our movement looked like they did a bang-up occupation, no pun intended, protecting and wrap our things.    More updates to come associated with commmunication with the organization, harm, along with the insurance coverage procedure.

    Not SAFE at all.

Safe Load Movers are anything but -SAFE.   They transferred us from Tucson, AZ to Las Vegas, NV and nearly eveything they touched was either broken, scratched or damaged in some way.   I Wouldn’t expect this company to maneuver a”foam” mattress!   The manager and among the movers got in a debate in our front yard, which I believed was going to come to blows.   The movers were very disrespectful to us.

    RUN AWAY

It was our very first move ever having a moving company, and that I did as much research as you can.  When I called the business originally I asked if they might come do a visual quote, since I had a few different businesses do the same.  Matt ensured me that there wasn’t any demand – they’ll only provide a cost based from the quotes from the other businesses.  I called a couple of days later to confirm a shipping date with Brian (I think) and told me I do not care what date that they pick up my things so long as they’re there by June 3rd.  He said he could program it for April 23rd and that way it will”FOR SURE be there by June 3rd.  I promise it.”
Apparently, this business has a rather nasty habit of verbally guaranteeing matters and then afterwards hiding behind paperwork and contracts.
April 23rd arrived and the movers stated we’d need to pay an additional 1900 since they anticipated wrong.  After letting them know that we were quite disappointed and that it put our loved ones in a really tight place, the guy kept pushing and pushing, and also at this brief time period we actually had no option but to cover them the excess cash.  I called the company and they all said was”Well, quotes aren’t binding and they are just quotes.”  I told them”But once I asked you to come perform a visual quote, you denied .”  They said nothing.  Mind you, my boyfriend, who’s funding this entire issue is from state functioning so I’m by myself together with my toddler, and I believe he guessed he’d take whole advantage of this fact I was so naive in regards to moving.  I asked the guy in charge that day”So that my matters would be there on June 3rd right?”  Twice he cautioned me”June 3rd, yes.  No issue.  I promise it.  You’ve got my word!”
June 3rd comes together, and we waited till about 3 PM before we called the company and they informed us they’d have the driver call us.  The motorist calls and says,”I will be there in three or four days since I’m in Dallas at this time.”  Excuse me?  I call the business back fuming, and they all said was,”Well, our contract states that we’ve got a 2-3 week turnaround time, and when you needed a guaranteed delivery date you ought to have paid the $30.”  When I asked her what she had been referring to, the woman says,”Our firm has a charge of $30 that we bill to ensure your merchandise to be delivered to a particular date.”  I advised her that nobody left my conscious of a fee once I made the reservation MONTHS before, and no one on the afternoon of this transfer asked if I’d paid it or even so much as brought up a commission once I specifically told them that I would need my items ON June 3rd. They need to have either told me concerning the fee or scheduled the pick up date earlier when I left the reservation… MONTHS past.  She wrapped up.
I needed to send our child with his grandparents since we did not have anything for him to sleep on or anything else for that matter!!!  I told my boyfriend, that predicted the following day and got nowhere.  Mind you, the majority of the folks in”dispatch” do not speak English, they disrupt you at any opportunity they get, and they speak over you.  I attempted to find the thing solved, since I feel like fair is fair, and also for us to cover an additional 1900 for them to be 4 days late is absurd.  We have a call back the day before the movers got into the home and the”proprietor” (I guess) said”Um, the truck broke down.”  How f****** convenient, right?  Right.  [EDIT], in my estimation.  Took you two weeks to come up with this explanation.  Not only are we out the 1900 for your business, but now we needed to go purchase other household things to reside before the movers got there since we had no things.
Anyhow.  June 6th at about 6 PM, the men encounter, and a few of those men pushes the newspapers towards me and says,”Sign here.”  It was a newspaper saying that they had delivered all of the products and that they had been in good shape.  I told him I can not signal that since nothing is from the truck.  He told me when I did not sign it, they can not unload the truck.  He then tells me that I need to pay the remainder of the 1900 until they begin.  It did not make sense, however that I had been so exasperated I signed it and paid the cash.  They were SUPPOSED to build the beds and sofa, and unwrap the furniture.  They built the base part and organized both beds therefore the headboards just LOOKED like they had been constructed.  They forgot to unwrap a complete dresser.  They did not bother to build the sofa in any way.  AND they drove all of the newspaper on the ground – did not even bother to inquire where a garbage can was.
As I was unpacking, I came to recognize that we had been overlooking not just a substantial quantity of our pots and pans, and other kitchen products, but a few of our stuff had been put into various boxes and moved across.  We’re now currently missing a great deal of expensive electronics such as our cable modem and router and matters like this.  I registered a complaint with the BBB and DOT per week ago – they’ve not responded.  They left an already stressful and frightening encounter much worse.  I won’t ever use any moving business ever again due to these.

    Liars

They awakened our moving quotation after coming after 5pm.  We had been advised by the rep and also the so called owner of this firm that we would be billed $135 per month to put away our items in Vegas.  They call and say, no, it’s $400.00 per month and it says so right from the contract.  That’s BS.  They insisted on the opposite cost and if my wife asked to allow them to write down it we receive the contract with no storage quotation. They deserve nothing less than a Course Action and will look foward into filing a little claims together with all the LV Superior Court to carry them for their own damed lies!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Allow me to tell you why.
As soon as I talked to them they explained that it might take 3-5 business days. On day day 14 we received a dispatch missing 39 items out of stock, such as bedframes, furniture pieces, and boxes. The compulsory payment in full of the partial dispatch, threatening to transport things in storage at our cost. It required yet another 22 days to find another truck accessible to provide the rest of the shipment. No finds, not telephone calls, only”we do not have a truck.”
SafeLoad seemingly has their very own fleet of a whopping 1 bath. The boxes were smashed, and the only reason whatever survived was since we packaged it so well. They refuse to speak to me personally, and since the dispatch was delayed provided that we needed to buy multiple family, clothes, and food items. They won’t respond to any telephone calls or emails. Don’t set up with this!!

I told me that each moving business was bound to get some terrible reviews…I did not hear those on Safe Load/Safe Relocation. PLEASE LISTEN to me personally. They’re true, this firm doesn’t have any business doing business. PICK SOMEONE ELSE to your own move.

Safe Load Moving and Storage/Safe Relocations

SAFE LOAD MOVING AND STORAGE can also be Called SAFE RELOCATIONS.

They’re BASED OUT OF LAS VEGAS AS THEIR HEADQUARTERS

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

They’re A CROSS STATE GROUP OF FOREIGN SCAMMERS WHO HAVE A NETWORK THAT WORK TOGETHER TO RIP OFF CUSTOMERS.

THE FIRST TIP OF A SCAM IS A LOW PRICE. SAFE RELOCATIONS OFFERED THE BEST PRICES OF 3 BIDS FOR A MOVE FROM UTAH TO CALIFORNIA. STUPIDLY WE WENT FOR THE LOWEST PRICE. THE NIGHTMARE THEN BEGINS.

ONCE THEY ARRIVE AT YOUR HOME YOU ARE”GREETED” BY a Really LOUD, AGRESSIVE AND OBNOXIOUS COMPANY OWNER BY THE NAME OF BOBIL (BOB FOR SHORT).

I Don’t LOSE MY TEMPER WITH A STRANGER UNLESS GROSSLY PROVOKED. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE LITERALLY YELLING AT BOBIL AT THE TOP OF OUR LUNGS DUE TO HIS Overall LACK OF COMPETENCE TO MOVE ITEMS.

IF YOU Are Able to Afford THE TIME TO MOVE AT A LATER DATE TELL THESE PEOPLE TO LEAVE ONCE THEY ARRIVE AT Your House. WE DID NOT HAVE THIS OPTION AS WE WERE IN a Really REMOTE LOCATION AND NEEDED TO LEAVE ON a Really SPECIFIC DATE.

BOBIL SPENT MORE TIME ON THE PHONE YELLING IN HEBREW AT HIS COLLEAGUES IN THE BUSINESS THAN TAKING CARE OF THE TASK OF MOVING MERCHANDISE in the MOVING VAN.

THEN THE SECOND PART OF THE SCAM BEGINS.

He’ll SAY THEY HAVE GROSSLY UNDERESTIMATED THE”WEIGHT” OF YOUR BELONGINGS. IN OUR CASE WE SENT THEM A HIGHLY DETAILED LIST OF GOODS. THE WEIGHT THEY HAD ORIGINALLY QUOTED WAS FINE SO NOW You Have to NEGOTIATE VERY AGGRESSIVELY WITH BOBIL to Reduce THE WEIGHT.

BOBIL IS A SKILLED AND SEASONED SCAM ARTIST. He’s A Complete DISGUSTING PRO WHO HAS TAKEN HIS FOREIGN SCAMMING SKILLS TO OUR SHORES in the United States.

Ultimately, AFTER EXHAUSTING NEGOTIATIONS (I’m AS MEAN AND STRONG WILLED AS BOBIL) WE WENT FROM AN ORIGINAL QUOTE OF $1500 TO ~3000.

WE NOW HAVE LEFT UTAH AND ARE BACK HOME IN CALIFORNIA WHEN THE THIRD STEP OF THE SCAM Occurs.

THEY ARRIVE AT THE OFF LOADING POINT IN CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA AND DEMAND ANOTHER $900 TO COMPLETE THE MOVE. EITHER YOU PAY OR They’ll STEAL YOUR GOODS, STORE THEM AND NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES TO TELL YOU WHERE YOUR GOODS ARE STORED.

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO US.

IT TOOK CALLING THE CAMPBELL POLICE DEPARTMENT TO GET THE WIFE OF BOBIL (ANAT) TO RESPOND AND NEGOTIATE A DEAL.

THEY HAD STORED OUR BELONGING SWITH ANOTHER “LEG” OF THEIR SCAMMING NETWORK IN SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA (SM& S RELOCATIONS) .

DO NOT EVERY USE THEM EITHER!! They’re ALL IN THIS FOREIGN BORN SCAMMING NETWORK AS AN INTERSTATE TEAM.

WE FINALLY HAD OUR GOODS IN VIEW. SM&S RELOCATIONS WOULD NOT EVEN ALLOW US TO ENTER THEIR MOVING VAN TO SEE IF OUR MERCHANDISE WAS FULLY ACCOUNTED FOR AND IN GOOD SHAPE. THIS IS ANOTHER TIP a COMPANY IS A SCAM.

THE NEXT TIP OF A SCAM IS They Won’t ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS AT THE Last DROP – OFF. STARVING STUDENTS ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS THRU-OUT THE ENTIRE MOVING EXPERIENCE.

SAFE RELOCATIONS AND SM&S RELOCATIONS ONLY WILL ACCEPT MONEY ORDER OR CASH. BIG CLUE OF A LOW GRADE MOVING COMPANY I LEARNED.

WE HAD NUMEROURS ITEMS MISSING WHICH WERE NOTED IN THE PAPERWORK. WE HAD TO LITERALLY RAISE OUR VOICES AND INSIST THE DRIVER SIGN THE MISSING ITEM LISTS AND TO GET A COPY OF IT. HE WAS GOING TO DO NEITHER. ANOTHER TIP OFF OF A SCAM.

FINALLY, I FILED A CLAIM WITH THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY AS THEY WILL NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO AN E-MAIL.

TURNS OUT THE INSURANCE IS ALL CRAP. THEY Won’t COVER LOST OR MISSING ITEMS. THEY WILL ONLY COVER MERCHANDISE RELATED LOSSES Because of an ACCIDENT WITH THE TRUCK, A FIRE OR AN OVERTURNED TRUCK.

Thus, in THE END WE LOST MANY ITEMS AND ENDED UP PAYING THE Exact Same PRICE WE WOULD HAVE PAID FROM OTHER MOVERS THAT DID NOT LOW BALL UP FRONT.

    HUGH LESSON LEARNED!

    EXTREME DISSATISFACTION

The major number did not communicte my contact/location information to this driver causing the driver to arrive late and using a truck already loaded of somebody else’s possessions.  Consequently they packed my things to a uhaul and set it into storage to get”two days”.  They neglected to speak with me and that I needed to make repeated calls for them to discover where my stuff had been.  They kept asserting Unique dates when my things will be picked up and then arrive.   When it eventually arrived the motorist never helped unload and hired individuals off craigslist and just paid them $25 per year to float (over 4 hrs).  Lots of boxes were ruined and I registered hurt claim and complaint with the Better Business Bureau that the moving firm refused to react to.  Regional director of the area was deceitful and rufused asks for contact information of primary office.   Can NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

    RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!

I discuss with Mari, I had been ripped off by those individuals.   I had been told that my Whole household EVERYTHING was missing in hurricane Irene at 2011 of August.   They didn’t attempt to compensate for whatever; haven’t managed to reach them on the phone.   When I did talk with Ryan, he asserts that my house was dropped because of the storm and that I couldn’t be compensated.   I’ve every message from him saved in my computer and phone Too.   I Couldn’t afford a Lawyer since everything I had was given to them and lost to them.   However they’ll get theirs, I guarantee you SafeLoadMovingand Rip away individuals.   You simply see.   You Can’t do things like this to people.   I dropped my husband ahead of the movement and you dropped that which we built together.   God have mercy on you all!

    Lost items/over charges

Basicaly, my critique seems just like everybody else. Lousy support. Following the mover stuffed the vehicle, he struck me up for a second $1000.00. I needed to cover because I had been looking for a tight schedual at there. He delivered my merchandise to some reputible overseas delivery firm who would continue to utilize. Because his delivery was late, I missed the ship (no pun intended) and needed to schedual to another ship which wasnt for the following 45 days.  I recieved my products minus over 2000 million bucks worth of welding gear.  I phoned uval and that he said he’d my merchandise and that he chose to reunite to AZ within fourteen days. This was more than one year ago. Everytime I call, I get exactly the identical song and dancing.    You’ll see that the contact numbers with this business are not great. However…I’ve got his mobile telephone numbers. In the event you want them, here they are. 702-589-1725 and 1726.  So. . .all I will do now is push into Vegas and attempt to receive my gear back, given he hasnt offered it.

    Overcharged

They picked up last minute Because of mad situation in my conclusion, which I was thankful for.   They spoke a terrific discussion and lent me a resonable cost, based on projected weight. When it came time to pickup they were hours late.   I had been outside of the town, so that my buddy was easing for me personally and was inconvinced with their own tardiness.   Communication was bad Although the pickup crew needed my telephone number and that I was still available.   After I they ended up the pick and predicted together with the complete cubic feet, then I had been perplexed. I were given a quote for fat (shifting after arrangement signed  I think is prohibited ). The driver said that it was late and that he did not have time yo visit scale before pickup. Left without a option that it stood as was. Upon delivery with another firm, something I was specifically told would not occur (subcontracting), I discovered a discrepancy in cubic feet. I had been the very first delivery in a crowded truck and it had been obvious that my items carried up 700 cubic feet.   I had been advised, and compensated for, 850 cubic feet. I thus more than paid by tens of thousands of dollars. As soon as I informed the organization and delivered photos, I had been given the run around. Never refunded or paid, or perhaps return telephone. I obviously had matters broken and scraped. I’ve with each movement, without the recourse. This business puts you in such simplicity originally, I thought that I might have a fantastic one-for once. Regrettably, they’re scammers also.

    STOP THESE CROOKS!!!!

Everything that has been said about those folks is indeed accurate!!!! They charged us over their quotation! They had been so unprofessional and rough packing our items! Showed up having a small moving truck understanding we had a 2600 sq.. Ft. House and Several external Products. They’d to make a few excursions. We saved our belongings together for 21/2 decades and about the start of the 2nd year that they told us we’d have spend 200.00 more a month to get our storage since somebody else purchased the firm (that had been a lie) but we’d still be coping with them. After studying each of the reviews my spouse chose it is best we get our things ourselves. Additionally since they attempted to bill us a 1000.00 over the contract said for shipping. If he gets there he finds out they still own it! Then they inform him he must cover the 1000.00 for it from storage although we got our belongings until the contract has been up. We got our things and did not need to pay the 1000.00. But we then find out he’s a few of his things or somebody else’s saved with ours, that we had been paying extra for. Watch they do not have the storage centre they simply let it. Well all of the best row of the boxes were walked on and opened! I can not even start to explain to you the number of things were missing or damaged. Ie. A flat screen television, cracked spa etc.,. Subsequently because we had another company come in and then move it we discovered how far it really weighed and that there has been a 6800lb. Difference that great old secure load over charged us for. All these people today will need to get stopped! We’re doing what we could but I only hope all of the testimonials will produce a difference too.

    Excellent Service

I contacted many moving companies about my transfer out of Las Nevada after talking with 4-5 distinct businesses I choose to choose safe load storage and moving. I am quite happy with their support, the sales man was very enlightening and the movers have been horribly useful and considerate. I had been quoted $3,508 for your movement and my cost did stay exactly the same, I Will Certainly use secure load again for my second movement

These men are excellent they showed up first thing in the afternoon to be certain that the task was performed in 1 day. It is safe to say I am another happy client

    Great Service, Highly Recommend

Very professional business. Showed up one time, moved everything, put up everything that the ripped down, and also made certain things were at their proper location until they left. Both guys we had were really kind and useful. They showed up on time and came a little sooner than their quote. I do not typically write reviews but they deserve this great A review. I would recommend this business to anybody! Worth every cent I paid.

    Would recommend them without hesitation

I am really impressed with Safe Load Moving and Storage; they are on the ball! I called to find a ball park cost on what it’d cost me to transfer 2 big self storage components. The woman on the phone was really pleasant and stated that she had a supervisor in the region where my components had been situated, and would let him to fulfill in the block smart storage centre to check within my components. He came on time and looked in the components for me and abandoned some simple details about Safe Load Moving and Storage. I got a quote via email the identical day, the cost was reasonable and the quote very specialist. I hired them, the truck revealed on time and also did a wonderful job. The men were quite nice, and allow me to place my beds back collectively. Overall a terrific experience. I’d certainly utilize Safe Load Moving and Storage again and recommend them without hesitation.

    DANGER - Horrible company!!!

We recently hired a moving broker firm ( E Z Storage and Moving ) to deal with our interstate movement from Florida to Texas. The Business hired has been Safe Load Moving and Storage. In the very beginning it was a nightmare which just got worse with time. They’re entirely non-responsive to the client.
Our boxes have been packaged with throwing what they can reach right into a wardrobe box along with the packaging paper in addition to it to conceal the litter. They broke our thoughts board and ruined our BBQ grill. We had a clothing box which when we started it, it was soaking wet that following the 8 days it took them to receive our belongings to us had been destroyed due to mould and mildew.
They dropped (or it magically disappeared) a box with all of our connector wires, strings, an apple TV, a satellite dish radio and all of our remote controllers.
As soon as I attempted to predict on the foreman,”Nir” he refused to talk together and wrapped up only to instantly call his driver again that had been standing directly next to me personally and told his driver to depart.
Avoid both of these businesses!! They won’t reply to our petition to get a claim, so they won’t take your calls, and they won’t acknowledge that there was an problem.
I’m now being made to take legal actions just to have the ability to devote a claim!

FRAUD!!!!! Contracts signed under Duress! Extortion!!!!!

Safe Load Moving and Stoage (SLMS) has been hired as a subcontractor by First Priority Van Lines (FPVL) to move our possessions. DAY OF MOVE SLMS compelled me to sign a new contract under duress and when I refused they’d depart and refuse to honor the original contract we signed up. We needed to be out of the home from the following day so were made to sign new arrangement as it had been too late to discover fresh moving business. SLMS added more fees after packaging. Transfer cost 2x as much as must have. We had been extorted. Initial contract had us paying $6983.19 and following SMLS additional on charges (that they simply made up) we ended up paying $15,221.72. If we wouldn’t have paid their ransom afterward they’d have taken away our possessions and not given them to us later paying more cash. In addition they didn’t package our things safely and many have been ruined.
