Run Van lines includes no integrety, no communication, not fair. The will inform you they could provide when you requested. Then as soon as they have your furniture that your anxiety level is raised. They’ve your furniture, your stuck. I wouldn’t ever use them again. Really I would call INS, I believe most are prohibited.
They discuss quite broken english and do not return calls. We requested for a pickup on a particular date. They said yes no problem. Really showed up and did a fantastic job packaging. Then supposed to send on 2weeks later. It took 21 days past the date that they said they would deliver. I WOULD NEVER HIRED THEM. Please use a nationwide business.
