Royal Moving and Storage

I’ve made many regional movements in Jacksonville and many are from good to average. This is by far the very worst. The movement has been grossly underestimated (fortunately I had left this type of movement before). The 2 movers didn’t get together. They had an auto crash on the road into the storage device delaying the entire movement by within one hour. 1 inspector was loading my items into the storage device whilst on the telephone the entire time. He refused to remove the phone after 3 requests in myself, my husband and also the manager of this move. He had been dumping things in addition to my sofa with no protection. Boxes were being stacked upside down. It had been the most painful situation to watch. A plate unit slid down into bits, they struck the bottom of the status lamp, also I don’t have any clue what form our items are going to be in if we get them from storage.
