    Long-distance move from California
    Scammed!

This firm is currently out of business but we hired them to transfer our possessions from Colorado into New Zealand. They neglected to cover us (that we paid for) and neglected to cover the freight business (that we also paid for). We now have to pay them again.

In case you are scammed by these men like us, submit a claim with the Denver Attorney General. While we might not receive back our money, possibly these scumbags will go to prison!

    Long-distance move from Colorado
    Missing househod goods and furniture

Rocky Mountain Overseas INC. situated in Aurora Colorado
Packaged our household products and furniture to get a transfer to Panama, 460 furniture and items have been inventoried for door to door transport at a 40′ high cube container, sum charged $15,630. They place our things in their storage facility before dispatch was created from November 2014 into January 2016.
We paid $480.00 each month to put away our things for 1 year therefore the entire sum billed for packaging, storage and transport came to $21,390.
After sending to Panama was created possible RMO advised us that costs had improved and they’d require an additional $4226.00 to send our merchandise to not incorporate an $500.00 Insurance coverage for $20,000.00 policy for transport and $400 in different charges, in order that caused our total to $26,536.00. After the container came we unlocked the container and the container has been just 2/3 complete and we had been overlooking 1/3rd of our packaged things from our house which amounted to 128 missing furniture and boxes. After we were unloading the container we discovered 46 labels with the other customers name in our packed boxes also this individual was sending to England, therefore we can only presume that the missing things had the erroneous labels. We advised RMO of the tragic circumstance. Obviously they’re denying that the issue saying they packaged all things inventoried to our container, to the date there’s not been any attempt made to find our lost products from RMO INC.. Pictures supplied by RMO of allegedly complete 40 high container reveals 13 1/2 ft of this container has been left vacant.
Picture taken while the container arrived in our house is precisely the same as RMO supplied when sent.
We’re currently missing personal items to add personal computer and individual files containing safety info, the majority of personal garments, and objects of furniture and gear.
We got a present quote for door to door transport from a different delivery business for $15,700.00. Complete number doesn’t appear to have gone around to the last year and a halfhour. We see no great reason for the excess cost of $4226.00 from RMO.
This Shipper didn’t secure our products while in their own storage facility, our products were clearly shipped to somebody else through storage. Our products never made it to the container, that presents a difficulty claiming shipping insurance policy.
Obviously we’re ruined by this catastrophe of occasions.
It’ll cost us at the tens of thousands $$ to replace the lost products, to not incorporate the private security at risk issue that’s been put upon us because of the dreadful error in shipping.
We strongly recommend you don’t us
Rocky Mountain Overseas INC. in case you like your precious possessions, as they Don’t, although one chooses a premium
    To get them do this.
    Regretfully yours,
    Dannie Barnhardt

    Long-distance move from Aurora, CO
    International Move

This firm subcontracted us to get and provide a dispatch for their customer. We requested them to cover upfront and they asked when they might have 30 days charge, we supplied stated credit and they still have not paid us 10 weeks afterwards. Don’t conduct business with this firm they’re lousy organization.
Proceed with any other firm if at all possible.
