    Very pleasant experience, A+ Movers.

I had an exceptional experience managing roadrunner movers. They moved out of the way to be certain everything was great and that I had a cozy movement. Would highly recommend!

Quality Service that fits any budget

Service provided was outstanding and has been excellent coping with roadrunner movers. Not only are they really proficient but were also very inexpensive. I strongly recommend.

    One of the best

I had been needing a fast move to another side of town and street runner was not the only one up for it. Some buddies of mine have employed them from the pass, therefore I ask them when they believed they’d aid me. I phoned them on Tuesday and they had been there Wednesday morning bright and early to allow me to transfer my things. Everybody was friendly and fast! They put all precisely where I’d ask that made it a lot simpler to unpack. I’ll certainly use there service again.

    Long-distance move from Miami, FL
    Horrible experience.

Miami into Charlotte. Price gouging, overlooking things at destination (Sonos, bose speakers) overdue arrival for packaging and pickup- afterward team leader leaves after two hrs, and team is in turmoil, leading to our occupation rolling over into another day:-LRB- causing my husband to stay the night while my son and I drove 16 hours to Charlotte by ourselves. Chaos within their scheduling and office, near proceed date! Not ready with packaging materials to get a white glove transfer – and actually asked me to go get boxes in Lowes! (that I did- in the rain! ) ) The majority of our possessions were moving to storage for a year at Charlotte. My husband needed to oversee organizing into two units – they needed us to lease a thirdparty. We’re draining out them this week – so much is chipped, chipped, crushed, pitched in boxes & unwrapped. Drawers never emptied, shelving left in bookcases. Art work not wrapped, crushed together, ” we compensated for additional and individual artwork packaging. Few clothing hanging * we compensated for MANY additional wardrobe boxes. Some of the team have been standouts and worked out hard. Revenue seemed fair and comprehensive – but actually, only led the”scam-to-come” by making my hope, and allow me to think we’d addressed each possible part of making this a successful job where they get paid great money – and we receive nicely cared for. Such a breach of our confidence, reassurance and also property. Shame on this organization and its leadership. Joanna Phelan

    Dishonest bunch of scammers

Only look a their imitation worker and paid-for reviews. . .its simple to see. Do not have a chance letting those con-artists possess your own stuff. They will shake you down to get more money than agreed and mess your own stuff.

Roadrunner Moving and Storage, based out of Florida

Terrible company!!! The salesman was a con-man deluxe. They maintained that they needed their own trucks and moving crews. However, the moving team showed up in my home using a u-haul truck and the team was subcontracted. I had been charged an additional $3000 on going day since the quantity of my merchandise had been higher then the firm calculated. I am confused how this might happen since I gave the man certain dimensions of each item we had been sending. The salesman had promised that they were the sole real movers that signed a binding contract which secured within my cost. This was a entire lie!! How can they charge me an additional $3000 when we had a secured in contract? The most important reason I picked Roadrunner Moving and”Storage” was because the salesman explained that they would give me 30 days of free storage in a orgasm controlled facility they possessed in Texas. Come to learn, there’s a different firm based in Houston which can also be referred to as roadrunner moving. But when I called them I was advised that they aren’t related to the Florida firm, along with the Florida firm doesn’t possess storage in Texas. I afterwards learned that the transferring team loaded my furniture at the u-haul truck and hauled it into a rental storage unit in Amarillo, Texas. The moving team was quite unprofessional so I asked another team to provide my furniture at Oklahoma. The business ignored my request and shipped the exact same team to supply the furniture. I am wondering if they simply go with the lowest bid on the subcontract. Other lies comprise: The salesman said that the moving team would”cage” all of our our large pictures along with marble furniture shirts. In my novel, the term crate usually means that a wooden box. I was rather impressed with this notion. However, it ended up that they simply put those things into standard cardboard image boxes. They did exactly the same with the TV. I could not believe it. They’d additional fees for wrap particular furniture items in blankets and cardboard. The movers didn’t do a fantastic job of packaging their truck tight and all the way towards the very best. But a number of our boxes have been smashed on the corners or borders. Surprisingly we did not have a lot of things broken. They did harm a few our classic furniture items. Essentially, salesman bent over backward to be considerate and helpful until I’d paid the first $2000 deposit. After there, he can care less about me. I won’t ever use this company again!!!!
