My company employed Roadrunner of Hoover many times-the workers are amazing nonetheless the past two moves were trying because of the rudeness of their owner-Jim. He had been curt and rude to a person I’d known his company and that I let it all go. My firm had ordered to use them before this episode and when the day came he didn’t possess it on his schedule.
I phoned to inquire why the rudeness if he missed the consultation and that I had been told that he did not need to listen to it and then he hung me up. I won’t ever use them again since they’ve grown too busy to take care of moves correctly. If You’d like your mover to appear I Wouldn’t phone Roadrunner of all Hoover, AL.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Inform your loved ones members and friends too. This is my experience moving from Bham into ATL (you can’t make this stuff up). I’ve moved over 20 days and they’re the worst movers I have ever employed.
1) They attracted the wrong sized truck so many things were abandoned and needed to be brought after. A number of that never arrived at all.
2) They greatly ruined a range of things including my grand piano. I invested $500 to correct the piano and they refused to reimburse me.
3) They dropped things. They really abandoned them around the truck. After 3 emails and 3 phone calls and two weeks after they”discovered” them under a few blankets onto the truck. This was just after I wanted reimbursement for the lost things.
4) Worst of all, throughout the move that the”lead man” made improper remarks to my 15 year-old girl on 3 distinct events to the point where she felt uneasy and moved out of her way to avoid him. The lead man did so.
I’ve now gotten a lawyer involved. They’re a terrible. Utilize anybody but them. Feel free to private message me if you would like any more information.
