Someone (Kevin or even Vic) arrived at our location at Beacon to perform a quote and lent 600 for your occupation. He brought in sausage and bread to reveal the kind he had been. Folks this is all a scam!!! Then trip the man disappeared and wasn’t able to speak to him through the proceeding date or later. So see! The man comes in, he’s charming, he provides you with a deal, making it looks like is a slice of cake and if you fall for this you’re really going to pay nearly 3 times the quote. Even the dude, which he thought to be a ex-cop (likely a corrupt one) bates youpersonally, he underestimates the vehicle dimensions (clearly it was too brief ) and figure what we ended up spending 1700 bucks!!! The invoice was demonstrated to us if the truck was complete and at the point we had been still stranded, we needed to leave the location so that we had no option. To make matters even messier about the afternoon of the transfer they wanted in money or money order that was a significant difficulty to pulled such substantial amount on ATMs, therefore that they slowed the labour till we’d paid them up-front etc.. CROOKS, SCAMMERS, CRIMINALS
Stay away don’t use this business read each review on this business and I will tell you 100 percent that they are scammers and thieves.
We had been awarded quotations that the afternoon of the movement climbed by $1000.00, we had been loaded and needed to go.
Anthony and business are all con artist bringing bread into your home and playing in your good character. My household is the Italian family and we welcome all which come to our house and we didn’t all of this team, they guaranteed tv boxes and apparel boxes that they had none. They ruined our televisions plus they promised to have insurance that they do not.
There trucks aren’t theirs they’ve leases and as most of the other reviews they showed up 3 hours late and had a team that couldn’t do the job.
I cannot think the CON that they pulled away but currently reading the testimonials I’ll be calling Law Enforcement along with the Better business bureau.
Avoid THIS CON!!!
Kevin shows up in our house in Tarrytown to provide a quotation. He was amazingly nice and pulled bread and a few pastries on us. He also gave us a quotation of 600 to our brief move about ten mins away in our existing address. A day after Kevin phone me back asking whether it was likely to transfer us a day before, that ended up working nicely for our landlord along with new home. Upon the moving day that he was supposed to appear between 1 – 2 pm, but nevertheless I restored a phone at 1:30 in a random worker not Kevin telling me that they wouldn’t have the ability to appear to a time after 6pm. This put us at a terrible place since our new location has time limitations and our our house was scheduled to be transferred into after daily for new tenants. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANTY THEY ARE A SCAMM. We’re still attempting to revive back our deposit.
Shame on me for falling for this scam! AKA Community Movers of Poughkeepsie. David arrived at our house for a quote, even attracting Italian bread, and also with a great talk with my spouse and I. even showed us his World Series ring which Doc Gooden allegedly gave him. On Friday afternoon, showed up late and needed to charge $$$$ more for packaging my marble floor java table in addition for needing more $$$ for packaging materials.
They left my own dining area a wreck. Truck didn’t arrive in our new house until days later guaranteed, needing a money payment prior to unloading. There were also water stains around the base of my leather upholstery along with a chip missing from the base of my marble foundation and a leg cracked at the end table. They obviously left the furniture from the rain whilst unloading different clients. I’d love to record them to the Attorney General, however, believe that it might go everywhere. Still holding on to my initial paperwork.
