These men that showed up did not even know how to talk English. Our stuff was at a 17 feet Uhaul truck and just wanted it to be transferred into a significant storage device. They billed us $200.00 and did not complete the task, the men were on the phone half of the time and transferring 1 box at a time. These amateurs even asked me to go and get these drinks. They milked the time and they left a vast majority of my things out of the storage device telling me that they could not complete and they billed me and left. Total ridiculousness, I called the operator and he did not even do anything about it. Complete SCAM.

I guessed that if ever you employ movers, then something is going to be broken. I was quite frustrated when my materials came after rigos movers’d packed my Uhaul pods. Each piece of furniture needed hurt on it. They promised me that they understood how to package the pods correctly, that they really do it all of the time. As soon as I phoned them about the harm that they maintained that it had been Uhauls fault. One other problems that I ran into was the half way by packaging that they asked when I’d more blankets for packaging. I offered to go buy some more from Uhaul and they stated they did not want them. In the very end they asked me again because they had them, but it had been too late in the afternoon at the point for me personally to acquire more blankets. They also left with a hands filled with items which wouldn’t fit from the pods. I’d purchased 3 pods and they arrived with two. They promised me two are more than sufficient. My advice to anybody who utilizes these movers using Uhaul pods is just 3 items: (1) have locks to your drains, Uhaul doesn’t disclose this information when leasing them online. I discovered once they were finished packaging and requested for my own locks. (2) lease over the dozen packaging blankets which arrive with every pod. (3) wrap yourself all furniture ( bubble wrap, vinyl etc) until they place in bunny. Packing blankets won’t be adequate. Your stuff will probably not be treated or packaged with caution.

We hired movers to assist us with all the heavy lifting and also to load our 6×12 U-Haul trailer to get a large move up the nation.   We trusted them to become professional and to assist us transfer our possessions safely and securely.  This is just mad – that the amount of damage sustained is absurd.   My treadmill, as an instance, is busted. . .literally EVERY border and surface is scraped through the finish.   How is that even possible? My kitchen table includes a CHUNK overlooking from a seat leg.   This level of harm is so intentionally careless There Isn’t Any possible way my 2 movers were unaware that this was happening while they were still loading.   I feel duped.   We’re just two ordinary Men and Women who have been Searching for a little aid lightening the burden of a large move from People Who are assumed to be professionals!I’m so disappointed, so I Would like my money (along with the $40 trick ) back.   I wouldn’t recommend Rigo’s if that is the kind of service that they provide.To Rigo’s — in case you want to find images of this damage your men caused, please get in touch with me privately.

Freddie and Jesse helped me create two distinct moves. Clearly I’m glad, I hired them two. They’re super reasonable concerning time (they round down) and do not slack. My automobile was 2.5 hours late, had no ramp, and they were kind enough to carry an abysmal 1 hour split, did not whine, and used another 1.5 to point so the true loading went super fast. Freddie has a talented tetris eye and actually squeezed down to the room to utilize every inch. I was paying from the foot along with his conclusions saved me a whole lot of money. For which I leaned appropriately. They always kept me appraised of where we had been in the procedure without slowing down the job in any respect. They’re intelligent, efficient and effective. Very pleasurable to use. Nothing broke. I really don’t what happened on the other reviewers however that did not occur to me either time.

The guys were quite professional and helpful. They kept on going even after the rest of us could not move another inch. There were 5 things that had to move down 3 flights of stairs and they did not charge us extra. They’re the energizer guys that kept going and going.
Would be delighted to use them again.

Rigos Moving company sent me two extremely beneficial and professional young guys for my hard move. I had some very thick bulky bits which had to be transported up to my brand new 3rd floor house that has 34 measures. They never complained, were as polite as humanly possible and that I was really very happy with the movement whatsoever. I would strongly suggest Javier and Brian and’m likely to ask them again as I’m once more moving. Oh… the cost was reasonable and fair and they left payment so simple over the telephone. Yes, I am a really delighted customer! All moving adventures ought to be this lovely…
