I intended for this movement. About 8/24/2019 at about 11:30AM, I got a telephone by Integrated Moving Solutions, telling me I would have my automobile on 8/25/2019. This firm was reported on several cases into the BBB for deceptive business practices. I attempted to get Rightway Movers through the weekend of 8/24/2019 and 8/25/2019 without avail. 1, IMS showed up late, and two, the motorist berated me along with my spouse for not allowing them know previously that I wasn’t familiar with them coming. Thus, I cancelled the movement using Integrated Moving Solutions, for anxiety that my possessions would be damaged or lost without a remediation. Upon talking with Rightway Movers on 8/26/2019, they thought that my possessions were on a vehicle and also about the road for my new address at 8/24/2019, that was wrong. I advised them that I’d attempted to achieve them and was not able and I would love to cancel my relocation and get a refund because I couldn’t more have reasonable certainty that they’d employ a respectable firm. At the time they requested me that the issue and advised me that Integrated Moving Solutions is a respectable company and that nothing has been wrong. Upon additional insistence, I had been told I would be given a refund and could be reached from the charging section. That was on 8/25/2019. As of 8/28/2019, I did not obtain a phone from Rightway Movers and consequently known, only to understand that my number was blocked and I don’t have any means of communicating together. This business falsely advertised that they’re readily available for you 24/7 and that they have their very own fleet of trucks and that I also believe that the business has participated in competitive and unprofessional business practices, verging on fraud. Please, please, avoid this company in any way costs. I am attempting to obtain a refund in the sum of my $1,000 but they’ve literally blocked my telephone and don’t respond to mails. I don’t have any other recourse except to attempt to stop others from making this error later on.
