The organization, Rightway Movers and Storage, LLC, DOT amount 3201464, had been hired to get a transfer that has been expected to occur 8/24/19-8/25/2019 using a deposit of $1,000. I got a call in Integrated Moving Solutions around 8/24 in 11:30AM to notify me that my transfer could be about 8/25 involving 8-11AM. I had to scramble to get good care of the pets and to find meals and sleeping accommodation, as most of our bedding was already in MA. Rightway never advised me that they contracted outside so I didn’t know whether that was true. I needed to have my transfer this weekend, so I went to proceed with this. But I researched the firm, Integrated Moving Solutions, also learned that they have an F using the Better Business Bureau and also have been involved with countless complaints which have led to people losing large amounts of money. I tried to call Rightway Movers, that assert that they have 24/7 customer support on their site (False Advertising Instance #2), just to discover that they won’t answer emails or calls over the weekend. I had no means of devoting my criticism concerning Integrated Moving Solutions. I jumped, no matter, to establish when Integrated Moving Solutions seemed authentic if they came. They arrived about 12:30PM on 8/25, one hour and a half late, at a barely marked truck. Neither person had a touch with Rightway Movers so that I advised them that I couldn’t conduct support together. They obtained confrontational and just left once persuading them to depart. On Monday, 8/26, I contacted Rightway Movers to notify them of my extremely bad service I had obtained from them and from their contracted inspector. They proceeded to inform me that they didn’t know the reason why I was cancelling and that Integrated Moving Solutions is really a fantastic and respectable enterprise. Now I informed them that I simply needed my down payment back in the sum of $1,000. They said that they would cancel my support and I’d be reached by the charging department in my refund. On Wednesday, 8/28, I contacted back out to Rightway Movers on to attempt to acquire advice about my discretion to discover that they have blocked my number and won’t respond to email. I’ve recently issued a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Transportation but neither has discovered back in Rightway Movers and Storage LLC. I believe that I have been duped by Rightway using their false advertisements and claims. In addition, I believe Rightway is hiring significantly less than sufficient movers rather than advising their clients so that they don’t have the time to study the mover till they arrive. This was exactly what happened with me and that I had been left with a few to no alternatives if I desired my possessions to be secure. My most important complaints are bogus advertisements which directed me to my own conclusion and inadequate customer support when told of my criticism to the stage that they whined to a refund and obstructed my number, that I would presume is all that’s required to assist someone not create the wrong choice later on. I am hoping this finds you until you choose to seek the services of this business.

This Isn’t the firm RIGHT WAY MOVERS from Oceanside CA. This provider is using their title. This provider is a broker and subcontracts out to scam artists! Should you really care about your own life and accumulated possessions, then run away from these types of folks!! They dropped my moving quote, maintained $1000.00 over exactly what they have been to be compensated. They won’t respond to my refund. These individuals contracted out to TR MOVING SERVICES…. Don’t Use the Correct WAY moving BROKERS!!!! You’ll be quite sorry. They have more than 30 complaints using the BBB. I’m currently using legal counsel.
