I agreed to cover these crooks nearly $8,000 to transfer my home impacts from Florida to Virginia. In the last moment I dropped the home in virginia, and so I Purchased one in Georgia.   Rhino Wouldn’t decrease the cost but the afternoon of the movement increased the cost by $3,000 or else They’d place everythig back.   Oh, how I wish they’d. Managing rhino supposed losing about 1/2 of my cherished antiques and antiques items smashed or gone entirely without a bookkeeping, besides to call me a liar and assert I never possessed the things Which Are missing.   I’ve got pictures! Rhino was designed to send our stuff from FL to Europe. More than 40 items havent came such as large furniture bits, mattresses, dozen of boxes with private items, pc, clothing etc.. Rhino claims to have shipped everything that’s such a LIE! The seal on the container has been untouched during transport and just broken at the port of destination (have evindence and witnesses to establish so). Rhino didnt even bother to look at their storage to our stuff! I wont mention that a good deal of things was ruined, broken, chipped! We’re devastated that so a number of our private possessions are stolen and ruined! What a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! AVOID!!!!

Do!!! Not!!!   Hire!!! Rhino movers inc have been liars in the start to the ending!!! Saleman Howard lied about the cost,the arrangement,thier providers, the truth they have thier trucks along with thier reputation with the BBB that was REVOKED!!! They had been 12 hours late in choosing up furniture and then jumped to over twice the quotation at select up!!! The period of delivery that they set me off for more than a week phoning me daily stating it’d be the following moment. .then at the time that they finally got there as soon as they took their final payment they stated it was so late in the day that they can only reassemble 1 mattress. .My husband and son needed to wind up helping them take the boxes from!!! This is the biggest crock of garbage I have ever experienced!!!   Save yourself a headache, not hire them!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I’m filing a complaint with the FMCSA and accomplishing to a lawyer who specializing in customer protection. They lent us $3,200 for a transfer. After hammering Rhino, I found those reviews but they already had our residue so that I had been hoping for the very best. The movers that worked right for Rhino showed up the day of their transfer and DEMANDED $10k to transfer our belongings. Delivery guy didn’t finish the task, threatening, threatening, and it had been pure extortion.  Left 33 bits on earth floor (contract: loft delivery). The motorist was ALONE, denied to push in my road. He yells, threatens to depart, asks for extra cash. Fees me $200 to transport things using a hand distance involving truck and home: 300ft. He piled all in the base of my stairs, blocking access into rooms, a few in lawn. In 10pm he yells that he wants to leave, promising it prohibited to operate beyond 10pm!  The following day, after hitting out to Sean who understood nothing, driver supplies to return to get $150! I denied. That is really a scam, extortion, and improper behaviour!  I’ve complained. Michelle Weisblat responded that the motorist was correct, and that I must read my own contract.  Currently registered complaint with BBB.

Rhino lied to us and did not send several heirloom posts. Thay told me that they utilized there own trucks. Not correct. They were instant to select up, overdue to send a few things but distictive things the size of a refridgerator were stolen. The delivery driver stated he remembered the distintive torso”on the truck”at Denver and could bring it next excursion. Lie. Should you read the fine print there’s a”shuttle” clause for bringing to regions where big trucks can’t drive. Duh, that is most areas and they rely on it. Consequently, they maintain your things hostage until you pony up an additional $600. Then to include insutlt to harm, the shipping was faulty. Four months of broken promises today.

It’s Been nearly a year because we moved out of Boynton Beach to Brooklyn, NY and I still haven’t gotten over the horrible moving encounter we had with Rhino movers along with our earnings girl, Michelle.   Since We’re packing up a Number of the things to come back to Florida, I’m reminded again of this tear off that we experienced for this particular Organization.   We had been advised that the large moving truck Couldn’t come in to our community in NY and They might have to put All our items into a different truck for shipping, but it could be their workers moving all.   After the truck finally arrived to our home in Brooklyn, and they began taking the boxes out from the truck that we were actually in shock, Regarding the State of the boxes.   They had been arriving receptive, destroyed in, and a Few of the materials were already rattling from the boxes because they unloaded.   We stated something to the transferring guys, and they informed us that this is how they discovered that the boxes at the storage device in which they picked them up for delivery, so that they had been only contract workers, and they could not believe it themselves regarding the State of the boxes.   When we began unpacking we had so many items broken, it wasn’t to be considered.   When I phoned Rhino, I had been advised that we had been provided additional insurance for the materials, which we diminished.   We were not provided additional protection, and we had been insured at sixty cents per pound.   Now I might have rung their insecurities.   Many heirlome bits which belonged to my mom were ruined and it looked like when a ship was marked brittle they took particular care to throw that among the toughest and furthest that they can.   It really looked as though the moving van had been in a collision and wrapped over with our contents at the vehicle.  It’s taken me a year to even talk about it now, and once we return to FL in May we will let a Uhaul and choose our items which are abandoned ourselves. IF YIU ARE IN YOUR RIGHT MIND NEVER USE THIS  COMPANY.   IF YOU Choose TO USE THEM, Excellent LUCK.   HOPE You’re Not SENDING ANYTHING OF VALUE THAT YOU WANT TO KEEP.   ALSO, MICHELLE Is Quite NICE SELLING THEIR SERVICES BUT IF You’ve Got A Issue, THEY GIVE YOU ANOTHER NUMBER TO CALL AND YOU Can’t GET BACK TO HER.   READ ANOTHER REVIEW THAY SAID SHE ISTHE OWNERS WIFE, I CAN BELIEVE THAT.   IF THERE WAS A RATING LESS THAT POOR that I WOULD GIVE IT TO THEM.   THEY DON’T EVEN DESERVE THAT.   Michelle if you’re reading that I want the exact same for one ten fold together with almost any service you employ.

Tired of working with those offenders and thieves. I used them for a long distance move out of Washington DC to Fort Lauderdale and had them maintain my possessions for nearly 3 weeks while I was in transition into permanent housing.  Pickup and drop off times were as scheduled. They obviously you day laborers since the employees arrive filthy and dissheveled. One pretty much seemed homeless. In delievery, I had been missing a few big items and many things arrived damaged. They delievered somebody else’s mattress along with a few other things that didnt belong to me personally.  Mike in Earnings on the telephone is a dreadful liar who does not return calls or desire something more to do with you when they have your cash. The warehouse supervisor is simply another paid liar also asserting he’ll locate your stuff and get back to you personally – never after a returned phone call. They display their calls from a caller ID so in case you’ve got a problem you may only receive a voice mail if you don’t call from another amount.  I eventually had to file a complaint with the BBB that’s basically useless. They bold face lied to them also saying the missing things were not on the stock list that they clearly are and then farther explained I hand wrote them on myself. Thieves, scammers, and liars. Avoid these people at any cost. They ought to be in jail.

Awful encounter with rhino moving inc! This provider is very unprofessional!  I had a first agreement to get my merchandise transferred for a price of 2.485.00  just a little 1 bedroom apt out of NY to Oregon.  According to the sales man Shaun, this cost wouldn’t change. They’ve overcharged me $700,00 and kept my items hostage for nearly 1 month. They have been very rude over the phone (once they’d my merchandise ) and also have ruined many products. Picture frame, eyeglasses, my couch, and mattress.  They had been late a few times to pick up my merchandise and several months to deliver.When I had been told they’d overcharge me ( following all of my goods were already inside the vehicle ) I  attempted to reach out to Shaun who didn’t answer my calls on this day. After whining and waiting hours to get a settlement they guaranteed me a state delivery to conquer the strain. I was no other choice since I needed to create the flight to the following day.  They kept my items for 23 times on goal. As stated by the driver, he’d my merchandise for days in Oregon but had been awaiting an endorsement from the enterprise to deliver.  During this waiting time, Shaun kept telling me a few times they’d address the issue from the time of bringing that I must not be worried. On the afternoon of delivering they took that the residual payment on $700 before unloading my products. Again I attempted to reach out into a rhino that repeatedly refused to answer my requirements. This entire experience was a nightmare! I’ve documented them to BBB and I’m still awaiting a good resolution. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anybody!

This is actually the worst moving Business!
The salesman lent me two trucks and 6 guys. Just 1 bath and 4 guys showed up. Each of the furniture wouldn’t fit on 1 bath so that they called for the next truck. As it got there (late), it was already 75% complete with the other client’s furniture. They attempted to match the remainder of my items with this truck and it would not fit. They delivered a third truck another day (4 hours late), and obtained the remaining furniture.
Upon shipping (4 hours late) their motorists conducted over my landscape lighting and sprinklers, threw the broken components in the hedges, and then denied it. They refuse to cover the property damage although I supplied images, repair quotes, along with an affidavit which I seen the harm. They just lie in order that they won’t have fired.
This isn’t a professional business. They utilize part-time laborers which don’t have any expertise in transferring furniture. They don’t deal with the freight with caution. I really don’t believe that they could read the labels since many could not talk English.
Don”t get the identical mistake that I did. Use another provider even though it costs more. It’ll be more economical in the long term. This firm doesn’t meet their duties.

Nobody in this business knows how to tell the facts!! Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Lied about the shipping date, whined about shedding (stealing?) A box. All of Howard or anybody else in that provider knows the way to do is tell you exactly what you would like to listen to but did not care if what they told you was that the reality! And attempting to put a claim about the missing box was a nightmare! Please don’t utilize Rhino Movers to your moving business. Rhino Moving is your WORST moving firm. I had them pick up the things to be transferred on June 27, 2014 at Ft. Lauderdale and has been advised that the things would be sent to Utah in 7-14 days. The shipping was eventually made on August 5th 2014. We obtained other peoples things and a lot of our things were either lost or stolen. The motorist (Dexter 352.274.5009) phoned on August 4th to notify us of their delivery but stated that we’d need to pay them an extra $300 otherwise he wouldn’t have the ability to deliver the products. EXTORTION. Dexter worked for a trucking firm that RHINO contracts with so either he had been scamming us or RHINO was. No matter Rhino is accountable for this. We refused to pay the additional cash and possibly that’s the reason why we had our things stolen and got other people peoples things. I’ll also get the Florida state attorney general to whine about it. Rhino Moving shouldn’t be permitted to perform business ANYWHERE.

Rhino lost about 2k of my belongings, I’d bought insurance for 270.00. They stated the insurance carrier would just cover 400.00. So tired of coping with them I approved. It took 3 weeks to allow them to get me a test. The very first one they sent me was an empty envelope,no check. The next one they sent me bounced!!! Will upgrade asap, I’m sure it’s going to be another month or so,they are again not returning my calls.

I’d offer no stars if at all possible. This business triggered me and my household so much tension and heartache, it is hard to put into words. However, I’ll attempt because I really don’t need anyone else to become jaded by this corporation. We were creating a very long distance move out of Miami to Los Angeles. Howard promised me that they managed cross country moves all of the time. I picked them based on cost in addition to Howard bad mouthing the contest. I ought to have known better. NOR CAN THEY HANDLE A CROSS COUNTRY MOVE MUCH LESS A SMALL MOVE.

Not only did they pick up our things overdue, but we had to beg them to provide our things.   They had been”stuck” at warehouse at NJ for nearly 4 months.   When they sent, we had been overlooking 4 big boxes, among which was a cupboard box.   They insisted on giving us things that did not belong to us.   They Won’t take back these items and Cannot find our lost things.   I have followed up with them time and time again to hunt for my things and they all tell me would be to file a claim.   It is not about the cash – it is about my sentimental possessions.   I would recommend finding somebody else unless you want a hassle.

They planned our movement in two parts. 1st they arrived in the prior afternoon of the movement to package all our possessions and then in the following morning they arrived to load what to begin for our new site. We’ve got a lot of valuable glass, china, images and classic furniture all of that were handled appropriately and proceeded safely. Chino, the foreman carefully ordered the antique products. We believed that nothing was too much trouble for them. A great deal of furniture needed to be set in the ideal rooms of the new home that was done without criticism. The quotation we received was quite aggressive and significantly reduced than another firm. It was a joy to take care of Rhino moving.

I had a minimum movement from Florida to Missouri. The cost was great, customer service was amazing, my mails and telephone calls were returned instantly. The salesman (Mike) promised to send my furniture and boxes inside my delivery window along with the promise has been kept. Everything came on time, there was no harm, no missing things. Pick up/delivery individuals were curteous and polite, they worked quickly and so were professional.I’m very happy with Rhino Movers providers, if I ever have to move again I’ll use this company for certain.

Rhino moving did a superb job moving our possessions. They took care of all our stuff and nothing had been broken or damaged when we obtained it. The movers were very courteous and helpful. I had a long distance movement, so relaxed and smooth in Florida to Texas. These individuals are fantastic. They showed up on time and began to load everything very carefully. I had lots of pieces of heavy furniture, and so I believed that it was likely to be an issue for them. They attracted large boxes, blankets, tape… I had plenty of furniture but nothing got damaged. Thank you guys for doing this work so well. I will advocate Rhino moving to everybody searching for a good moving business.

I’ve had several motions and this one is the very lovely (Pompano Beach, FL — Memphis, TN). I’ve read a great deal of opinions and I made the decision to employ Rhino moving. Their group of employees was Cisco along with his helpers that were quite friendly, courteous and quick.  I had some fresh and some older furniture, a few of the bits are my favourite ones, and that I was very worried that a few of them could get lost or damaged. These guys were wonderful. They had been super careful with all my things and they handled me with higher esteem. All my items were undamaged. Several months ago I contacted rhino going to come outside to get the in home estimate. After the man showed up and began to spell out the transfer process I believed he was attempting to pull a quick one on me. That is my third period going! And Rhino Transferring was Exceptional! This provider is the real thing. It is weird that there is a lot of negative reviews on this since I had an excellent experience together! I had heard that they were exceptional, and for me personally , they really were. From begin to finish, the team was very considerate and accommodating. They functioned in our house for 2 weeks nonstop! Rhino Transferring packed all for us. These guys were excellent. They were fast, type, AND my quote was correct on. Highly recommended Rhino Transferring to everybody!!!

THe movers were Good.   They showed up on time and went over  everything with me about the move.   Then they began with indivudually wrap each piece of furniture.   They were very cautious with All our delicate bits.   Our master bedroom place (king size) with oversize vest and chest were upstairs.   They were very cautious and did NO damage in Any Way.   The Cost for the transfer was quite fair.   After the movement was finished, there was no harm in Any Way, and they went over everything with me.   I had been given a quotation of 5 hours, and that was precisely what it required.   I will be more than happy to recommend them for anybody searching for a professional organization that will assist you with your relocation. After we got to the new house they assessed with me on where I needed the furniture set, and then placed it in which I asked for this to be put.

Excellent Moving Company!  Considering all the pressure of going the previous thing you need is problems with your moving business.  Rhino Transferring exceeded all of my expectations. They showed up in my house and packed all of my things large and small together and sent it into my new house perfectly. I can’t complain in any way, they left my move worry free. On behalf of my child and ourselves, we just wanted to mention that Rhino Transferring did a PHENOMENAL task of transferring him out of Florida to Tennessee!   Howard, the Old Consultant, was amazing from our own first online and following telephone correspondence.  On pick-up afternoon, the group came on time and got packed up very quickly, economically and packed/wrapped/supported ALL the items above and above what we had been anticipating.  They came 700 miles in just 2.5 days.  On delivery, the staff was very professional, caring and effective in addition to personable. They came early, made to operate immediately and needed the movement completed in almost no time.  We had been completely astonished at how great everything went!  And not 1 matter — nothing — has been broken, missing or chipped!  When our son goes back into Florida in a few years after completing school (ideally!) , we’ll definitely be phoning Rhino Moving again!
