    Don't trust Them!!!!

The sole reason I am actually giving one star is because I must, Blake initially lent me $1200 to the transfer away from New York to Missouri. When they arrived to pickup the load that they needed $2500. After about 5 hours of trying to find a hold of these and also the”mobile phone” amount Blake gave me personally , I got down it 1659 since I had a quotation from a different business and they did not wish to lose my company. Than the manager Carl explained he is doing me a favor by providing me this cost!! They claimed I’d 520 cubic feet and that is why the cost went up, however I measured it myself and it was just what I had told them at the start, 375. This provider has become the most dirty sly business I’ve ever dealt with, they all promised they do not utilize agents etc, that is all that they do. The team that fell off my items was fantastic and it is a pity that this business will do what it will. Never expect them. Never expect Blake that can sweet talk you and act like he cares, even when all they need is the money. I strongly advise using Sega Transportation, talk to Mike he’s really honest and cautioned me about exactly what will occur. Relocation R us consented to trick my motorists both manners as a means to maintain my company, and clearly they did not. They never even saw the drivers along with my items since they were agents. Terrible experience, horrible business.

    Moving Review

I had been moving out of Northern New Jersey into Jupiter Florida and hired Relocation R Us to assist me transfer possessions. Dave and his staff were both professional and worked together through the whole practice. I had been given telephone numbers and managed to phone and check out the progress. They also worked together with my tight budget and also supplied me with a fair discount. They left my transfer in Jersey to Florida a less stressful experience.

I would recommend this team of good”employees” in the front desk to the back of the Home anyday
#1 and kudos to the team

    Move to Tennessee

Okay well I’ve mixed feelings about this. When I first called this man Blake was good on giving me all of the facts and told me never to fret about any. Subsequently it was going day along with the movers got dropped (that I can not blame them cause there gps was far from bad ) therefore Dave was useful and we eventually discovered were that they where and I drove around 25 minutes to receive them. From the time that I discovered them and got them back into my home it had been near 9pm. However, the employees knocked out it and wrapped everything attentively. Dave was fantastic and speak with his boss and have me a great discount for my annoyance. So two months went by and my move in date was coming up so that I phoned Blake to ensure we were still on program he advised me it’d require 3 to seven days in my delivery date because of my own packaged to arrive. Well I was not pleased about that so I called the main number and speak to a very helpful woman and she explained it on it s way. The movers called and they had been there bright and early the day following the date that was great. Everything appears to be in great shape but still believe I am missing two boxes. Overall all is great

    Please avoid at all cost

Not professional whatsoever. . They were assumed to come this day before yesterday however their”truck broke down”. They arrived yesterday and increased their cost by from 1800 to 2800. . Down it to 2100. They then did not have resources to disassemble the furniture..they wasted a hour searching for an Allen key. They requested me and my mother to get a knife and gear. They did not possess the appropriate carrying carts you’d anticipate moving businesses to own… all of my wooden furniture is scraped… and they struck my desk. . .they ended up carrying stuff in the refrigerator without asking. I listened to them for the things they did on my furniture. Professional aide blanket furniture in the flat and then take it out. . They shot it out first and then taped blankets about following the damage has been already done to conceal everything they did. . They pulled my poles around. Spilled stuff from these on the staircase. Now carl called mepersonally, that is fine. . However you don’t manage the nice folks on the telephone once the movers come. The movers inform you to not telephone the office since they’re the ones going the material. I still called a few days on Saturday and sunday and nobody answered me. Every bit of my furniture includes tough scratches on these. My couch is ripped out of stains. They threw boxes in my electronic equipment. My notebooks mouse and keys is not working since they drove a box onto it. I made the mistake of hiring them, please avoid at any cost. I hired them 2120 to assist me transfer my less then 6 month old furniture in my new apartment with no hassle but I’m at a loss for this 2120, in addition to property damage of more then 2000. It’d have been simpler if I Gave my furniture away at no cost, atleast it’d continue to be complete. I trusted them with my furniture and today what is ruined (some of it can not actually be fixed ). I’m supposed to be loving my new flat, but due to these movers I’m coping with broken furniture and yelling every time that I view my hard earned cash in broken bits…. The reason why I obtained movers along with”a family owned company” who understand how to redpect different people’s belongings was so I would not need to manage broken furniture and a whole reduction of more then $4000

    Relocations R Us Unethical

Stay far, far away from a business which quotes one cost, loads your merchandise and then holds you and the merchandise hostage since they’ve doubled the quote. They’re agents rather than a moving company, they lie about that. They lie around being a family possessed”A” rated firm with their own line of trucks, be ready a Budget Rental Truck is what is going to appear. They lie about their workers being desktop checked, they do not – because obviously I had people appear that weren’t in this country lawfully. They didn’t arrive with sufficient supplies-had to run to Home Depot to purchase more boxes, so they didn’t have a hand truck, or gear to disassemble things, and not enough guys to take care of the job. They also didn’t possess mattress boxes, also ruined a 2500. Organic latex mattress since they bent it in half! I also paid for a packaging service in $1000. That was anything but. . .they dumped drawers and things into boxes and recorded them closed. My items have been treated like crap. They also lied about where my merchandise would be stored before fall away, was informed Rochester and it moved into a warehouse in NJ. The narrative appears to be the exact same, lies, lies and more lies, doubling the quote as soon as they have your merchandise, hiring uncaring and dishonest employees and treating your products such as crap. This is a business which shouldn’t ever be permitted to maintain business as a result of their unethical business practices! Stay far, far away!

    My move

The men came on time, known as 1/2 hr earlier such as I was advised, and proceeded very quickly. When they arrived we’d double the number that they had been told however, didn’t whine whatsoever. They requested me first before adding fees and waited till I accepted. They were quite protective with my own furniture wrapped all closely and moved to the truck attentively. It was a terrific experience and I’d use them again in a heartbeat!

    Worst experience of my life

Don’t USE! Wildly Beloved, Jon a”moving pro” has declared, called me improper titles, and verbally attacked my boyfriend and mother. They state your possessions will get for you on a particular date and then they never reveal. They don’t have monitoring devices in order that it is impossible for them to monitor where your things really are. Very frankly their performance appears to be prohibited. After my possessions really arrive I would be extremely surprised if they’re intact.

    Very very horrible

The worst experience of my entire life. This firm if it’s one does not deserve to be known as one. They weren’t careful in any way. Those men didn’t care for anything. They smelled like marijuana and so were high. They said some items which weren’t professional in any way. They came over a week later than scheduled. Then they’d stated that they were arriving at 4 ended up getting into my home in 9 o clock at nighttime. I also had been told one price from the beggining and ended up paying a sum that has been way over what had been advised. Many broken and damaged items. Afterward, when they found the harm their reply to the issue was that our Furniture was Garbage. They assured you that they would put everything back together and never did. Overall really terrible service and business hope nobody gets the identical mistake I did.

The manager and his helpers that were many were extremely respectful and considerate and never ceased functioning, really considerate, didn’t break for dinner or lunch and denied my offerings of food. I can/t say enough about how well they packed everything and loaded the truck in a timely way. Quite happy with Matt who had been the very first principal touch and doubled checked everything. Ibrahim the manager was fantastic and helpful and worried that I did not pack any more itself. Highly happy and would recommend their support and experience. Quite Delighted re-locator,

    Don't be an idiot!

I can not even put in words just how disgusted we were using this movement. Everything that could have went wrong went wrong. Hundreds of additional dollars were billed. Materials did not get there until times and days following estimated date. It was 9 o’clock at nighttime. They claim they could not get in the apartment complex so that they needed to let another truck to get the things off the lease a truck to deliver it to us and of course that has been tens of thousands of dollars in charges too. The entire experience from Soup To Nuts has been a massive lie and enormous disappointment. It was also extremely inconvenient and Uber pricey! You’d be out of your mind in the event that you even contemplated this corporation! Soup To Nuts and Abomination! Please think about this in the event that you’re reading this review! I am not making this up! And I would hate to need to say I Told You So in the event that you need to go through what we needed to undergo! Beware!

Horrible horrible company ..for the money i thought my things were saf

Relocations r us consented to pickup my home and maintain in storage, not ship until I came in california august 31, 2016…I managed to to receive 1 month free. . .instead they picked up my merchandise and shipped them to California coming end of July when I wasn’t there to take delivery. . .they were conscious because Crystal sent me an email telling me to inform when I’d be prepared for them to send. As soon as I arrived in San Diego, I contacted relocations are us to put up delivery on August 31, 2016. This was once I really discovered that they had sent my items before hand and put within a public public storage and supposedly placed the key under the mat…I had been told that there wasn’t any trucker in place and they’d call me if one had been…I waited two weeks heard nothing, and so I called a profit. . I had been told Noone was inaccessible to deliver my items. I waited another two weeks and called again. . .at now I had been told I would have to employ my own moving company to provide my home although my contract was supposed to incorporate them delivering it. I told them that they want to deliver my items or hire somone. . .they didn’t this went on with back and forth emails between myself and Carl Lopez 46 mails to be precise over another two months that attracted me into November 14, 2016 once I have out of town family and wanted my furniture and items. They wouldn’t ever supply me with all the storage facility and that I needed to call every place in san diego and Noone has me listed on a device. . .the moving firm had their driver place the storage in their own title. . .finally I managed to find the drivers title out of a 3rd party and monitor my possessions. I used a moving company since the relocation company hadn’t paid the storage charges and my items were getting prepared to be sold therefore that I had to cover to get out them. I hired a moving company that needed a 4 hour minimum and a final minute fee plus a double traveling time price. $874.00 I also needed to hire a locksmith to drill the lock out since no secret had been left beneath the mat to acquire access an additional $175.00 crisis lockout price. Mind you my son and I and I am permanently handicapped happen to be exceptionally inconvience and hurt by sleeping sitting sitting on floor at a vacant apartment nearly 3 months..we had no clothing or some of our relaxation things. I video taped the lock smith opening only in case things weren’t there. We will my items were broken and missing and scratched and shattered and ruined…I took photos and shipped to them.in addition there were lots of furniture and items and even a protected that didn’t belong to ne. . .the relocation r us gave me other people’s things rather than mine…I contacted them and told them I am leaving the things that not mine there and wish to submit a complaint and assert for my own damages and missing items. . .it’s been 5 times and they’ve yet to give me what I want to document…I wish to file a civil lawsuit not only for my items missing and broken but also for them breaching contract rather than delivering my items and also for my son and I’m in horrible living situation for close to 3 months.

    Long-distance move from New York
    Fraudulent company

Relocation RUS provided a written quote for a movement (one area, no mattress ) out of NYC to SF. We, digitally, compensated down the first payment. On the day of pickup, on a hurried NYC road, we provided the 2nd deposit, cash or cashier’s check only accepted. The truck came at SF four months late, and we had been advised that the truck wouldn’t be unloaded, before we provided the motorist with the remaining part of the cost, and $500 additional to an undisclosed, additional room our little move took about the vehicle. We, reluctantly, compensated, merely to learn that the fancy carbon bicycle was lost (stolen) and there was considerable damage on many products.

The business has made no endeavor to repay, nor locate the lost bicycle. They don’t maintain any sort of social networking.

We’re appalled and in need of help please.

    Thank you!

This company should not even be known as a business enterprise. I seriously had the run around for more than a month to receive my possessions when I had been guaranteed 14-21 days. They’ll be your absolute best friend till they receive their cash and then you’re chopped liver plus they give you the run around. You see that I moved from NY to WA and has been told my possessions are here in 14-21 days. Matt, Ed, Nicole and Tommy will tell you whatever that you wish to hear. I had been quoted and ensured a cost of $1357 using a transferred pair with a different household moving to WA. Subsequently the movers gor there and advised me that my things would sit at a warehouse untIL they discovered that a motorist. What the. So, by now that the funding truck hauled from my driveway it had been 1807 for less things when my first quote had additional on thing area!! They billed me for the maximum space which was marginally more. They tell you they wrap up your delicate items for security like chairs and tables, television stands ect. Tye movers utilized around 15 rolls of tape and advised me that it was $5 per roster. I wasn’t paying for that. As soon as I got my items several things were ruined along with the Alex man did not have brains enough to place my things back together he explained that wasn’t his job; nonetheless that was contained in the purchase price assembly and disassembly were contained. Ha! Not his occupation. The guy was an idiot and tried to give me things from another individual’s stuff! WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY

I had been going out of Florida to New Jersey. I contracted Relators R US because of our transfer, Project Manager Carlos Lopez arrived into our home surveyed our things and given the purchase price. Our movement was contracted out to some firm called 365 Movers plus also they have an F rating with the BBB. This movement happened before Thanksgiving on November 24, 2016. When we attempted to have our things delivered we couldn’t reach anybody in the company to program the delivery. When we eventually got through to the organization, the closing showed up on Sunday Dec 11, 2016 at 6:30 pm. More then 10 boxes were lost, the rest of the boxes needed holes and have been scoped. We had 10 boxes which were opened along with re-tapped. Things have been stolen, boxes have been lost the complete cost of our lost things and broken bins surpasses 5K bucks. We weren’t told that the job will be contracted from the contract we signed up has no reference of this. This organization is doing nothing to create this appropriate.

Part One of the Move was Great!

We contracted with Relocation R Us to get a 26-foot truck to move our belongings from California to Montana. Justin out of Sacramento and his coworkers came on the scheduled afternoon and started packing the truck. Everyone was professional and considerate, and incredibly careful with our possessions. However, it was that the 26-foot truck was nowhere near large enough to transfer what we desired to proceed. We contacted the company and they could accommodate us with a 2nd 26-foot truck that the very following day – and also a very acceptable cost for the further work on this short notice. Justin and his spouse really had their work cut out for them, as the next day was moving each of the heavy furniture. And it had been pouring rain throughout the day. They stuck with it into the night hours, and did not stop until the next truck was complete. Great job! The only caveat I have is that I have not seen the unloading in the opposite end. But I am optimistic in line with the loading component.

Don't get involved with Relocations R Us!

Relocations R Us completely took advantage of me. I felt like I had been flat out lied to and totally duped by Relocations R Us. My agent, Matt (no last name provided) quoted me at $2,099.79. The movers ended up charging more than twice what I had been quoted me — $4,256 complete — AND which was having a $500″reduction” the inspector gave me once I informed him how wrong my quotation was! My representative and that I moved over my stock twice and I didn’t lie or omit anything. Actually, I ended up bringing LESS furniture compared to that which was on the quote form since not one of my java tables could fit in my new flat! That is 4 less glass-top coffee tables than that which he offered in my stock and it comfy double. How is it less furniture and price more than twice the initial estimate? I’ve contacted them with my worries and they didn’t respond.

Frankly, I’d expected paying a bit more, possibly a couple of hundred bucks — $750 maximum, but their quotation was 100% away! I needed to pay an extra $2,156.21. The transfer I made was to get job, therefore my company had agreed to cover the moving costs, but I needed to get prior written consent for the entire volume. So I gave them the sum Relocations R Us lent me and they agreed to cover it. On the afternoon of the transfer, not only did I never have sufficient money, but also the movers kept pushing me to use money as a substitute for a personal check and cash orders that my agent had advised me that I could use! I needed to pay the gap at the quotation versus actual price entirely out of pocket, which I can’t afford. ‘d Relocations R Us lent me correctly, it’d have been covered in full with my company since all I wanted was to have prior approval from them.

Relocations R Us is either horrible at quoting moving costs or they are in the company of lying to individuals. I also have voiced my concerns with the Better Business Bureau to strongly discourage others from ever getting involved with this provider.

    Felt Scammed

As the saying goes if it seems to good to be true… it probably will be!
I was initially told 1250 all in, however, the afternoon of this load was billed 2xs which… therefore the cashiers check I’d prepared wasn’t enough and needed to cough up money to complete the load. Had to compromise on accepting furniture to lower my price since I had been was over budget and had NO more cash to provide them.
Then of course I wasn’t delivered when advised so that I needed to expand at the resort and paid for it in addition to a flat because I had no furniture. They eventually came a week after after 4pm using 1 Yes 1 person to unload my car. He was rather fine, but it wasn’t a 1 person job and that I had several bits ruined.
Overall…. UNETHICAL – DECEITFUL – SHADY moving business and I am highly disappointed to say the least. I’m still paying for the bait and switch price! Not everybody has deep pockets!

    Bunch of liars

Moving with this business proved to be a dreadful experience. The salesman I phoned assured a pick up quote and day, They had been overdue by 10 hours, the quotation almost tripled. ( I’d called to boost the order, however, the loaders never got the exact term ). When they had my things in the truck at two in the morning, they maintained a flat tire, stuck in sand, got dropped. Their dispatcher even phoned me to ask if I understood where his men were. I must have called them 20 times on going day to just have them stay lying to me.
When they sent , they broke 6 things, lost lamps and furniture, and never called me to mention if they were ever going to attract the lost items. I ended up paying nearly $5000 bucks for the many incompetent, deceptive, unprofessional idiots. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but they only said it all my fault to be”Demanding” (In other words, holding them for their promises)

Do NOT employ these crooks! Or kiss your funds and furniture forth.

To start with they couldn’t locate a playground for around 1 hrr and have been kept calling and calling. Eventually my boyfriend moved down and found a playground. The trucker came initially and watched each of the things he stated that it could cost $4000 that no way were we going to cover that. He didn’t reason at all together. We’d paid some cash ahead of time, paid them a few in the apt and the remainder that was 2000. We jumped the truck along with the helper to reduce it since they weren’t likely to select the furniture and he stated no. I had been so mad and in addition to that he wanted him along with his helper buy $100 per as a hint and then we paid it. The single discount we have was 75 and we needed to purchase brand-new furniture once we got here. This was the dreadful thing that occurred to us and could NEVER RECOMMEND anybody to use them because their own movers.

    Beware of Relocationrus

I had a dreadful time working for this organization. I had been quoted( Sammy had been that the agent ) a total amount of $1100 for my own move with dual checking my stock record and me also providing the measurements of all large furniture. There was just 2 other things which were added ultimately.

It began by adjusting my appointment at 9 am on the moving day with no previous discussion. Sam had assured me that he’d call me and fix the appointment that he never did. Then I had to talk to mulitple folks to get this sorted. He messaged me stating that you either take or proceed a different day. This was just one day before I had to leave town.

However whenever the packer arrived he explained that he’d tell me that the whole tally when he moves and packs to the truck. Once done, ” he stated there was a total of 100 cft additional which could charge me $1600 additional compared to the initial borrowed sum of $1100. Sammy wasn’t accessible on the telephone to explore this further. As soon as they attained to my new destination, they began saying that the truck had been extended and wouldn’t pull up just facing the home and wanted 300 more. The issue here is that the individuals that come for unloading and loading are various sellers or belong into the relocationrus business. They are entirely oblivious of the deals on which went on between me and the relocationrus business.

Eventually after I caught hold of this director Carl, he refused to dismiss and advised me to cover. He said that he’d finally call back and find out if I could find a refund. As anticipated he never called backagain. I had to struggle with all the sellers who had no hint and using a business which changes agents each single time you call. Entire was a very bad experience and Wouldn’t recommend this business for Anybody in the near

    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

Don’t employ this moving business. They needed cash on shipping AFTER I’d already paid them by check, REFUSED to allow me to talk to a supervisor. Matt, the guy I talked to when reserving my transfer, never returned or answered a single telephone call after reserving. There has been thousands of dollars in damage for my own furniture and they are still not going to yield any calls or collaborate in processing the harm claim 5 weeks afterwards.

    Do not trust

I contacted a great deal of businesses and got lots of estimates. Matt gave me the very best price. We moved from Queens to Tenn.. He said the other family was going to Arkansas so that he could provide us a discount. He lent 1500 to people. We paid the deposit and that I asked him to get the particular amount to cover pickup. A guy called Anthony arrived to pickup and the cost went up a million bucks. The 3 men were dressed in their everyday clothes. They didn’t look professional in any way. And one man obviously did not wear lace. I feel as though they do so all of the time. The bait and switch. They understand that our backs are against the wall socket. We’ve already paid a deposit which people lose if we do not pay the cash. Overall scam artists. Beware.

Extremely Professional friendly and easy to work with

My expertise having Relocation R Us was nothing short of amazing. I recently transferred from New Jersey down to Coconut Creek, Florida. The rep I worked with was Jon and that he had been quite professional and friendly that made it an absolute joy to work with. He was quite knowledgeable and helpful and also answered his cellphone on the weekends such as Sunday that helped me receive some last minute questions answered.
The moving team was totally remarkable. They have been on time and also did a wonderful job procuring my possessions in the truck along with a much greater task reassembling everything in my new house. I’d suggest them to anybody who’s seeking to go long distance. Incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to utilize.

    Don't Use

We had been quoted a cost of $3k, dependent on the stock that was awarded to Jon. We paid the deposit. Jon kept in touch with us until our objects have been picked up. Moving day came and 3 guys showed up in a funding truck out of NJ. After what was loaded from the vehicle, the foreman sat a finished the paperwork. The price came around $8k. We inquired why the gap in cost and was told we’d more that what was among the. We did, 16 boxes. That should not have additional $5k into the invoice. Called the firm, left a message without a call back. After everything was at the vehicle, foreman requested for payment (75 percent ) and never told me that there was a compulsory tip. ( We already gave the men lunch along with a $40 tip) We had an option 5 percent or 7 percent. We picked the lesser. He wanted money, told him that a test cause bank was already closed. He was not happy, oh well. We moved to Florida and maintained calling the business to have our things delivered. Called daily and has been told we will phone you back with a date. Never got a call back. Kept calling to obtain a date, never got a call back. From the blue, received a call in the motorist allowing us know that they will be there at 9am. They had been. Entirely various crew from those that picked up our stuff. Can not use this provider again.

    Long-distance move from Oklahoma
Seriously ppl, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I, regrettably, didn’t read the reviews before applying this business for my own move. Every story is like a reason! I talked with Ed about my transfer from Oklahoma to Florida. He’s the person who listed all of my stock and clarified the company just a little bit. He promised me that my bill would not be more compared to 2000, as I was on a budget. After paying the deposit and getting halfway to Florida that I get a call in the movers telling me they’d run out of space and it’d cost me an additional $1000 to find the remainder of my items loaded. The only things they’d packaged now was my living room sofas, 3 bedrooms plus a lawnmower!! A push lawnmower! In reality, they’d already gone across the distance enabled and tacked on $400 into the initial $2000 before telling me it’d be another $1000 to find the remainder. Being relegated into Florida and desiring my items, I payed the”pickup” cost of $1200 only for them to push the things they already had on the vehicle down here, leaving the remainder of my items behind. I, because then, had predicted them twice using a fall off speech, the initial call was created on March 27th. The two times I had been quoted 7- 10 business days for shipping. 1 month later, on April 27th, I called to find out where my items were and they explained they weren’t in path yet. I needed to create an uneccessary trip back down to Oklahoma only to catch the remainder of my items and invest all of this uneccessary additional cash along with what I am paying them. My existing balance I owe to receive my items dropped off is just another $700. I phoned and talked with Ryan, a manager, this afternoon to go over my own fury and anger about the situation and find this, he informs me he can not do anything nor give any reduction because”they don’t have any recordings of me calling” the first two times I called together with the fall off speech!!! All I could literally do was laugh at disgust. They’ve been taken to court a few times and dropped. Regrettably, I will need to invest more money, energy and time to take the exact same path but how this company runs is past unacceptable and something needs to be accomplished. I needed to learn the hard way and that I STRONGLY suggest going somewhere else to your moving needs.

Worst Movers - Don't USE THIS COMPANY

I just wish I’d have read all these reviews before I hired Relocation R Us. As with others, I had been given a quote ($1500,) signed the contract and as soon as the movers came, the cost went up to approximately $2300. I had been billed $45 for tape and $100 for a box for my wellbeing television. Plenty of hidden expenses.
Relocation R Us said that they may save my possessions for $150 per month following the first free month. When I called at the conclusion of the first month, then I was told that the truck was on it’s way to me from NYC to CA. I needed to rent a storage facility at CA since I was still getting settled. They could not give me a date when my possessions would arrive and after waiting for quite a few months, I eventually got a call from somebody who could barely speak English, that made it quite hard to organize a delivery date and time. They were suppose to be there on a Friday and did not appear until Monday. My boxes have been dented and smooshed. The box containing my meals have to have been dropped out of a 10-story construction because most of the bowls and plates were smashed. Not only cracked – smashed. Most upsetting is that a bag bag comprising expensive cowboy boots has been lost an is STILL missing. The business no longer returns my mails. I’ve submitted a bad review together with the Better Business Bureau. I thought this business was licensed by the BBB but they’re not and get a C- for their business practices. I wish I could reach out to everybody looking for movers and warn them to keep away from Relocation R Us.

    Horrific- damaged items

Wish I’d seen these reviews before I moved together with Relocation R Us. I had been told that my things would be cared for and that particular items I’d of 110 year-old torso and writing desk out of the 40’s would be nicely shielded. Not only did both of these things become busted but exactly what my contract states and the launch newspaper said when they eventually dropped off all of my things were two completely different things. It will cost me $1500 to resolve the things they broke. The business has actively avoided all emails and calls and it took me a few weeks until they eventually sent me a link simply to put my claim that’s when I found out that the newspaper I’d signed under duress wasn’t the suitable paper and specific play on the area of the motorist (who might I add was horribly impolite ). My contract stated that my things were covered for $10000 however, the launch paper claims that I just get .60 per pound for those things which were damaged. The driver knew I was angry and knew that it was their fault and informed me that this was the discharge form. I literally was crying as I was registering the newspaper I was so angry and didn’t understand what I had been initialing.
In addition to that the driver is only going to accept cash or a postal test (although maybe not a cashiers check although I checked with the lender to find out whether it was the exact same thing). I was also told the packaging supplies were contained and wouldn’t have to be returned upon delivery for extra cost that was a lie because the motorist and support unwrapped everything unless I wished to be billed $10 each blanket. In my contract I compensated for the packaging supplies so that I have billed to borrow that they blankets basically. Further more the movers on the two ends were outside overdue just like 5 hours or longer and they all reeked of smoke that I am highly allergic also. I’ll be turning this business in the better business bureau. I hope nobody else has to experience this.

    POOR

This business shouldn’t be in company, they’re only a lot of burglar’s, First off they tell you one price then charge you twice, They slip your things I can’t think how a firm in this way is still in business, not shut down. Now I know why, when they send your things you need to pay the remainder in money. This way you can’t prevent a payment once you understand something is certainly wrong.
Carl failed my contract, and he didn’t inform me they had been likely to SUB CONTRACT my own Job out. It doesn’t say that anywhere in my contract either. Carl Is a Good Bull S—–R
I moved from Florida into N.J. hired those so called movers. They arrived packed up a truck, removed. I had a dreadful time trying to receive my things sent, It was only when I informed them that I felt as I had been getting ripped of that they finally contacted me to send my things They whined about The delivery times, They kept altering the afternoon, which they stated it had been my fault,” The delivery men did not even know the way to send my things they needed to phone me to the speech. They eventually came and only pitched of my things, ( yes dropped off them ) They were quite unprofessional and cluttered looking. That should happen to be a red flag alone to me.
They wouldn’t even unload the vehicle until I cover them the previous volume. I discovered & informed the driver that my drill was lost. They shot away like a bat from H– That even my apartment complex boss left a criticism. Individuals in the complex could not even comprehend that they had been providing to a Sunday nighttime. As soon as they took off I began going through my boxes, even once I realized something was certainly wrong, a number of my boxes needed another color tape onto it. A whole lot of my boxes have been smashed and a number of my bathtubs were severely cracked. As soon as I began opening my boxes up I recognized that a few of my things were lost, I’d rather a run of broken things too. They even delivered shelves which weren’t mine, I expect that who had been overlooking the shelves registered a report on these too. I didn’t even get all of my boxes, so I couldn’t think that they cut a few of my boxes available & moved by my boxes and then picked and picked what they needed. What was within my boxes was my own company, a number of my things are irreplaceable, ” I am so aggravated about that. They left so fast I couldn’t even count my poles. Another red flag,” once I understood what had happened & the stolen things I moved over to this N.J. State Police to submit a report on the business. I called the company to let them know about this and attempted to talk to Carl who’d my contract and has been advised that he no longer functions for your firm, seams really odd. I needed to submit a claim with the insurance provider, That is just another matter.
I feel as though that I had been VIOLATED, I place my trust to this so called business (crappy) and that is precisely what I have in return. I really feel as if I paid to have ripped off. My Husband and myself have been ill over this issue, it’s been very difficult to proceed as such individuals have done an great variety on people. I am quite miserable and constantly yelling, I’m sick to my stomach just thinking about exactly what occurred.
Nobody should use this business since they are just a bunch of crooks and Liars.
Something has to be done for this firm. They have to get made out of the business. I truly hope that somebody does something to prevent this AWFUL COMPANY. Whether It’s the
Attorney General or Department of customer affairs. However they will need to check into this provider further.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY .
