Relocation Express movers came punctually on the afternoon of the transfer. They provided outstanding service as guaranteed. Boxes were sent on time the morning after. Very prompt and productive! I honestly cannot complain!

They’re so pleasant and really punctual, they guided and directed me the entire way through, and I truly needed that, this being my next move ever… first allowable.

I’ll be using them again in the future, that’s for certain!

SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They subcontract but inform you they have the packers, trucks and driver. They do not tell you you’re supposed to package out yourself and that they just transfer your things. They advised us to purchase mattress covers for all health functions and television boxes that were never utilized. They accept your credit card for deposit however whenever your furniture stems in any time they choose to send you’ve got to pay money or postal money order. I have been transferred a lot of times from the military rather than heard of needing to pay money at delivery consistently have paid with credit card. SCAM SCAM SCam

Overdue + $669 additional price + Fake Site + Rude + Dirty:
1) They came 12 hours late for pickup. They didn’t answer and I needed to call them over 50 days, and they had had 6 more tasks prior to me. I initially heard that their birth was 9-11 AM however they came 9 PM. I needed to pay additional resort charge to drive 13 hours in MA to NC. I complained but they said it is non of their enterprise.

Two ) The pads for furniture proved too thick so that I needed to cover 200ft² distance more than I initially anticipated (I was fine with 600ft² initially transferred in 1 year past.
2-1) Additionally, they don’t place the things in the vehicle economically and it turned into 200ft² additional.
2-2) I also had to pay additional for transferring out of elevator into my flat. I spoke to the manager Kevin that initially Phil explained that everything was included at the projected cost. Kevin said that he’d not seen the dialogue and I need to pay additional $250.
2-3) They packaged a few furniture items at the box and billed for this $85. I signed for Pick up with no charge, but shed added extra $85 fee, so I didn’t asked for.

4) Whenever they call them, they have been annoyed by my telephone call.

Please, don’t use relocation state. “They’re A Total Rip Off”. They’ll attempt to get your organization with bids which will cause you to pick them over other movers. That’s a scam, so They provide that low quote to allow you to pay a deposit (in my case $770) and signal their electronic document that has been made to pay for them but not you personally. I need DOT will perform a good deal longer to standardized the machine and those files to eliminate those scammers that are scamming quite hard working Americans. You may loose your deposit as soon as you sign the electronic record and disagree with their onsite quote. They got you where they need you. Then they begin cranking up your quote. You may read similar reviews from past clients.

Nothing is great about this business but for the first bid (which ends up is untrue beyond step, which I did not figure out until AFTER they had the truck packed, with an extra $1800 charges.) . They explained one move in their truck, proceed throughout the nation (MA into OR), and also the very same workers unloading everything. LIES!!! Moved out of a truck for their own storage, to a different truck, to storage in OR, then into some other truck and delivered with a entirely different crew. Took images quickly of broken items I can see, in addition to ones revealing boxes labeled”BOOKS” along with boxes labeled”FRAGILE”. Over $500 in damages. They offered me $50. Massive RIP OFF OF a Business. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Initial bid of 6300 was be 8300. Rude, mean proprietor. Find another organization!
