I hired the shifting business after I received my flooring re-done to transfer my furniture out of my garage back in my home.  They were so unprofessional, they showed up 4 hours late (needed a 5:30 appt, showed up at 9:30).  They wore their filthy shoes throughout my home.  They maintained that they needed to shoot my table apart and re-put back it together so as to transfer it (although it wasn’t taken apart if it had been transferred to the doorway ).  It had been set back together wrong.  That was in February that this occurred.  I’ve been calling since then (it’s currently mid-Aug) to get them return to repair the desk.  They don’t return my telephone calls and totally ignore the circumstance, hoping that I will just go off and forget about it.

They simply cheat and steal cash. Horrible experience. Its a huge scam. Revenue individual supplied a quotation as fixed cost $270. After loading things into truck individual offers $1575 invoice and upon calling for sales individual that he says truck man is the manager and manage him. Because its sunday and memorial day weekend on denying to cover $1575, he began keeping things on the street and asked to find a different movers. $1575 contains tolls out of where he arrived at my location without a cost from my origin to destination. Just instruments $80. All gasoline and automobile is contained in the contract and he adds an additional 300 for gasoline. Everything that he adds it onto a paper and reveals it. At the true invoice once I requested for suitable bill with separation, he had been quite competitive and used bad language and abandoned the area without providing suitable answer or invoice.

The five star review is clearly a bogus review.

These men overbook. They did not appear for daily. After numerous telephone calls, revealed the following moment. (24 hours late – just how professional). I’d already moved half of my boxes on automobile by then. Rather than a apology, I’m advised, it my home and move, great I did.
The individual who came knew that it had been end of month and we had no alternative. He began inflating costs. The sales man who supplied invoice does not select the telephone, at the time.   They included tolls and price to return to my residence, which sales man said could be zero. They included long haul charges for 30 feet truck space. They twice additional labor time throughout the time that they travelled and fee for traveling price individually.
Before unloading, the man started exhorting cash for twice the hours spent. Basically blackmail. He stated, he’ll return money if not as time is invested.
But in the end they simply ran away with all the cash and did not even offer receipt despite many calls.
They did not dissemble and build the furniture. Just threw the sofa and mattress.  Do not even bother to start the  mattresses and abandon the sofa in their face.

Horrible horrible firm.

These men did an superb job. In the first quote to the last delivery it was quite smooth. They gave me a wonderful cost and it did move up a bit with packaging materials I inserted on the afternoon of the transfer but they did also give me a few hundred bucks worth of packaging materials FREE! They had been on time for pickup and delivery of my belongings and they carefully wrapped all my items in furniture blankets. Thanks guys, amazing job again I will certainly recommend your business.
