    Long-distance move from Florida
    Very Profrssional Team

I Was Really Happy with the services Spots Van Lines staff provided me to get my own resent move.   They arrived and packaged my whole flat the day prior to the transfer (I paid to get a complete packaging service) and ensure that all was packaged properly so that nothing can get busted.  The team on the afternoon of this movement was quite courteous and professional too and took the opportunity to ensure that everything has been taken care off, from its own location and reassembled. I can not thank the team enough for making my move so simple!  I suggest this organization!

    Thank you Regions Van Lines!

We hired Spots Van Lines to move us from FL to TN in last March. This review has been long overdue. The people in Regions Van Lines were totally fantastic the whole moment. We needed to alter our move date at the last minute because of a delay on our house closure, and they could not have been more understanding. The afternoon we finally started the movement, the men showed up at 8am sharp as guaranteed and got right to work. They were very cautious with all our furniture and took some time to describe their strategy for your day. We did all the packaging ourselves but they did help us package a few big mirrors and also did a excellent job (no obligations!) Thanks Regions Van Lines!

    Moving Specialist!

Area Van Lines Movers will be The Very Best!! Hats off to Dominique & Team; also to Antonio, outside going expert!! In my very first contact with Mario of all Region Van Lines Movers, I understood that this was the firm I would like to employ to move my household out of FL to S Carolina that I wasn’t disappointed! His quote was right on target along with his proposal for manpower necessary for the movement was true too! 2 trucks, six guys, and 2 hours after this fairly problematical move, together with some quite big pieces of furniture, was finished without a”hitch”! The price for the transfer has been quite reasonable!! Each piece of furniture has been properly wrapped; subsequently tagged, by space, for your new residence. Since the movers jumped, they cautiously observed unmoved things, walls, flooring, and ceilings in the homes in order to not make some harm. We wouldn’t be afraid to employ Region Van Lines Movers, again!! I strongly suggest Atlanta Peach Movers to the next move and especially recommend xxx along with his Team as your own movers.

    Job well done guys!

I lately utilized Region Van Lines to move my spouse and I with both children in FL to TX. I was initially going to lease a truck and take action myself, but Bernard in the workplace convinced me that since it’s a rear haul for these, their cost would be quite aggressive. And it had been. They proceeded our 3 bedroom home and everything went off without a hitch. They offered us a bundle where we packaged all boxes plus they packaged everything else such as mirrors, electronic equipment, images, and furniture etc.. I was really satisfied with service in delivery and pick-up and would certainly suggest Region Van Lines later on. Job well done guys!

A Wonderful Experience from Start to Finish

I had been pleased to have been known to Region Van Lines Moving. I had been very-well happy that I picked Region Van Lines in the choices provided, since they were prompt in coming, utilized the utmost caution in helping me with packaging and tagging my possessions, and their fees had been well within my budget (shifting is pricey!) Area Van Lines Moving happen to be diligent in working together with me, allowing me the time which I had to receive my finances in order. I applaud Region Van Lines Moving to get a customer-focused institution, adaptive, and most importantly, professional.

    Good going regions

The very best thing about area is that they are entirely dependable. I needed to move suddenly due to my occupation. I was kinda freaking out since I needed to move in only two weeks. I called areas and their supervisor Mr. Garcia assured me that it could be carried out. They gave me a fair price and the following afternoon Eddie and Mauro came first thing in the afternoon. They packaged and wrapped everything fairly well and helped put this up in my new location also. They are really hard working and also very polite. I am happy I picked areas van lines to your endeavor. Thanks!

    Highly Recommended!

Regions Van Lies supplied my husband and I using the best move we have had in a decade! I obtained a quotation from John, one of the sales reps, that had been exceptionally helpful and always made himself available to answer any queries that I had concerning the transfer. As promised, Dominque together with his team came to our house in Florida punctually and they were quite friendly, which generally isn’t true with truck drivers. They did a superb job packaging all of our products and were really fast and effective with the loading procedure. Our motorist Dominque made sure that our house has been abandoned in rather excellent state prior to leaving and informed us we’d be getting our possessions in only a couple of days. The truck came at Tennessee five days afterwards on our very first available date of shipping. All of our things were delivered only as they left us no harms or anything! I was quite happy with Spots Van sales staff, customer support and motorists. I suggest this company to anybody who’s searching for a smooth move!

    5 STARS!!!

I could not decide at first if I should seek the services of this mover or notice. I was totally blind to think about those crews that will work in our house or that will care for my possessions. But eliminating all this crap indecision, I revealed courage to seek the services of areas. As soon as I knocked them, their estimator created a comprehensive calculation for me personally. I’m speechless to explain them. The supervisor Mr. Garcia commanded each essential step linked to moving. He did not let his crews to earn disorder of my home stuffs. He had been totally organized on his duty. It was surely a huge deal to me personally. All I could say they ended a mission without any errors. They really deserve 5 stars.

    Highly Recommended!

I phoned Regions Van Lines to program my move approximately ten days ahead of the movement, Tom the sales man was exceptionally friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I had been given the Specific breakdown of these charges and they ended up coming in cheaper than the Majority of the other firms I’ve contacted.   The movers showed up on time, were both exceptionally friendly and very attentive. Each piece of furniture has been wrapped and they functioned really fast but without hurting anything.   In the new place, they made certain that all went just where I needed it to proceed and were really cautious with all the walls and flooring. The freshly painted flat does not even require touch ups.   Highly recommended and I will certainly use them for the next move.

Moving Experience with Regions Van Lines

Great and dependable company, very excellent experience in general.

I would definitely urge Spots Van Lines into your friend. Our contact in the workplace (Michelle) along with the group that came in my location were so good.

There weren’t any stolen or damaged items. It was in good shape on arrival.

I found them on the internet and thought they’d be a great option for my transfer, and I will tell I made the ideal choice.

They needed to create one quick stop before getting to my flat (to fall off a couple of things per my request) I was worried about the period spent to my movement as a result of days booked for the lifts, but all worked out perfectly.

    High Quality Service

Spots van lines is a professional moving company. The delivered my possessions one day before for their earlier past date (it had been roughly a month ago). They understand how to organize and receive the very best. We wanted to change some furniture and classic pieces to my uncle’s house in AZ.. Due to a difficulty I could not go there.  Spots van traces solved the problem then. My uncle lives on third floor along with the movers delivered the valuables that there going up through thin stairs. They maintained constant contact with me. They really did a premium excellent service in prompt pace. My uncle obtained all valuables with no issue. He admired the mover and requested me to state his thanks to the proprietor of Areas van lines.

    Move

Moved a two bedroom condominium in Boyton Beach, FL into Belmont NC for $1,875.00 fixed cost binding contract. Proceed was done in time and professionally. They comprised the packaging stuff and also threw in extra packaging stuff the loaders believed was required at no cost. They performed all of the unloading and loading fast and economically and nothing has been broken or damaged. They weren’t the least expensive however, lived up to his or her testimonials. The sole issue has been that a misunderstanding on my part in terms of the charge card approval procedure for the extra charge once I updated from a non-binding into your binding contract. I misunderstood and thought they might only add the fees utilizing the first consent. They really needed a 2nd seperate authorization that’s a fantastic thing when you consider doing it. I’d recommend their company to my friends and partners and would utilize their business later on.

    Exceeds Expectations!

I utilized Regions van Lines to transfer my mom in law to nursery school house a week. The transfer ended up nicely, we’re absolutely delighted with the support we received. No flaws, no problems, without any openings with the ceremony or the pricing about the transfer day. Thanks a lot to Areas Van Lines and notably Mark’s team for making our relocation so easy for us and effective as possible! Starting to end they left something apparently seedy and trying an extremely trustworthy and effortless encounter, together with so little work or anxiety for us! I’d recommend these guys to anybody moving everywhere and certainly will use them as desired again! Exceeds Expectations!

Thank you for stress free moving

Areas Van Lines has been truely professional and considerate. We transferred from Miami into Tennessee and had a very long distance moving firm who might take care of the household products of a household of 5. The transferring foreman came in, checked out the circumstance, created a plan, started disassembling furniture that had taken apart and made certain all of my family’s possessions were shielded correctly. After we finally arrived in our new house, the movers noticed where we needed what to do. We did not locate boxes or family items put in the incorrect rooms. This created the unpacking procedure a lot easier for us. Nothing has been broken. Everything was in excellent condition. I’ve moved ahead, but I have to state that this is the least stressful movement I’ve ever needed. I suggest this moving business to anybody going.

    Stress Free Move!

My transfer from FL to PA was finished now and I really feel the need to allow everyone and anyone understand the kind of support I received in my moving business. I spoke to no less than 20 moving firms say moving van lines wasn’t the least expensive and they weren’t the most expensive either. I talked with Carmen the sales rep she gave me a quotation and managed to ease my tension and anxiety in relation to this move. It was a excellent feeling to know that a business was in your side. The movers who arrived at the home were respectful and worked diligently, managing my things using a gentle touch. I must mention that I am one very satisfied customer!

Regions Van Lines did a Great Job!

If you’re trying to move later on, I tremendously recommendRegions Van Lines. Moreover, below are a few words of advice: make sure you’re extremely clear about your requirements. Be certain the quote you get is in composing, clear and comprehensive. I received a quote which has been binding and guarantied, but I’ll state that when your estimated quotation is away (ours was by about 7 big boxes and a couple of furniture) it will definitely cost you much more. At no stage did I feel as though that I was taking advantage of since the cost from the quote to what I paid in the conclusion shifted because we made a decision to take more things then first planed. Finally I’m quite happy with all facets of the transfer and will certainly be usingRegions Van Lines back again. In addition, a special thanks to John for continuously keeping us posted concerning the whereabouts of the shipping whatsoever times, which has been a big relive.

    Not bad for the price

I will be 100% honest here.  First allow me to state that if dealing with interstate movers that you must be quite FLEXIBLE!  I had been moving my school student daughter straight home in Georgia to Maryland.  I went online to some moving website and dozens of businesses contacted me with Areas being the very first.  I had been moving a couch, a bedroom set with headboard and footboard, a chest of drawers and 10 boxes.  I had been given a quote of $1026.  Other firms were everywhere from $2225 to $3700.  I went with Areas and gave my downpayment of $300 with all the understanding that the $300 will be expected on pickup and $426 because of delivery.   Areas was to pick up my stuff involving 7/4 and 7/6.  All of us agreed that nobody was operating on 7/4 therefore we had been considering 7/5-7/6.  I received a call, by the motorist, Benny, on the day of 7/6 stating he’d be there at 10 am on 7/7.  I advised him,”Nope”!  My daughter was waiting all weekend and wasn’t likely to take off work on Monday.  I advised him to be there at 5pm on 7/7 and that he agreed without hesitation.  He got there promptly at 4:45pm and started to load the truck.  I received a call from my daughter in 5:30pm stating that $1326 will be due on delivery since the boxes were too large and the chest of drawers has been bigger than anticipated!  Now bear in mind that we are not referring to an armoir, only a four drawer chest!  So I told Benny,”Never mind.  Take everything off the truck and we’d go everywhere”.  Again, without doubt, Benny figured out a way to load up the biggest boxes and maintain the cost to the borrowed sum.  In addition, he told me at the time that he could be at my home at Maryland on 7/8.  I advised him to come at 7:00pm as I needed to get the job done.  He had been fine with this. At 2:00 pm on 7/8, Benny known to state that he will be in my house at about 11pm!  I advised him that there wasn’t any way I was likely to take a delivery which late in the night!  He requested him to come in the afternoon and that he cheerfully agreed.  He telephoned me this afternoon, 7/9 and stated he’d be here at 10:00 am.  He came promptly, and professionally put up my daughter’s bedroom and took the rest items to the cellar.  All with a grin on his face!  Benny and Louie were very profeesional and I would strongly recommend Regions to anybody who wants long distance moving.  As I said originally, you need to be quite flexible!  I had been told that my things are here in 1-10 days and that I was in no hurry since she had a mattress to sleep on already here and that I advised her to deliver her completely crucial items in her vehicle.  So long as you orchestrate the transfer and stand firm on adhering to the quotation, it is going to be a pain-free encounter!

Hired them around the 9th of December. They inform you anything to receive your company. Was informed my furniture will be here in 5 times, still no furniture. When I call the business, they do not understand anything….call the motorist, he doesn’t know anything. Made it to N. Carolina, truck broke down(12/23). Talked to catalyst, ” he said a person from the business could phone me. . .yeah right. Called 12/26 was advised he’d understand something tomorrow, 12/27 phoned and that he still couldn’t tell me anything oh but my furniture is currently in Miami. Why skip Georgia! This provider is really unprofessional. When I call the business they hang me up….who conducts company like this? Today we’re driving to Miami to pick the furniture up since these individuals are nit reliable.

I had been anticipating trouble and that I got it.  Broken furniture, i.e., shattered pc table, three busted lamps, and broken leg on bureau, wet towels and clothing within the boxes, etc.. What more must be composed?      Alan, the sales man and that I had a great connection but it did not pay off for great support.  I wouldn’t ever suggest this corporation.

    Worst Moving Experience Ever

I needed to move from Orlando, FL to Littleton, CO 6 weeks prior to my girlfriend managed to. We chose to utilize movers to find all her things to CO..

We spoke to a very pleasant sales man, Wendy Montilla, in Regions. She had been great to manage. Very pleasant and informative. We assumed this was a fantastic sign. But after we paid the original deposit all hell broke lose.

They arrived to pick up my wives material in Orlando on-time (last great thing to occur ). She allowed the two packers do that thing and attempted to not disturb them. As soon as they finished placing it upon the vehicle that they advised her the invoice was moving from the initial quote cost of $1500 to $3000. They told her how it required up twice the space. Also included within this extra $1500 was 57 value of tape. For all those of you that do not understand, $57 value of tape would be 15 rolls of tape.

She just had 1 bedroom to pack and move. She’d packed all her very own boxes. All of the movers had to do was set a few blankes on her two dressers, two nightstands, 1 mirror, 1 headboard, and one armoire, and we’d already paid $100 to get misc packaging materials. I told Danny Goldman, Ops Mgr, that 15 rolls of tape was insanely excessive for those few products. He argued with me and advised me that’s exactly what it was. He’s terrible to take care of.

To top off the pickup the movers subsequently asked for a suggestion. Seriously?! But my girlfriend really being the wonderful person she had been she gave them one.

Ten or two days after I receive a call telling me that her things has came at CO and is prepared for fall off. They explained they’d be there Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. They never made it Saturday. After they did not make it on Saturday I asked them if they are there on Sunday. They stated 10am-6pm. Sunday arrived and that shifted into 12pm-3pm. Then it shifted again to 3pm-7pm. It shifted a third time to 7pm-9pm.

At 8:45pm on Sunday that I called the driver to inquire where he had been. He explained he can be there by 10pm. I said no way am I letting you send at 10pm on a Sunday. I told him I’d wasted two days waiting on him and 10pm was dumb. I advised him that he can send at 5pm on Monday once I got off work. He awakened to tell me he’d be there at 10pm. I told him nobody could be present to take it and that 5pm on Monday is his only alternative. Then he yelled at me and said that I was being difficult and that he would be there at 10pm. This went on for 10min before I eventually lost it. I advised him to phone Danny (his boss) at Areas right afterward we can explore this matter with him. He explained he could not predict Danny since it had been too late. I said,”no more sh*t it’s too late pal it’s 9:15pm on Sunday. Just because you’ve got some of our things doesn’t follow that you may do anything you desire! I’ll see you at 5pm tomorrow”. I wrapped up.

He arrived at 5pm the following day. He had been on time. He knew better than asking for a hint.

I’ve proceeded with Atlas Van Lines and Graebel before. They have a tendency to be a bit pricier, but it’s completely worthwhile. Never had an issue with either of these.

All I will tell you is DO NOT USE REGIONS!

    They Cancelled Last Minute

I am currently in the process of going in Syracuse, New York to San Antonio, Texas for job. My fiance just completed medical school from Syracuse and proceeded to Baltimore. Within a few months ago, my fiance walked back and attempted to locate a trusted inspector to send our possessions to equally Baltimore, Maryland and San Antonio, Texas. She discovered Areas Van Lines around the Net. Talking to John Rose, the salesman, that the firm appear to tell the truth, dependable and with affordable rates. As we were both looking to transfer a substantial distance, John gave us a low price. We filled out the paperwork, such as a binding arrangement and believed we were all set. On the other hand, the afternoon before the movers were supposed to come pick up my fiance’s possessions, she also received a phone telling her why they wouldn’t be making it. They said that their truck broke down and they wouldn’t be in Syracuse punctually. My fiance was functioning on a really tight schedule and couldn’t wait a couple of days. They allow her from this contract with no fees, but she ended up paying a considerably higher cost to reserve movers final minute. Seeing that I was obviously alarmed. I spoke to Mr. Rose concerning the circumstance, explained I was a bit more flexible with my dates however I had assurance that they wouldn’t cancel on me last minute. He promised that sometimes trucks become postponed but it might be in a couple of days. I told him that I might wait a couple of days but a couple of weeks will be too lengthy. He also assured me again that it may be in a few days, maybe weeks. Today (Thursday) I got a call in Tom Edwards, the dispatcher. He was supposed to phone me before this week, even as my pickup was scheduled for between Friday and Sunday. He tells me”I’ve some bad information, we can not help you go.” I asked for an excuse, and instantly he became defensive, argumentative and utilized an aggressive tone. He explained a truck resigned. In addition, he told me that they did not bill my credit card yet so that they do not owe me anything. They didn’t leave me any choices. So I’m basically stranded. Each additional mover is reserved for months. I must have listened to my gut and then cancelled my reservation after they failed to meet their obligation for my fiance. Do yourself a favor and don’t utilize this service. You will find far more dependable movers on the market. Further, they’re dishonest and impolite. They’re unapologetic. And they’ll make you high and dry when they don’t believe it’s worth their time to make the excursion.

    Damaged goods

I discovered the staff friendly and helpful on the telephone and if we were loading however they had been erratic, negligent and unprofessional in their packaging and motion of my burden.  Many ruined boxes.   They package and unpacked the load at least a while at a warehouse.   A classic chair was ruined. It had been unpacked and harm was noticed but the broken bits weren’t kept. Cost to repair was greater than it must have been. Damage to seat revealed to us by turning broken part and forth on it is dowels.   Pictures were regarded as packed back to back and forth, but one set of three,  once unpacked, were  proven to be  filled front facing and another place in between them both.  We believed the load could be packaged consistently as we watched them do. They need to have done it this way when we weren’t looking. 1 portrait of the 3 experienced extensive damage.   Company would not contact me about my worries with all the damages before we threatened mediation. We moved to mediation since the payoff was minimal and   at the end just got that which we had covered the seat and image for.

    Disaster

Another reviewer who speaks about Danny Goldman at this business has hit the nail directly on the mind. My stuff came with water damage and each box marked fragile crushed. I’ve tried to contact them only to learn what the hurdles would be to submit a claim, and that I can not actually get that info from them. Once they have you they overlook you. What’s voice mail. If you do speak with somebody they’re extremely defensive – which makes me wonder- but only once you’ve hired them. When you’re negotiating the deal they consistently take your phone and are extremely accomodating. They actually suck you in and then hang you out to dry. They do not even move your things, they sub it out to a different firm who delivered my things on 7/4 and required 8 hours to float, when loading just took 4 hours. Jeez. They’re constantly over running and scheduled late, be prepared for all of the calls in the field saying I will be there, but it is going to be two days until they actually appear.

Not a moving company but a broker who has subcontractors

This is definitely the most unprofessional, unreliable business I’ve ever handled. I had been speaking about by 3 unique folks. They aren’t movers but agents. That was the pickup business and the fall off the business in addition to storage men and women in the center. The communication by the administrative offices is both uncertain and wrong. The real guys who did the movement were useful and communicative but Region itself is a company to avoid. I had 5 broken classic tables and a framework of a painting ruined on arrival. I’ve been attempting to submit a claim but the telephone number I had given is a pc voice that lets you document online and after that you will be reached. The internet website is just advertising for legal assistance.  I can tell from the very first day of pickup I’d possibly made a mistake in hiring this business and it continued to get worse.   My initial quote was for 2000 and last payment was around $5000. Obviously, this needed to be compensated until they delivered all of my items, incredible. Don’t Use Region Van Lines!

    CANCELLED contract-Charge Card Dispute

I advised REGIONS VAN LINES I wished to PAY by test but gave Mastercard amount over telephone to put the purchase. AFTER coping with recurrent calls from REGIONS needing me to FAX my own MC NUMBER I recognized the reason WHY regions Van Lines don’t require AMERICAN EXPRESS or even DISCOVER-they have experienced a lot of complaints against them! I cancelled the deal during Friday night to the transfer scheduled for Monday UNLESS Regions would require complete charge of $945.00 at a CHECK. However, REGIONS billed my MC and now the fee remains in dispute.

Stay away from Regions Van Lines !

These individuals are lying, scheming, deceptive crooks.  I entered into an arrangement together to transfer a few of my things from Florida to Texas.  They had all of the weights and measurements of my stuff down to the ounce and also the inches until they picked it up.  They picked up my things, and after they had it in their possession, tod me that the transfer would cost 250 percent over the written, agreed to contract cost.  Before  I entered into the contract, I explicity re-iterated a few times that the agreed to contract cost are the complete and complete cost and that there will be no”surprises” in the future.  I had been repeatedely informed by”Areas Van Lines” that this was right.  It was not until after they’d my things that they informed me concerning extra mileage fees, fuel surcharges, additional packing fees, etc..  At that stage, I told them to forget it and that the contract was null and void because they had been in breach of these terms.  They assumed that I would simply fold and pay them the money they needed to extort out of me since they had my great and, essentially, this turned into a ransom situation.   Rather, I advised them that I’d come to their own storage facility to pick up my things.  I needed to find the Florida Department of Consumer Affairs and the U.S. Department of Transportation (a officer of that really went to go to such creeps) to inform them in no uncertain terms that they were to concede my things to me instantly.   After they had my things in their ownership,  I understood that these folks are greedy, lying, inconsiderate and dull.  Stay away from”Areas Van Lines” working from Florida!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We had a totally horrible moving encounter with Areas Van Lines.

The initial issue was that the quotation. Despite quoting us a very affordable and competitive cost, once all of our boxes were about the vehicle, we had been advised that it could be an extra $1500 within the initial quoted price.

Secondly difficulty — it took two full weeks for our possessions. We were called from the driver to program our shipping FOUR SEPARATE TIMES. In reality, we have been advised four different delivery dates. It had been Monday or even Tuesday. Then we had been told it was likely to be Wednesday, then we had been told it’d be Thursday and eventually we were informed on Wednesday night, that it would be Friday. Even though the shipping date is unclear at the beginning of this transfer, these weren’t quotes at the beginning of this transfer, these were 4 individual dates which were set from the truck driver. We needed to organize and re-coordinate our programs every moment. In addition to this, from what we know, our movement continued to be pushed back in favor of simpler moves, maybe not in NYC.

Third problem — a few days ahead of the delivery, we had been advised by the driver that we would need to pay another fee since he couldn’t take the 18 wheel truck to New York town — that there was an ordinance forbidding him from doing so — so we would need to pay for him to lease an U-Haul truck and move our possessions to the U-Haul truck so as to return into the city. We analyzed the regulations and actually, this is really a lie. When there are particular roads in NYC where you can’t push an 18-wheel truck, there’s not any”general prohibition” about forcing 18-wheelers to the city. Nonetheless, the driver gave us a ridiculous quantity of mindset about this and stated that if he obtained a fine, we’d need to pay it. Basically, we were made to pay this additional fee.

In the end, when the driver came with our possessions, he advised me that the walk in the curb into our apartment door was regarded as a”long haul” which we had been required to pay another charge for whatever more than 75 feet from the curb — and based on his own calculations (that was actually just his quote ) we’d”three” additional 75 feets of space from the curb into our flat (which is totally inaccurate). We advised me that we never consented to cover this fee (guiding him to our signature beside a statement that stated that we had a $0 balance due upon arrival). However he refused to keep with our movement and kept saying that he was”not performing our movement at no cost.” Obviously, this made no sense — as what were we paying all of this cash to the firm for?!! We called the motorist’s boss and his boss told us that he would have the driver ditch our possessions on the control and push off, unless we agreed to cover this excess charge. We had been made to cover still another extra charge.

Whatever you do, DON’T Utilize REGIONS VAN LINES. They’re dishonest and their drivers and transport company are even worse. We ended up paying over $5,000 with this shifting agency, that will be over $2,000 within the quote.

The best liars, thieves and extortionists in the business!

I hired this firm to move my possessions from Florida to Nevada in November 2012.  As a result of my legal history I asked lots of questions along with also the slick salesman lied through his teeth together with each and every response.  Whenever the moving team arrived, they were quite professional and nice.  Throughout the course of this day that they told me a lot of those horror stories that you see in the testimonials of Areas.  In the conclusion of the afternoon, together with the truck fully loaded with all of my wordly possessions, the purchase price of the Binding Estimate doubled.  I had no option but to sign the revised Estimate since I needed to be in the airport to catch my flight back to Las Vegas. The following morning I phoned Tom who accused me of incorporating things after he gave me a quote.  He was so rude and hung up on me.  Next I attempted Customer Services.  This section is merely set up to frighten clients, annoy them and frustrate them.  The base line was. . .pay the new Binding Estimate or else You’ll Never see your possessions again….   I contacted each Florida agency Licensed movers, to no avail.  I finally discovered Move Rescue, a firm that specializes in acquiring rogue movers, like Areas, to return merchandise held hostage for their Realtors.  It eventually took the Federal Department of Transportation to receive my possessions back without needing to cover addlitional funds. But this occurred 8 months and several things had to be substituted. If each and every man who was tricked byRegions would record them to the Federal Department of Transportation they are put out of business.  I am certain that each positiive review was composed by Regions themselves.  Transferring, in and of itself, is still rather stressful.  Do not Increase the stress by utilizing these crooks.

    I'd think twice

They arrived and did a VISUAL INSPECTION and gave me an”Total quote quotation” of 4266. When they arrived to pick up my things T. Cuacone, the foreman, advised me that it would likely be more like $6000 and then as soon as the van was packed I had been in for about $8220.85. A telephone quote I could comprehend the increase in cost, but not a visual review. Subsequently upon delivery. There were a lot of antiques divided and missing/stolen that it was not possible. I have moved ahead and had items broken or lost but nothing to the degree. I am missing 4 boxes along with a Matisse which wasn’t on the manifest. Most movers are not the best, however Regions is that the absolute worst.

The LAW doesnt protect the FOOL..I am one

I really don’t think I will get my furniture every time soon!! It’s been 5 days already and when I called they said it’ll take at least 14 times when they originally said that it’s only going to require 3-5 business days!! I had been a FOOL to have consented to anything that these CROOKS advised me. I must admit I’m a FOOL. And guess what, the little print at the contract states it might require 21 days. And guess what,  they showed up at 8:00pm  and then left at 5:00am following moment. I can go on and on, but that is not likely to change anything. My lawyer stated”LAW DOESNT PROTECT FOOLS”, I AM ONE.      I still need to check out what will happen to my things until I compose a whole inspection. I truly don’t know whether I’ll receive my possessions in 1 piece. I really don’t understand in what state I’ll receive them in, it’s quite painful to me personally to need to experience this, but who cares. It’s my error since I had some kind of trust particularly after I’ve asked a lot of questions and I have all of the incorrect answers. . I truly don’t know whether I’ll be billed another 1000 bucks extra on shipping since they did on pick up day. At 5I’m , I was tired and tiered out of all and that I signed several newspapers that afternoon after spending over 9 hours together waiting for them to complete, and that I might have signed up something which will allow me to pay for something about delivery, that is how bad really this has become. I really don’t know exactly what to expect or what to think anymore. I hope nobody does move through this adventure, and I trust that our comments can save a person from that PAIN! And should you believe that the positive comments on this website aren’t composed by the proprietor and his GANG, then you’re a fool, just like ME!!! I am certain that they will find some thing to say to warrant this; such as”Folks have been paid to write terrible remarks concerning us to hurt us” well you’ll be the estimate of the!! But do not go that much, I guarantee you’ll regret every second of it.   I had been quoted 1515 so much I compensated 2445.32. If you call once you sign the contract, then anticipate a hang up or a jog around. But should you feel pressured to employ this business for a certain reason, invest one hour or so to see the little print, then I know that it’s hard once you’ve got a thousand things in your head throughout the transfer, but they understand this and they utilize it for their benefit! Like 8 percent gasoline control of your cubs extend over the projected cubs, along with the expense of packaging materials like plastic and tape whenever you’re advised packing materials price is included in your quote,5 times to transfer you to a destination, and you’ll be billed just for a vest mirror packaging, such as in my case, etc and so forth. . Again, if you examine this fine print you’ll have the ability to generate a solid decision on which it is really going to cost you; many people hope that which we are advised, but it won’t assist you in making a determination on the type of service you’ll receive!! . . .Boy was I a idiot…

Full Review: Many moves, Regions is the WORST

I contacted RVL rep Anne G in May concerning an upcoming transfer from FL to SF which was to occur on June 29. I received a written quote for at $6.39 per cubic ft. But, I had been advised that RVL would suit the purchase price of a rival; I obtained a rate of $4.00 per cubic feet from a different organization and forwarded this to Anne. She stated that RVL wouldn’t honor the price game as another firm was”not trustworthy”. The 2nd preliminary problem occurred b/c I’d scheduled June 29th however on two different occasions where I contacted RVL, they had it scheduled for June 28th. The next issue was that on the proceeding day, after that which was tallied, the last cost ended up in greater than $3200, significantly more than twice the estimated cost.

I must SF and emailed and called RVL about July 7 and asked dispatch. The rep called me to both Danny G, the Ops Mgr, along with the shipping section, in which I abandoned emails/VM’s two weeks after I hadn’t gotten one reply. I understood, abandoned VM’s, abandoned mails because of both Anne and Danny, and again no reply. I attempted to call several times to consult with a real individual, but each time it automatically delivered me into VM. Approximately 4 times after my first communication, I talked with a customer support person who advised me that RVL was shifting offices and that she would personally see to it that my shipment could be scheduled and I’d hear back asap- back, I received no answer. At this stage (seven days ago preliminary communicating ) I was getting infuriated and started to investigate legal choices. I informed Anne and Danny of the and voila, I got a reply from Anne instantly saying she’d look after it. To begin with, moving offices shouldn’t hinder communications so badly that employees can’t contact clients. Secondly, I talked directly with folks at RVL who promised to” bypass the assumed communications problems, without avail. Finally, it’s fairly obvious that communications were functioning just fine for somebody to react quickly to the prospect of a legal problem – there is clearly a larger underlying problem here.

I received the very first answer from Anne (however still nothing in Danny) and advised her July 15 given that I had been out of town until then. She reacted that July 15 is currently the”start the clock” evening later, a RVL’s service arrangement I must get dispatch within 14 days. I advised her that this was unacceptable given I was prepared on July 7 and also informed RVL.

July 20: 13 times since my first attempts at scheduling shipping. It was 5 days because the”start the clock”. Yet I’d heard nothing from consumer support (despite departing VM’s and receiving guarantees from several RVL employees to talk together ), from direction (even though an in-writing guarantee to get me within 72 hrs of”start the clock”, in addition to many mails as well as VM’s), also had zero communication about the status of my shipping. I went online also composed negative reviews on the web regarding RVL, filed a formal complaint to the BBB, also sent a certified letter into RVL.

Customer support mgr Alan M promptly called inquiring why I was so unpleasant against RVL without calling customer support. I gave him that the whole back story but that he declared that he had not heard anything from anybody about my encounter – shocking because 3 individuals said they informed customer support for me. Alan and I came to a agreement which I fulfilled: eliminate the negative reviews together with the stipulation that I receive expedited delivery (according to the 14 day delivery time period assured in the July 15″start the clock” date) and that RVL match what I asked: fit the cost which they would not because of asserting rival was”non-reputable”, also pay a couple expenses which I needed to incur back because of RVL not fulfilling delivery arrangement conditions.

Initially Alan explained they’re attempting to create the July 29 delivery (14 days following”start the clock”). Then just prior to the 29th, then Ops Mgr Danny G abandoned a VM saying a delay before Aug 1-3. No acknowledgement of everything I was through. No apology. What I need to expect given his dreadful operation for a business whining to be this reputable. I received a different call on Aug two out of the driver, stating Aug 1-3 window could be hopeless and anticipate Aug 4. The following day I have yet another call saying that Aug 4 will be hopeless and anticipate Aug 5. At length, on Aug 5, then my products were sent but two things were considerably damaged.

I paid and informed Alan of this last state of matters and advised me that it had been RVL’s turn to satisfy their end of this deal. Alan and RVL came back together with suggested refund of 5 percent (I’d asked for a roughly 50% refund according to the denied cost game and incurred expenditures complete ). How is 5 percent as a fair refund to the worst customer support I’ve ever obtained from a moving firm and after needing to price match the next competitor, forcing me to devote countless from pocket for expenses that I incurred as a consequence of RVL, also causing countless harm for my shipment? NEVER USE REGIONS VAN LINES!!!

    Stay away

Here really is the worst experience at a moving business that I had!!! I’ve moved many times through time and never have I experienced such poor customer support or a charge that’s almost four times the sum. I had been quoted $2400 and now my final charge is 9071. You will find non-negotiable and they’re withholding all of my possessions until they are compensated. And they attempt to state that cubic feet is the sole dimension they use.

    Avoid Regions VanLines

Just one Recomendation: AVOID this is the reason: 1 ). I needed to pay additional commission if I pay with credit card. I was not advised about this while creating quotes. I spoke almost on regular basis and I believe, its worth mentioning to me personally. I wasn’t given time to visit bank and get money. I had been literally locked at the area.   2. I requested at minimum of a few times during discussions if I must get anything out of my side just like boxes etc.. I was not told about attracting my own tapes. Whenever I asked, I was just said about getting my very own boxes and packaging them.   3. I talked about quote based on taking a look at my things. I even sent you a few photos to acquire a fair quote. I admit that I had couple added boxes. Additionally, I eliminated few itesm in my stock and substituted them. How, my semi annual sq ft came around 400 in the end and I was charged a premium cost for this additional 85 cubic feet. That wasn’t said to me either.   4. Nobody frees up calls

    DO NOT USE! A DISASTER

Furniture picked up in Miami on Sept. 29 with shipping ensured (for an additional payment) at Los Angeles Oct. 7. Now I find that they did not even hand the furniture off for their cross-country carrier till Oct. 6! And that I will not get my things till Oct. 15, at the very earliest. And guess what, I needed to ferret out the title of the firm they passed off to and predict the motorist to find out that. Areas could not inform me.

Bad communication, poor management, bad support. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    NEVER GO WITH THESE GUYS!!!

Among the worst movements!!! Formerly I transferred in VA to WI and WI into GA.. However, this time that I select these men for my transfer in GA to CA, that’s the oddest thing that I did. Allow me to clarify my expertise. 1. Quotation they supplied is fairly low in which I thought I’m getting great thing. But finished up three times the quotation, which is greater than every other quotation I obtained. They’ll provide you real quote after loading is completed!!! In the event you do not need to move with this particular quotation, you want to cover unloading and loading. Their calculation is based on [EDIT] cubic feet and It’ll always Wind up in your own surprise.   2. My residence is on the street at which any automobile can come, nevertheless they arrived in little truck and stated they can not deliver their 18 wheeler there. (To charge additional cash for this )   3. They came into CA after ONE MONTH!!! I am not exaggerating… Just after a month. And they do not even notify me about the delay, so I phoned them nearly 20 days to know the standing but nobody is aware of the status.   Not yet complete…   4. The majority of the things (that can be at cardboard boxes) are torn off. Even I researched them as FRAGILE they’re ripped off and nearly half of those things in the box were all also broken.     Not just that,   5. I missed few things… Should I phone them nobody is responding.    DON’T GO WITH THESE GUYS AT ALL!!!!!!  Should you phone to reserve them that they will talk quite nice and state that this the very best support for the best speed you could possibly get. That’s until you cover the advance. As soon as you pay the progress, THATS IT!!!! You’re in worst control.

    Unprofessional idiots

These folks would be the rudest unprofessional idiots I ever met. They guarantee you something and they lie to you. They didn’t keep they guarantee. I’m now dealing with those unprofessional idiots and I am letting them know right now when my garbage come busted hurt, you get a large problem with me personally. These individuals quoted me 956 and then if they arrived to pick up the items they informed me I needed to pay 300 bucks more. So I said alright. They then told me that my package return to on to 3 to 5 business days. It will be about the 3rd week and that I still have not got my things. I phoned them. They hung me up and every time that I call this in the slightest of my gosh it is you again. They are liars and they’ll take your cash. They’ll hold your belongings and they’d not call you right back once they tell you to. Eli explained that he will phone me but he never did. I must call him but when I phoned him that he was unprofessional and rude. Then I’d spoke to Mark. He wrapped up in my head unprofessional and that I told them exactly like that”Should I get my things overdue you’ll be deducting $150 off to each day you are late”. They might try me whenever they wish to but they’ll see the other aspect of me which they won’t be delighted with. I would like my things and I need it now.

    Cheats & liars

The telephone representative was fine and seemed professional. The pickup individuals arrived  in the Florida house as scheduled on June 29. Packed economically and loaded my items. Then they added another $! 000 into the contract cost asserting the quoted quantity and cost wasn’t legitimate. We had no option as to consent with all the new cost. They had our furniture packed and also we had a plane to catch to return to Illinois The revenue representative promised dedivery within fourteen days. Two weeks went by I phoned and was advised 2weeks was out of the fisrst afternoon a delivery might be anticipated (6 weeks after the pickup date). I had been known as 2 weeks after stating the dilivery had abandoned the storage container and needed a stop at Ohio prior to making it into Central Illinois. 6 days after I got a call stating they’d produce the delivery Monday July 21 between 4 and 6 pm. Mind you we’d been putting things on hold for months not having the ability to expect a shipping period. Releived that we had a dedication of shipping, we made responsibilities starting at 6am the following morning. At approximately 3:30pm that the driver called to say that they had been postponed in Ohio and could be here between 8and 10am the following morning. We immediately started attempting to reach somebody in Regions Van Line to assist to find out if something can be done in order to accelerate the shipping. Ofcourse we can just get recording and nobody would call us again. Many calls to the motorist were of no avail. 8:00am passed along with the driver wouldn’t answer the telephone. We did get somebody out of Spots to answer the telephone. They refused to assist contact the motorist to observe where the truck had been and what time we can expect delivery. It’s currently 11am 24 days later pickup and still no Indication of this shifting Van

    Not trustworthy

So for many of you planning to proceed I’ve a proposal. Don’t Use REGIONS VAN LINES.

It began withan quote that has been $1,500 under the true price. There explanation was we’d bigger than ordinary products. The men that did the real packaging did an awesome job.

Next comes the”logistics” section. Its one man and he’s a tool. He’s lead me to think that he has 1 motorist and that this man all he’s. In addition to what appears like 1 or two trucks. . . On Monday he said he’d send on Thursday. On Thursday he said Saturday, and now it’s time on Saturday he state the driver only made a decision to shoot tbe vacation. . . So Tuesday or even Wednesday. Now I am not proficient in the afternoon off strategy but how does my Saturday impact his Monday off?

In addition to it all he says that he did me a favor and already had me loaded therefore I’ll be the first quit… wtf how is the a prefer?

I do not rant frequently and can comprehend some flaws. But theses men are dreadful. And that I would not suggest them to anybody.

    They low quote you

Worst experience ever! This firm is a broker, so that they sell your contract into a moving firm and completely overlook you. They make money dependent on the cf quoted. They constantly quote you quite low, therefore when the moving business is prepared to pick up your merchandise, you always wind up paying more, as you’re using more space on the vehicle. At this time there isn’t anything you can do. Though I asked them to get a couple more cf for free ( which I obtained ) that they aren’t smart enough and they don’t have the expertise and knowledge to present a realistic estimate according to your own furniture dimensions.

I  was okay to cover a CF additional. But my gf and I ended up paying ~$2k used more from the initial quotation!! I instantly called Alexis to let her understand that her quote was incorrect and she wanted to do something about it ( the stock list was exactly the same) and she explained that I had to submit a claim via a another company ( that doesn’t make sense whatsoever ). A couple of days after I called her again, and she had been assured me that she was planning to check with her boss, but she whined she never did, and from there she ignored all my telephone calls.
Avoid this company in any way costs!! As soon as they receive your first payment they kept hostage your furniture if you don’t pay them.

In addition, do not expect that the very best customer service in the driver ( as I mentioned previously, they already your contract to another firm )  they’re all a bunch of liars and they simply provide you with the motorist telephone number so that you can organize the shipping together with him.
Unfortunately you’re coping with extremely economical people/ businesses and they don’t care about your own furniture, they simply wish to deliver your products and continue onto another one.

I named the driver to program a delivery on weekends however, the driver was very impolite and a liar. He advised me to phone back the business because he didn’t have any clue when to send my furniture. A couple of days after I got a call from the driver, begging and agreeing to get my furniture on a Friday. I advised him that it was okay. But two or three hours after he phoned me back with an attitude stating that we had to send my furniture on Thursday or else they will return to Miami. Once more I consented, but afterwards he called me again and explained that the shipping was occurring on Wednesday and he had been offering me a 24 hrs notice! . And this was my only alternative. Now I was quite mad and hands tied. Again I told him okay but he had to be there by 6. He charged 30 bucks since I got there an hour late and that I had been paying hourly to his supporters. All BS! They get paid by the job not the hour.
Bottom line it had been a dreadful experience and at the top of the my furniture obtained ruined. . I’m submitting a promise!

7 moves in my life-Regions Van Lines is the worst

I recently transferred from Miami to San Francisco and utilized RVL predicated on the (mostly) great reviews that I found on the internet. Very similar to the others, the cost that I finally was asked to cover was 225 percent of the initial quote. Additionally, they denied the cost match that they initially offered since another firm was”not trustworthy”. The customer service representative also initially scheduled the incorrect moving date initially, but fortunately I predicted up to confirm a week ahead and got it repaired.

After I got to SF, the actual nightmare began. I phoned and emailed both client service and the delivery section on July 7 to receive my things shipped out. Two days later, no reply. I called again and talked to a representative who called me to the supervisor, Danny Goldman who I both emailed and left a VM for (you are lucky if you ever can reach a genuine person at RVL, they almost always ask to leave a VM). Additionally, I emailed and left a VM for transport. Again, no reply. I then called up again and about the 4th effort reached a representative who informed me that they had been transferring office, that communication was hard, and they would personally handle it. To start with, what type of moving company can not communicate with clients when they proceed? And next, another 2 days later I still had received no communication from RVL. I then talked with a lawyer and allow RVL understand and voila, I got a reply (although not from the supervisor, Danny Goldman, who’s actually a POS). Now it had been 9 days when I originally attempted to contact RVL and they informed me that the 14 day contractual limitation to send my things would begin afterward, NOT on the first date which I contacted them. Certainly that is beyond moronic and that I contacted customer support section and have yet to be given a response. I was also assured (in writing) that a 72 hr maximum response time after beginning the 14 day contractual limitation to provide me an ETA. I contacted Danny, Anne, along with the delivery department after 72 hrs and got no answer. It’s now been 100 hrs, and no reply. I’ve registered my complaint with the BBB.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - STAY AWAY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The reviews here who are remotely positive are totally misleading. I simply hired Spots to complete a movement from Miami to Atlanta. They offered me a fantastic cost and so I moved with it. Like the many other unwanted rewiewers on here… I had been amazed to discover that my”all-in” price in line with the salesperson did not incorporate a good deal of the”attachment fees” that go together with the transfer. (Just a very simple bit of advice… do not tell your sales individuals to gve an”all-in” cost that does not really consist of everything. I talked with this sales man 5 times and has been ensured each time that this was an’all in” price. Obviously, I had been billed extra money upon arrival of the movers. I phoned Alan, the Revenue Supervisor to request reimbursement as a result of intentionally deceptive representations of his own salespeople. Not only did Alan not give the compensation, but he proceeded to inform me that why there are negative reviews on this is because people do not know the moving company. We argued back and forth for about 20 minutes. I listened to his own rambling about the way his organization is really far superior than the others (although Regions is all over”Ripoff REport” and can be blasted on here using negative testimonials from ACTUAL clients; not the favorable reviews which Spots likely payed workers to post on here). Moreover, the movers were calling my mom (who had a ill mother in the hospital) for 2 weeks, telling my mother that they’d be coming within four weeks. As soon as I told Alan that, he replied that the movers necessary to eat and sleep and that he was sorry about that there mismanaging the shipping period (by about 36 hours). I’ll make it a point to inform all of my friends and contacts about this dreadful experience. I recommend everyone else on here to do exactly the same. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND EVEN WORSE MANAGEMENT. Proceed with care, people! You get exactly what you pay for! And this corporation will do anything they can to fool you and make the most!

    Worst Moving experience ever.

We utilized Areas Van Lines just two decades back and still become mad when considering the WORST moving experience we’d had. Even the”binding” quotation wasn’t”binding” for this firm. We had been charged 30 percent more as mentioned but salesman saw all products. We had been advised that we proceeded more as seen which was a lie. They packaged cushions in huge boxes merely to boost the loudness of the purchase and overcharged us by more than $3,000. Most upsetting then dreadful experience were all teh damages we’d had. We have been moving everywhere, around the Staes and also between continents over 15 days , we NEVER had numerous damages as well as stolen products. The very first thing they did was falling the Baby Grand we paid additional cash for. In addition they caused unnecessary harms to hardwood flooring on movement out. We also had water damages and the whole load of the 4 bedroom home had changed and titled ahead as the truck wasn’t loaded correctly. They throw paperwork once we registered complaint to BBB (Better Business Bureau) Our recommendation: Stay as far away from Regions Van Lines because possible, they may be OK for small regional motions, but not in case you need to move Interstate or using a bigger family.

Our first booking afternoon was for Jan 1 2014, they couldn’t do this so that they compelled us to choose a previous date, Dec 30 2013. We agreed but weren’t pleased with this, they compelled us to create a $200.00 deposit on the telephone, I gave it, Belinda said she’d email me a copy of contract with all AUTORIZATION for launch of Deposit. Well I never got this deal nor Authorization type, ALTHOUGH 200.00 WAS IMMEDEITALY TAKEN OUT OF ACCT. . We crunched a few numbers and understood it’d be more economical for my kid to maneuver her own items, so I phoned back to allow Spots understand that we’d not be using them today that was around 20 mins after first contact. It was at the point they explained that they wouldn’t BE RETURNING MY 200.00. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS Co.. I was not advised of the NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.  I AM NOW TRYING TO GET IT BACK, HOWEVER THE EMAIL ADDRESS that I WAS PROVIEDED WAS INCORRECT AND 3 DAYS LATER STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED AUTHORIZATION OR CONTRACT BUT MY 200.00 IS GONE. WORST MOVING ENCOUNTER EVER !

The company did a excellent job promoting this move. Then it all went down hill from that point. We had been assured by the sales woman and motorist the things could be sent at a 3-5 day pub. Never got a call back from customer support. The quote was nearly $1000.00 longer, which’d been worthwhile if things came in time. After we could get in touch with the driver, then he blamed everything about the firm he works for, retained him operating picking up other heaps, while setting off us. The motorist had nothing positive to say regarding the business he works for! In summary, as soon as they get your money and merchandise, you’re at there mercy. God help you. This is the worst moving experience ever!

DO NOT USE THESE CRIMINALS TO MOVE YOUR STUFF!

DO NOT USE THESE CRIMINALS TO MOVE YOUR STUFF! 1. They quote you at a cost that’s NO WHERE near exactly what they wind up charging you.2. The arrangement includes a lot fine print in attorney terms which you may need to be a lawyer to know it.3. They’re just nice once you’re ordering. Following that, they’re rude, unprofessional, and simply need steal your cash. Cases: Lily David and Tom. The two of these offenders were just fine when purchasing, but once I wanted help (see below), they both told me to essentially f*** away and give us cash.4. They explained they’d allow me know in just 72 hours daily they’ll be coming to transfer my things. They NEVER called. I needed to phone them about the very first day that they were suppose to arrive. They said they’d come the following day out of 1pm-3pm and that it had been my own fault for not verifying. Why would you tell me YOUR COMPANY would affirm in just 72 hours? They appear at 3pm the following day. Thanks, particularly when I had to be outside of my place from 5pm. They did not finish moving my things till 7pm.5. The last cost was $1,500 greater than what I gave me. $1,500!!! How can your quote which way away?? Called to whine, and actually was told that I want to cover it and they do not care. Quotation from Tom,”Who do you believe I’m, the tooth fairy? “6. Told me that moving insurance has been included. FALSE. If you don’t mean that the 50 cents a pound that they think about insurance should they split your own stuff. Additionally complained about it, particularly when they made it look like such a terrific bargain once I ordered. Tom explained:”We split it, you receive 50 cents a pound. Your difficulty. “7. Packing massive electronics is additional. Thank you for lying around that when I inquired when initially ordering.8. Once I arrived in my new location, they do not deliver my things to the following 8 days, far off in what they initially told me.9. They said they’d call me to tell me when my things will arrive. NEVER CALLED. Again I called them, in which I had been told my things will arrive the following day from 4pm. Receive a call from the driver at 5:00pm, then telling me he’ll probably be present at 6:00pm. Do this: The driver asks me when I’ve got friends that could help me transfer my things BECAUSE HE HAS NO MOVERS WITH HIM. Just how the hell does one moving company don’t have any movers? And the cherry on the top: ” I had been advised that the firm used there have trucks and workers to transfer my things. FALSE: the driver and truck who showed up was a builder.10. On top of that, nearly 75 percent of the time that I called (that was a whole lot ), nobody answered or the telephone was strangely disconnected.Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I’ll be reporting on them on the BBB and anyplace else that I can locate their slimy name online.

I received a phone from a man salesman which is employed for areas in relation to my relocation, since I did in a number of different businesses after placing may advice in among the moving internet sites.  He immediately asked me when I got estimates from different businesses. I informed him a title of some other firm which I got a quotation from and wished to reserve with and  instantly he began bashing on this companey. I was really surprise that this guy made to be this unprofessional and speak bad about his rivals. That just made me understand the kind of company they’re running! I informed the sales girl that let me from another firm about what that guy told me and just how awful he had been speaking about them. She never once spoke bad about that guys (even after most of the fals items that guy said about her or his business ) I accualy picked another firm and got excellent support from them! They were professional and honest. So my information for all of you who are reading this isn’t to hear everything they say about different businesses.

Certainly the WORST COMMUNICATION Ever!!!! Planned in advance to get a transfer from MD to NC. After calling them regular and getting the run around eventually in the end of day 3 I had been told that they had been a day behind schedule and they’d call me the next morning to tell me what time they’d be there. Day 4 – nevertheless nobody. Finally got in touch with a person after telephone #20 to find out they are Another Day late and they’d be there b/w 8-12 the morning after. Plus they were going to provide me a $150 reduction (like this was a dent to what I am outside ) I couldn’t manage to remain in MD another day, and so I fought finding someone to meet up together on Day 5. I am in NC and here it’s 3pm and STILL NO MOVERS AND NO COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER!!!!! Worst Movers ever!

When going from Florida to Arizona we mistakenly went with a Telephone estimate versus onsite with Spots.   We also had been given a quote in cubic feet versus weight.   At 10 pm following loading half of the truck Regions increased our estimate by $3600 to $5400.   We believed stuck and after arguing for months , we predicted the AZ Weights and Measurement Board who attended the fall off and needed movers to rethink our things before unload and following unload.   Apparently the cubic foot is your sport that the movers perform to Boost estimate and that regulatory boards say by weight is only true way to provide or receive a quote.   The broker forced Regions to comply by first quote because the burden of those items were 14 pounds under initial quotation.   The governot ofArizona establisted a job force from the Arizona weights and dimensions Due to the outragous variety of complaints of customers being scanned by movers.   Our movement was that the truck drivers 2nd encounter with AZ weights and measurments. I dont only blame miracles I blame myself for not doing better due diligence, only looking up complaints and better business agency Isn’t enough.   Know your rights and also the reulalations needed of the moving business.   Never proceed with a telephone quotation, never proceed with a cubic foot quotation, verify at select up in writing no further fees Before loading.   If they Won’t do it, then cancel and proceed with your spine up mover.   Be Ready for disputes, understand your rights and study if There’s help out there to your own disputes.   Should you proceed to Arizona it’s your Arizona weights and dimensions.   Areas thank you for the precious lesson, Moving Consumers please understand from my dreadful experience.

Worst movers in the wild world.

I regret that a thousand times having hired the support of those people (Areas Van Lines moving services), the worst experience I might have experienced moving. They put up a price tag, which isn’t low in the start incidentally, as soon as they have everything loaded on the vehicle that they include another cost, greater naturally, and in the moment there isn’t anything you can do, you simply can not cancel the contract. When I first did my quotation on the telephone with the stock I was moving, we agreed on a cost, if the moving truck got into my home, 2 hours postponed, there was some things I chose to not carry with me, that left my stock smaller, but still I had been using more distance than agreed on the contract and thus I had to cover extra huge money (was not it supposed to be: fewer matters, less space required, lower cost???? I still don’t get that area ).Ok, the truck eventually left along with my furnitures, and one day I purchased them in my new place; broken heart once I saw my things all messed up (see images ) harm brought on by dragging, scratching (are not they supposed to take care of client’s product with mild????) Now I am attempting to maintain my damaged things and also the exact same individual who explained all this to me and billed my card is presently moving me into a nobody-answer telephone number and stating there’s nothing she could do.

My suggestion, not ever hire Locations Van Lines providers, if you would like to have your stuff delivered in great conditions.

It has been the worst experience for me personally and my spouse. Danny, Michelle, Denise, Teddy(among those movers) were all extremely unprofessional to begin with. Nobody stored in contact together to when our stuff are coming until last moment. We’d call and leave messageswithout any return telephone calls. After all was loaded onto the truck our quotation moved up $3,000!! We’re so angry we did not hint Teddy or his friend. He likely was angry about that. All of our items were ransacked during once we got them at 11 days. We transferred from Florida to Kansas. While I say ALL, I mean all our rubbermaids and pubs have been gone through. Nothing had been in the first box, nearly everything we packaged was busted. There were many collector things of my husbands which were stolen. A whole lot of my costume jewellery was stolen. Sean delivered our things with a different employee and created all sorts of scratches in our new flat walls with all the dollies. There were black marks all over our walls. Our mattress which has been wrapped in vinyl was all torn up. How can that occur? THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. I CAN’T BELIEVE WE GOT SCAMMED BY THEM! Don’t use this corporation. Tell everybody. When they dropped off our stuff nothing was shot from their box ie: our TV, nothing whatsoever has been reassembled!! This location is absurd and the folks working for these must be very embarrassed to work there for they are liars and thieves.

This is the worst movie I’ve ever experienced in my professional life. I transferred significantly less than 1 mile in my first place with approximately 7000 pounds of furniture. I asked a full-service movement and has been ensured three movers using a decent size truck. I had been quoted a cost of $115 per hour plus a quote of 7 to 8 hours. Two guys showed up, one with physical constraints, without boxes or the capability to finish a complete service move in a couple of trips. They needed a little vehicle and roughly eight hours to the transfer they predicted on two friends ( just a ups employee and another unemployed) who weren’t practitioners (in direct conflict with the contractual arrangement ). The movers triggered multiple regions of damage in the places, damaging walls, staircases, entrance doors, cracked photographs, inadequate tape, tape stuck into TV displays YOU NAME IT! I needed to go purchase my own boxes and search for boxes from neighborhood friends – I needed to load my private automobile and drive between places. I had a 5 yr that had been worn out with no bed set up to sleep on. They left things in the YARD simply forgot to shoot them. Whenever the other movers showed up they needed to be educated to stop talking, stop playing our piano, and keep forward with the transfer. In the end, it took nearly 20 hours and five excursions back-and-forth and they attempted to charge me $150 per hour that could have brought the total to almost 2 1/2 times their initial quotation. As soon as I talked with them through and after the transfer that they promised to ship a group into assist with regaining the things left behind from the first movers, then make the bed that the first movers refuse to reconstruct, and locate the things which were assumed to maintain labeled boxes however were all thrown to the cellar since they were hoping to rush off. Within two days following the move The client support supervisor (Brandon) recorded below told me that I had an expert move and they’d finally refuse to make good on their promise to enter and fix the difficulties. They wouldn’t even consent to send me a claims form to recoup the damages plus they denied any additional communication even when I sent photographs. Thank God for American Express, they moved directly to bat for me with photographs and very clear signs. I won’t ever use this business. The majority of pieces were dropped rather than hauled to the last destination, such as two custom built bed frames along with their bits. I have quite expensive paintings and antiques, all have been abused, badly wrapped, and piled all at the top of one another. The movers had lousy attitudes, many pieces of furniture that they claimed could not have the ability to be removed upstairs proved later readily hauled upstairs AFTER I hired an external crew to come correct the plight I had been left with. The quote proved to be a binding contractnonetheless, very misleading as soon as the company explained I had another truck to get my own”crap” and that I was to cover an additional $800. Beware of the exceptionally deceiving and incompetent moving business.

    THE WORST COMPANY MOVERS

    Horrible Experience

The next is that the complaint filed to BBB from us. CASE ID: 90200425 on April 22, 2013.                                           What do you predict a business which doesn’t let you know that the payment could only be produced in cash at the time of shipping of things and refuse to select the boxes within the house before the money is paidoff. Like we said in our previous criticism, their agent arrived at our location at West Palm Beach, moved through each room and took inventory of all items which were getting transferred and gave us a binding quotation for about $7660.60. We agreed for this binding quotation. There was not any growth or change in those things, and if at all there wasn’t any; we’d lost a great deal of things after cleanup.  There was surely no extra need, none so ever. However, they billed us far over the true quote. The movers maintained calling us within a duration of one month because they visited the very first moment. We weren’t prepared to proceed from Florida until August 17th plus also they handed us dates of August 22nd and 23rd for packaging and moving. The movers arrived from 10.00 and 10.30 in the morning of August 22nd. The movers also that I made predictions on the Regions office once again confirming it is a binding contract until even they beginning the packaging. You will find three packers. 1 middle aged guy, a young boy and his dad, who didn’t speak English, along with a manager Bernard. The manager said, he’d just transferred from another organization and had a great deal of expertise. To summarize, the manager was the person who requested me to get the 16 boxes, that I bought from the local Home Depot at Palm Beach although those boxes were contained in the initial quotation. Finally these boxes weren’t loaded. They transported even lesser than that which the binding quotation said. Also by day, the manager wasn’t seen around much and once I went searching for him, he had been lying down in a few of my chambers. When questioned he stated, he wasn’t well since he believed he’d Food Poisoning. I needed to give him a medication and also serve him tea from time to time. That was shocking as well as gallop. This occurred regularly during the whole day. He had been lying down in the garage along with other areas around the home. Rather than performing his job or calling for a replacement from his firm, he had been totally irresponsible. Together with the manager not in control, the movers have been directionless and they did not actually title the boxes. The manager who had been napping all along suddenly said that he is completing the job exactly the exact same day rather than coming the following day. He explained there isn’t much to package and they do not have to come back again. How do the business outrageously lie around more boxes and work if their own boss completed two weeks of work in 1 day? I was still insisting that they come another day to mention the boxes correctly before loading, however, also the manager said he’s other job the following moment. They didn’t finish the task by day. They finished up working later than 9pm. They were exhausted and tired without proper food. I was tired too. Surely they forgot to pack a whole lot of items from my master bathroom, the powder room, and kitchen, and that I finally gave off for my neighbours. They’d brought a truck that was only a bit larger than the usual U-haul. When I enquired about this, they stated it had been more than sufficient for our relocation. We had proceeded many occasions and we hadn’t seen such a little truck to get so much material, that overly moving from state. It had been late night at that time that they loaded all of the stuff. In the method they bothered the entire area by working late. Boxes weren’t numbered and called but he’d test marked the entire record and gave me replicate. If he asked me to sign their type for payment that I refused to register and informed them I can’t cross check each of the boxes because he’d already loaded with no knowledge. He explained that because that which is loaded he can’t help me anymore. They left around at 10:30 PM. My neighbor, also my buddy who had been with me during the entire ordeal was intolerable and she helped me to pack the leftover things and load the boxes to my vehicle. Too bad this firm claims to have done everything right on their own part.

Additionally, now as with other clients, we have been charged extra compared to true quote.  You will find missing things and a few of  the leather furniture needed to be thrown out because they shouldn’t have been shielded in a suitable temprature. You can view a pattern in their own lousy service.

    Scam company

Victoria told me that priced has been predicated on recorded items. We moved over the things regarding size and complete items being transferred. She told me if we didn’t add any extra things, that cost will not be changed. But not only did we never add any extra things, but we even had less that recorded and if movers showed up and seemed in things they once again stated we shall be OK. After things obtained uploaded into truck, they then strike us with a charge for about $1700 vs. $1000 and stated they miscalculated and then we needed to might the additional. I told them in the time which was a really filthy and unprofessional method to run business and requested them to purify my things and asked my $300 deposit again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

    Worst Moving Company Ever

This has become the worst moving business I ever had to encounter.  It took three months to get my things from Florida to Connecticut.  The majority of my things were severly damaged, things were broken, dented, crushed, and cracked.  My fridge was abandoned in New York using an entire stranger.  My Mirror for my dressers where missing and they never took the time and search for them.  My TV’s where broken and once I wished to submit a claim, the newspaper said that they don’t pay damages to your own things.  That’s believed wear and tear…. I advised my company to not use this provider ever along with my loved ones and friends.  WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER…. DO NOT USE THEM…

    Still don't have my stuff

I hired Spots to transfer my boxes out of Fort Mill SC into Las Vegas NV.   I was told because I had such a little amount it’d be 1300.   When I phoned Lizette back and gave her a much more precise count of my boxes she’d said to not worry I Had a minimal load and it’d still be $1300.   I especially asked when the semi truck could be picking up my possessions, I had been confident it would be.   We even discussed that the truck would Have the Ability to move in the complicated.   I asked this because I didn’t want my possessions going into some warehouse and being moved around a lot (much more chance for things to get lost or broken ).   On June 27th a little truck arrived and loaded my things.   They then told me that I had been over the quote and it was likely to charge me another $1000!   17 more boxes cost $1000!   What can I do at this stage?   I needed to be outside of my flat by 5:00 pm this day.   Well it’s now August 7th and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY BELONGINGS!   I call and leave messages.   They do not call me back.   They Simply keep giving explanations for the flaws and in the meantime that I do not have my things!   I stress about what state it’ll be in when and if I ever get it!

    Regions Van Lines

They tricked me to some website hidden quote and I am ashamed and just blame myself. They tricked me from $2400 (doubling the purchase price of the initial quote ), caused tens of thousands of dollars of damage to my merchandise and property. They didn’t reurn calls during or after the movement and refuse to speak about an amicable setlement. I’ve moved a few times and Areas has become the unqualified worst encounter. They lie around being a BBB Accredited company. They aren’t. Actually the BBB wil inform you that there are more than 30 complaints before 36 months against Regions. They really believe the public is dumb thinking they could eliminate such hairless face misrepresentation. Use Spots in your own great risk

Stolen items, items were unwrapped and the company is extorisnist

I wasn’t planning to state that, however the facts should be educated and justice needs to prevail.   This company Has to Be made to shut its doors.   I eventually went through All my items and the storage did not give me a list, nevertheless we’d packed our things with dual layers of drawers (although Victoria stated we did not have our things packaged )  Our towels and bath fabrics are gone, we do not have any eyeglasses and alot of my office equipment are still missing.   The depressing thing is when you want help I shall Provide you what you want if I’ve enough myself, however, do not STEAL out of me.   I really don’t have some patience with all dishonesty or lying.   I really don’t know what the business ( I can never Speak with the proprietor ) thinks of the poor reviews, but somebody is responsible for paying me to get broken and stolen things.   I could tell   somebody had unwrapped my things to see exactly what I’d.   That is uncalled for and Alan informs me that I have created a Great Deal of play with.   At the contract it said they’ll keep you informed about the transfer.   They did not call me one time, I needed to phone them.   Alan called me away from his house on Sun. Dawn to inquire my speech and I’d told them a couple of days earlier when I predicted.   This was the only instance that I had been called.   As I mentioned before, You’ve read All the reviews.   I Think the firm wrote the great reviews or paid somebody to.   If you wish to trust the business, it’s your organization.

    DO...NOT...USE...REGIONS VAN LINES

It took nearly 3 weeks for my things and now they came just a week after the guaranteed delivery date. The majority of my things were badly damaged, matters were broken, chipped, dented, and smashed. Not a few, but all of my boxes were available and the tape which had been holding the boxes collectively was clearly torn and pulled away the boxes. Some products were lost and nobody can clarify to me exactly what happened to my own things.

I swear I only wanted to stand there and shout, or yell, or some thing. This really is actually the worst feeling in the entire world to feel threatened by a firm who appears to just be worried about earning money and to hell with the consumers and the things they go through when things go wrong due to the miscommunication and mishandling of their clients things.

This company is the worst I have ever had to take care of. They lied to me in regards to the shipping date and also gave me a few distinct dates and days for shipping. Danny gram, the operations supervisor was quite unprofessional and never known to help keep me advised about their delivery of my things. The whole section over at rvl behave as though they weren’t too educated dealing with clients and these. I needed to call many times to find details regarding the delivery and status of my dispatch.

When I first approached areas about sending my items, I felt as the star of the show, after whining about the 3 different shipping dates, even needing to take off time from work, I began avoiding my calls and dismissing my several messages I’d left through vm. These folks are impolite, but they need ton’t be in the company and I feel as though I have been jerked about by each individual there. I particularly asked if my items would be dealt with by another carrier/sub-contractor and they promised me that they would not swap hands with different businesses. They lied to me personally.

Among those drivers hung up the phone on me once I just asked if he had been my driver and what time should I expect him to send my stuff. I’ve not been so reluctantly, he then pushed off his phone regarding where I could not predict anymore that afternoon or the following day. This firm, (rvl) is really a joke and had I known, I would have”Never” ever believed them to transfer my items throughout state. (in Miami, Fla.. To northern California.

    Don’t use this firm.

Spots van lines is quite dishonest, not trusted, they lie, and won’t provide as promised.

    You’ve been warned!
