Many pathetic/unprofessional moving company I’ve ever worked with. PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS unless you do not actually care about your loved ones things in any way.
These men literally harass their client. When you made your initial payment you’re trapped. Then they don’t even pick up your telephone, literally. I phoned them 100 days but they reacted only few occasions.

My entire experience at the time of pickup, delivery and while following up with Region Relocation was extremely dreadful. I felt like becoming plagued by Region Relocation in the full procedure. While I attempt to achieve Region Relocation on telephone, nobody replies or phone back despite departing several voice messages.

This basically isn’t a moving firm but instead group of people just paid to attract clients and they then just give your things to random people for shipping. Ways to confirm this is:

– They will not pick up your telephone after the initial payment, you’re only trapped.
– The Select and delivery men won’t ever come in time. I scheduled that the pickup in morning and they came at 5 pm day. I had a flight to catch at 8pm and it turned into a panic situation. I needed to phone my friends to look after pickup.
– The Driver/delivery individual name they provide is obviously wrong, a few random people will come for delivery and pick.
– I’d plenty of things lost (or rather stolen) if they sent it value $1500 and a number of other things broken and lots of boxes were nibbled by rodents and they had large holes (see images ). And you won’t think they stated that they will pay $100 for this and asked me to not provide any bad reviews everywhere if I get $100.
– If you pay a visit to the office speech you won’t find anybody there ever. I actually went and checked.

I didn’t observe any gear that had their business name on it. My stuff was also held in storage for many weeks. *After my deposit was shot the firms customer support went from good to nonexistent. I paid a great deal of cash to be treated like crap during a few of the most stressful times of a individual’s life. *Charged me far more than agreed upon. They left many things supporting and billed long haul fees which didn’t apply. What really went to the truck was far less than quoted. They also refused to place up my stuff at the shipping location although it was included in the price tag. *Missing one thing and ruined several. Oh yeah to be able to to get your cash from Missing/Damaged Claim you need to agree to not whine about their business to the BBB, FMSCA, on line, etc. *The delivery driver stole $50 in my recipient. Went on moving website and discovered that a moving company out Florida. Excellent Rep. I consented to this corporation. Phoned Monday morning 9am woman explained, they wouldn’t refund her money! My Mother had seizure whilst speaking to Discover Rep by telephone.
Nobody has ever contacted by the business! OCTOBER 2018. Discover closed situation in favor of Area since they did not honor refund! March 2019 my Mother has been billed 1,500 with increasing interest on her card.She is about fixed income. After, Discover closes situation, they stated, nothing they could do. Atlanta BBB has 67 dreadful negative claims against the business. Filing with D.O.T Georgia State Attorneys office. Take them to small claims court and submitting with Atlanta BBB complaint.
