No way my things took up that much space but they understood that we needed to escape home that afternoon and they had us. I advised Stephanie that I had been overcharged and that Nikki made a mistake and that I had been dismissed. I even went into their own office and had been advised that the owner wasn’t there. They refused to give me a refund to the overcharge that was Nikki’s mistake. They also charged me over 10 percent to the deposit! A $1200 transfer became $1700+!!!! I suggested Stephanie I was planning to speak to the Better Business Bureau and she advised me to go right ahead! $400+ mistake in their behalf!?

This firm is the largest fraud. After lying around having the ability to take care of a military move along with the types of payment they accept I reserved our PCS from FL to IL. They movers showed up 3 hours late with 3 men and 1 did not have a kind of ID, 1 had any sort of outstanding merit or felony (had been denied foundation accessibility ) they lied about just how much the movement could be and hauled out stuff hostage.they eventually delivered later making us deposit money in their bank accounts (suddenly they did not take credit cards) the truck was not large enough and we needed to throw off a number of our things, we paid them money to receive our things and they kept hanging around when our stuff are on the street. Ultimately our stuff is on the street and its delivered by somebody who did not have a drivers permit in hand. Get him on foundation after a single hour. He opens the truck door and all we see is our substance ruined. Everything was moldy or destroyed. We had been assured it will be taken care of through claims which has been a lie. They provided $68 for our whole house worth of things ruined. The couple boxes which weren’t broken were opened and lost things or merely empty. They went through our stuff and stole what they desired. They started sealed army envelopes, stole things they desired and left behind beer cans in our boxes. They whined when getting me sign the paperwork and also that which I was signing up at our first location and then additional things before my spouse to newspapers I signed before when they got there. We needed to unload the truck ourselves because they did not send anybody and we ended up paying 3x the quantity we were supposed to. I didn’t believe that they could find some lower but I simply opened our installation homecoming box to get decorations and many of this is missing too. How can you steal things like that?!

This business now has my mom’s possessions. They’re almost two weeks late in shipping and still tell me that they don’t have a truck to transfer her furniture. Now I call a few times every day and leave messages to find an upgrade and nobody will answer the telephone or return a telephone. Mike Miller says that he owns the firm and that there’s not any one else over him to talk with concerning the issues we’re having. Can anybody assist us with becoming my mum’s belonings back? When there’s somebody from this business that could positively help me I shall gladly Delete this particular review.
