I hired column the Mover of Manchester, PO Box 1060 Manchester, NH 03105 to maneuver from Claremont NH into Seminole FL. The shifting date was 5/1 and there agent understood I wouldn’t have the ability to satisfy the moving van at FL. Since I needed to complete my school year before the end of June. I asked what could occur if anything had been damaged in transit and Ken Schofield promised me that there wasn’t any reason to stress as I had 9 months to submit a claim and that they would treat my possessions as though it were their private belongings. Well to make a long story short not only did I have many broken things but they dropped seemingly anything else in transit. They supplied only 1 wardrobe box for many of my clothes and threw 95 percent of my clothing in a box together with hangers attached so that they came through amazingly wrinkled. When I asked them why just 1 wardrobe box for many of my clothes they had no excuse. They left several things behind that Weren’t even packaged that I didn’t discover until a few weeks after when the purchasers of my home discovered them. The full procedure in managing them was a nightmare. They wouldn’t even have responsibility and stated if I’d any complaints or claims I want to contact Stevens movers. I had been led to think that I would be dealing ONLY with them rather than some other firm. I put in claims to Stevens with documentation and pictures and they desired to provide me a test for 158.00 to pay for the damages but that doesn’t even represent a quarter of that which was either broken or lost from them. I’ve sent pictures, explanations, spoke together on the phone several times and now they say another 30 days to appeal their first choice. Meanwhile Ray has done nothing to assist or even speak to me. I requested to talk for their proprietor and they wouldn’t allow me. They’re a terrible company to take care of. I’m calling the Attorney Generals office of NH to determine if any person will hold them liable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!
The first thing that I could say isn’t use this business, among if not the worst company on the market. I chose them to transfer us from NH to Florida, first error. The office folks talk a fantastic game, but will not tell the facts. Was picked up on July 31 was advised 4-10 days for delivery, it had been 18. Was given a quote and then got a call saying it would cost $800 additional bucks due to delivery, okay so that is two changes. The load eventually arrived over 50 percent of the boxes were damaged, items broken, furniture scraped. Ultimately it was all unloaded the driver abandoned. We had a TV that a 50″ Mitsubishi was packaged into a TV box, had just one full roll of bubble wrap it around, cushions packed about it, I unpacked it emptied in and the display was shattered with cracks and cracks running through it. I called the office that the woman there said nicely if the box was not damaged then it is not their fault. They charge extra since they inform you that when the driver gets here he’s hiring a coupleOf individuals from the workplace here in order to unload, yet another lie, the three which unloaded all told me that they had been picked from a homeless shelter to get it done and they’ve never lurks a moving truck earlier. Overall it was 4000 total to proceed and today the price to replace all of the broken products. I warn everybody stay away from the provider. I’m filing a damage report but they said in the business office it might take 9 weeks for a response. HORRIBLE, COMPANY. Keep looking and do not stop here. Again don’t use this organization.
I had no issues with the contracted Independent North American inspector that picked up my possessions from the Ray The Mover warehouse at Ft. Myers, FL. My negative review is led at Ray The Mover who chose up my5,400 pounds. Possessions in Naples and on account of the break-down of their long-distant motorist’s truck, the guys from Ray The Mover loaded my items onto their truck and saved them into their warehouse for a couple of nights. Ray the Mover guys demonstrated a careless attitude with my own belongs, not after written labels on boxes tagged delicate and only stacked the things haphazardly. I witnessed my really expensive leather couch cushions being piled on unsecured boxes with no way to stop them from falling over when they pulled my property. I asked the driver to fasten him and he said sure, but did not do this. I had been informed from the contracted Independent North American motorist as he explained”I could not believe my eyes once I saw your things from the warehouse. They’d piled your boxes so large I could not barely attain them. Your leather couch was placed vertically using the arm side on the ground.” The majority of my classic seats and dinning table either had chips, scrapes, deep grooves left on them or gouges. There were hardly any wooden furniture which escaped damage. The leather couch uttered scrape marks on the whole right arm remainder end out of what I envisioned being pushed along what was likely a cement warehouse flooring. I had been requested to check the box off decal numbers once the items came in Nevada. I’ve moved before before so that this undertaking is recognizable. 5 boxes needed no identification decal in any way. 1 box never revealed which comprised among my stereo element. An affordable office chair which was not mine was delivered into my home, so a person is overlooking this free standing seat. Because I had a lot of experience with transferring, I did not buy any insurance (I’d had some harm previously ). I would not matter if I did for the Ray the Mover guy who finished the exact item by item description on the shipping manifest made certain there would not be a claim anyway for he explained every bit of furniture as”Damages, Scratched, Badly worn and etc” even if it was evident that a most of my furniture was free of any wear or tear. The majority of my furniture is high end things I have cared for to ensure that their value is retained. I really do own some affordable fiberboard, place it together yourself kind for my TV stand and Stereo and a single bookcase. All of the remainder is top quality. Ray The Mover staff were to ship all of my mattress and box springs rather than did as they came un-boxed. Happily, I’d put them all in plastic carriers that I bought before. I called the office of Ray The Movers to inform them of this so they would not bill me and the girl I delt with did not think me so that the truth was collaborated from the contracted independent moving motorist. I phoned Ray The Mover about a lost box and her answer was to state,”I will send you out insurance types.” I invited her to search for the box, that was packaged in a Sony HD DVD box which I pictured moved from my house into some Ray The Mover truck into the vehicle trunk of a Ray The Mover staff. I wanted I never utilized Ray The Mover. In case you need to move, do not use them. Even in the event that you must pay more on your transfer, don’t utilize Ray The Mover at Naples/Fort Myers, Florida! You’ve been warned.
TL;DR: In my view, Ray the Mover and Allied Van Lines are a bad selection for global moves. Speaking personally, I wouldn’t trust them ever again to move one box round a space, never mind across a town, country, or nation. I feel that they took a lot of my money and then didn’t perform their job. I feel cheated by them. I believe that they didn’t live up to casual responsibilities that I attempted explicitly to dissuade. And I believe that they neglected to do the 1 thing I paid them for. Their written guarantee concerning the amount the transfer would price was accurate only till they ran into something I had warned them around but that they apparently did not think, so that I confront unexpected expenses.
To start with, allow me to note that I’d largely agreeable societal interactions with Ray the Mover’s staff. With the noteworthy exception of the man who dealt with me when things began to go poorly on moving-in afternoon, the team were on the entire pleasant and considerate.
Regrettably, I did not employ them to get their winning social skills. I hired them to receive a move done, and they did not do it. Perhaps they would be capable and successful at obtaining a local relocation done, and it is possible that”neighborhood” extends to all of New Hampshire. Beyond this, however, I’d suggest finding somebody else. I would also avoid using Allied Van Lines, for exactly the very same reasons.
I contacted Ray the Mover since I was going from New Hampshire back to Canada. I had a particularly tricky issue, since by the time I had finally reached a deal with my home buyer and that I had a very brief close (by then,
Deal and Commitment letter don’t include all info. We had to change our shipping date and discovered right before shipping, that a 323″shuttle” cost was added to the quotation. If they were up with all the info, we’d have had a neighbor come in to the initially date. Customer support is non existent!
I don’t have any clue how the shuttle fee is figured, looked like a fantastic approach to enhance the purchase price. After the furniture was sent one of those men mentioned that they needed to carry it away a tractor store, however we had been allegedly bill a”shuttle” commission since they needed to transfer into a more compact truck once we requested to get a later date????
It took three months for shipping plus they CHARGED the charge card a WEEK BEFORE that the deilery…
The only positive part of the encounter were the real movers. Both at pickup and delivery that there were really professional and did a very fantastic job!!
I recently hired Ray the Mover to move from Manchester into Hampton NH. Ken S aided developed the quotation at a time efficient way. The team consistenting of Michael M, Antonio B and Nicholas V showed up on time and implemented their job to perfection. They carefully packaged the flat and loaded the van to the transfer to Hampton. Upon arrival we all had the chance to discuss a couple pieces of pizza and then off to work. The group functioned in unison, such as a well tuned engine and at almost no time, the boxes were delivered and unpacked to perfection. I have moved over 12 days in my career and this was by far the finest I’ve seen. Thanks to Ken, Michael, Antonio and Nicholas

Scott and Sean have been our movers, now. We had been going our parents house to ours. The men were punctual and top notch professionals that did an amazing job and at a fairly good quantity of time.
I strongly suggest Ray the Mover (obviously Manchester NH) to anybody trying to find a courtious and educated team to maneuver them.
Best Wishes,
Bob and Carolyn
I couldn’t be happier with both the packaging of all my meals and the general move.Paul and Irinel proved quite professional and specialist at the packaging and nothing had been lost or broken. They had been veery agreeable and considerate, The movers that the next day, Paul, both Brendan and Chris were very efficient and professional in both eliminating everything and putting up in my new residence and put things at which they wanted them. I couldn’t praise Ray the Mover exceptionally enough!!!
