I reserved my 2000 mile proceed using Ranger and they have been especial leading up to this very last minute before our pickup. Customer service consistently useful, movers were cautious with my spouse’s furnishings, overall great experience

When my wife and I transferred we really had no clue what to do. So many firms were calling us and we moved together with the firm we were most comfortable with. We’re so satisfied with the outcome. We ended with a ton more things then initially thought and needed to receive a revision and they were super cool about it. The price was reasonable and they assisted us every step along the way. We ought to really be staying put for some time but that I would recommend this company to all of my family and friends.

I was very apprehensive at first registering for this provider. I had heaps of quotations however Stephan was quite true about the quote. I actually paid less on the whole movement so that my wife was happy. It took somewhat longer than anticipated but Devon in client support was with me the entire way.

After getting many quotes from moving companies, I chose to proceed with Ranger Relocation because of how a number of them are former army and provided us a discount as a result of my time at the Air Force, along with the agent I talked with was very professional and known our worries. The quotation was quite aggressive in comparison to the other firms I’d spoke with. They had a part of there group call me a couple of days ahead of the move simply to double and triple check everything that I thought was an excellent idea since we’d forgotten everything about our terrace set and some other smaller things that we see so frequently we simply look beyond them! After we had everything as accurate as possible we had been advised that the motorist would call us within an hour until they came. On the afternoon of this move the motorist called us and said he’d be at our house in 10 am to 10:15 am. He didn’t appear until about 10:40 that is the reason I’m leaving this review 4 stars rather than 5. The team did a fantastic job of packing loading and everything it all on the truck just took approximately 3 hours to get both bedroom house. They remained in touch with us while our products were in transit and called us a day prior to shipping to allow us know what time they’d arrive. Delivery went smooth and they came right now. I would recommend this company if you’re moving long distance, They’re comprehensive and communicate quite well.

PLEASE READ: If I could provide negative stars I would. This business has to be closed down instantly. Please DO NOT. I repeat! DO NOT! Get in touch with this business by any way for relocation providers. Eric made claims to relocate my own possessions. Since the date approached I had given explanations as to why the vehicle couldn’t come. 1 day that the truck had been stuck with a different customer. The following day that the truck had engine problems. They eventually got tired of clinging to me and said that they wouldn’t have the ability to pick up my possessions in any respect. This once I paid a $655.56 deposit. They agreed to repay deposit however, have yet to achieve that. I’ve been assured that they’d process the yield multiple occasions. ALMOST a month after and no recurrence. Now they’re not answering their organization phone number. They market you empty claims and will evaporate when you provide them a deposit. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. You’ve been warned!

I an in the process of attempting to obtain a refund since after two months and four accidents and explanations, the movers showed up having too little of a truck which supposed 1/3 of our possessions were left behind. This business promised to make everything right by sending a different automobile. More delays and explanations and no consequences. I will find a partial refund and that I’ll take legal actions.

We appreciated Ranger Relocation along with the customer support was excellent John and Stefan really was useful. A couple of days prior to going day I needed to phone and add a few things also make certain our record was ideal. They hadn’t added some items we obviously told them so our cost jumped upward. No major deal bc that it was a large product. Subsequently shifting day arrived and NOBODY showed up!!! We predicted Ranger that they stated our driver was hired out of GA and also had flat tires… fine things occur not an issue!!! The following day some men appear that have been hired to assist maneuver….then our driver shows up at Uhaul truck which isn’t even the perfect size. We had been shifting a 4 bd 2 b residence. He informed us that he was out of HomeRun movers and Ranger had hired them. This was the program! However, his truck was not large enough we set down a $1300 deposit for this vehicle! They then loaded our possessions and once the truck was complete he said no longer….but he did not load all of our items and if my husband told him that he stated he was not coming back!!! Therefore there was words traded and he said he’d return the following moment. After he arrived he had another truck and place ours on the rear of theirs!!!! We phoned Ranger and informed them about what that occur and he said that the man that we spoke with was fired and he was scheduling matters incorrect. And that we’d be rewarded to our deposit and they’d send a gift card. We had predicted a month early to reserve and got all types of reductions .32 pennies a pound for any fat over. After the driver delivered me the burden for our things I could not believe just how many pounds over they said things weighed. There has been a good deal of phoning Ranger to figure out exactly what happen. While our stuff was not likely to be sent to us. Ranger repeatedly told us we was going to be rewarded because of our deposits. And we needed to cover the moving business $2700 Following the motorist obtained here with my items. After he unloaded them the mower would not fold and also the secret has been bent at the ignition. My dining room table has been abandoned in bits bc they snapped it off when saving space to put things in. He didn’t repair the table didn’t break down things like Ranger stated he would or he would charge extra to do this. I’ve called Ranger Relocation over and above to tell these things were busted after they said that they had insurance and haven’t gotten a response! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER !!!
