This is a NIGHTMARE. Business has soo many hidden fee that they won’t disclose with you untill your material is packaged up in your own truck. Joe that the”director” has been the very impolite person over the telephone who provides no aid and always puts you on talks and hold over you. Mover revealed up required over a hour and a half to transfer things that was already packed with a moving business onto his truck less then 50ft away. Tried to charge a lot of added charges and when contested those charges came about rose his voice and got very impolite we then advised him to overlook and unpack our things we’d go with a different comoany he hurried to his truck secured the windows and doors and needed 500$ cash only. WHAT A SCAM. He even called the cops and maintained his stuff hostage. TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A REAL COMPANY. They’re beyond unprofessional and certainly are a scam.

The whole experience was dreadful. The client representative gave me an”binding” quotation, which rose by 50 percent as soon as they picked up the furniture. They didn’t consist of more fees at the quotation (the movement was around another floor) although I specifically told them and they listed it. I promptly called them on appreciation of their overcharges, plus they shifted it on the telephone, simply to shift it back into the 50 percent boost the afternoon prior to the furniture was to be delivered. I requested to talk to the client support supervisor, and they refused to talk with me personally. The client representative was from this office the whole time. The only refuge I had (based on them) would be to submit a claim, but just once I had to cover the 50% boost IN CASH daily and time of shipping (and extra CASH fees for the next floor). Overall, it was a dreadful experience. I cannot stress that enough. I’d have contributed ZERO stars as an evaluation if it was an alternative.
