I moved from ny to Florida and those men made it so simple for me that the team was good the wrap & pack everything for me took very good care of my furniture that the only problem was that the delivery took longer then expected I am guessing since it had been all the way to Florida but there workplace kept me posted about the Entire procedure all the way threw the delivery

Don’t use this provider! The cost was double the quotation. We were originally told that we’d get our things in a few days, it’s now been seven days and we haven’t obtained them. At one stage, after being on hold for half an hour, we attempted from a different telephone to get in touch with a person. After describing the simple fact that we’d been on hold for that period of time, the sales rep put us on hold, but didn’t do this properly. We might explicitly hear somebody on the opposite line state”if they have been on hold for one hour, they are *explicative” dumb” They immediately understood we could hear them and wrapped up. Multiple image frames were shattered, furniture has been repeatedly knicked alongside cloth torn. Our porcelain crockpot was also completely shattered. We also understood that two boxes comprising kitchen things was lost. This included our wedding china, java cups, water glasses, and a lot of different products. All told, we had been either missing and had ruined land worth about $3000.00. And that is after they more than doubled our initial invoice.

We advised Radius of the, and their only answer was to file a claim with their insurance policy group. We did this and they stated they could just award us $90.00. We researched legal actions, to which Radius disregarded, and at one stage even returned our valid records stating it was the incorrect address (Again, Radius Transferring returned legal documents sent to them stating it was the incorrect address for Radius Transferring ). Our attorney said that even if Radius Transferring is found guilty in court, we’d have no way to really recover cash from them and also the process could drag on for ages.

Radius Transferring claims to get the best interests of their customers in mind. They write it on their site. However they’re liars, they’re bullies, and they show no sympathy for anything wrong that they have done. They cornered us into paying over double what they offered us with a binding quote, then lost nearly all of our kitchen products, then ruined our property by failing to correctly organize everything at a storage device.

Don’t make the exact same mistake we did. DON’T Utilize RADIUS MOVING!

I had been sold a false guarantee that I was able to cancel up to five days prior to my trip date…. I supported SEVERAL occasions. I stopped a couple of weeks before my move and was told”too poor”. Tom went from salesman – to behaving like he never talked to me earlier in his lifetime. I ended with him about the telephone and he cried like he never talked to me personally.

They are incredibly unprofessional and do not care at all about you or your own relocation. They are merely hoping to find that percent down payment and then they can care less about you. Only had the team at Radius finish my transfer from Houston TX to Boca Raton Florida. Kudos to James and the Whole team. They really delivered on their promises. I had been quoted originally at 3800 and ended directly on our funding. We had the team package everything for us so they showed up first thing in the morning and began working. I was quite impressed with the way the men handled each of the furniture. We took a day and a half to package everything that was fine by me because everything showed up in 1 piece. They did 30 days of furniture and storage showed up yesterday so as I’m unpacking everything I am writing this review as promised. Only wanted to say thank you yet another time since this was a very stressful move that actually could not have gone better.

The pricing was reasonable, but I had been mostly worried about my possessions arriving in 1 piece. Upon getting delivery of my own stuff what appears to be as I’d left it. Delivery was right on time and that I could not be more happy.
