I am rather disappointed!  After having used them before, I’d all confidnece at Quiver Full Movers. Upon arrival among the team put his coffee cup in my piano!  That ought to have been a hint about the careless attitude of the team. They ruined both my upholstered couches, a classic bookcase along with my grandfather clock.  While eliminating the doors out of my fridge they broke a few fixtures and indicated that we fix this ourselves!  Happily our son is an appliance technician.  The components alone cost $25! I discovered the harm to a single couch imeediately and they were very prompt in sending the”furniture physician” to fix.  But when I discovered extra damage as we started to unpack they had been loath to make repairs. We’ll NEVER us them again.  It’s disappointing to see how far They’ve changed in 4 Decades.

Called to get a quotation and requested average questions any possible customer could request and fulfilled rudeness when a short pause to inform a kid to wait patiently while on the telephone. Quiver worker went on a tirade regarding professionalism. They were rather confrontational when questioned in their mileage charges or incurring charges at a flat rate. Practically crying when they have been describing how in a”news flash their company does not promote and what’s by way of mouth” and when anyone’s cost was reduced they desired to understand. Well, there are at least 4 other businesses which were lower and called with far superior customer services. There’s absolutely no professionalism to this business whatsoever with this short interaction.

My spouse and I haven’t moved in 33 decades, therefore, were somewhat restless. Handling QF couldn’t have been a much better alternative! In the very first phone call before the final bit of furniture has been set down we had been given nothing but friendly, professional and competent support. Hope never to move again but should we do so is the sole mover I will think about. Recommend QF with Zero RESERVATIONS! They had an hours drive in morning visitors for our property. . .and came 15 minutes early! They worked fast but NOT 1 THING was ruined at all. Couldn’t have asked for a much better shifting encounter. Was so impressed with the entire event I gave every team member a great tip.
