My husband and I appreciated Rapid and Careful to our movement out of Grand Rapids. We’ve moved several times and this was, undoubtedly the worst experience we’ve ever had. The loading guys were inexperienced and consequently, a number of our possessions were ruined. Boxes which were clearly indicated TOP LOAD ONLY were put on the floor with heavy objects piled on top. So many things were destroyed. I contacted Quick and Careful and clarified the problem. They refused to take any responsibility for the harm caused. This isn’t a respectable organization. I hope that by reading my review, nobody might need to experience what we did. Do yourself a favor and take your company elsewhere.
