    Highly Recomment

We were extremely delighted with the professional services of Puma Van Lines in the very first correspondence with Debbie into dispatcher Javier along with Miguel and his team.  They did exactly what they said they’d do for the precise amount they gave us for the transfer.  They were always in contact with us and kept us in the loop.  The delivery team was likewise excellent.  I’m just sorry I didn’t write their names down to also highlight them by title.  They needed to send to the next floor in Texas heat and they might not have been more pleasant and useful.  Everything was carefully packaged and delivered without any harm. Everybody was really professional and friendly.

    Puma Van Lines is AWESOME

I utilized Puma Van Lines to move me along with my loved ones for Denton Texas to Miami Florida in December 2016. We had an extremely large house to maneuver naturally with 3 small ones. I’d talked with Donna who really professional to the very beginning. She put up and appointment to get Eric to come out and examine my house and gave us a very competitive price to move us. The packaging crew came out and were on time. They packaged everything with this kind of care. I was just amazed in their own professionalism and detailed. The next afternoon Cesar and the shifting team came back out loaded all of my boxes and furniture and we were away to Florida. The motorist Darrel retained in touch with us and when he’d be arriving to shipping our items. After Darrel along with the movers came they functioned really quickly and kept me informed about what they had been doing. I’d refer all of my friends and also family to utilize Puma Van Lines to transfer them.

    Puma Van Lines

They transferred our 3 bed area house into North of San Antonio, quite a while drive and didn’t whine. They took good care to wrap delicate items and browse our extreme drive in the new location. Made a little 4 mi detour to shed things in my brothers home beforehand. I’d always been leary of movers, but they arrived at close the initial privce, using a small increase for extra wrapping materials. No more 2X the very like I dreaded after hearing folks horror stories along with different movers. We strove to make the task somewhat easier supplying bottled water and lunch ahead of the destination (handling your furnace right is only a courtesy everybody should follow, it is tough work). Fantastic experience, will recommend these to other people.

    Second time around- great service!

The best way to seek the services of a contractor would be by obtaining a recommendation from a person who you know who employed their solutions. I discovered about Puma Van Lines by a buddy and that I hired their solutions before this year once I had to go from Denton to Dallas. The men were fantastic and helped us with any request we had.

Considering that the transfer went smoothand I hired them again to transfer my studio out of Dallas to Fort Worth and asked the identical crew. They didn’t disappoint. I’ll defiantly use them back in the future.

I’d love to thank Cesar and his team for taking good care of my things and being patient with me.

    Moving during the holidays....

Man, those guys did such a terrific job. I must confess, with all the holidays just around the corner, moving to another state to get a brand new task, and getting prepared to have my very first baby, I had been totally over my mind. I left organizing to get a moving company that the past in my to do list, and that I was scrambling to have it done. From the minute I predicted, I knew they had been not different. They took the opportunity to spell out the entire procedure to me. In the packaging, the disassembling, specialty products, stairs, lifts, shuttlesand cubic feet . lbs, you name it. I truly love that they weren’t attempting to conceal anything and so were upfront about it. I wound up carrying the merged movement path, that’s the lowest priced. I needed to wait for a week and a half once I got my things, but I only stayed in my sister in law’s home before the items came. I must mention, when I ever have to proceed (Let us hope not) I shall be calling Puma van traces again.

    Service Delivery

We’re blessed to talk about our latest adventure with all Puma Van Lines-Dallas at the move of our entire family to Dallas, Texas out of Long Beach, CA. We recently got a call in the Puma Van Lines Representative Cecilia, who informed us that they had found our unclaimed things in their own storage stock. Astonishingly, these were things we thought were long lost, since the first unnamed carrier briefly saved them together with Puma Van Lines because of their inability to wait around for us organize for final delivery. Surprisingly, after touch with Cecilia, we found that our products were in excellent shape and well preserved by Puma Van Lines, that enabled us to return with our land. Hats off to Cecilia, her boss Amori, along with the team who firmly transferred all of our things to our waiting car. They drove in a couple of blankets free of charge to secure our things them during transportation. Thanks for Cecilia, Amori and team for your amazing customer service!

I simply worked with Puma for the very first time to assist me get a significant piece of gear from California to Dallas. They could schedule the pickup over a week. The dispatcher gave me a call to tell me when to anticipate the pickup in CA and also the afternoon of the motorist called me when he came to make sure he picked up everything properly. They have been efficient and conveyed nicely throughout the procedure. I was then able to save the gear for many days before I was prepared for shipping in Dallas. The delivery men were instantaneous. They unloaded the bits and even set up everything for me, super nice men because it was really heavy. In spite of various loads and unloads from the Puma drivers that the gear came in excellent condition, no scratches or dents. The entire process was much simpler than I’d anticipated since I didn’t have somebody in CA to aid with the pickup, Puma cared for all and at a reasonable price. I’ll use them again later on.

    Honest and Good Movers

The organization on a whole has been great.  This is actually the first time that I have used a moving firm and was concerned with all the stories of difficulty people had.  Puma Van Lines was honesty and good.  Though I’d most everything boxed and wrapped they still brought supplies, I discovered that I could use more tape.  :-RRB-  Phillip lent me for my movement and kept it there, no surprises in the end despite the fact that they are by the hour.  The movers were 1 hour late for select because of a private flat tire but they made up for this if they came.  My things were delivered without a breakage but for the coffee cup I did not package correctly.   I would advise Puma, thanks guys.

    Decent, but not good

Experts: let me select my move out date, nothing had been majorly damaged or misplaced, friendly on the telephone, did not overcharge, motorists were friendly.
Disadvantages: poor communication after I paid my money, did not call me back repeatedly after promising to call with advice, gave me incorrect info regarding my delivery and destroyed many programs, will up-charge even in the event that you have precisely the things on the quote, awakened my bill and did not repay my over payment before I whined through the credit card business, movers make it obvious that they need hints in addition to payment.

When we transferred my girlfriend things from FL to TX I was searching for a different organization but my girlfriend wanted to give them a second try. BAD DECISION! I paid everything up front, they waived the 3% commission with a credit card and gave us a $150.00 return client reduction. But, I owed an additional $865.00. Endured listening into the motorist assert with my girlfriend that they’ll just pack up and depart AS I WAS ON THE PHONE PAYING THE ADDITIONAL $ON. The driver missed two deadlines in Florida, faker to telephone us at Texas 1 hour before coming (I called him for a ETA) TOTAL COST APPROX $3900.00

    Move from TX to KS

The guys who packaged my items at TX did a outstanding job. Regrettably on the coming end, just two guys and a 7 year-old son of the direct showed up. The kid was given little articles to bring to the house and pretty much had been from the manner. I believed it was wrong to bring a kid into a contracted position. I advised the lead I didn’t need to have the kid involved and I needed to say it twice. I phoned my contact person at TX to report this and she placed me on hold. She then known as the lead to record what I’d said right in the center of the work!! This was utterly unprofessional rather than waiting before the job has been finished. I asked for a reduction and was informed it probably would not happen.

Worst moving experience of my 4 long distance moves

We booked them for a transfer from Texas to Florida. First procedure of appraisal, coordination and quote appeared to go well. What happened later is something I have not experienced in my 3 other long distance moves previously.
    1) I had been verbally assured that we’ll get bags at 3-5 days (5 days maximum ). This was to be not true, which upset our entire transfer program and extra fuel to the flame of the shifting stress.
    2) They dropped some of our things. They even made some very egregious mistakes e.g. not packaging pieces of same furniture collectively, not packaging TV accessories and cable collectively; that was lost.
    3) They broke a number of the furniture.
    4) The boxes and material has been reprinted badly. An entirely different celebration came to unpack our stuff. 2 people showed up to the job of 4. They had been tired in two hours and showed displeasure in putting together our easy large furniture and only refused some other because of sophistication and did not try. If they were not so exhausted that they might have done it or at-least attempted; then we ended up throwing off two double beds.
    5) Considering that the boxes weren’t labelled nicely; the shipping celebration only left them into our garage, which we’re sorting out thus far.
    6) We believed we saved some cash in the transfer together , but ended up dropping tens of thousands more in kind of lost/broken stuff, needing to remain in hotels because of delayed delivery and needing to purchase many things we shouldn’t have because of lost, lost, broken items etc..
    7) I’m still giving 2 celebrities since they’re working with us to compensate for all this; the consequence of that only God understands. Plus they did remain courteous in dealing with us during this mess, though it did not change anything but will nevertheless provide the credit where its due.

Will obviously not rely on them again or recommend to anybody else.

Great sale rep poorest of service

Donna was excellent in selling us the professional services of Puma Van Line for our relocation.

Our move was ran on Monday June 25 from our previous home in Arlington, TX and delivered on Friday July 13 in our new home in Sammamish, WA.

First sign of difficulty is when client support delegated to handle our relocation was not accessible by telephone however Donna assured us it’ll be OK.

We had been over charged $48.50 for gasoline surcharge, over and over a binding contract. Cecilia, customer support rep, confessed this was an error in an email but still charged us the incorrect volume.

The majority of the boxes delivered had damages or were smashed in some manner.

Our furniture revealed many nicks, scratches and harms that my spouse is documenting with photographs. A glass cupboard door has been broken.

A terra cotta soldier spanned from Xian, China was completely wrapped, boxed and clearly labelled Fragile but when delivered was completely shattered. Someone had lost the box or tossed it.

We’re still lacking three boxes, hand tools, a 6ft step ladder, a 3ft measure stool/ladder, and enthusiasts

We’ve contacted Cecilia about our lost and damaged substance. Thus far we haven’t heard back from her.

Do not think the smooth earnings occupation.

    Damaged and stolen goods

I hired Puma Van Lines to transfer me out of Texas to Alabama, they not merely damaged many bits of my furniture, They ruined my new house, they shipped to motorists to unload two trucks, so both 2 men ruined my walls and flooring, since the furniture was still to thick to the both of them. We had several things that wasn’t delivered, so we called them another day to attempt and locate our things, there were items that we couldn’t replace. Since they belonged to deceased nearest and dearest. We were not compensated for your damages or to the missing things. . The better business bureau proceeds to provide them a A score, this is extremely misleading to the general public. I’ve lost tens of thousands in damages and stolen thing. Please if you’re considering hiring this business think again. Javier is the major one which provides you the run around. Additionally their motorists saw a number of the damage firsthand. We had been advised that the corporation would look after it. What a joke.

    Long-distance move from McKinney, TX
Move from Tx to WA state

Debbie gave us the exact quotation. I asked few alterations while I had been negotiating the quotation; she had been way too elastic (RED Flag!!!) . We had been living in WA for function so three people flew into Texas to produce the move. The Agency (forgot his name — a elderly man ) who arrived to proceed made it so DIFFICULT!!! (All we consented with Debbie didn’t matter to him). He walked out to us two. He understood we had no option because we flew in from WA only for the weekend. The man was so stressed that among his group members insisted for his behaviour. First Quotation was 2800 and the man demanded $4200. In this entire ordeal, Debbie wasn’t accessible and another surgeries men (Donna, Cecilia.S along with Javier. A) were incredibly tough to use. Since the fee stored moving up, we needed to depart 7or 8 boxes along with few suitcases backagain. The entire encounter was excruciating. I won’t ever recommend this business for anybody. I wish I’d read a few reviews prior to picking Puma Van Lines. I’d have paid more rather than going through the agonizing encounter. Ever since I told Puma Van traces which I am going give a poor review, they decreased the price a little. Nonetheless, it is not worth the encounter. Boxes were ruined, TV console had been ruined, Among my clay pots, approximately 4 feet tall was fully busted, Tempurpedic mattress was ripped (worth greater than $4000). Although Debbie had requested us to purchase plastic pliers (In accordance with authorities compliance which the mattresses will need to get wrapped in vinyl ) the movers didn’t utilize some of those plastic pliers we purchased. They simply folded the mattress in half and tied to tapes. They didn’t follow with anything that Debbie and I agreed upon. I won’t ever recommend this business at any price tag. I didn’t undergo the pain of submitting a complaint since I understand that they could have left a significant deal not have paid. Beware! Do not drop for Debbie’s quotation. The one and only wonderful thing about the entire movement is that the man who lost the things in WA was favorable.

Puma Van Lines HIRES Thieves Employees

Be Aware. They employ burglars workers. The motorists hires individuals off the road to get their truck and after that they do not cover the labour. Worst customer support possible. If you phone the company to create a criticism they provide the run around they move you from 1 individual to another. If you’d like your stuff to evaporate Hire Puma. Here will be the license plate number of this trail that ripped off us; R26-4381. SDOT #2139244. It is my hope that this will be useful for a person.

Puma Van Lines is a SCAM

Comparable to a tales on this page that the rep Jay supplied an unrealistic quote and consented to all types expectations and requirements. I opted to go with Puma dependent on the competitive quote and capability to adapt my shifting dates. I informed them all of my things were packaged to a 10X15 storage device and the contents were out of a whole 2 bedroom home. I voiced my concerns that the quotation appeared low however he insisted his strategy understands better. I also told me that the dates I had my things there and he said it takes approximately 3-7 days so that we advised the movers to pick up the things so. When the movers came they had been shocked and told me Jay completely underestimated the cubic sq feet and that it was likely to cost me 50 percent more ($2500 to $5000). They then told me it’d take 2X so long to send it! I attempted to telephone, email and text Jay and so much radio silence….he is the final definition of a slimy scam artist. Having removed work and booked my flights to get my things in the new place I have been attempting to telephone the Puma workplace and affirm exactly what day my things will be sent so that I could plan accordingly. I’ve known for 6 hours and NO ANSWER in any respect! These individuals are all nice and polite at first but once they have you hooked they could not provide two sh*ts. They require no responsibility and push all of the blame back to the client. Each time I talk to somebody I’m told something different. The supervisor Javier was supposed to contact me concerning these problems… Not a peep, coward. Disgrace of a Company. @pumavanlines – be greater.

    Bait and Switch Tactic

This has been the worst going experience ever. I contacted Puma to transfer 300 milesper hour Even though the transfer was out of Tx to La, the agent (rep) suggested that I would be billed as an area movement as a result of brief distance. The rep ready a moving contract using itemized charges to pay my stock, mileage and travel. The contract cost was quite reasonable so that I confirmed the transfer and supplied my credit card information to book their solutions. The movers came times later than concurred. But when they came, I signed up a contract for services that was the identical price originally offered. The movers affirmed my stock was also as initially quoted. We all packed and unpacked the things at the time allocated to the transfer. This was despite the movers leaving from the street on the way to my destination to get one hour along with the movers carrying 2 fractures within an hour. Before my items were unloaded in the moving truck, the direct mover advised that my credit card could be billed differently than initially quoted. When I asked why, he suggested it was to pay the expenses of their movers to come back to the workplace. I advised him that the deal waived travel for movers to and from the workplace, and also reminded him that they employed over 2 hours to get breaks and if leaving from the street. As soon as I talked to the supervisor, he was instantly competitive with me. Simply speaking, he said I would need to sue him in order to possess the charges reversed. After I got off the telephone with the supervisor, I discovered that my charge card has been billed nearly $500 more than what was initially quoted. The lead inspector additionally advised that Puma frequently practices this way. In the event you neglect to pay or cannot pay the inflated charges, Puma will maintain your possessions until the fee has been paidoff. I have had to file a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General’s offices in both Tx and La.. My guidance,’customer cries!’

    Long-distance move from Dallas, TX
    Dallas to LA

Moving to LA in Dallas, Puma looked like a excellent option given the price point. Less costly than many others, but nothing really low. After having gone through that which, I’d have happily paid a few hundred more to guarantee an excellent move.
Before the movement, communicating was adequate. Day of transfer, I had been quoted an extra $300. Okay fine, perhaps I had more things than I believed. But actual issue includes the shipping.

The shipping man delivered my items to the WRONG HOME and abandon them there for over 24 hours. Then he called me laughing as that was a little episode like”whoops, my bad”. Then I phoned Puma to observe when I’d receive my items, to which I’ve got the runaround nearly the full day. The driver calls me several times, angry that I named the provider! What??!! He explained”I am sorry I ever told you, I did not believe you’d inform the corporation.”

I then talked to many customer services representatives at Puma who discovered no problem for this, and refused to apologize. One even said”well we’re still at the shipping window, therefore there isn’t an issue”, like delivering all of my items to the incorrect address isn’t a issue. The shipping business then told me that they had been”a hour off” for 6 hours. TERRIBLE support. And reimbursement to the intense snafu? None. In the Procedure for filing a complaint with the FMCSA.

The single person I talked to this appeared to possess some customer service training has been Cecilia.

    TX to IN

They’ll steal your items, and then harm or break the things that they don’t slip and completely refuse to reunite boxes. If you send them an email, they will accuse you of becoming just another sex (yes I’m serious, I’ve got the email for evidence ). They use the traditional bait and switch worse and overburdened. They quoted us over 2k and after that, after our stuff had been in their ownership, told me”if you would like to view it in under 6 months you gont cover guy!” That’s an immediate quotation. They ended up charging us over 6K.

    Long-distance move from Texas
Delivery in Utah service was horrible

Hired Puma Van Lines to move our possessions from Irving, TX. Into Eden,UT. The contract has been obvious and reasonable. The moving firm agent, Javier, was professional, kind and educated communicating  exactly what the contract included. Dallas team were all fabulous! They all wrapped and packed everything I could not and packed in a timely fashion on 6-27. Can’t say a lot of how professional and kind they were. They moved over the stock, described devoting and binding on price reevaluate weight and extended haul fees. I received a telephone 7-3 in the motorist,Oran that shipping could be premature Sunday afternoon July 6. Historical Sun Oran known requesting to come pick him up in the end of road. What? Pick up him why? Was lots of space because of his 18 wheeler(that didn’t state PUMA Van Lines onto it) to move but he insisted that I come and catch him. I didn’t feel comfortable doing so (59 year-old female alone) I felt that I had no option. He had been stressed jittery and quite short with me stating I would need to pay him $300 CASH to take up our stuff drive for long haul. I knew long haul, however advised me no, I had paid $4,644.44 to send 137boxes, a secure, and a couple of pieces of furniture. I phoned 2-4 days Puma’s AFTER HOURS 24/7 customer support telephone line promoted online and got no one else to reply. Leaving frantic messages into PLEASE call me ASAP because I did not understand to perform. I video recorded Oran and other man putting my things on the road. Oran phoned 2 men to develop and paid them 98 money to carry things up, they denied needing me to pay them cash $300 that I refused to perform. Oran revealed no respect for me personally since his customer. He DID NOT gift the contract, REFUSED to discuss stock said he did that at the warehouse, also didn’t request me to sign contract on delivery. He’s in his truck and left me and stuff on curb! I’ve known as 2x PUMA requesting assistance. I predicted abandon message to owner Tom Roseman to please call me. Sure hope he predicts. He Wants to know the Oran did NOT reflect his firm how his Dallas team did.    I’d love to renegotiate the commission for hauling our products. The price that I paid was for transportation and slamming into my house and place in house where I desired. Needless to say, I knew that based on where in house there might be extra charges on my credit card. Fairly I believe that I must just be billed the loading and transfer out of Dallas.

    DO NOT RECOMMEND

DO NOT RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. My possessions were picked up on 10/6 at Texas and eventually got my from state delivery in the end of October. Not exactly how I’d planned to begin my very first month at a new nation and new occupation.

This firm was quite nice when attempting to have your enterprise. They supply you with a price before they come out BUT THEN reevaluate your relocation on going day and will undoubtedly increase by double what you had been quoted. Another Red flag at pick up has been their aim to charge for plastic blankets and wrap – something which needs to be automatically included.

After a few months and many telephone calls and promises to call back – that I was subsequently advised their moving van could not get my place and that they had to rent a bigger truck. Once more phone calls to a number of folks saying I’d seen several other moving trucks in the region, they eventually agreed I was correct. BUT, when they came they had been driving the truck that was smaller! The driver then told me that their initial truck had broken down and they needed to RENT an interim truck. They were essentially trying to convince me to cover their problem.

Throughout the transfer, we began exploring potential settlement for this mess of a transfer and discovered among those review sites suggesting this firm is under evaluation for submitted testimonials coming from the exact same IP address. Hmmmmm… does not seem like solid business practices to me.

Eventually at delivery (5 hours after the specified time period ) just two men showed up and they had the guts to ask my son to assist them. They were also subsequently incapable of lifting a little loveseat within the balcony since it would not go through the front door so that they left it around the front porch. Then I had to employ a different moving firm (2 men ) in a rate of $450 so as to finish the move of one piece of furniture – they had not trouble lifting it on the balcony.

Many boxes were ruined, glass objects broken and canvas art warped, though protected with bubble wrap, plastic wrap and blankets. My mothers collectibles were also broken. An individual could visually see that they had no care in unloading the vehicle nor moving the boxes however, there was not anything which could be achieved at this stage except to make them leave. Giving them closing payment made me ill to my gut.
