I highly urge Prudential Van Lines. They moved our home a month from NJ to GA.. We had a 5 bedroom home and they estimated 5-14 days for shipping… it ended up taking just 10 days! Partly because we were ready, but largely because they worked really hard! AND they built my king sized frame and mattress (in a very small room, I would add), allow me to borrow their resources to assemble my sons bunk mattress, and they did not complain about my pieces of indecision. Fantastic job!

This is actually the worst mover I have ever employed.   They ruined everything and they never disclosed They were OUSTSOURCING the occupation to Another company in Florida, they then denied all liability and stated it had been another firm’s fault.   I contacted the BBB and if they contacted Prudential they refused that I ever hired them!!!!   I supplied All my email back and forth with Prudential as well as also the names of everybody I talked with, however they still denied that I ever hired them.   They never supplied the Ideal paperwork and Could eliminate it.   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.   DISHONEST, DISHONEST, DISHONEST! THEY REQUIRED A DEPOSIT WHICH IS ILLEGAL!!!!

We just resurrected un packaging our final box, and instantly came into rant and rave about Prudential Van Lines. Thank you guys for an Great Experience in the very beginning to the ending. Our move wasn’t the normal transfer my 6 month pregnant wife and two children. We must Thank Joe because of his experience and patience. After a horrible experience with a moving company many years back, I was thrilled to discover Prudential Van Lines and Senior Transferring Advisor, Peter Susi. I still have family Items Which are in storage with Prudential to get a shipping to Phoenix this autumn.   I don’t have any doubt that what will arrive punctually and in fantastic condition! Worst unethical inspector ever!!   I believed Prudential name could have been reliable although not that particular franchise. I spoke to Peter Susi plus he gave me a quotation on the telephone. He seemed plausible and useful on the telephone. When the transfer day came, the movers were so hard workers but Enrique gave added hours and prices which are far more than anticipated. They saved my things for several times and after I receive the new speech, the last bill was insanely far more than they mentioned. It might have been easier to utilize different movers with great standing and better testimonials. There’s absolutely not any use complaining to supervisor, Jerry or other client support only because they appear to be all used for their”manners” and most importantly in cahoot. It is a shame that this kind of company can’t possess ethics and at least be honest with clients. They’ll continue losing clients should they conduct company this manner.

To begin, salesman, Casey persuaded me that by enabling him to return to my home at an in home inspection,  he”will probably find the most exact quote with him write down an inventory of my possessions”. I had been quoted $3299 plus I wound up paying 4217. I called Casey immediately and he appeared surprised with all the over fees but he stated he’d check in the problem and reevaluate my stock once they obtained it. By then the vehicle had been already loaded so I had no option but to join the Bill of Lading. (using Casey stating he’d re-evaluate but didn’t ).In accession, I informed Casey I want my possessions delivered by 7/25, since I shall be driving into Texas and will begin work on July 28. He said he can make a request for priority. He even suggested hurrying my movement out date to July15 to provide the business a minimum of 10 days to send my possessions. I packaged my 1 bedroom Brooklyn apartment in two days. I arrived in Dallas on July 25th and furniture didn’t arrive. Gary (customer support ) & Ben (surgeries mgr) stated I should expect delivery on 7/26-7/ / 27. I had been furniture less for 6 weeks b/c my things didn’t arrive until 7/30. I spent additional money on air mattress and regular expenses such as food b/c I didn’t possess furniture/pots pans etc..  After unpacking, I understood that a couple of things are missing out of my own delivery. I’m missing a pair of knives, a pair of mason jar eyeglasses (6), a toaster and a rice cooker. These weren’t recorded in the stock so that it should have been packaged into a box that was likely left behind. I didn’t have an opportunity to double check the stock since the motorist came to send near 11pm and didn’t complete unloading until after 3 am. The movers were even asking me if specific boxes or things”seemed familiar”. He almost forgot to unload my enormous dresser until I understood that it was lost! Prudential Van Lines produced this the worst moving experience for me personally. I anticipated retribution for overcharges, late shipping and bad support.

Peter was useful putting up the transfer. He accommodated his asked transfer date and has been coherent with his inspection and directions.
Cost was fair. Movers were nice and productive. Movers packaged a tenants belongings into boxes that were marked.

Would strongly suggest using their own services. As a busy person I did not actually have to get bothered with this move.

In the very first telephone call to if the previous box has been dropped this firm has been nothing but exceptional. Corteous, dependable,reasonable cost, precision on quote, movers came on time and managed everything with caution.
My estimator Frank was great and answered all of my queries. David called to affirm the time once the movers were going to buy house and was also very considerate and respectful. The men that did the movement were also considerate and did it with a grin. I dont need to proceed, but when I do, I am definitely calling again.

I moved 3 weeks ago and had nothing but troubles.
I’m still waiting for reimbursed to the huge glass table top that they all broke. Before they drifted my boxes and furniture that the very low life motorist demanded an additional $300 in money to the agreed upon cost. The rack on the television was broken up by them however they didn’t care. I’ve moved several times previously but this provider is the worst by far. Boxes arrived smashed and they didn’t care. To finish all of it, the driver chased me when he abandoned. Don’t utilize Prudential even at no cost. They’re the worst!
