    LIARS! and Scammers!!!!!

Although I’m guilty of not checking the reviews with the business what they did to me is dispicible! I was billed for four weeks and just got 3 hours of the time!   They were overdue and that I can smell alcohol on these once they arrived in my house to transfer me.   The very first thing that the lead man (Jose?) Did once they got there wasn’t a stroll and he then proceeded to inform me that the washer had been 100 and the drier was 100 dollars extra!   My sofa and love seat HAD to be shrink wrapped which could be an additional $80 a bit!!!! I informed him I was never told me and that I didn’t have enough money! He spent another twenty minutes talking on the telephone and returned and said okay I had been approved to waive the charge to your washer and drier but the couches Have to Be shrink wrapped!   I said pay attention you can not come in under an hour late and begin bullying me to paying charges I was never advised about!!!!! I told him if that is the situation you may leave and that I will find a refund! He explained um we’ll bill your card $550 for cancelling!!! Now I’m in tears!   He gets back to the telephone and after the next 20 minutes that he comes back and says okay we could waive the charge for your furniture but You Must sign a waiver so that I did!   They knew they only had 3 hours plus purposeley proceeded as quickly because they are burning up more than half the period loading a washer, dryer, two dressers two tables and roughly 40 boxes and that I had been loading directly along together! I myself am a 51 Year-old female and Reside in a place where I actually just know the folks I work with since I just moved here from New York.   They gradually got the furniture to my new location did not hook up on the washer or dryer and broke the cupboard doorway at which people appliances sit.   Then we drive two blocks for my storage device to off load the boxes and from now There’s just about 20 seconds left, so the lead man tells another man to off load the boxes (that many were too thick for me to lift) and pile them from the walls outside the storage device while he sat on his fat that a ** from the vehicle and explained to me although I had been running boxes to the machine uh I want you to signal this.   I said you are leaving are not you?   He cried and said yea I only got named by the workplace (Id’ts 20 into 9 today ) and they insisted that I leave, they’re placing me in a poor posture!!! I stated so you will depart a 51 year-old girl here alone to take all those boxes I can hardly lift into this unit by myself?! You guys are amazing!! He explained, if I’d known he would not have been paid when I did not sign you better bet your sweet a** that I NEVER could have signed this paperwork!!! I had been there for the next 2 hours setting my possessions within that unit and that I was fearful being there independently!!! I’ve moved a lot of times in my own life I Have lost count, but this is Undoubtedly the WORST experience I’ve ever had!   They’re idle, dumb, liars and scam artists!!! NEVER, NEVER use this firm!!!! I wonder whether they’d even care when their mothers have been treated exactly the way I had been by them!!! I doubt it since people such as this are no morals and no sense of decency! All I could say is KARMA!!!!!   Oh and as a footnote I attempted to attach a photograph but this website will not let me says its over 2MB as it IS 2MB! :-LRB-

    Dishonest

These individuals will tell you whatever so as to allow you to register and select them.  Erik, the salesman I worked with, especially explained that there could be NO EXTRA CHARGE for shielding all of my timber furniture and my mattress, we had a lengthy dialogue only regarding this situation.  That’s the only way that I might have signed.  Guess what?!  The day of the transfer, before touching something that I had been forced to sign nearly $300 extras just for packaging!!!  I was mad,  I telephone Erik, and he flat out tells me that he NEVER promised anything!!!  Well, I’m a businessperson and have been for 30 decades, I know I and deals carefully chosen them following my due diligence.  These individuals are all liars, Jose, the moving director lied to me all day long as well.  He explained that his principal boss allowed him to give me a 20% reduction on the packing material, all so I’d agree to proceed with the transfer.  In the conclusion of the afternoon, Jose also”forgot” the reduction… So they really stuck it to me personally.  THESE PEOPLE ARE BAD NEWS!!!  A $350 movement turned to $850.  Don’t trust them.

DO NOT hire Professional Moving Solutions for your move!

After several motions both domestically and internationally, I have never been more disappointed in a moving business. This firm is a entire racket and nothing regarding their support is”as is”. By the moment of pick-up, during the weeks in between and also the day before fall off (that we paid to have expedited) — they tortured us with forecasts about additional costs and urgent demands. Whenever you’re spending a PREMIUM for a coast-to-coast transfer, your moving company ought to know in the time of the involvement that parking permits and shuttles (FOR A DELIVERY IN SAN FRANCISCO CITY PROPER) will be required. How on earth could it be possible to park an 18-wheeler on a mountain in San Francisco to unload possessions. Seriously??? To boot, the movers broke the most significant and most delicate item (glass table) we sent, that had been clearly marked and packed and despite submitting a claim, we only found out that there’ll not be a corrective actions or compensation. Following the continuous harassment and epicly awful customer support, Professional Moving Solutions did not even follow up after shipping. Should you really care about your possessions, have to adhere to a budget or desire a full service, professional supplier — DO NOT call Specialist Moving Solutions. They’re a entire racket and couldn’t care less about customer support or your possessions.

YOU WILL BE LIED AND THEN YOUR FURNITURE WILL BE DESTROYED!!!

I had been convinced by a single of their client’s sales rep in this business that they provided the most competitive prices and instant to none solutions.  According to the rep, the transferring business had their own trucks and also the employees were uniformed. I accepted their offer and also their quotation and also in June 24, 2013 the inspector’s revealed at my home along with my wife received them because I needed to do the job.  The space between the homes (leaving ) to another land (getting ) was just 4.1 miles). Roughly 7 minutes forcing.   To begin with, the two out the three hooligans looking-like movers didn’t had appropriate pajamas and they revealed in Penske leased truck.  The estimated quotation of 600 became $1,200 within a minute.  They had been relaxingly carrying their time to perform their job for which I had been paying.   It required this business approximately 6 hours simply to load things which were already boxed to the vehicle, load on the furniture and also wrap several items. Plus they had been three movers!!!!!   They got into my home 5 minutes until I got home. And that I got home at about 5 pm.  Right Now I parked, RIGHT BEFORE MY OWN EYES, among the HOOLIGANS LOOKING-LIKE SKINNY DUDE IN PLAIN WHITE SHIRT HIT THE DOOR FRAME WITH MY SON’S BED HEADER!!!!  I was infuriated and known as the provider right before the foreman that was not any older than 23 years of age.  I informed the gentleman who chose my telephone about what these morons where performing to my furniture and also just how much they pulled their feet. The foreman talked to the business headquarters rep and all it did was to make matters much worse. The movers didn’t care one single itty bitty bit regarding the state that they were leaving my home products!! They had been pitching and falling things anywhere and they said that if anything was busted or scrape, I’ll want to submit the claim form on the web. It required little more than 2 hours for this group of clowns to get the vehicle.   I shot the foreman throughout the stuffs which were clearly hurt and allegedly he admits the careless of that they handled my family things. There has been broken furniture, broken and balls of timber tore besides the primary bedroom dresser along with my kid’s dresser, poorly scraped wood racks, bed rails, picture frames, leather upholstery, and several many different items. I stuffed the promise as directed and that I talked to the supervisor.  I mailed her all of the images of all of the harms, I shipped her distinct mails, and she also acknowledged the condition brought on by her workers.  According to the claim, it might take approximately 90 days to finish. It was only in September that I phoned the claims firm, which will be Anthem in San Antonio, Texas, and that I talked to some very rude girl and they shipped me an email. I responded to this email.   Three months after, I obtained the letter of the conclusion….they said that $66 bucks was the acceptable amount for those damages.  I was totally offended by this ridiculous quantity and that I phoned the Manager…. . I named the very first week of November….and very first, it required all of the Might and Power from God and the Angels to possess the Supervisor to phone me.  I explained to her the issue and she said that she’ll start looking to it and get me again.  To this very day, she’s refusing to phone me backagain. I’m a disable veteran with just two combat tours in Iraq.  I can not work anymore because of my physical and psychological illness. I can not fix or replace exactly what this firm has done for my family things. That is a business I would not recommend to anybody, particularly those that are veterans. Is a Comprehensive shame in their part to ruin a Individual’s furniture and depart as is the client’s worries was just nothing to them.   This company lacks ethics, ethical values, won’t care and won’t follow up with their clients in any respect.  Should they have at least a tiny bit of honesty and ethics, they might, at least, hear your recorded calls at about 5:30 pm on 24 June, 2013. And when this business has at least, some factors for those who’s forfeit so much for this nation…they’d at least attempt to make things straight.

    TERRIBLE

Arrive late even though a stock is asked before the proceeding, after they arrive that they begin doing a different one. I’ve suff already with packaging material. . They didn’t care and include their own and put in us 220 into the invoice for this, by how in which the motion was over 5 miles… They then request the payment prior to sending, when requesting complete. It had been more than quoted. Just due to the additional packaging which wasn’t even asked. We needed to cover as our household had been hold…. And by they way they keep charging. . .And forgot to mention that the agreements was for 3 guys, but usually one was constantly in side the truck therefore largely the job is accomplished by two men in the end the ceremony was less time and so far I haven’t seen the refund.

Furniture hostage & Excess Unwarranted Addl Charges

Within my 74 yrs that movement & coping with this particular company has been among the worst experience in my entire life! I gave them a precise stock, which they offered $2582., that had been exactly the a single ball park as two other predictions, for two SMALL ROOMS.  I pd $515. Down & has been advised to get 2 cash orders-50percent of equilibrium $1033. Pickup & 1033. When delivered. Whil packaging I had been told cost could be greater as Cu Ft is surpassing what TYHEY figuired, and an addl $900. For wrap my furniture in plastic, not one of those extras were ever explained, and on shipping they desired extra to scale steps to second floor. So I gave the noney orders to them.  As soon as I came in Ohio I phoned to determine why my furniture hasn’t arrived on 7/26 or 27 when I had been told I want to cable then an addl $512., that I didn’t receive my furniture & clothing, etc.. I called many times & always got their calling support and the only time I call me was to get more income. Eventually after 29 times they delivered an email saying I need to possess an addl $3315. On delivery. You do the math – $6440. For two very little rooms!! My products were obtained in a classic”Frito Lay” trailer. It was cheaply painted with letters rust via. They then refused to take that the 5th/3rd Bank Money requests that postponed the unpacking for one hour while we contend with the GM at Florida. They had been Amscott, which will not exist at Ohio or Postal Money Order in PM with everything shut, and I was not going to bend on this matter. Eventually they agreed. Now I am in debt due to their enterprise practice that makes me ill. In contrast, I’ve got friends who proceeded from 4 BR home in Tampa to Atlanta thousabds significantly less than that which I had been illegally charged!

    Very Negative Experience

This business now has a D-MINUS score at the Btter Business Bureau for poor customer service, dishonesty, and 61 registered complaints, not such as mine.  Overcharged the estimated price by $1,000.00, postponed my delivery and did not inform me, and ruined not just my furniture, but the walls of the flat!
After 25 days of frustration, lack of communication, and disrespect from the business, they’ve finally delivered my furniture.   Unfortunately, it came badly damaged.  The movers denied to build any furniture on site, and refused to run an inventory with me.  My walls have been scratched and dented, and I am unsure just how to submit a claim for family damages.  The business wouldn’t inform me where my products were or when they’d arrive.  I phoned and emailed differently, and one time out of each three, I got an answer.  The shipping date was the 15th, however once I phoned them on this date, they explained that my things had not even left Florida yet.  Nobody had thought to say that to me, that was going around that date by simply taking a day off work without pay.  When I voiced my concern and worry about not understanding when my delivery could occur, I had been forced to feel like a hassle.  It was really stressful not knowing where my furniture and valuables were.  It’s even more stressful now I have an apartment filled with disassembled busted furniture.  I asked for a reduction to pay the price of suddenly having to remain in a resort for the excess quantity of time it took them to send my items, but I had been advised that my delivery was”not late.”  This company treats their clients quite badly.  The ceremony was pricey and quite late, and the shipping was a nightmare.  Please, please avoid this provider.

    Do NOT waste your time.

Was quoted $365 to get a local movement of an estimated 18 miles that I thought was fantastic to get a three bedroom movement. I supported the number thru telephone email and conversation. After coming and taking a list, they went to inform me I would have to spend $1100 since they needed to specially package the stove and couch, cover $20 a mattress/box spring and that I was also billed for 13 bits of tape @ $8 a roster in addition to other mixed packaging items. Obviously , this was foolish! I had been put in contact with the office supervisor who informed me he’d waive a number of those packing charges and needed the area rep examine the stock again to get rid of the moving of particular things to determine whether he could find the quotation back to someplace close to what had been originally mentioned. Following the area rep, that was quite understanding through the procedure gave the office supervisor the new info, I suppose as it was lesser than what he’d anticipated, refused to honor his first sentence of waiving a few of the charges and informed me to get 513 he would proceed just 2 mattress and two box springs, (bear in mind it is a three bed dwelling ) and when I desired that the king size mattress moved it’d be an additional $60…. Obviously , I informed them I will take my business elsewhere. This is a really shady business that is going to tempt you in conjunction with a great price in hopes to kill you with all the hidden fees. If you like your money and you also wish to maintain your part of mind, AVOID utilizing this business at all price tag.

    Moving deposit

I hired the business from April 2015 to maneuver me the ending of June 2015 and delivered them an 89.00 deposit.   The afternoon before I was supposed to maneuver they advised me that they couldn’t move me before that Monday.   I had other duties and needed to be at my destination on that Sat. They advised me to find somebody else and they’d repay the deposit.   I needed to cover the nose in the last minute to get moved.   It’s taken me 6 months to get the refund. I have been lied to and have been impolite to the encounter was awful.   Then I had to start an account and give them the amount so that they could transfer the money to me.   I was also asked why I’d closed the accounts that I paid them with.   They stated they’d sent a test three distinct times yet I did not obtain some of the tests that they even verified the speech,  I do not feel a check as ever sent.   I started a new account as I did not expect them to have my own account number that I work out of.   Now I Must go close the accounts.   It’s been one hassle after another for me personally and all in the process of buying a place, placing kid in college, Having monsters delivered to the farm.   What a wreck I wouldn’t ever use them again and surely do not recommend them.

    Scammers

I had been put in contact Professional Moving Solutions via Movers.com.  I was moving roughly 1 mile into my new residence using a two bedroom home.  Jason emailed me a quotation of $324.00 (not poor right).  They were the cheapest quote, and so I went together.  Shame on me for not checking the reviews, it will not happen again.  Many times I had been advised by Jason to”browse the contract.”  Interpretation….bend over trigger this will hurt.  So that the movers arrive late.  The foreman demands that I immediately signal several forms before they’ll even begin.  Come to discover whether the client does not sign these forms the employees do not get compensated.  After being forced to sign the types that I get the true cost of this transfer after I get hammered with all the packaging material I needed to purchase.  Seriously I needed to purchase their stuff before that would fill my things.   ($662.85 was my entire charges).  Double the initial quotation. Once they load All Your stuff with their specialist packaging job…that last part was a joke, they maintain your stuff hostage needing to unload it in the new destination until they get their payment in total.   I undergo a cashiers check for $573.85 and cover them so they are going to return to work.    So I guessed sense I just bought $160.00 in packaging material along with the EXPERT PACKERS carefully wrapped my furniture my things wouldn’t get broke perfect? WRONG!  The ruined the ground of my previous home and the door frames.  They ruined my dresser, night stand, and also the walls into my new house.   I leave to return to the old home to have another load (that they did not take).  While I am gone the movers hustle my spouse to sign the contract until I could also inspect the furniture for damages.  They’re gone once I return home to Discover the damages.   So I file a claim for settlement in October.  You’re instructed to not call since it is going to delay your claim.  Three weeks go by….nothing.  I email them ….nothing.  I predict…refuse to phone me back. .again nothing.  My spouse contacts the Better Business Bureau.  We receive a call that they’d misplaced my claim but unexpectedly found it and so are feverishly working to allow me to know what they will do.  Well now it is February and I still have not got an email, letter or the Frequent courtesy of a reach around.   If You’re contemplating them DON’T.

    Bad car transport experience

Utilizing the company was the greatest mistake in my own life.

I was truck that had to be eliminated by Dec 22 and that I had been duped by the revenue rep. Warren’s false data in the time once I put the order on Dec 21.
He explained that there was a driver prepared to pickup my car. He explained there’s two spots to for me to pick between Dec 22 and Dec 23 and said I did not have to wait around for shipment to get every evening and Dec 22 is very good to go. As soon as I asked him regarding the selection time, he stated that it was 1:30p.m.. In addition, he told me I’d get a number of mails in their business and I had to e-sign them, including a $150 deposit charge card authorization. Although I understand many other business failed to charge clients upfront, recognizing I just had one day left to pickup and I’d tried other firms prior to but with no chance , I signed them, that’s when all my trouble started.

As soon as I called the shipment supervisor Joe, in the afternoon of Dec 22 only to double check, and found out there was not any motorist yet to pickup on Dec 22. I had been duped by Warren all of the way throughout the full procedure. He’s unprofessional, dishonest and deceptive. He only needed my money with no lineup for me. I phoned Warren daily on Dec 22 along with his coworkers consistently said that he had been occupied. Even I felt really upset, but understanding still have to pick up my car. My spouse and I chose the remainder of Dec 22 away to push all of the way to WV to find out our truck. It took us the entire moment. Bad experience! Additionally, I contested the charge for my credit card company, they informed me because I signd that the docs and approved these payment, so I want to pay $150 to them even with zero support out of them.

    Not a happy camper

I advised Lisa, my sales rep I was disabled. That is the reason why I was needing a moving business in the first location. When she emailed me that the contract, I immediately contacted her through the phone, before registering and wonder how much time it would take for me to get my items. Like I discovered about the contract that they had been permitted up to 30 working/business days, which I wasn’t going to sign off on. She informed me that there was a Professional Moving Solutions office in Fort Worth. She also assured me that it should only take about a week to get my items. I’ve got an email from client services that affirms that. Said contract also claims that ensured dates on or between consented dates is an optional service offered at added price. She assured me that I need not stress. She also advised me that the game opponents rates. The following day I emailed her a quotation from a different company which was reduced ($900) compared to the quotation she gave me ($1250). Lisa told me that she’d checked up on stated firm and discovered that their license was suspended on three events, and, and I quote…”They do not have an office at Texas like us” she explained. Making that the next time she informed me that there was an office here in Texas. So, the company picked up my items on 4/25/12 and set them in their own storage in Florida for free for seven times, before my apartment became available. The entire time I had been under the impression my possessions have been in a storage here in Texas.  My order # was H222553. I called  Lisa and her manager Joe in Professional Moving Solutions on 6/7/12 and advised them that I had been prepared for them to provide my items. I gave him the new address. He advised me he wants to mail me a lengthy distance form that I want to complete and return a.s.a.p. I filled it out and faxed it back that following morning. I didn’t get my possessions until 7/10/12 And there were things missing. Now during this whole month of rush and wait, rather than getting my items I am constantly calling leaving messages involving Eric, whom’s just another rep that works there, along with the answering machine. Nobody is returning my calls. I am getting the run around since I am whining about my mattress. Again I am disabled and my handicap is Scoliosis, bulging disc in lower neck and lower back, pinched sciatic nerve, in addition to arthritis. I want my bed. I begged the business to get a reduction, but they denied a handicapped girl. I ended up at the ER for the Forth of July since I had been made to sleep on the ground, while they continued to fool me claiming my items were on the road, when they really weren’t. The truck broke down. This truck is too little. They billed me $1427.20 by cubic sq. ft., nevertheless don’t have any clue what size truck is necessary. A complete month and 2 weeks, which I didn’t register for, all for me personally to not get my own queen size Tempurpedic mattress & frame collection. The company did not inform me that I wasn’t likely to get my mattress. The company told me that the day of shipping. I was still charged the full remaining balance although I didn’t get the cubic sq. ft. I began with. Things are missing today. My dad got me that mattress solely due to my neck & back state and its value over the whole job. I believed the law was I am supposed to receive a decision if I wanted to store broken items or not until the provider tosses out it?! A night stand that needed a cupboard on the front along with a ironing board folds out the trunk is missing with things within the cabinet area. A massive box that included a tool box with tools & various screws & nails for photograph, majority silverware such as ice cream scooper, can opener, meat tenderizing instrument, grilling spatulas, etc., all overlooking. My Shark vacuum, broken in two pieces and the base piece is lost. I followed process and registered my claim. It had been sent on 7/13/12. I received email correspondence saying they obtained my claim form and will begin exploring on 7/17/12. How long does this take?

    Dishonest and don't care

I wasn’t informed by the sales rep that there are a fee for wrap my furniture and beds. He asked me about the telephone if I had been great on packaging supplies and I said yes because I did not want boxes or bubble wrap or packing tape or anything that you generally associate with packaging supplies. He didn’t inform me that it had been required that beds and furniture be wrapped and that if I did not do it there could be a fee. When he had, I’d have done this. Rather, the movers show up and inform me that I’ll have to pay $440 longer for my things to be wrapped. He explained that the movers could have all the essential padding and gear and everything required and it was all included in the price he offered me. Not only did I must pay this additional $440, however, the movers did not have some tools, so that they had been borrowing my gear to operate on the furniture. The owner called the movers around 3 minutes following my quoted time was up and required I pay more money for them to keep on working. This was really unprofessional. Among the movers was on his telephone nearly all the moment. I needed to ask the most important mover to possess the man get off his mobile phone. Their”customer support” had little to say and did nothing about this dreadful experience. They’re pleased to maintain your cash and do not be concerned about future company or referrals.

    Bad movers

Essentially a bait and switch functionality! They gave me a quotation following a comprehensive phone interview inquiring about each bit of furniture I’d in the play, quite particular, room by room. The mover shows up does an area to space review of the home and informs me he will return with a cost and then we could start the move when I concur! The purchase price is double the qoute, charging me 20$ per thing to wrap. He places boss on telephone after I whine, she provides me 5 percent reduction, likely thinking I don’t have any choice. I said no, didn’t signal new qoute and sent them away. The moving individual said after  I requested that they have had exactly the very same problems before with others. Once I sent them off the inspector said his boss will charge me a 500$ cancellation fee.

    Lots of damage

I am not disputing the charges, but the damage to the furniture. I paid extra to have Professional Moving Solutions pack specific things and paid for your equipment. The Table, Hutch and seats have weathered paint and gouges. The beds will not liine up correctly to reassemble them properly. The bolts and screws to reassemble the beds and table were missing. The dining seats were just covered with black garbage bages for security. A love seat gets the arm bent and out of alignment.

    Would not return deposit

I’d consented to allow them to pick up a car in Michigan and send it to Florida.   The deal on the car fell apart and they refused to return my $200 deposit.   Yes, I’d sign a contract, BUT THEY NEVER DID A THING.   A Respectable firm would have returned and understood the deposit to get hopes of future business, but not them.   DO NOT USE THEM.   There Are Lots of auto haulers out there who focus to not pay a cent up front, and now I know why.   Locate a respectable business that doesn’t demand a deposit and you’ll have a far greater experience than coping with these cash [EDIT] hounds.

    Horrible experience

I attempted to maneuver my car and flat for this corporation. Horrible.Firstly, they do not stick to the contract:Arrived late for 3 hours for flat moving and raised the cost for the exact same number of items recorded on the contract. The very first thing that they came would be to whine that I got a lot of things and request more cash. However, in reality their representative did the quote for me personally and ensured that 10 large boxes (5 ct for each) must be adequate. Really it did. Nevertheless, they utilized 13 moderate boxes (3ct) rather than 10 big boxes (which can be composed in arrangement ) with greater cost in transferring. As soon as I showed them contract and attempted to associate with the workplace individual: Mary, they refused to convey and insisted for much more income. The identical thing occurred to shipping. On the contract, the stair charge was included. But when they arrived, they requested for stair charge and long carrier charge and threatened to not deliver my things if I did not cover it. I doubt whether that fee must exist or they only needed to”steal” each penny I’ve as the driver, his supervisor and Mary gave me distinct prices. As I thought not paying anything that was cited at the contract, then they asked for greater long carrier fee. Finally I compensated extra”long carrier charge” after one and half an hour. Second, the legal thing of the provider is perplexing. The firm I’ve contracts with is Expert Movers Group in Maryland who promised they aren’t agent. But when they stated they also have automobile moving company, they did not mention they’re agent. Thirdly, they are tough to convey and have poor customer service. For car moving, This Business missed scheduled pickup date. I contacted them via the mails and telephone calls and wished to get a time period so that I could organize the automobile rental moment. However, they just responded an email after 1 week, stating they want an additional 10 business days. But they still refused to offer you any time period. Afterwards, they hardly picked up my calls or answer my mails but stating that you can call as many times as you would like. Ultimately, once I contacted the bank to dispute that the car pickup, they phoned me without a notice and stated the car could be picked up following day. And they just gave you the time and driver amount and vanished. You could not alter the time and needed to get in touch with the motorist as they gave the driver the incorrect pickup address. For apartment proceeding, they did not send my belongings at my scheduled date and maintained they’d 45 days’ time period in legislation. They eventually contacted me on Sunday and said they’d deliver next day with no notice. When I said the leasing office isn’t available on Sunday and that I could not schedule the move in date together, they said that you could make it happen or cover 150/day for late delivery.

    Additional charges

To start with, the sum I was quoted (the binding quote ) was incorrect. As soon as I attempted to call/e-mail them in regards to the gap nobody reacted. I moved along with it believing that the cubic feet likely ended up more as I assessed the amount of boxes which I had but nobody could confirm that. The men who picked up were super nice and really did a pretty wonderful job. But as it came time to its delivery, then the proverbial poo hit the fan. The driver was not able to receive his truck in my road so needed to let another truck to deliver my items. That I needed to cover. That is a moving business. How can they not understand that at the start? After he got in my home, I’d bought a cashier’s check for the final payment (we employed a bank money order to get your very first payment). The driver not just wouldn’t take that the cashier’s check but that he began yelling at me about it. No excuse about why it was a”postal money order”. I needed to visit the bank to cash the cashier’s check and he explained that he was planning to charge me an additional $100 to making him wait. Fat chance that will take place. He then really argued with me on where to put my furniture. In the Long Run, my quotation moved from $1,900.00 to a real cost of $2,652.00 I’ll Never use this company again and will not recommend them.

    Professional Moving Solution

On June 27, 2012, we hired the firm to move  our products in 3145 Stonehurst Circle into 1140 Aqua Lane at Clermont, Fl. Regrettably, my cooker’s electric panel has been damaged to the stretch I have yet to be able to utilize it. Additionally, an off-white Ethan Allen sectional was fraught. They provided $60.00 for the cooker and $10.00 for its sectional. With that number I cannot purchase a new cooker. I sent and called email but obtained no answer. It’s been an unplesant experience. They Are Very fine in the beginning, but can dismiss you, if you make a claim  – based |—–|-

I’ve written a review before, but I suppose it had been deleted.   These individuals ruined tens of thousands of dollars of paintings, china, crystalclear and oriental carpets.   I state destroyed bcause a number of those things were beyond repair.   I Don’t Know what happened to additional things because they were missing or ruined.   Though I paid attention, I regained no cash.

    I will use again.

Showed up on time. Some of the very pleasant gentlemen transferred my mum’s things for her new residence. It had been nearly a hundred degrees and never once did I hear a complaint. Very professional and quick. These men never took a rest and proceeded with pace. The transfer cost precisely what they offered me. They’ll always be my first option in movers and will recommend them to anybody!

When the moving day came the men were on time and worked extremely hard… even helped ship up a lot of smaller items that I had not gotten into. Plus they introduced boxes and did not even charge for them, I was amazed to say the very least. I was mostly Satisfied with this service

As a result of Expert Moving Solutions for creating things pleasant and simple. The team was quite helpful and complicated. Move from FL - CA

Professional Moving Solutions transferred my house hold products (and my car) from Orlando FL to Los Angeles CA, they contacted me, and gave me the cost on the telephone (I needed to give them stock checklist ), they were quite nice and specialist from the very first call and throughout the whole procedure since they did with my vehicle.
The group came in the morning, stuffed my home and place all things in the truck in 3 hours!! I got my items in Los Angeles a week and a half later, there wasn’t any harm, and that I felt like it was a fantastic start in my brand new location.
I am quite delighted with the entire experience.

    On time.

On time, quickly, really considerate, understood exactly what they were doing!! Arrived on time! Professional Moving Solutions actually hustled up and down stairs, took great care moving all — everything arrived in excellent condition. When we arrived in our new place, they put up our beds and place everything where we needed it — project has been finished way earlier than I expected! They were quite polite although we kept getting in their own way. Thanks so much — it had been one less stressful thing that I had to be worried about. I suggest this business to my loved ones; buddies & co-workers and that I shall use you again!! Great job, I’m extremely happy with the move.

Finest money ever spent! They came right on time and got straight to work! They had us from our previous home and into our brand new home in under 4 hours! AMAZING! Nothing has been broken, scratched or damaged. We just purchased our first house, so we wont be moving for quite a while, but I’ll be highly recommending these men to anyone who asks for a plumber!

    Great company

I discovered Profession Transferring Solutionson this site and decided to offer them a phone.  Amazing firm, all fees had been explained to me on the telephone so that there were not any surprises about the transfer day.  The Movers were very proficient & clearly knew exactly what they were doing, all of my furniture was shielded and movers worked really quickly.

    It was a nice move.

As you all know, moving can be a debilitating and fragile Procedure.   Selecting a mover always sounds suspicious but Profession Moving Solutions made it easy and cheap. The men showed up right on time.   They got right to work and transferred my 3 bedroom condominium in to another place in roughly 4 hours.   It was astonishing.   Since I had been paying them from the hour I totally expected them to be rockin’ every last minute and they had been.   They were even extra polite and made me conscious of every small crack on any item they had been intending to move Simply to prove that they were being honest about things.   It was a wonderful touch.
The next time I move…I don’t have any doubt I’m calling back them to transfer me.

    Great Experience.

Profession Moving Solutions were fantastic. They were quick, effective, professional, and also a great group of guys, they’ve a fantastic sense of humor and made the entire experience much less stressful. I over packed two or three big boxes and they instantly provided some free boxes to repack my novels and it did not even slow them down. Additionally, I had some very heavy things that they took good care of without difficulty. The entire thing occurred in 1 hour less than quoted as nicely which saved me money.

    Happy in DC

This was my very first Interstate movement so obviously I was anxious. I talked to plenty of moving companies that the more I researched the longer dissalussioned I became especially with all the movers using scare tactics (beware of this..etc) to receive my small business.
My main goal was to remain within my budget…that I couldn’t afford last minute openings, and”sudden” changes in cost.
As soon as I called Professional Moving Solutions I talked to Jennifer, it did not take me long to understand I discovered my moving business. Jennifer was fantastic, she took the opportunity to follow my own requirements and know what my concerns were. She was both attentive and incredibly responsive not only that day but during the whole move. Even threw the hiccups Jennifer and Joe were fantastic they looked after those problems that arose fast and with the maximum degree of ethics, I’m really happy and would certainly recommend their firm.

You all did a fantastic job and could have no hesitation in recommending your business to other people.
