Customer support (who had been a rude offensive youthful guy that essentially told me to get it over ) told me that they had a call to the driver and could telephone back..never did! Eventually got to go of customer support who promised me that the next day they’d be there by noon, no doubts. (She even told me she’d place a check in the mail that afternoon to repay 250 for the difficulty that I had been going through. Obviously that check never came ) Second afternoon matter! No display until 6pm. Subsequently the next scam started. Driver tried to convince me to sign the manifest newspapers before he’d even lifted a finger or looked at anything. Wanted to bill for transferring blankets!??? Desired to crate my own furniture since he said it was nice furniture. This furniture has been hand-me-downs worth not being transferred to a holiday camp. He then explained the weight was finished. He hadn’t lifted a finger and had hardly looked at anything and the burden was finished? Though all products were just as the first quote was composed. He tried everything to scam me to get more money compared to our first quotation! (I will not go into detail regarding how straightforward and unprofessional they had been ) The contract claims to telephone Professional Moving and Storage in case the driver attempts to change any costs, weight, etc and also not to sign anything before speaking to them so I instantly started making forecasts. Guess what? NO ONE WOULD ANSWER. Even referred to as the personal cell of this client support mind that told me to phone her personally and she’d always pick up. NOTHING, Tried texting. . No response. Now we’re in a struggle to become reimbursed our deposits. They state to email them to the petition together with the excuse, but obviously they don’t respond. They’ve shut down my quotation page and it says to call client support who naturally doesn’t reply. RUN from this firm!

This business is horrible! Stay away from unless you enjoy throwing money away. They took an approximate $2200 deposit to get a transfer from NJ to Alabama. Movers showed up almost two days overdue and required more money for a number of items which were assumed to be contained. We shipped them away and did the move ourselves. Have reported them for deceptive business practices to Am Express and at the practice of exactly the same with NJ and Florida. Nice to have a lawyer from the household to aid with that!

They needed to return the next morning that was beyond their contracted time to acquire the pickup done and it had been the day my kids and I had been flying out to proceed to some other state. I didn’t have a car because my husband had been already driving to Tennessee with the two cars. SO we did a flooring sleeping with two toddlers that was fairly hard. What about Professional Transferring was specialist, experienced, and friendly. They have been on time and under quote, which is all great. I’d immediately call them again if I had been moving. Both guys who showed up on time, were both more friendly, attentive, and fast. The price was reasonable, so I’d planned on the movement costing a few hundred more.

Amazing experience form begin to finish! These men moved my one bedroom home. Adam and Jacob came punctually, took proper care of my possessions, and transferred all things around the home in the end. Moreover, they have been friendly and considerate. Chris has been a really friendly and informative salesman. He had been patient and ready to answer all of my questions and worries. The pickup and shipping have been completed from Darren and his team, who were all very professional and friendly. Pickup went nicely and in a timely way. Shipping was somewhat delayed as a result of traffic in the region but was nevertheless able to be finished on the day after pickup.
