Prodigy Moving and Storage are only the finest. They acted so professionally if they transferred me to New York. Everything which range from customer care into the shipping team and logistics employees were great. I urge only a small advancement on the time of delivery to be more precise. Otherwise everything else was fantastic. Would most definitely recommend to anybody. They have been a friendly and assisting group of individuals. They even cleaned up after themselves.

This provider is awful. We had a terrible encounter with this move.The past 4 weeks of my life have been spent coping with Susan K and her unfulfilled promises. We transferred from Fl to MI and it had been dreadful; what was broken, so we had no idea when it would be delivered, then we had been promised compensation along with a promise for our things, none of that was returned to us. They aren’t a moving company, it is a scam to get a badly implemented delivery support. I filed a claim and has been provided $12 for more than 2000 value of broken items. Our boxes were thrown and smashed around but we had been advised that was our fault. Susan had promised me a refund for our problems, then had the audacity to offer me $75 to relinquish accountability from this dreadful business. We had a better adventure sending containers throughout Grey Hound; it cost significantly less, we had been treated less and better things were ruined, they even delivered our stuff and it had been done with much more respect and care. I hope nobody else has to experience the anxiety and overwhelming psychological harm this has caused us.

I had been given an excellent bargain for the transfer and as soon as the inspector obtained to my home the day before I had been move near the house and that I had to move from it that they said that they couldn’t pack up my house for the price I was quoted. This was a major surprise for me as my husband had knee operation and the moving man saw that he was able to move our house items and he awakened the transferring quotation. They reduced balled me and got to my house and jacked up the transfer price to double of what I had been quoted. They’re extremely unprofessional and impolite, the supervisor is rude and doesn’t hear you. When talking to her she over talks you and says things like no one put a gun to your head and cause you to sign the form. I signed the type below duress, without any additional choices now. I asked my things to be sent on 03/29/19 and didn’t get them until more than fourteen days of my petition day. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anybody!

There have been several times I have needed to move. I’ve had good ones and bad ones. This time I had an wonderful move. I was walked through the procedure and my hands was held by Josh that the whole time. Pick up went smoothly, delivery was really fast and there were not any problems and nothing was ruined. Do your self a favor and discover another moving business. The absence of communication from the business made my brothers go from Orlando to ATL dreadful experience. And of course we didn’t move any major furniture but a sofa, little 3 draw dresser and a desk combined with 12 boxes. They bill you for whatever you might of forgotten to record as a broom or skillet. They took two weeks to send her products and might never give me a quote on when they’d deliver. I predicted on 3 distinct events for a date and they never returned my phone until two days prior to shipping. Though they told me it’d just take a two times once they picked up my merchandise.

This time I speak to quite a irritated receptionist who again puts me with this’queue’ and appears to have really irritated when I inform her that I’ve been set on queue because the prior day and I don’t receive any call backagain. In such busy hours it requires at least 24 hrs to return, I’m told. I’m asked to give until end daily. And no, no call yet.
The major issue I have today is that what’s that [EDIT] queue and how long does it take to get it off. All I need to know is if my stuff is led out for shipping?

I did my transfer out of Prodigy(prodigymoverschatnow.com), had a pickup schedule on 03/29/2019 (NJ) -(Done on time) and also want the items to be delivered to 04/27/2019(still waiting for my things to get delivered), calling them each day, obtaining a false answer (we still don’t have any upgrade now ), telling me will provide you a call and never got one telephone from their side. They showed up two hours late for pickup with just two employees. They were fine but we had a communications problem using their English that made things challenging. The movers stated that all of my bits were larger than the quotes. Now I understand why they do this, so when its ruined, they could use they slightest weight potential. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Normally nothing is bad enough for me to make the time to write a review but after waiting for a month to address a problem, this was only disappointing and honestly surprising.

DO NOT GO FOR THIS MOVING COMPANY. They’re largest scam and thieves. There are just two drivers and they came at an Enterprise Truck because we did not have much. As with any other inspection, yes they state reduced cost initially then on the afternoon of movement they include cubic feet BS. Don’t keep their sentence of bringing on time. Oh and also the highlight: Both big suitcases worth of clothes Indian (wedding clothing in my parents along with in-laws) and gowns were STOLEN and at these suitcases they exchanged it along with my husband’s clothing to seem like nothing goes. I’m still in shock about it. My husband kept on calling them to learn where they had been, nobody will pickup and gave a jog around to phone this amount etc.. An extremely unprofessional, rude girl eventually picked up and has been cursing in my husband. They’re so unprofessional. Finally, once the shipping was created, a seat was broken and undoubtedly the clothing were lost and guess what later claiming that they literally supplied $8 to get $500 value of seat and did not provide something for the stolen clothing since they lied it was not in listing as a stock.

Be very careful of the organization and they employ motorists that has beyond criminal record.
