What a nice exercising with primeway movers, they’ve been amazing in the begging to the finish, beginning with the woman in workplace over the telephone into the employees crews, they came into our home on time and packaged everything professionally and load everything in under 5 hours because I had a meeting afterwards that I was a fearful I am not going to allow it to, however the movers worked much harder to ensure I get into my meeting on time. That’s I did create it after that day. Because we were going to florida I believed it’d take so long for delivery but primeway produced our shipping 6 days when they picked up that is ideal, it gave us time to push down to florida and close on our new home. I haven’t experienced such professionalism from 1 business in my whole life! To have what picked up at the time period they gave me AND delivered in such a timely way. Oh my goodness. . We had been going from virginia to south dakota and that I was so overwhelmed with gratitude once I came to our new residence with all our possessions in place, not a scratch or harm to some of my furniture. My possessions were accounted for, I had been always updated by the fine gals on shipment, any and every upgrade was completely clarified! I suggest primeway to anybody! Allow me to tell you just how good they are. We had a lot of things to move. 3 bedroom cellar plus a complete garage. They completed everything under a day. Wrapped everything packaged nearly half. Never seen anything like this. Wonderful firm.

I found these reviews and that I was concerned at first but that I adored the cost it was far less expensive than lots of businesses. After speaking with my husband we decided to offer them an attempt cause they did possess great reviews also. We’re satisfied with them that they had been respectful and kind and the cost and stock was accurate.

Can not believe that this company is still in business. . .don’t anticipate them!! They’ll steal, lie and cheat. . .they do not even honor their measly supplies to cover stolen, damaged and missing property.

What a Disaster!! Quotation from Manassas into Sanford NC was 2300, ending total was almost $5000. They billed extra for wrap beds, televisions and furniture. . .they lost each of the legs onto the bed frames, stole a two drawer tool box using over $1,000 worth of gear, stole a ladder, cooler and ruined virtually every bit furniture we have. Ruined a lovely $3000 china cabinet and hutch and table. To top it off, they were late delivering our products from North Carolina and abandoned all those boxes in the garage rather than moving them in the home. The two thugs always complained about their poor backs!! This outfit is merely criminal thugs that must be renamed”2 Thugs and a Truck”!! Worst Moving experience ever and I’ve moved over 12 occasions from the military and in civilian life. Save yourself a lot of despair and operate out of this business, they shouldn’t be in company and will absolutely tear off you!! Grace talks candy on the telephone, but it is all part of the Con!! To top it all off, only got my promise offer from such offenders, 70 bucks??? They’re committing felonies without consequences!! I am taking my case to DOT!!

These men were shipped a quotation from another moving company and we supplied them a record of each and every thing and box to proceed. Other firm quote was $4500, Primeway was 5500. Other firm had a 24 foot along with a 16 foot truck intended for your job.

We travelled with Primeway since they could deliver daily or day following our relocation while other firm was a week after.

Primeway showed up with a single little 26 ft truck. I stated I do not believe the truck is large enough for all our things (4 bedroom home ).

Guy said truck retains 2400 cubic feet along with the estimated quantity is 1800 cubic feet. I told him fine, but most of our stuff does not match perfectly together so I nevertheless do not think that it will match. He said if we’ve got over their estimated 1800 cubic feet of things which is going to be an adjusted cost.

I phoned business and stated their quotation was their quotation and if they develop with 1800 cubic feet (other firm had 1900 cubic feet) that’s on them and I’m only paying their quotation cost.

She stated they must fix based on real. At this time there’s nothing I could really do. They’re there to transfer us daily we must be out and they’ve more than 1000 deposit from is. What could I do. I told the woman on the telephone that they better not attempt to charge me more or I will slam them on each review website I will find.

Well after everything did not match and we had to leave some things, man comes at home with (oh yeah, they simply showed up with 3 men to proceed ) checklist and states total price is $8263 however he will just cost us $7000 as a favor for Grace who had been the woman at work I talked to.

Oh, wow, what a favor! Charged us $1500 over their quote and did not even get all of our things and we did lots of those moving ourselves since they just had three men.

Then the dumb firm gets to our new home at like 7:00 pm to transfer things in and they just have two freaking movers. We proceeded as much material as the two movers plus they still were here before 2:00 am. They were racing and did not even put all of the furniture back together. Walls are scratched to all heck within our brand-new residence. They broke our treadmill wiring along with a leg on the brand-new dining room wood seat.

These other reviews’ve got to be composed by this corporation. These men were the worst. I wish I’d gone with another firm and simply lived in a vacant house for a week.

They stated more for packaging 2 big TVs and additional for heavy thing (treadmill). Overall BS, those products were all on the transfer list. All a huge shell game with those men!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

We offered Primeway Movers precise amount and measurements of the stuff. After the movers came on the afternoon of the transfer, they made a decision to raise the cost 40% asserting that our regular Uhaul moving boxes”looked larger”. When we did not immediately accept, they’ve abruptly left with no moving our things. In addition to this, they refused to pay back our deposit. I wouldn’t urge anybody to work together.

I’m posting my review again. I’ve submitted three testimonials but they keep down them. I guess they do not like people telling the facts in their experience with the moving business. I’ve attempted a lot of times to get hold of them, but they will not return calls. I’d send a memorandum to”12OnYourSide”, hoping they would explore and reveal it on their daily news.
Avoid this organization. I’m a retired service member with disabilities and has been told by the folks on the telephone they encouraged the army and even gave reductions for support members. So I contracted them to transfer me out of Virginia to Alabama. I read the testimonials and didn’t observe any negative remarks so that I moved them. Their initial quote was greater than other businesses but I had been told that they came in greater and then dropped down the price. They raised their price by nearly 50 percent when they came, and they weren’t on time. The improved their storage cost over $300 once they had the merchandise in their possession. They provided me”that their” extra insurance incase I desired it. I inquired if I actually needed it or did they never take care of products in their possession. They said they did and I didn’t take”their own” additional insurance. They had been late on delivery — just two days late and wouldn’t return telephone calls. They unloaded and concealed damages to 4 boxes, nearly all was pronounced”Fragile — China”. The sole damages/broken things were from those four boxes. The compensation came to $234.50 (I paid over $7,000 to be transferred ) but they came back with just needing to cover $66.00. The reason was because I did not take”their own” insurance plus they weren’t responsible for another damages. I registered a complaint with the BBB just to find a response from the firm that the damages were completed while intransit and they weren’t responsible. Recall they had been contracted to transfer my boxes from Point A to Point B and also be accountable for them. Then I filed a lawsuit through the Small Claims Court. I gave the courtroom their speech from my contract and they sent the package by certified mail merely to make it returned saying inadequate address. I searched the net and discovered another speech on their site. The court sent the packet to this speech simply to get it returned again for exactly the identical reason. I phoned them (took more than 3 times to reach them — they wouldn’t return calls). The litigation was thought to be in my favor, damages and court costs. This was sent to them but again they chose not to respond. I had been in Virginia for the granddaughter’s graduation and rode for their workplace. I met a person outside smoking that identified herself as Melissa, the office supervisor. She wouldn’t allow me to move in the construction saying ongoing construction job. We spoke for a couple of minutes and I inquired what lender did the business bank with. She called a lender and after I returned to Alabama, I moved back into the Small Claims Court and they delivered a Letter of Garnishment into the lender and also to PrimeWay Movers, only to get it returned saying they hadn’t accounts with this bank.
