Our move went smooth and simple with Prime Relocation Services. Team out of Prime Relocation Services comprise Michael and James. Both were great in character and difficult working. If you’re also seeking to move your furniture or some other heavy things, they’re recommended.

The men were exceptionally considerate, professional and accommodating. They even showed me how some harm was made to my sofa with prior motions because of inexpert handling. They also constructed everything flawlessly and went over and beyond in helping me get everything installed. I can’t advocate Prime Relocation Services more highly, they have my entire approval.

They have been polite and well arranged. Moved my piano and refrigerator without any issue. They were very effective and incredibly careful with all the furniture. They packed the truck and optimized the distance quite nicely. I would strongly recommend them anytime. 5/5 Stars from me also.

I have been waiting OVER A MONTH for the furniture and household goods to be sent, the contract is in violation, and the firm has NO ETA on shipping for me. They don’t answer any of my calls or emails, they display out my contact number. I must call with other telephone numbers so as to make them pick up. I don’t have any idea if I will ever find my possessions again. I’ve paid 90 percent of the entire price of the transfer.

Estimate given was based on quite thorough description of my furniture and quantity of boxes I informed them I would have was right. It had been based on cubic feet of distance, not fat. On day of pickup, the inspector advised me that my transfer was roughly 50% larger than the quote; since I had to move from my flat that afternoon, my hands had been tied. Then they proceeded to repack my possessions into larger boxes (sofa cushions and tiny boxes to apparel boxes, small furniture to cardboard boxes) and refused to divide little furniture such as bookcases so as to boost cubic sq footage of this transfer and so increase cost. I was unable to find out the way the truck was packed because of them with mattress & box spring to obscure the entire truck. I’d done calculation of my furniture and boxes and it was nowhere near as big as they lent me on day of the transfer. Fraud.

Don’t anticipate evaluations on Angie’s List, Better Business Bureau, Google, this website, or other transferring websites. Long story short: fretting about truck ( used 2 rather than 1), arrived a day late (June 30)and did not end til 2am. Asked for more cash at 2am. Nobody had masks on the whole time. Promised shipping on Aug 7-8. Lied repeatedly about whereabouts while it sat in store in Sacramento for two months! Supposedly left Sunday July 13 but as of yesterday informed will create repeated stops ( just how was there unexpectedly room when advised goes right to our new speech since so large and no space?) And no furniture or thought once we’ll get it! Asked to talk with company CEO or whomever is in control of the”company” -guaranteed a phone from them on Tuesday or Wednesday this past week. Crickets. It has been now 17 days and we’re incurring many expenses because of not having our items in our new property. Niko, Felix, Solomon all talk the talk. I still don’t know for certain where our items are! Will update when and when we eventually get our dispatch and the state of the products. Worst worst encounter with a business in my whole life!

What about my movement was awful with Prime Relocation solutions inc.. I believe I had been sold on lies. We doubt if all of the testimonials that they had been proud of and that I had believed to pick, were valid.

Before I discuss my experience, allow me to tell I have finished a very long distance move from NJ to CA only 10 months before using the exact same inventory. So I’m rational within my own expectations based on my own experience.

Many of different movers do not charge for initial flight of stairs. But prime move services has smartly mentioned in contract that the very first flight of stairs will be seven measures. Therefore, in the event that you reside in another floor flat, you’ll certainly be billed even in the event that you have only 1 flight of stairs. I had been billed both at origin and destination.

Not merely did my things appear a week and half later than anticipated, half of my things are broken and damaged and I am still lacking boxes whom I do not even know if I could ever see again. Attempting to get ahold of those using the business is a joke,(Felix) they offer you the run around and upward cost you an additional 1800$. I planned on transferring all of my things myself using a uhaul to maintain out of missing and damaged things and once I had been informed by my mother they hired a moving company I had been skeptical. Never use this business, they began avoiding my calls and placing me on hold for over an hour every time once I try to request my refund. The contract says they’ll refund in full provided that it’s 48 hours prior to the movers arrive. I have been phoning months in advance and they’ve been deflecting my efforts. I eventually got them to agree to repay 1 month ahead of time and they’re taking forever to provide the confirmation email. If I do not receive my refund I’ll be doing a fee back together with my bank to fraud, submitting complaint with BBB and FMCA. SADLY I didnt check this beforehand but they already have 12 complaints this year 2020 on FMCA to get FRAUD and a F score on BBB. Funny how this business told me that they weren’t on BBB since apparently it takes fees to be around the website. Well clearly they’re recorded on BBB using a F score!

The main reason I picked this business is all the 4 and 5 star reviews they get, but this movement was such a hassle and I couldn’t believe how unresponsive the firm was to my own transfer (esp. Through a pandemic). Throughout the moving day I obtained 1 telephone call in the company to upgrade me on my pickup and that I spent my day (a Saturday) looking for somebody to answer their mobile phone. Nothing. Following a 9-11 AM appt. Time, they came at 8:45 PM and ended packaging at 1:30 AM. At 10:00 the movers had been correcting my invoice and requesting tens of thousands of more dollars (literally) for my transfer. I understand these alterations are allowable, however at 10:00 on a Sat night there’s absolutely no way to speak to anybody at the office to confirm or consult. Yes, idiotic.

My rep Niko Callis never achieved earlier, during or after the movement, and what is worse, would not return my calls. He said that my house wouldn’t be moved from 1 truck to another later pickup, and he did not tell the facts. My stuff came on a totally different truck. After telling him of this pickup debacle, he requested to place all in an email but then never reacted. Really do not understand how he might have been worse. Get another job that does not require support.

After requesting customer support to get a discounted rate, they stated they’d consider it if the movers came for shipping. Oh, really? At 8:45 at night again? Unacceptable. After needing to apparently fight to speak to someone at a supervisory position, M. Lavanda forgave the last payment due upon delivery. I’ll say that Mr. Lavanda was quite apologetic and empathic (unlike anybody else I’d coped with) and that I value his professionalism.

The movers were alright. 1 piece of furniture needed hurt upon arrival.

I’ll also state, after taking a look at the expense of the movements of a number of the other reviews, I feel totally ripped off. I had a studio apt and my revised, estimated cost was 5343 from San Francisco to Dallas. I have zero faith that the fee had been appropriately and fairly calculated. I’d never, ever recommend this corporation.

They finished the movement in 2h30 (immediately!) Which given I used to reside to a 5th floor walk-up, wasn’t a simple job. They’re extremely professional, deal with your furniture and possessions, and super fine, respectful and friendly men overall. Nothing has been broken. I genuinely enjoy their carefulness and business when packaging, loading, and unloading all of my things. The men went an excess mile with our big sectional; the most significant piece had to move in via a balcony on the second floor such fine folks to use. Thank you guys!

I feel this business is truly nice and they look after their clients. Everything arrived intact with no harm and they took the opportunity to put each thing where I needed it. They also cleaned up crap associated with packaging of the products. Wonderful staff and business! I’ll use them in future too.
