ZERO STARS IS MORE LIKE IT… WE ARE A 28 YEAR MILITARY FAMILY AND THEY STOLE FROM US… The project was June into August 2018 out of San Diego to Hawaii. . This provider is totally unprofessional and assert that they”care” if they DO NOT… The packaging was dreadful, over $5000 worth of damage to furniture and home products shoddily packed and more than $7000 over-budget about the initial bid… many items were also MELTED. . They do not even understand how to keep things correctly en route. . .WORST OF ALL, THEY STOLE FAMILY JEWELRY That’s IRREPLACEABLE… $1000 WORTH. . .HORRIFYING CUSTOMER SERVICE… IT SAYS THEY ARE BASED IN NEW JERSEY BUT THE DUMB CHECK that I GOT BACK FOR ALL THE DAMAGE WAS $165.00 from CITY MOVING IN WEST HOLLYWOOD??? TOTALLY ILLEGITIMATE COMPANY MAKING MONEY OFF OF TRUSTING PEOPLE… DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE… FIND ANOTHER COMPANY NOW. . .IN A LONG MILITARY CAREER THIS WAS THE WORST MOVE EVER… I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS. . .AWFUL HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE.

Prime did an superb job for me during a recent move from Boston to Honolulu.

Their pricing was fantastic and also the moving team were punctually and educated how to best package and ship my items.

I strongly suggest Prime to the long distance moves.

My mother had just expired, I had been wanting to transfer a few of her furniture/personal things home w/me. I was quite distraught w/her departure, I was the only one to cope w/everything so saying I had been overwhelmed, so hum much like I used to be a basket case, therefore from the start I was rather a special needs individual. I was quite down & up about when and what I was planning to boat, as I had hardly any money/space to utilize. The people at Prime actually worked w/me quite honestly! They maintained flowing w/all my changes right up to the very last minute, which was enormous! They had been extremely professional/polite.

I needed to venture out until they picked up so I left two of my very dear friends responsible for all (thank you Beth and Karen). . .somehow in all of the confusion there was a mistake on my bill that was never detected until delivery. This caused an issue since it was a Saturday and there wasn’t any one that could solve the matter, they said I made them $1,000.00 more! So they wouldn’t send it & they drove off w/my beloved moms items, this was really catastrophic!

Monday I talked w/a manager Frank who stated he would need to start looking into it all, he got back to me in the close of the day. He discovered the mistake & yes it was them on, he was not happy (I do not blame him, they dropped $1,000.00) but he knew he needed to use it, especially in this time when all was so mad.

The team was here at noon the next day (which really was only a couple of hours back ) I can’t PRAISE them enough! They worked really hard, were really professional/polite and they had been having a fantastic time, they had been teasing each other fretting about this or that which also made everything a lot simpler, they had been a JOY!!! They actually did work really hard (oh yea I had a 800 pound swimming table)

Then to top it all, the bolts weren’t w/the pool table for those legs!!! So I called Chris their manager, told me exactly what happened and god bless him that he had the team remain here await me to visit closest hardware store to receive bolts (city is 1/2 hour off 1 way) took approximately 90 minutes! Got back the team set on the legs, put table up precisely where I needed and away they went!!!

Prime Transferring went well over the”call of duty” that I wish to thank all of the people at Prime for assisting me w/this very difficult movement during these exceptionally scary times.
