    Long-distance move from Washington
Don't walk, RUN from this company !!!

Major tear off con artists. This corporation won’t follow through with their responsibilities and they’ll attempt to allow you to sign clean paperwork stating they want it admit you are approving them to load the vehicle BUT. . .that’s not correct. They’ll LIE to you about the telephone making claims which don’t mean to maintain. You are actually signing something which says you consent to the fees (however there are not any on the webpage in the time of registering ). They then transfer into a warehouse center, an then twice the cost to get your things back, then promising you signed documents agreeing to the fees. They seem to largely con girls gaining their faith which’it will be fine, we are here to assist you’ but they do not. They purposely pull on the bait and switch game. Additionally they will add a lot more cubic feet or fat on a load and’provides’ justifying the extra price. If you do not understand, you find yourself paying out the nose to receive your items back since they will hold them hostage until you pay them.

They don’t just double the fees for my move afterwards I’d a’binding’ quote, but they whined stating my items have been consuming more space than has been projected (the whole truck). However, I took photos to demonstrate my items were not just taking up roughly 80 percent of this distance. They struck their contract by simply not showing up on some of those times they had been to return and they handed their 21 day send dedication. I needed to physically fly back into the country were my items were being held with them, lease a 26 feet Ryder truck and push it back myself after months of these attempting to irritate me for much more money rather than telling me where my items were found. In addition to all this, when I eventually found where my items were being held, I noticed that there was a little pile of items which were tagged along with other tags that were moving. Not a enormous enough stack for somebody to pay a plumber to proceed. There was a sizable exceptional one of a kind vase (purchased in the art exhibition) which was from the heap. As soon as I called out it, the proprietor stated it did not belong to me personally since it had been labeled with another pair of tags. I explained that this was a exceptional vase so there may not be any misunderstanding. He wouldn’t release it to me. He asked to get a photo of it. I provided him a photo of this in my living area out of 2010. I still don’t possess my vase.

The bad girl that had her items delivered by these before me personally phoned the police since they sent her items and demanded twice the cost she had been quoted or would not unload her items. The authorities said she had nothing to stand on because she signed the record although she signed it originally sterile after being told exactly the exact same as I. I had been smart enough to not admit in writing it had been sterile and I did not agree with the fees. .

    Con artists!

These folks are really unprofessional. They’ll attempt to offer you receipts with erroneous mathematics, and then hold your belongings till you cover the additional $1,000 bucks. Matters were lost, and many others broken. Don’t trust these folks!

    Totally ignored "Fragile"

The movers just chucked my things around. I had a few broken images’ glass; 3 classic eyeglasses crushed, my pc desk leg was almost broke off. . .now I’ve a rope onto it to hold it up. The base of 2 classic suitcases were completely knocked off. And I am still missing a single box with an extremely particular tapestry and family photos inside. I am really unhappy with their services.

Took our grill aside and dropped the components. The only time that the provider deals with us as it came time to receiving the cash. Frankly, I am in the process of searching unto lawyer from this scam business.

    Moving with this company

Please by all means do yourself a massive favor DO NOT USE!!!!!
This organization is useless to state the best concerning them. They violate steal take your possessions to others and don’t require any iniative to have them returned into the proper folks. They’ll take all of your cash then let you know your proceeds are worth anything so life occurs. Melanie in claims is indeed rude and thoughtless and even the worst I might even say about her isn’t does not bring up her to something longer. BEWARE!!! Even if your things are on the stock list the state they aren’t responsible. Additionally they assist me in the transportation of my automobile another nightmare. I’m not an won’t exaggerate on something here, just honesty. I’ve possessions of other peoples material and advised them a dozen times and they won’t do something about it. So if any body transferred to Oahu about Jume and is lacking tote 160 please I’d love to receive your possessions. So I know whether I’ve someones stuff somebody has mine. I believe we must all band together and sue them no good for nothing firm. And oh not to mention that the shipping wasn’t as they said they literally called hours prior to delivery and that I had to immediately eliminate work, then after waiting all afternoon for them understanding that they didn’t begin loading the truck for delivery untill 1130 they called after the window of delivery and stated they were going to be overdue. And please take some time to read all of reviews and take them to heart all true.

Long-distance move from Redondo Beach, CA
    Great Experience!!

I can’t believe all of the negative reviews. I used Prime Moving Company based out of Long Beach, CA to maneuver from Redondo Beach, CA to Honolulu, HI. Leo, the salesman was amazing in tackling my movement each step along the way. The men that came to wrap my things were professional and productive. They did a fantastic job.

I made a typo mistake in the shipping zip code and Prime was planning to send it to Sacramento, CA once I grabbed my error. Jeff, who manages the Hawaii imports, put it so that my items could be sent that week. It came on time; they informed me and City Movers (local delivery) delivered them. Not 1 thing was ruined, except 1 box has been lost. I phoned Prime to report this, and Jose in HHLogistics tracked down it over 24 hours and it was delivered the following day!

Each step along the way was managed professionally by everyone who”touched” these products. That’s the reason why I don’t know the negative reviews. It does not even seem like the exact same firm.

    Long-distance move from Pennsylvania
    Damaged Everything

We sent a limited number of items from Pennsylvania into Hawaii. To begin with, our dispatch sat in LA for about a month. Our vehicle, which we also had them boat, came a complete month prior to the furniture, even though it abandoned after.
Then, the state of everything that arrived was dreadful.
60 percent of these cardboard boxes were water-logged, moldy as well as the materials had been smashed. We discovered plates from among these boxes recorded to the peak of a cupboard. And we never discovered the handmade bowls we’d.
The dining room table we sent had water damage, along with large scratches and pieces broken from it.
Two unique cabinets looked like they were run over with a forklift – a metal filing cabinet wasn’t openable and needed to be pried open. The next one we recorded and instantly trashed since the drawers and sides were broken and unusable.
Every framework we packed’d smashed glass inside – my daughter cut her foot onto the glass falling from virtually every box.
Each tupperware box we sent was broken along both sides.
And we obtained a random metallic rod, which we hadn’t sent, but it stated our name on this, so I suppose it had been a bonus thing in charge for the harm?
The delivery men have been appalled at the condition of matters.
We emailed the claims division and obtained no answer till we emailed the individual who had initially worked on insurance.
Today we’re waiting to find out whether they’ll pay for anything, if all we’re requesting are the dining table and cupboards. We’re being asked to receive estimates for fix on items which are literally unusable or will call for an entire strip/refinish and still will not be”repaired”.
Weirdly, both the pickup and delivery men were good, so we’re simply not quite sure what occurred during this month at LA..
Attaching significantly less than 1/10th of those photographs I needed to choose to record the harm.

    Horrible service!

HORRIBLE provider, the day of the pickup the motorists were overdue, (NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL AND ADVISE) I attempted to call a number of times to learn what happened and they place me in hold several times, I predicted from different mobiles and once more they place me in grip and after waiting on the telephone for more than half hour they hang me up, then in the present time of their birth they’d provided me storage free for 1 month and also funny/unreal they stated the month already started when they pickup my shifting so that I simply had left just like 1 week!! How absurd is that!!! Now to motorist told me that they were arriving at a tractor trailer 53″ and that I operate with trucks so that I know what type of trucks match in my area, I even asked permission to institution and they agreed with this truck was okay but as I had been hoping with this business at the time the motorist came he said it had been difficult to get in for him so he’d charge me additional $350 dollars to unload all!! Horrible company! I called to complain and figure what occurred?? nothing!

I have some beautiful glass lamps which came tagged”kitchen lamps”, plus a box of arbitrary television parts (distant, hdmi material, etc.. ) not mine. We will need to get together as clients of the sham and perhaps locate our own stuff involving us all. I’m missing an 8×12 feet carpet with a different 3×5 rug wrapped together and recorded by pickup men. All my Christmas things from years ago is gone, large red plastic bathtub complete. All of my children small homemade decorations and treasures of no financial value, but enormous in my center. Many boxes did not appear, most every one that did was crushed, torn open and one that I opened burst with ants. They badly need a much better labeling/tracking program. The majority of the boxes which did arrive were forfeited their amount labels and had”additional” written on them. Wtf? Was told somebody would be outside to pick up the other things which didn’t belong to me, but as of yet, nobody, no call back. So I have your beautiful lamps and television stuff. Allow me to know!

More to the point, let us deliver household products within an 16-18-wheeler without notifying the client (you) (then-before) and then wanted to charge a $300 delivery fee to get this. Really!? My fault?! This business is a HOAX; really! I ensured this! F u your — this business! Moved from HI toi PDX

These are dreadful movers. The boxes arrived through looking like they were played basketball together.
There has been multiple broken dishes, movies, and even furniture. I filed a claim after the instructions to a tee shirt and followed up with a telephone call a day afterwards and two weeks following the delivery obtaining the pledge from Sean that he had obtained the paperwork and had shipped it on to the proper people in the insurance carrier, as harm was done to all of my covered items except my TV. Then I waited a month, calling at regular intervals for updates and getting no reply back. They’d dropped a box with a few images, one that my mom painted, a shadow box which my dad made along with a shadow box I had made which comprised my parent’s ashes. After hearing back nothing, I eventually went up the ladder and contacted the claims department especially. I figure out that they had received not one of my own claim types, they had no understanding of the missing box, it hadn’t been even looked for and had been too late to provide any insurance refunds. They did provide me the 229.00 refund for your insurance policy buy but delivered it to my ex in HI therefore that I had to bear that embarrassment to receive any cash back. I just obtained the finalized record for another claims I’d made for loss and damage. Ever since, I did not understood on the day of shipping that my box of images was not at the 40 boxes that they delivered before the following day they state that they aren’t accountable for that since it wasn’t suggested overlooking on the shipping date. I informed them over 24 hours of shipping that it was not delivered but that was not good enough I guess. They gave me an additional 72.00 for all of the harm done to my bookcase, dressers, bed frame. I only want to warn folks this provider is [EDIT] to provide your merchandise, [EDIT] in followup, [EDIT] in charge for harm and actually [EDIT] should you eliminate something. I had been departing HI following a divorce and never having to manage this was a genuine miserable experience.

    POOR

Just bear this in your mind! Should they shed a box on you that you do not get the worth that which was within the box. You will get $.60 per pound. They do not explain anything to you. They simply say its a formality.
You will need a lawyer for this firm.
They dropped a box which my Mother had given me until she passed out and that I set silverware in that particular box. Of those 45 boxes which has been shipped to me by the business? How do they possibly shed a box of all of them? Someone needed to find out what was in there can be if they were packaging it and kept it for themselves. “ALL I GET BACK IS $.60 A POUND. NOT THE $300.00. 60 pounds. Occasions $.60 I return $36.00.
SO, ALL I AM SAYING SIT DOWN and READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING! ITS BECAUSE THEY Won’t Let You Know What YOU Will Need TO KNOW.
They do not inform you that it may take up to 45 business days – Saturday and Sunday’s aren’t included. Meaning it could take around 9 months prior to getting your relocation.
Should they lose a product like they dropped my BOX Spring and Mattress and discovered it? They’d stated whenever there’s a move to a place we’ll send it to you. There wasn’t any urgency.
Rather I had been sleeping with a cot and that I could not wait that they never provide me a date they’d send it. So, I purchased a brand new box spring and mattress. I needed to provide the box spring and mattress off to somebody it took a few months until I got it.
I’m honest individual. I didn’t worry in any respect. You would not think the terror they put me through.
I had been advised by a manager Michael why they probably misplaced your things is since you called two times weekly? He is a boss he was my worker he be fired from now!
Thus, Be cautious and Can Get A attorney and allow them to clarify the shenanigans that goes on with those moving companies. At least I understand too late in Prime Transferring never cope with them again and inform others the way I had been treated by this corporation.

    DO NOT USE PRIME MOVING

This area started out great when I had been speaking to everybody and they needed my own company they phoned me nearly everyday. As soon as they got my company, my things put someplace for and complete month until it actually sent to Hawaii and then once it had been here that which was in poor condition. I honestly do not understand where my stuff has been saved for the whole month until it actually sent. I had plenty of broken things and if they sent the men were rather careless the way they off everything off the vehicle. Plastic containers have been all broken and cracked. We spent around $3500 and that I had been told I’ll receive $24.00 backagain. I even had to call to inquire regarding my claim. I had been told by someone title Melanie that back in February some thing was sent out to me that I never got anything anyways she emailed it to me and it states I shall get $24 backagain. This firm doesn’t have any professionalism at all. Locate Another firm to send your stuff do not use Prime moving

    Buyer Beware

We made a significant movement (from Pennsylvania to Hawaii) and utilizing Prime was a significant mistake. Should you use them, read their fine print. Their guarantee of satisfaction ensured was granted and has been busted. You essentially have two choices: guarantee your possessions for top dollar, or you’ll be asked to register on accepting 60 cents per pound for any damages calculated with a moving business weight standard. At the time-crush of earning significant life changes in professions and houses, I did the latter. We endured $9,069 value of compensation, which was marginally less than the total cost of this transfer. Only at 60 cents a pound (I weighed every thing that has been left of my once cherished possessions ) it added around $965.46. Of the 99 items and containers which were sent, 27 endured breakage. I thoroughly researched, described and recorded all those things which were damaged. I registered my report. I waited months. After calling and calling that they delivered an email offering me 354 bucks at”industry standard weights. “That will not even cover a third of the price of the shattered desktop computer. Arbitration or fighting it in court could only happen to be throwing good money after bad, because I was only asserting a fraction of that which was missing. I cannot recommend this business (or their affiliate City Movers.) Should you use them, GET FULL COVERAGE and expect they respect it.
In addition, I advise that you itemize, tag, and tag your possessions with your upcoming speech. Supervise the packaging (not that my shippers listened to me personally ) and assess what the descriptions and tags that your shipper is placing in your possessions. Prime didn’t charge me for an executive desk since the shipper had recorded it as a”table.” We obtained things from different people’s orders, and didn’t get several items we sent.
If your shipment arrives, again supervise the unpacking, check that you obtained your whole sequence, and shut and check for damage until you launch your own paperwork. When my shipment came, (the day after the most recent day it was scheduled to arrive), there was a hurricane warning in effect and I introduced my movers without even unpacking anything, even though I really could see that the containers were busted, since it had already started raining. I live in a remote part of Hawaii along with the steep access road can be dangerous when wet.
My moving guys thanked me for this, however, the Moving Business could not have cared less. Again, BUYER BEWARE.

Deceitful, dishonest, unprofessional, liars, overcharged, most things

I’ve moved across the USA repeatedly. Usually you anticipate some slight damage along with your own boxes to have a few difficulties. Of those 38 boxes we sent 35 of these had acute damage which led to broken things and sometimes our things were actually destroyed. It seemed that they were crushed with something rather hefty or dropped out of a really higher elevation we needed to finish tables solid wood which were shattered into bits, of our ruined boxes, many were so crushed and hurt that the wrapped objects on the interior that were brittle were literally disintegrated. I can not know the way the boxes really. So ruined. Our washer and dryer arrived with enormous dents on both sides that could have just happened with somebody ramming something into it like a forklift. The speed that has been quoted isn’t the speed they billed they said I needed to cover for a second 90 cubic feet to get a price of $900, which really went around $1,300 plus they wouldn’t release my belongings and less I paid them. I buy a few insurance and I am in the process of creating a claim, however I am not too convinced that I am actually going to have anything. We had one thing that completely did not make it here and disappeared. Through the procedure they also lied and stated that we didn’t inform them if we wanted our things, as in providing them a shipping date which we needed our things. This is completely untrue as we had been advised by the salesman to place the following day’s date since our delivery date so that they might”expedite” the transfer. I presume that the only way they remain in business because they are such a dreadful company is that they have four distinct business names that they advertise an unsuspecting people will consider what they must say. I am hoping that more folks are able to consider the testimonials and comprehend so that they don’t shed their irreplaceable items and must deal with this type of shotty business. When I complained and asked for a supervisor to get me I have no answer. If you call the telephone number they provide there is just two choices and a lot of the time that they will not answer your telephone. Proceed with the larger guys but possess standing it might cost a bit more but at least your things will arrive and hopefully they’ll arrive intact

Run… Run away from the moving company… we’ve moved 6 times with different movers… this firm did more harm to our items compared to other five movers COMBINED…. Do NOT bother composing shirt or glass or fragile in your own transferring boxed… boxes are piled UPSIDE DOWN… or in their sides… arrows that you set in your boxes to reveal where you’ve clearly marked”TOP” are confusing… are they pointing into the shirt or does the arrow point to the base, that’s to difficult to find out so only pile the box almost any way that they want…. Boxes have been smashed, torn, gouged and ripped open… from the breakage you can tell that many of the boxes are only dropped into the ground along with other boxes pilled on top, dismissing any arrows,”upper”, glass or brittle that’s clearly indicated on the boxes… we’ve always done our own packaging so we’ve gotten fairly good at shielding our objects and marking the boxes… they’ve 45 working afternoon to provide your things… that’s OK…. Our things arrive at our destination and the sat at a warehouse for the following 3 months… 21 additional days of living from match cases and on a blow up mattress as you furniture only sits at a warehouse… Run…. Run away today…

Huge Issues with Sales, Delivery, Claims Warranty, Damaged Goods

    1. Earnings:

If we were piling going with Prime Transferring, we had been determined to select Prime Moving due to our interactions with earnings rep”X”. We were searching for a moving company that will deliver the container into Seattle on/by February’X’. I’d advised him that our window to get the container in Seattle was between February’X’ into February’X’ in the latest. He appeared the scheduling period and verified that Prime Moving would satisfy with the shipping deadline and send to February’X’ into Seattle.

Our overall transport costs with Prime Transferring spent was $4,758 for transport costs, and an additional $1,015 online insurance.

While currently in Seattle, it was a enormous disappointment to find out that the container was still in Los Angles and wouldn’t be sent to Seattle about the confirmed date! Certainly, from our standpoint, the front sales representative asserted us that a shipping date of February’X’ which wasn’t achievable by your backend operations group. The matter of a lack of communication within Prime Moving earnings and surgeries caused a negative effect on us.

    2. Operations:

It’s clear that both the Front Operations and Back Operations don’t speak with one another; or maintenance. There’s absence of communication between the sales staff and operations staff which do the job. It’s evident that all Prime Transferring cares about is creating a deal by supplying’false claims’ of a special date. Unfortunately, we found out this the hard way with delayed shipping and damaged products. The method makes the operations staff seem bad.

    3. Service Recovery:

There’s hardly any empowerment from Client support, and nothing has been performed relative to helping with reimbursement at the delay of the dispatch. We spent much more money than we ever had by utilizing Prime Moving. We had many requirements with all the support groups, and they did not. Bad follow-up.

    4. Transportation Delivery:

What Prime Moving doesn’t discuss with you is that there could be another fee when a secondhand truck is necessary. The price we have been sold was $300 when we needed to transfer our furniture out of a big-rig (40′ feet container) into a more compact truck.

The only good consequence we have to admit are the delivery motorists throughout pick-up in Honolulu and also drop-off at Seattle. We met them and they also worked really hard, and fine gentlemen. Their communicating with us was about point and exact. They informed us if they have been in transit. We can just presume that the damages occurred throughout the hand-offs with numerous trades from rail to storage to both container and opposite cycle.

    5. Claims of Damaged Goods:

Many furniture pieces were damaged during the delivery procedure. Minus a $500 allowance we were paid with less than that which the initial expenses of buy was. The claim procedure is awkward, with all dedication and due diligence only carried from the client to either provide invoices, quotes from repair specialists, and banter with what’s a third party insurance carrier. In our situation, the moving company representative resisted information regarding the coverage over the telephone. The coverage as represented was distinct from what the insurance coverage agent claims. Enormous Hassle.

The individual that we talked to when obtaining insurance installment noted that the $ 1,000 are the greatest replacement cost that will be paid out on any individual product. He noticed that any items having a value in excess of $1,000 will just be insured up to $1,000. We talked and stated we had lots of things in excess of $1,000 original cost price, but admitted that we were fine receiving just $1,000 of protection for all those products. He didn’t inform us that things with price of greater than $1,000 could be given a percent greater than $1,000 based on the worth of this merchandise.

We trusted that the moving business to receive our things here without harm, and so were expecting never to need to submit a claim. With more than 3,000 in damage, we registered a claim and discovered the the Prime Movers’ insurance group misrepresented the insurance policy contract.

We recommend extra training for those members of your staff to never misrepresent the coverage, to expressly say that any items worth more than $1,000 who don’t have extra insurance is only going to be insured up to $1,000 divided by the value of the damaged item. The insurance agent hurried throughout the insurance plan for into some lien or clock out for the afternoon and wished to shut his”sale”.
