Presto and the group did a wonderful job moving my possessions from Texas to Oregon. Henry quoted us right from the beginning (be conscious of”low quotes” and seriously underestimated Cu/ft.)  On Friday afternoon the team, led by Luis, showed up early and so were ready to begin following the paperwork was finished. Luis did an appraisal of what had to be wrapped and crated, and then proceeded to get after it. This is my first time with professional movers. And I’d utilize Presto Logistics again. Though there were a few hiccups, they took good care of these in a really timely way.

There are just two things I want them to enhance. First is, there wasn’t any storage facility within my own destination Maryland so that I needed to leave all of it from the California storage until I supplied my new speech. So it sort of postponed the birth from one week approximately. Second, once I phoned them up after lending them my new address, to followup if my things will be delegated to your truck and if they’d begin, not one agent understood that a suitable date (except Ryan who gave an approximate/vague period ) and they all said was when a truck can be found, my belongings will be sent and if it occurs the driver will phone mepersonally. Best movers ever! They offered me a wonderful cost under $1000!! I just had a little studio flat but that I was going out of California to Oklahoma City so that I was amazed that they would do it for that affordable. They were very quick and pleasant. Moved from California to North Carolina on May 3th 2012. I had been contacted by Presto Logistics by telephone,after recieving many calls from various businesses and many were either unlicensed or outside of my funding. I looked at reviews for them and noticed that they had fairly decent testimonials on how they site. I only wish to mention that I WOULD NEVER recommend this business to anybody! On the afternoon of the pickup they didnt charge me for the flight of stairs in my apartment although I had been about 8-10 measures over the limitation (their limitation is 12) they stated it was no issue and that as well on shipping it’d be free of cost. The pick up went really nicely the movers were very pleasant and respectful and moved/packed my possessions speedily. I had been told by the inspector in the time of pickup that it would take from 7-10 days for my furniture to arrive at NC,I thought that might be good because I was departing per week after.I got to NC on May 9th and was stoked to arrive at my house and await my furniture. I phoned PL to observe if they aproximately are coming. . .they still hadnt left California,BUT that my stuff was packed up at the truck that they were just awaiting leave.I was told I would be contacted while the truck was about path to keep tabs on those. About 3 days after I received a call that they were at New Mexico along with the truck had broken down. . .and that it would take a few days to the part which was needed for to them.A week after…I phoned the office to find out what was happening, nobody could give me an immediate answer,I just kept getting transfered to various folks or my calls would not get answered. In the long run it took just 21 DAYS for my own furniture for me,and I had been told that I couldnt get a refund because they have just 21 times to find the furniture for you. . .all I got was a 150 dollar reduction,but I was still charged for the flight of stairs in my location in NC,many boxes where destroyed,dishes were broken, and DVD player was broken, and they destroyed my mattress frame and abandoned components concealed beneath the framework and didnt bother telling me about it,they did a very bad job on building the living room furniture. It seemed as if they had been in a hurry simply to have the cash and leave.I contacted the office to get compensated for the broken things,I emailed them images like I had been advised to do and that I would get cash back. . .its been a bit more than a month and still no response.Like I mentioned earlier I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

–  we packaged all household products.  That there were no appliances in any respect, nor large items such as sofas, tables, or even some other beds.  Lived at a 1 bdrm duplex that has a little office.  Gave complete stock to agent, henry, and he supplied the projected cubic inches we’d need, and also cubic inches will be the way the complete price is derived.

1. My end balance was DOUBLE the first quotation. 2. They attempted to provide my 1 bedroom flat furniture into an apartment complex in town working with a 18-wheeler semi truck. The truck was to large to fit in the unloading area and they charged me an extra $350 to take my furniture half an hour down the road to their principal office to change over to a regular moving truck then return and unload. To start with, who gives furniture into an apartment complex in town working with an 18 wheeler semi truck??? I was devastated that I had to pay $350 additional dollars or they wouldn’t send my furniture. 3. The movers didn’t end unloading my furniture till nearly midnight. 4. My lamp and vases were broken. 5. They couldn’t locate the screws into my curio cabinet. It is still in bits. 6. My box spring has been ripped. 7. The weekend supervisor Louis had extremely bad customer services. 8. Should they need to go upstairs, then they charge additional. 9. Should they need to use an elevator, then they charge additional. 10. Should they need to walk a lot, they charge additional. 11. If You’re moving state-to-state and Presto Logistics is the ONLY choice, I suggest you sell whatever You’ve Got in your current town and Purchase all new furniture into your new town.   BEWARE! PLEASE DON’T Utilize PRESTO!!

First off I thoroughly researched this organization and had 5 additional estimates compared.  They had been at the ballpark with all the”Binding Order for Service” and had the best rating with BBB.  I’m appalled by their activities and cannot beleive this company is still in business.  Darryl appeared very professional within the span of many emails and telephone calls but ultimately that doesn’t matter.  As soon as you sign the files and set a deposit that which is in the discretion of the”Dispatcher.”  He directed us to beleive that our own month note of transfer date wasn’t any issue and that since they had a place in Irving, Texas we ought to have our dispatch in 5-7 days.  First off our pick-up was likely to be May 7th at the a.m.  I was supposed to find a call the previous day with a two hour window that I never did.  Apparently they had been phoning our amount in Texas once I had specifically told them to phone my mobile phone because we’d be transferring our daughter out of Arizona to Texas.  I called myself and was moved to Abe who apologized but said his team was running late and could be too tired to perform our pickup the following day.  I explained we had been from out of town and staying in a resort and so he offered to look after the hotel bill that was nice….did not assist with the additional added expenses of staying another day for example leasing vehicle or meals, but to be fair I didnt request those visiting as he promised they’d be outside about the 8th between 7 and 9 a.m..  This never occurred.  Both man crew eventually came after 11:00 a.m. and the very first thing that the driver said was”It is too hot here.”  He revealed his lack of excitement by proceeding extremely slowly even after understanding we had been over 24 hours late at this time.   He showed me an itemized list of additional fees that we could incur that I then told him I wished to understand before he used some of these items so that I could approve the fees. . .He failed to perform this too.  He said the dressers needed to be unpacked of clothes since they’d be too thick and billed us to the box and also to package the box once I’d told him I’d pack them myself.  After 3 hours we began moving boxes ourselves and literally transferred each and every box with no aid.  His partner did help throughout that part which has been the only time things moved fast.  Remember we’ve moved the exact same number of things 4 times since it had been my kid’s one bedroom condominium.  Always it’s been completely performed in one and a half an hour.  It required this team. . .with our aid 5 hours!!!  We also have been charged additional fees not detailed in the quotation.  This comprised extra items which were not from the first quote that I had been happy to cover.  However, the prices for”wrap” the furniture that don’t be confused when they inform you the blankets are supplied. . .They cost you $60 a roster for shrinkwrap that’s laid on so thick it required heavy duty scissors to cut through and a few dollars per roll of tape (that they wouldn’t utilize the rolls I’ve had available ).  They accumalted $427 value of equipment to our invoice that I find fully taking benefit of the client.  The hotel bill that I had been told could be cared for, our driver knew nothing about.  I needed to put more mobile calls back to Darryl to get this workout.  We finally depart and that I am quite mad I call and inform Abe (boss ) how frustrated and upsetting the entire ordeal was.  He cried and said they’d do their very best to receive our dispatch expedited to people.  Darryl called later we came in Texas having driven 18 hours and stated a motorist would call us shortly with an ETA and they needed to”work wonders” for us all our things.  The motorist called and said they’d arrive Friday the 11th….never occurred.  The truck (that aren’t their own, they rent them based on Darryl) broke down in New Mexico.  Component was allegedly ordered and they ought to arrive by Tuesday. . .never occurred.  All this time I’m having to make immediate contact since nobody requires me to inform of standing.  A distinct driver requires me and says the truck has been repaired and they need to arrive in the 17th. . .never occurred.  The truck breaks down again.  We eventually recieve our things to the 20th.  The only good thing I need to say was that this 3 man crew worked really fast and so were curteous to unload these things.  Overral this is a dreadful encounter.  We’ve moved our loved ones members and daughters a few times intrastate and interstate rather than experienced such total dissatisfaction.

Presto Logistics picked up my possessions in Virginia to Deliver to california, Robert among those movers contacted me stating they were in their way. The requested to fall off a day early and I had been working so had to stick with the normal program. He said he needed to remain at a resort and proceeded to call me to come over and sleep with him. (to have connections ) the harassment continued even after my matters were dropped off. Several of my things were lost, dirty and damaged. He then said I still owed two million more dollars of I’d be sent to collections. I still have all of the text sent to me including a picture that he sent of his little little manhood. This isn’t the best way to win a girl over rather than a means to take care of a customer. I’ve attempted to speak to with the organization and nobody will contact me back or even listen to what I must say. When it doesn’t get solved I’ll look for legal activities.

Don’t seek the services of this firm to move your things!!!
I hired presto logistics after having several bids from additional moving companies. I depended them on since they weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive and it had been the worst mistake I have ever produced. I hired them to transfer us in Atlanta to Philadelphia. Not only did they all appear a day and a half an hour. They had been scheduled to get four to six men there and just two showed up. And of course after they finally loaded up the truck throwing carelessly all of my things on into the truck that they jumped to charge me an additional $3100. Now due to the from already having paid them 2800 it became a far more expensive movement then when I ever expected. After addressing the customer service woman,Velma, that has to be menopausal because everything she stated she moved back on she whined altered her choice in time to time about what she’d stated. And that which they also billed me. As soon as I went to inquire if I were able to process the bill and both distinct payments she stated that would not be a problem we’ll only hold your belongings hostage until you cover your moving costs in full. When they eventually came to deliver me my things when they eventually came into the Philadelphia region a couple of weeks after. Virtually every thing that they removed the truck has been busted ruined or in dreadful disarray. This was among the worst experiences I have had completed with not just customer support from a business but coping in the support side and they stole tens of thousands of dollars from me personally in job which wasn’t done properly. And they then ruined tens of thousands of bucks for the things that I likely won’t get that I likely won’t have the ability to replace it all since they will just give me a proportion of the quantity which has been ruined. A few of those things are family heirlooms which you can’t place a financial value on these. I’ve not been more unsatisfied with a movement. We’re a Marine household who’ve moved now 4 times at two decades. I’ve always had calm moves before last month. They tried to bill me for 30 bits of tape. My boxes were taped and did not have to get retaped and that he then wanted to bill me for this. Then he billed me for 3 large boxes that he put smaller things in. Placing small boxes to larger boxes isn’t what he had been there for, which has been making his life simpler NOT mine. I should not need to cover to make it easier for them. So after agreeing to cover the 676 of packaging materials I signed the documents and payed the absurd HALF sum of $2500. I composed the very first day that I was able to get my possessions which was Feb 26th. From what I had been told it’d come on such a day when not 2-3 months afterwards, this is a joke. Being 7 weeks pregnant with a deployed husband, I drove cross country in 3 times, known as the movers to learn they hadn’t even left CA yet. I discovered nothing for 4 times that I then had to phone itself to learn what was happening. The truck broke down in Texas however that they did NOT believe I had to understand this. I visit my chilly empty home and sit waiting. At 4:30 the motorist calls and says I am sorry we will be producing it in that time we informed you. Nicely obviouslly, that period has come and gone! I phone the office to let them understand what’s happening, Abe obviously actually could care less but pretends as though he can. Abe and the motorist say they reluctantly be there that night in 9 or even 10. So I continue to take a seat at my chilly empty residence. After sitting there for 12 hours that I eventually return to my hotel that I have been paying for, for 2 days! I receive a great early wake up call at 6:30 am out of the driver stating he’s there. Who calls anybody that ancient? I told him that he would need to wait. I inform the driver once I arrive that I refuse to cover the complete amount due to the way disaisfied I had been and his reply was”Okay I shall go to my second project.” After 15 days of waiting I was not going to allow him push away. I needed to visit the bank because naturally they don’t accept personl tests. This driver was exceptionally rude and aggressive towards me that the whole day that he had been moving my things in. They broke two large items I’ve yet his answer was,”well it still works.” In the long run I had been blown off $300 off a $5200 transfer. That’s a joke. I invested over $900 on hotel rooms and that’s all they provided me. My two children are below the age of 3 and also have been extremley ill and that I had nothing to give them although the clothing we all wore for two weeks. A few simple telephone calls may of made this move somewhat smoother yet it didn’t occur. I won’t quit writing dreadful reviews to be sure men and women understand how terrible that this provider is and the way they don’t care about their clients!

Its obvious that this provider is offering itself 5 star reviews since the reviews are either 1 or 5 and also cmon who raves about just how beautiful their movers were? I might write a novel on just how terrible my experience had been with this organization but I will attempt to keep it brief.  Everything was fine before they showed up 4 hours late and after placing all of my possessions on the truck that they cost doubled so I literally had to enter the truck and pull off things that I would leave behind.  It had been designed to take 6 weeks to find out everything so that I called them 5 days later and nobody ever answered my calls or even returned my messages.  It was clear that they had been viewing my calls since when I eventually referred to as the sales man he placed me on hold before I gave up and wrapped.  11 days after they eventually called me if they have been facing my home and I needed to leave my brand new endeavor in the middle of the afternoon.  They provided me no more apologies and have still yet to phone me back more than two weeks afterwards to respond to what they did to me.  What they really do to individuals is both criminal and should be in jail for the things they do on a normal basis.  DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Their degree of maintenance doesn’t match their degree of consumer services. A lot of my things were broken, chipped and lost. I thought traveling with Presto was likely to be a fantastic choice but boy was I wrong. Was given erroneous info regarding if my furniture could arrive, then to make things worse, when my furniture did arrive a number of my items were ruined,asked about it and also the motorists knew nothing about it( not shocked at all). Very very upset with the business,and to be truthful a celebrity isn’t worth setting up. You know it’s bad when your own workers talked ill of the business. Be cautious with this provider. They’re fast to say their guidelines but won’t assist you with questions regarding ruined furniture which has been absolutely fine as it left my sight. Make sure you inquire where your belongings will be in,wasn’t advised it’d be saved in the country I was going from for nearly weekly. However, do understand Presto will sure remind one of a balance that’s owed…. For all those reading the terrible reviews trust what we’re saying.

By utilizing hiring this business – This has far been the worst moving choice I’ve ever made in my entire life. I hired this business on favorable reviews, which can be all lies.   When dealing with all customer support folks (Grace and Mashsa) both workers are much below standards in handling people. When I requested to talk with the supervisor, that individual refused to have on the telephone and manage or handle the circumstance. That’s what the individual is that their for – would be to manage complaints.
After my property has been sent my 47′ inch TV was broken in 3 places. Exactly the identical TV that this firm charged me 75 bucks to boxed up. I had been told I can record claim, it’s been nearly a month since I’ve registered a claim in my ALL the ruined furniture however thus far I don’t have any answer and they do not need you to receive your furniture fixed till they solve the matter, in other words you’ll need to maintain the ugly appearance of your furniture into your living area, dining area and bedrooms.

This business sucks in regards to communicating and honesty. Upon shipping they obtained my child’s mattress and some other pricey things mixed up with a different move they then informed me that it had been discovered but the dispatcher that I was suppose to meet at Nashville never known to inform me in which he was I kept receiving his voicemail. The business also has difficulties with calling and returning calls my own child needed yo sleep over the ground and still no issues. If I could cuss I’d they have left moving really stressful and I am really pissed off!! Presto you men suck!!!!

BE VERY CAREFUL AND PLEASE READ. HE WILL RIP YOU OFF. The guy’s name is David Fimbres.  This men has his act down into some T. He’ll inform you that everybody else sells their shifting contracts however he will not. He’ll show you pictures of his trucks and also inform you that nobody else will be included. We hired him although he had been over $1,200 on another lien since we thought him. As I stated he sells it quite well. He arrived and picked the boxes up and requested for half of the price -“money” – beforehand. We gave him the cash. We had been going from L.A. into Spokane. He explained it’d be max of 3 weeks.   Within a month later and after several calls, a very different truck revealed out of another business. He’d offered them the deal, just what he tells you he does not do. They obviously requested for another half of their money (in money ) immediately before they’d unload the material. Virtually every box has been broken. Part of this arrangement was supposed to set the mattress together upon birth. No matter what has been guaranteed occurred. The people who delivered it stated the contract had been with him rather than with us and that he wasn’t told he needed to do anything else and that he also is not responsible for broken furniture and dishes. So Far as this new man was worried the harm was performed on Mr. Fimbres’ truck.   We phoned Mr. Fimbres, and you guessed itthat he never called back us again. This provider is his. The people who answer the telephone are still an answering services. He’ll paint a picture which he is conducting a legitimate business. It’s all a front. Do not buy into his action. We did and paid the cost. In addition, he has placed BBB certified on his own card. Still another lie. I predicted BBB and they’ve experienced nothing but complaints about him. The guy is a charlatan. Take note. Be very mindful.

The movement itself was adequate. They attempt to charge you extra for things that you do not require. When you receive your stuff it is scraped and dented. We had a box overlooking. It had a computer and an iPod inside and really important paper work which had old bank statements and hospital newspapers and healthcare papers ect. They delivered along with some how following three distinct people counted still overlooked that box. A couple of months after a fake test is deposited in my husbands bank accounts that nobody might have known about without visiting this paperwork. Numbers signature and matched proved to be somewhat similar but difficult to replicate. Each of the delivery guys seemed sketchy so who understand it might have been them. When you telephone the claims section all I must say is good luck! They’re as sketchy as the drivers/delivery men!!! In case you need to use a moving company don’t utilize them. You may regret it!

Abe out of Presto Logistics did a walk through of my home to gauge my shifting prices. I picked them because they looked like a trustworthy company. By and large, the transfer got my possessions from point A to point B but I Wouldn’t use them again for the following reasons:

1) The quote was off by roughly 15 percent, from 632 cubic feet to 750 cf. I discovered this very questionable, particularly because I transferred fewer things than initially identified from the walk through.

2) Abe said that the movement could be”straight” when I inquired. But on the moving day that the motorist said a move. As soon as I requested Abe concerning that he said he believed I had supposed it went straight in LA to Austin without entering storage. This explanation made no sense since storage wasn’t part of this conversation. I think he thought I wished to hear that the movement was straight, since I did. He explained that this was too costly, which will be fine. What is not fine is deceiving me.

3) An external screen went lost. I clearly remember this box has been picked up with a few of those movers. It didn’t arrive.

4) They awakened that the 1 thing I informed them I did not need broken, and a life size terra cotta warrior. Despite paying additional money to get it crated (in what was be blankets in a cardboard box), the legs have been broken so it could not stand. I needed to undergo much hassle and cover more than one million dollars to get it mended.

They left me an lowball settlement offer, and so I submitted this on binding mediation which, sadly, ruled against me since I didn’t note the damage on the bill of lading.

I repent having done business using Presto Logistics.

I was initially quoted about $6000.00 in the close of the afternoon that I paid over $10,000.00 but obviously, the do not tell you till they have all of your stuff inside their automobile. Then if it had been sent, boxes were ruined and things were broken, and my dryer has been scrutinized, my king size mattress and bed were ruined. Matters were untaped and then retaped with all the broken items from the center. They lost a number of my things. The claim states you have to depart the things where the movers abandoned them and choose pictures..they did not state take 10 image of every product. Close ups of this scrape or chip or dent and then pictures from far away. They need to be in colour, which you’ve got to to pay for if you do not possess a printer..and in case you really do hav a printer, then you’ll need to cover a lot of ink as nearly all of my things were ruined. Upon my registering within the cash orders over $5000.00 value, then and only then didn’t begin unloading the vehicle. . .the that the Foreman tells me to anticipate the worst since the reloading of the stuff would be”THE WORST REPACKING JOB HE HAS EVER SEEN AND HE’S BEEN IN the Company FOR OVBER 5 YEARS”. They then moved to chip my flooring tiles, create enormous deep tends in my banister, and then abandoned my brand-new carpeting dirty. 1 week old rugs needed to be shampooed. I phoned Presto Logistic immediatly,” Patrick stated to submit a claim. It has been 8 weeks and I am still managing the claim. It is more economical to rent a Uhaul and they guide you to individuals the will load your things to the truck to you and then in your new place if out of town of condition such as my scenario, they can put you up with individuals that will assist you unload. Had I understand this, I’d of stayed apart from Presto Logistic. It was only like burning off $10 grand down the toilet.

Don’t Proceed with this business they’re theives who’ll double bill you. I had been told $3000 to proceed which went up to $5600. They dropped or stole things and ruined others. The truck that delivered my home goods was too large to fit everywhere. I needed to cover the long haul. They showed up late at pickup and delivery, and required ten hours to package the home.   One of these took a few hour rest from the truck while they were there and also the manager shout at him load sufficient to my family to listen to. They also struck a mild and banged the walls in the appartment I transferred into. This has become the worst move of my own life, I had been in the Army for 13 decades and have proceeded with alot of organizations so when I say the worst that I mean it. The salesman that bid this project underestimated the dimensions, and didn’t include packing materials and fees. The movers all seem like offenders, which is fitting because they robbed me.

We had been tricked and lied to by Presto, talked with Abe on 12/20 and proceeded through our quotation by Mayflower who ran the poll of our house, I had been informed by Abe he did not have anybody in the region who may come do a poll, so sending over Mayflower’s was great. He also reviewed the poll and phoned me back to talk, we moved through the things, I obtained the cost for about $ 4,900. I requested several times,”Can this quotation go up?” And was advised that it would NOT based off the poll of stock shipped. We added nothing to the stock. When the truck was packaged the volume moved up from the qouted amount, the fee for packaging material more than doubled. This led to a last charge being 57 percent more compared to qoute.  I attempted to contact Abe when I had been mindful of the growth (my husband had been in the home during the packaging ).  Abe did not return messages.  On the afternoon the substance arrived we could induce Abe to discuss our issues.  Abe was not able to assist in the time; he had not recieved the stock from his driver.  We had a dedication if we paid the equilibrium Abe would continue to keep the dialogue open about resloving our difficulties.  He also comitted to get within 72 hrs; it’s been 3 wks and we have not recieved a telephone.  I once again want to bolster that Abe comitted many times that the cost would not increase!Legally if your quotation goes up by over 10 percent you do not need to pay the complete amount till 30 days, which means you’ve got enough time to work it out with firm, they didn’t permit this and let’s cover the entire amount in cash before they’d unload our things. We’re working with better business bureau and a lawyer on this problem now. Additionally, many of the boxes were just packed with 1-2 things and we had been billed per box and distance and they were not correctly packed.We also were informed our things could be picked up on 1/2, I phoned on 12/31 and had been informed still on for 1/2 and could find a telephone on 1/1. On 1/1 in 6:00pm still no telephone, I called and was advised they’d be at home next day, 1/2 involving 12:00pm-2:00pm. I had a scheduled during this time, therefore asked a relative to come to home and wait. I receive a phone at 12:40pm on 1/2 that the truck could be there another day!!!! We needed to be from their home daily, this induced us an excess day’s rent and a night in a hotel because of their lack of communication.Do not feel the other reviews, since most of these are likely from employees of the business. I wouldn’t recommend this company in any way, they’re extremely misleading and deceptive.

This firm has horrible business practices and can be decietful and unethical.  The will provide you low estimates and lots of assurances, however, DO NOT LISTEN!  It is going to wind up costing you more, either financially, and mentally.  It took 55 weeks for me to recieve my shipping in the business.  I had been hung up on by sales folks, discounted , messages left unreturned (plus they have been polite messages( not violent or impolite ), and much more.  They increased the cost several times before finally providing.  Fundamentally holding my items hostage, even though in accordance with their arrangement, they have been in their own limits.  This provider behaves in an entirely unnacceptable manner.  Please take my caution, and Prevent Presto Logistics/Presto Movers AT ALL COSTS.

Movers who package and deliver your products are hard working and honest. The business Presto and their appraisers at the workplace would be the issue. They lie. They reduce ball you together with the appraisal and then leave the real movers to take care of your dissatisfaction. Dishonesty shouldn’t receive any celebrities….Daniel!

I wouldn’t suggest this corporation. We’ve moved 6 times and have not had a bad encounter till we utilized this moving business. I’ve not had anything stolen prior to this movement nor have I ever had a business load the truck subsequently have somebody out of the headquarters telephone to attempt and secure more income out of me while your truck is still sitting in my drive before working for this provider. They did provide me a gift card to your inconvenience and lack of communicating but I’d have much rather managed an honest business than to obtain money back. It wasn’t worth the strain.

Transfer from california into arkansas.

I had my possessions picked up in california about two months ago by presto. I didnt have an area at arkansas yet so that I had been staying with my parents. They did eliminate some of their packaging fees (they attempted to bill me for 20 rolls of tape. . HAHA! Since it had been OBVIOUS they had attempted to tear me off) I’d love nothing more than to begin a class action law suit against them! I am actually going to start looking into it today that a few of my things is missing. Do yourself a favor and run away from this business, they will certainly screw you around.

I’m writing this criticism against Presto Logistics because I hired them to get an inter-state movement and they failed to provide on multiple fronts. Presto Logistics has been demonstrated to be deceptive, deceptive and misleading, and I am still coping with them to obtain the correct treatment a client deserves. To summarize, I hired Presto Logistics to help me with my inter-state move, along with also my contact promised me my possessions are in San Diego in 5 days in my new home, by May 5th, at the latest. Finally my experience with this business was totally horrible

Beware of 5-star evaluations posted by business itself! Moved from CA to FL, missing significant things and making little-no attempt to locate them or update on status. Initially showed 4 up and 1/2 hours late.  Loader asked $200 money to purchase gas for following pickup. Delivered to destination 6 days later than the latest delivery date since”truck broke.” Delivery driver attempted to provide me other people’s possessions. Host of other headaches. Go with somebody else, anyone besides those people.

I compensated for packing, unpacking, building of my furniture, for example headboard, foot board, coffee table, unpacking  boxes with kitchen things etc.. The furniture has been dropped off without a unpacking was completed. The boxes were left sporadically, the mattress wasn’t constructed back. The only thing they had set back together was the coffee table and they were able to split some of the leg, so that I finally have a shaky coffee table. In addition, I have a gap in my own mattress. I wasn’t there in the shipping period and they took advantage of this situation since the house manager had opened the door of my flat and left them to finish the job. I phoned and asked for a refund of the money I paid for a service I didn’t get, and that I had been told that a Manager will phone me back. I haven’t heard back from some other Supervisor. Doesn’t surprise me!!! Now I understand why they don’t accept charge cards and the only means that you are able to conduct business using them is by cash or money order. I ignored the negative reviews or the Ripp-off reports with the business. DON’T MAKE THE Exact Same MISTAKE!!! I question the validity of the favorable reviews. In my first phases of speaking with Richard, I’d inquire about the negative reviews and the following day, miraculously,  positive testimonials would look about his or her own company. I love to be honest, hence the only positive element in my experience with this particular movement was that the caliber of work achieved by the team packaging the things at pick up time. They did an excellent job in packaging the things, they were attentive and comprehensive in their craftsmanship.

On the other hand, The moving in at the greatest location was a wreck. The truck showed up late twice and didn’t call ahead to notify me. The bad person whose things were packaged in the truck next to me had their boxes thrown around and ripped up. When I phoned to talk to Vilma, the Presto customer support supervisor, who believes it’s more important to keep in a meeting than just take a customer phone call, she wasn’t useful in any way. Her customer support sales pitch suddenly went by the wayside. Subsequently Ryan, the shipment manager got involved simply to get online and lie about the circumstance.

WARNING: Presto direct you to think that the trucks are possessed by these, the trailers are possessed by them and so they have management. NOT ACCURATE. The motorists are contracted and therefore are not workers of Presto so that you may experience moving problems, like with another mover. Now, since I sat here waiting for these to arrive I’m being advised that my delivery date isnt before the 2nd or even 3rd of all jan. 6-7 days after than what I had been initially quoted. This organization is unethical and doesnt provide some of the truth. I won’t ever use them ever again. I still haven’t recieved my products. Looking ahead to determine if items are damaged or broken because how this firm has worked up to now, im hoping it. Wouldnt reccomend them whatsoever! Go find a better company to use.

The business quoted one price and then they’d loaded my possessions up they billed me. On shipping items were ruined. The only gratifying part of the whole movement was how nice the shipping group was. Apart from that this movement was the most disagreeable experience and we’re still battling with the claims section.

The worst moving business! I do not even know where to begin.  I have already read some of the horrible reviews for this business on other websites and I am pretty much in agreement with the vast majority of what has already been mentioned. Strangely, some inspection websites are great. That could possibly be since they’re the ones writing the testimonials!  Furthermore, they’ve changed addresses and telephone numbers regularly. Shady business practices! So. I have already posted on a few of review websites, and I will continue to let everybody know about my experience. I was already very tired of utilizing presto logistics due to the testimonials, but I chose to give them a chance any, trusting that it was only part of the offer. Typically, only unhappy men and women write testimonials. But. Regrettably, I learned the hard way that these individuals will tell you everything they think you would like to listen to make your business. But follow up on these claims is a complete joke. Once they picked up our belongings (real movers were good, incidentally ) I learned quite quickly that these folks had no difficulty for the amount of time it’d have for them on the street.   After more than two months of attempting to get a grasp of this individual (Ryan) who offered me with this business, I was eventually told that the substance had been on it’s far from Los Angeles into WA. Allow me to be clear. Ryan never once returned a telephone once they had our money and possessions. Presto Logistics had been hired to maneuver my older in-laws out of Southern California to Central Florida in October 2012. We had been at the mercy of a third party psychologist and Presto Logistics who might have cared less that an 83 & 76 year older were angry, losing weight, and even begging for a person to look for their things.  I would recommend NEVER, EVER-EVER working with this corporation!  This was surely a lesson hard learned.
