1. The day they were scheduled to arrive that they missed. This day they were supposed to get there at 10am. After calling a few times, and eventually expressing my anger on the telephone. The movers came at 4pm high on marijuana.

After picking up my items, and before they weighed against the truck that they asked me to get $2500 extra dollars as a’flat rate’ to prevent any extra fees I might have incurred when I moved over the estimated speed. I dropped this. When they shot the truck into the weigh station that night they confirmed on the telephone I was really $300 beneath the weight quote.

3. Before delivering my items, they were being held in storage. An agent from the company they contracted to operate together with me called me and cried at me on the telephone for not having asked delivery. He explained that my delivery costs were 700, although presidential had advised me 1 month of storage had been complimentary.

4. Fearing for my items, I advised deliveryfor June 25th at 12pm. For two days they confirmed this. On the delivery date, they explained that they wouldn’t be in a position to delivery before 9 that was unacceptable.

I predict at 10:30 same matter. 11, somebody finally replies and informs me that I am in my telephone window however they’ll telephone to see. I don’t receive a call backagain. At noon the moving business texts me and informs me that they will be there involving 4-4:30pm! I immediately call the number and let them know that they had been assumed to be here at noon. I get told that they could not due to the rain and visitors (it wasn’t raining). I predict PVL.They will surely be there about 4. Definitely. I offset. However, so as to cancel you need to compose an email to them. I predict another organization and make it settled that they will reveal on Monday. The moving business shows up in the home at 6pm! They arrived, packed all, and had my own old mum, with a language barrier, so sign a record where they billed an extra $1400 for substance!!!

Long story short, after talking to Presidential Van Lines relating to this problem, they advised me that my deal with them is currently emptiness because the subcontracted firm takes over!!! Can you envision the SCAM they pulled?? They kept my items hostage threatening to bill me unloading and loading fees and well as storage when I do not pay! Quite frustrated in Presidential Van traces and wouldn’t work nor nor recommend. They were rather bad in calculating the price and lied a few times to receive my organization. We moved my mom in KS to FL. The sales man asked us to the primary things of that we gave. What we didn’t understand is that they simply allocated 600 Sqft that will be half a 26 foot truck. Of which we did not know they had been sending.
