Presidential Movers

I had been contacted by Al from Presidential Movers in response to my request for quotation so as to transfer my car out of Denver, CO to Houston, TX. The quotation stated a fee of”$435.00 topic to contract [see paragraph#16 ]”. Here is the tricky part”paragraph#16″. It goes on like this: 16. If Presidential can’t secure a carrier to your quoted price and the $170 agent charge, we reserve the right to repay the deposit in full or ask additional monies so as to acquire the vehicle transferred. If you aren’t ready to provide more, we’ll keep on searching for a carrier to move your car or truck in the market price for the rest of the market service interval for pickup [7-18 days in the initial pickup date]. All rates mentioned are estimated prices determined by the carrier’s approval, unless especially noted So my quotation cost was $435 $170 (in the catchy paragraph#16) that is $605.  But, Presidential Movers WILL NEVER EVER procure a carrier to get its quoted price and the $170 broker charge. They reserve the right to repay the deposit (which they would NEVER DO) and WILL attempt TO request extra currencies (in a catchy way) so as to acquire the vehicle transferred. As it could be greater than the quoted cost, any client won’t ever accept the deal. They won’t continue to seek out a carrier to transfer your car or truck in the market price. They will nevertheless move your car or truck and will request that you pay an extra $250 as agent charge.  I payed $605 to Presidential Movers and only when I obtained the automobile, I had been requested to pay an additional $250 as agent charge. By not doing this, I was advised that my vehicle is going to be held up in the Mover’s great deal and so as to return back, I might need to pay a $30 fee for every day my vehicle becomes parked in their own lot. I tried calling Al and he threatened me stating”we’ve got a group of attorneys who’d look after my situation, should I refuse to pay in accordance with the contract”. Its a lesson learnt. The catchy paragraph # 16 was so well articulated to deceive me into paying a complete $855.  A very unprofessional business run by cheats such as Al.

First off I will say, before booking your move with presidential movers detect there’s not a working site! Their offices aren’t located in Texas. They are located in FLORIDA. We reserved PRESIDENTIAL after getting a quotation by a woman named Faith. It had been the very first and last time we talked with her and she promised our matters would arrive that the date we had and presidential could pick up and send. All inclusive. After our items were packaged the pice went from $3k to $4.5k because we’re advised its quantified”per cubic waterfront. Ft.” Now I am not even sure how true it is watching as a long distance move, they’d then take off our furniture the truck that they originally had our items on and put it on the 18 wheeler that could bring our furniture into the last destination. They chose up our furniture a week until the date we had and it did not reach us before a week following the date. Our items sat at a warehouse somewhere and each moment we called for an upgrade, Jasmine, that had been more receptive compared to this other old woman that never gave us a phone back when she said she’d. Do not rely on getting through to the foreman who’s the sole individual that m possesses when you’ll get your items. Here is the kicker. When Antoine came with our items, he wwould not allow them off the truck as a”distance fee and lift fee” was to be paid. This Is the Way YOU ARE SCAMMED. You aren’t advised there is an added fee to transfer your things in the truck in your house. And needless to say, it is an established amount. They utilize the driver to perform the dirty work. The commission went from $850 to $350 to $300 to $100 and final $75 that was the last payment said from the Russian guy who speaks hardly any English. Do note they simply take CASH because the last payment, which might be due to their own scammers and ty to squeeze every dime from you because your valuables are more expensive than what it charges to cover to receive your furniture. I wish I still had the amount that I may return and search for CINDY I think her name is in accounts payanle who’s super disgusting and nasty about the telephone. I intend to report this fraud of a business to the better business burea. Each one of the excellent testimonials are from the exact same IP ADDRESS.

In late November of 2017 I transferred in Hattiesburg, MS into Terrell, TX. I first called United and obtained a quotation, then I discovered Presidential Movers from Texas. I phoned and talked with Lisa, we moved over everything I needed to move she put me on hold and returned a couple of minutes later and gave me an estimate of $4230. I said goes with this and gave her a date to maneuver me.

The man driving gave me a period of 10:00 nicely he showed up late, about 30 mins. We moved via the unhappy. And he explained exactly what he was planning to perform, accent so thick I needed to keep asking him to repeat what he stated. Launched packing in and about 11:00 they ended approximately 4:00 – 5:00. They left so late that he more than likely spent the night someplace.

I had been advised by Lisa that they would take a personal check to the $ that I owed on my ending, nicely he wouldn’t take a paycheck. Picked up 11/25/17 & fell off 11/27/17, was suppose to become 11/26/17 but since he wouldn’t require a personal check it must be 11/27/17. The person wouldn’t unload my product until he had $5700+ at his hands, even though I had been quoted $4230. From Lisa.

I had a whole lot of merchandise damaged or missing. To mention some; mom had cake dishes (10), old style bread box, older toaster (that still work), my fathers Purple Heart out of WWII along with his correspondence by the President,” figurenies bought back at the 80’s (6), also far to go on and on. They either destroyed this product or stole it, so I pick the latter.

I expect any other person that moves will examine those testimonials and opt to choose a different mover (well known). Regrettably, I didn’t examine the testimonials. Lesson Learned.

The something which breaks my heart would be that my fathers Purple Heart!

I moved out of the San Francisco Bay Area at December into South Florida. Select up went well. I had been delayed about two weeks and they said no problem. As soon as I got it on time plus quotation was exactly the same except that they wanted a suggestion. I discovered my Samsung television which was about the mill box was lost. I mentioned it. Oh motorist said it has to be at weir home in Sacramento. That is the last I mind. Since them I’ve begun to really go through my boxes and also recognize that a lot is lost. They had been on a rush to unload and put it into my storage. I must have checked each box. At present I’m missing my television. My box of Bose house audio system. Liquor I was saving for a particular event. Only a couple bottles but they moved to the storage container to get this. . 3 sets of high excellent rain gear. I fish and sail (not crap ). I hands zero boxes it had been all Rubbermaid bags. Should have not researched what’s what about the bags. That is a lot of Russian employees and there complete theifts. They’ll get you one way or the other. STAY AWAY
