I predicted back at 1:45pm and eventually I got a call in the’truck guys’. They had been’in visitors’ and said they’d get there once they got there, but estimated 45 minutes.

In the meantime, I believed in the interest of time I would begin taking down boxes the flight of stairs and arrange them in the way they’d enter the truck. 45 minutes later, no telephone and no bath. I called again and got the exact same story. The truck men called me 15 minutes afterwards’in visitors’ and gave me exactly the exact same story. 45 minutes.

With this stage, obviously there was a huge thunderstorm on the road to my home, so now I have the majority of my possessions sitting out in cardboard boxes along with also the moving truck more than 3 hours late.

When they eventually got there, 4 hours late, I refused to sign the kind which I would pay which was likely a stupid idea, since they sat on the truck, charging hours, until I worked out things with the principal office. Well, there was not any working out anything or bargaining with the principal office. Either I signed the form or they abandoned. And that I had my things out ASAP.

To mirror exactly what another reviewer stated, they were unbelievably slow. . .charged me to get reams of tape unexpectedly, etc.. I missed my devotion, all of my boxes got moist and therefore are probably mildewing as we talk from the storage device, which was among the funniest moving experiences I’ve ever had.

Premium Moving and Storage business has transferred me 3 times by Washington DC to Alexandria VA, from Alexandria, VA to Woodbridge, VA and out of Woodbridge, VA to Washington DC:-RRB-. They’re the very best of the very best. Denis and team did amazing job done. They’ve never broken something. The movers are fantastic!!! If you use anybody else-you are throwing away your money these men are the very best.

I contacted Premium Movers & Storage to transfer me in an apartment into a apartment literally 3-5 minutes off (distance from each other). It took 3 guys 4 HOURS to move my one bedroom inclined – that I had a total of 17 boxes along with nominal big products. The time wasted came in from two of those men not even being apart of their moving business (picked up seemingly ) and”wrap” items unnecessarily- of which they bill you to get the tape rolls that they utilize needless to say. I wasn’t even made aware of all of the crazy number of fees they throw on you personally WHEN THEY SHOW UP TO MOVE – along with the hourly rate and travel time that they market – they also bill you for tape ($4.50 PER ROLL- of that you’ll need at least 8), taxation on the cassette, and gasoline surcharges…. Neither of which can be made known to you once you call to book them. Furthermore, almost half of my meals were broken in the process and that I needed to leave things at my old apt due to the time that it took them to receive out my things. I might have done a hell of a better job going myself!!!

Employed their services twice today. To move me out of my two bedroom condominium in Baltimore after which I have saved some things together for approximately 3 weeks. Then I received my furniture transferred from the storage into my new house in Towson. Men worked quickly, did not take any breaks and sent everything securely. Foreman was honest and straightforward. Would definitely use them again.

I had no issues with these men. Don’t have any idea why the obtained negative reviews. My move went fantastic. Fantastic job!

Long story short- I needed to move 4 days in the previous five months because of me personally separating from my spouse. So I have decided to stay with a single moving firm and also use their storage. Premium Moving & Storage provided me the very best cost and repeat client discount. In general I was delighted with their providers. I coped with towe of the foremans- both Dennis and Edward and hello both were the ideal. Now I am settled in my new location and will definetly adverstise them to friends and loved ones.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! My experience with them is that they are unethical and incredibly unprofessional. Regardless of reserving my transfer date and time together with them a month beforehand, the business postponed my transfer time from 10 a.m. to 2 pm because of their truck being”at the store”. However, they were just one and half hours late on top of the reschedule since they had been moving somebody else before me. I had been estimated 4 hours and it required longer time than was anticipated and has been billed for packaging tape that was never addressed at the first discussion with the corporation. I believed that the movers were very rude. I wouldn’t use them again.

I did my due diligence for this business before picking them by reading reviews on this website and many others. I must have led the unwanted ones! This was a very terrible experience!

These men moved me just fine. They do control for additional packaging however so do everyone else. However, you could always use the free blankets. Job was done quickly and all of my stuff was secure. Got no complaints.

Inadequate support, tear off business! Do not take their support, they ripped us on some crap packaging service for $316, never revealed that the gas surcharge and the packers were quite slow!

Stay away from them, filed a BBB complaint for them.

Please don’t be tricked by the”Warning! This isn’t a genuine client” line. I fell for this, since after reading those reviews, I phoned and requested Alesandra when they charged for gasoline or packaging materials, etc and she WROTE an EMAIL (in writing) that stated”NO!” . Then I specifically asked,”Can you charge a fuel surcharge or any sales tax?” They wrote back within an email and said”NO!”

I thought I was safe since I had it all in writing, however if it came to send my furniture, Edward maintained it HOSTAGE and charged me a second UNTIL I PAID them. I showed them all of the paperwork I had in composing and he did not care. I called the police, but the two officials explained that they could not do anything unless he had been threatening me physically. I believe SOOO stupid for not thinking all those testimonials!

Fortunately, however, I called my credit card company and explained I was likely to sign the paperwork below DURESS and guide THREATS to steal my furniture (valued at $5000) and that I wished to instantly prevent the fees as fraudulent. I have all of the paperwork to prove that we had an agreed upon conditions, so that I believe I can win this in court!

Don’t use this business! They’re unprofessional and unethical. We hired them to get a Sat. morning pickup. In 7pm Fri. night, as it had been too late for us to employ somebody else, they called to cancel, promising a flat tire. The secretary wouldn’t supply any information about referring to a supervisor, utilizing a different truck, or why they couldn’t correct a tire in an hour or so. We guess that they obtained a bigger order from another client, so that they just dumped us.

I wish I’d read the reviews prior to booking this”business”!  Like everybody else, we obtained awful support.  The movers came over 3 hours late, after many u returned calls to the primary office.  If they did arrive they didn’t mention some of their gas prices or packaging supply fees they intended to attempt and slip in.  We had all of our little things transferred and just wanted the furniture packed.  They had to charge $48 to bubble wrap around the television!  The worst stumbled upon arrving in the home!  In 6:00 (2.5 hours to the three hour paid transfer ) we had been told that the time was up and we needed to pay $30 to allow them to find the remainder of the furniture away from the truck. We were ready to pay merely to acquire the entire ordeal over with yet we just had $20 bills.  Sooooo I attempted to hand him $40 and had been advised that he didnt need change.  I said”okay, I will go get shift as you end up” Then he says”No, you better get change today, I do not work for free along with your clock is slowly ticking”  They refused to attract anything else from the truck even after we merely thought to set it in the lawn and we’d take it into ourself.  They wouldn’t let us on the truck to eliminate our belongings and attempted to shut and padlock the doors.  I needed to phone the authorities to receive my furniture! If the officers arrived they see the contract and advised the movers that they hadn’t any right to charge us anything extra and they’d no right to maintain our furniture.  Really unhappy that the authorities needed to get involved to receive a supposedly professional business to complete their job!

Took off function for transferring.   Trying to get a 2-4pm movement – stated they rushed into traffic at the’m – not revealed for my own move. Allowed – she’d call to tell me they would not make it by 4.   As soon as I phoned around 5:30 to make certain that they were coming- she advised me that we needed a’very terrible position’- since they were not coming. I’d already moved all of the boxes and Little things out in my leading porch/yard.   EVERYTHING WAS PACKED- like my mattress – that I also wrapped for them.   Now have to drag all of my stuff back indoors so it is not stolen immediately.   AWFUL.

As soon as I requested Judy Space proprietor to check at harm she denied. She usedprofanity a few occasions and attempted to force me to fall acomplaint. BEWARE! She refused to get the truck driver cease to analyze harm he brought to neigbor’s house. Said I had been [EDIT] and whined about the task shooting two weeks. I requested their driver to never push the neigbor’s yards when they abandoned. I was exceptionally considerate. Do not help. They caused intense damage and refused to stop and examine the issue 5 minutes once they caused it. I would not ever contact or utilize thiscompany for any solutions. I would also be pleased to listen to what ms Spaces edition of the challenge is on this particular forum.

I called to receive a quote on 3 seperate occassions every time I call I obtained another price point.  While I challenge the girl Lema she had been really rude and hung up the phone in my head. This is a really unethical firm and I wouldn’t suggest any one with them to get a transfer.

They have been courteous and efficient. . .they arrived in evaluated my needs and got right to work. . .they went a little bit on the time we talked on the telephone (30 minutes ) but the staircase proved a Little More difficult than I had expected….love them and I will call them again

I utilized Premium Moving and Storage currently twice.I was really fearful at first, since I have heard Plenty of tales when movers don’t Appear in Any Way.   Both times there was confirmation every day earlier, they had been in time, quite profesional team, very considerate. My furniture has been profesionally wrapped and nothing has been ruined. I definately recomend this corporation.

Caution don’t use this organization you have been warned-believe the unwanted reviews-google this organization and you’re going to discover more fair testimonials of how large of a scam that really is complete ripoff!  They proceed completely too slow, so take things apart which don’t have to be taken aside, bubble wrap all, and use ridiculous amounts of tape!  All of this is part of the scam! I paid $600 to have a two bedroom condominium transferred into a two bedroom flat. 5 hours – 1-hour driveway – and I needed to wind up helping take a few of my own boxes and things into my new house because I wasn’t going to provide these scam artist another part of my own money.  The army has ever moved me, but I am going throughout the midst of a mission, so needed to hire movers.  Should have done my research. I hope that my review along with the other negative reviews you’ve read about top moving in Maryland will help save you from being scammed by this provider.  They look professional. But looks can be very misleading!  I’ll say that they did not hurt or lose some of my possessions, but the army movers that have inventoried and packed my furniture nicely over four occasions haven’t broken anything either, and they did not do half of the wrap (squandering of tape and bubble wrap) do not trust a business who must filter their testimonials because nearly all them are poor! Premium (Columbia, Md.) has now moved me two and I’ve Been very Happy both times.   Calling and organizing the transfer went smoothly.   The men came on time and did all very professionally.   The chief, Dennis, couldn’t have been more accomodating and helpful.   Most importantly , when we arrived in our destimation, they had been up against a tight deadline for everything hauled at the cellar of a high pitched construction and introduced up to some fifth floor condominium prior to the building shut down at 5pm.   They achieved a miracle in attaining this.   I can’t speak more highly of my expertise together.

I am quite satisfied with these men. They have been super easy to put up with and called to confirm the day prior to the transfer. They were quick, courteous, and very hard working. I will suggest them to any family or friends who proceed. Excellent experience! We even moved a piano, so needed an additional stop in a storage device, and our flat was about the 8th floor having a very long hallway. Outstanding price.
