    Very Pleased!!

When I first contacted Plycon to the transportation of a big French baker’s rack from a real estate agent in Pennsylvania to Colorado, I was supplied an estimated delivery date and contemplating this was at the center of this Covid outbreak, the shipping date was only two days away. They had been in the midst of converting their monitoring system to a like UPS, etc. so it was not as dependable as it might have been but email was responded to instantly so that I always knew where my thing was. It could be valuable to find the contact information to the dispatcher responsible when the cargo leaves to your final destination. I worked with Steven Vasquez that had been extremely beneficial and my motorist Howard was the very best!!! We moved into our new house in Steamboat Springs in January and have experienced plenty of furniture delivered from throughout the nation. Some deliveries were much better than many others but Plycon really was the easiest as far as accessibility to dwell contacts. My item arrived without a scratch and from the many professional and positive seasoned pro I have worked with. Quite happy.

    Great Service!!

We just moved from NYC to DC with Plycon. This was hands down the least trying movement I have ever had, and I have transferred 8x over a couple of years. I’ve got a 5 month old, making moving much more stressful. They showed up on time and hauled everything beforehand. They packed everything attentively for us, the movers there they day of have been very pleasant and useful. You can tell they love their job and really care for you as a client. Nothing has been broken, mishandled or scratched when we got to DC. They helped us unpack and didn’t quit until all was where we wanted it to be – John even offered to help me put up my highchair! I really like this business and highly recommend for any movement later on. Excellent and professional service all over. Thank you Plycon!!!

Plycon really went the extra mile!

I have read good and bad reviews about Plycon Van Lines and has been somewhat cynical, but they came highly advised. I wanted everybody to know how pleased I’m with Plycon’s support. These men helped with that which might have been a really stressful and stressful move. There we so many boxes, so I do not understand how we gathered a lot of material. They put everything precisely where we needed it, even when I transferred the curio to three unique rooms, then back to its initial place in the hallway, Plycon really went the excess mile!

    Reason for 5 star rating!

This business was topnotch, starting with my very first contact with Bill Maffei. This has been a tricky movement as it entailed moving into 3 unique locations throughout the nation. When my mom suffered a stroke she needed to be transferred permanently into a nursing home which supposed dividing up all her treasures to her kids and grandchildren. We tagged every bit with where it had been moving along with Bill along with his own crew meticulously packaged every one of the things and kept exact records of exactly what was happening. The first shipment moved on Maine and it made there in two days. The following cargo went into St. Louis and it came in 8 days and also the past to Ohio obtained there in 9 days. They were quite sensitive to our own time limits and obtained the shipments to every place within those parameters asked. The movers who packaged the things, loaded them on the vehicle, and people who closely unloaded them were all professional and considerate. They managed the things with extreme caution and there have been a few very old and fragile bits to take care of. Every thing at each destination came safely without any damages at all. I’ve moved several times and I could honestly state that my experience of this particular business was way above expectations. I would recommend this business to anybody without reservation and could use them again in a heartbeat!  I seldom spend the opportunity to write testimonials online but this organization and the workers that assisted with our relocation were fantastic!

    Horrible Ordeal

Following using Plycon for decades that they sent a $3200.00 table into your client ruined. The client paid for expedited delivery and still waited three weeks for its delivery. After harm of this table and me personally refunding my client they never did anything with my guarantee. Our sales rep at NY Barry proven to be among the worst people I have dealt with so far without a more talking to anyone in my company and which makes us call a workplace in liberally. The girl in liberally. Managing the claim has been likely to send us photographs of this table fixed for 4 weeks. It’s now 7 weeks later if no longer and I am out $3200.00 and I’ve never got my table straight repaired. This is a business I have given tens of thousands of dollars of company to. I won’t ever use them again and would advise everyone to avoid this company.

Plycon Van Lines via 1st Dibs

Regrettably, 1st dibs appear to utilize Plycon Van Lines.
I’ve been the receiver double (or rather following two flaws, I’m still awaiting the next delivery).
The very first time that they were only late.
The next time, they created an appointment and that I waited five hours. They didn’t show and that I tried calling them for fourteen days each day with messages. No answers, no apologies, no explanations. Ultimately, I went via 1st dibs client support. Now I am sitting here waiting again. Still no capability to get hold of them, no apologies, no explanations.

Evidently, this is a primary world issue and there are more things to be concerned about but how very unprofessional.

    Sincerely
    J. Stevens

DO NOT HIRE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SANITY

From four weeks back (April 8th, 2016) to now (August 3rd, 2016), Plycon delivered my Maitland Smith Antique Center Table 3 days, every time at a worse state than the past. The table surface is totally tilted, with just two dining table legs dangling from the chief centre support. I attempted to deny delivery because they have broken the dining table through shipment, but I had been told that the table could be”fixed”, so I must return the broken table. They claim to mend it – thus the third and second shipping, but nevertheless broken once delivered. The next time was the worst, and a very gorgeous classic dining table is destroyed, and I am stuck with that.

While I attempted to speak with the admin concerning the situation more than a four weeks time period, a woman called Donna keeps on wanting to talk on me and interrupting me by repetetively phoning me”Honey” in a brand new manner. Not only is that her feeling disrespectful, whenever there’s a conflict of interest and that I try to reach her, but she’d hung me up on multiple balances, and would not pick up the telephone once I call backagain. This is definitely the most unprofessional admin I’ve ever encountered in my entire life.

I needed to talk to my boss, that I’d get a grasp of after, and was unable to again ever since. Then I had been referred for their New York Office, in which I get to talk to a different admin woman once, and so was unable to get a grasp of ever since. While I whine of the superiors about the way Donna is quite unprofessional and also a waste of the time, I just got a reply saying”that she is quite green, she doesn’t understand what she is doing”…. I suppose that could warrant all of the inconveniences and the ordeal I had to cope with more than a four weeks time period.

Every time the shipping team suppose to appear, they do not. Additionally, I really don’t hear from anybody following up with the reason of this no display. A week after, they would appear. Having a mindset, and in an intense hurry, in addition to a broken table – each moment.

So to sum up, the admin team is just plain dreadful, the shipping team doesn’t have any feeling of time and date, along with a poor attitude. I am so fed up with this dreadful business, following four weeks I think that it’s reasonable for me to say – DO NOT HIRE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SANITY.

If you want a caring, honest moving company-DO NOT USE PLYCON!!

I wish I’d read these reviews before booking but I reserved mine during Budget Van Lines who brokered this to Plycon. This would be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.I was advised by Budget that it didn’t matter how many bits I’d as it had been predicated on poundage, not bits (I really was paying for somebody who was going outside, from Texas to West Virginia). As it wasn’t my possessions, I advised Budget that I didn’t have a clue just how much was to be loaded. Was guaranteed by Eric P. (Budget) that as long as I remained under 2000#, it had been the identical cost. Plycon chose up-on time-driver was really nice but didn’t talk a lot of English.Showed me where to register with 60PCS composed in the bottom. Never said anything to me about the overage or a excess price. That was May 6th. On May 24,Rosalee w/Plycon phoned me to inform me that the burden had been in CA and wouldn’t be sent till I paid an additional $573.59 due to their overage. Eventually had to invest and pay since they basically held the burden hostage and could begin to control me storage following 30 days! They were incredibly rude, informed me that I essentially had been an idiot when I believed I could put in more bits rather than be expected to cover it. Never would hear my excuse, never once attempted to work out it. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF This Type OF STRESS GETS TO YOU. It has truly examined my sanity! It’s currently May 30 plus it won’t be delivered before June 5-6, 1 month afterwards. Price travelled from $1469.55 to $2043.14 to get a little dresser, cedar chest, two little wind tables and 56 boxes of mainly clothing and mixed household products. I might have rented a truck, moved it in every week, and stored at least 1/2 of the. I’m 63 yo widow and I don’t have this sort of cash. Just shows you not get too old to understand. Simply praying it stems in good condition.

    Plycon Van Lines THEIVES

These men are the WORST experiences I’d had. They STOLE my brothers carousel horse.
They STOLE art. They BROKE numerous items that I cried when they dropped BROKEN, DAMAGED furniture, and they never picked up the telephone after I paid them $200 MORE than I had been quoted.

Complete THIEVES! Drunken, irresponsible, no maintenance for the contents of your house at all.

How anyone can STEAL a kid’s hand painted carousel horse is a disgrace.

Don’t use those men. You will end up yelling as if I did!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This firm has the most worst customer support I have ever struck. Their communication is dreadful. We contacted them to commence a pickup in our warehouse. It took them over a week to really affirm the pick-up which was after I personally had to put them on 5 different occasions. They kept telling me that agreements were made… However, once I talked to our warehouse supervisor… I discovered that wasn’t correct. The people at Plycon that I dealt with weren’t useful… And, maybe not favorable. Frankly, it actually looked as though they could care less if people employed them or not. The merchandise was destroyed in transit… And Plycon denied to accept responsibility… Citing that the harm was a consequence of poor packaging. That’s untrue. The item was professionally crated by a business which has achieved nothing but persist for 40 decades. The item had been inspected and photographed before crating…. Along with the crate was also photographed. Following their we filed all of our instruction, they advised me that it was their phone and they weren’t likely to assist us. Period. This really isn’t the first time which Plycon has ruined our merchandise. We ought to have learned our lesson the first time. When talking with different folks in our sector, we found that Plycon is famous for damaging merchandise rather than accepting responsibility. We informed them that we’d no more be using their firm to transfer products… And that we’d no more allow our customers to utilize Plycon to pick merchandise from our store. Their answer to us was”(we all ) are sorry that you think that way”. No more, nothing less. They never apologized and never even tried to eloquent thing over on any amount. We’ve not experienced worse customer support from *any* business. These individuals are the base of the barrel. We strongly suggest that you decide on a different provider. You will find lots of. And, frankly, Plycon might care less if you have their organization or not. I suppose times are great at Plycon. They could manage to loose customers.

    Moving furniture

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! We had an extremely costly mattress delivered by California to Texas. The mattress came in damaged condition, partly because of Plycon Van Lines. I talked with Michael Pliaconis, among the owners, Concerning the harm. He’s the very dishonorable, filthy, ruthless business person I’ve come into contact with in quite a while. He tried to attribute each of the damages to the organization that offered the mattress to us. Nonetheless, in our email exchange he unwittingly confessed that a number of the harm had been caused during shipment. Once I pointed out his entrance, he stopped communicating with me. I contacted the BBB and registered a complaint. As anticipated, he never responded to the BBB. He did, but call me and advised that he would cover the contractual rate of 60 cents a pound to the harm. He said that he would send the document to”corporate” and counsel them to cut a test. The mattress weighed a few hundred pounds and I am convinced he didn’t rely on that. I never heard from him again and never got a check. Michael Pliaconis is a liar and a dreadful business person and I’d never do business with this company again.

Abusive staff who change delivery windows on a whim

Called to get a shipping window and Mike out of Plycon verified a time slot. Got a telephone call hours after having a very different shipping window with no reason why and we weren’t able to alter it since it was so late in the afternoon. If you can help it, then please do not utilize Plycon as Mike shouted at me for not needing to choose the altered shipping period and repeatedly hung up the telephone.

    Terrible customer service

Always had good customer support from Plycon once I lived in Virginia so when I recently had a bit moved from Florida to Northeast PA I picked Plycon even though they had been the priciest. In attempting to schedule the shipping I found the public to be fine however unreliable. After many false starts I finally got a date with a 4 hour window, however, the evening prior to the delivery they predicted to push the delivery to well after the window once I can not be here. I called to learn why they’re postponed and has been treated so badly by the NY route supervisor John Maynard I’ll avoid using them ever again. Pay more and get treated like dirt? No thanks.
