DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We’ve been waiting nearly two weeks to allow them to provide our items and they will not. For starters, the cost that they gave us for our quotation isn’t what they billed us. They ended charging us far more than what they believed they want, for just a few added products. We understood that it could be a tiny bit more that the quotation but it ended up being over $1000 over that what they initially lent us. One of the excuses was that our ordinary sized 3-seater sofa was too”bulky.” Then, when we asked our items in writing following a particular afternoon, I obtained written confirmation again that they’d be delivered soon after the date, and then they attempted to send our items two weeks until they were supposed to and we didn’t possess the keys to our flat afterward. They tried telling us that we can find a storage device where they’d deliver our items and they’d provide us a $100 charge to get a U-Haul to transfer them afterwards. I informed him that was dumb and we’d paid to be able to send our items from point A to point B and we didn’t need anybody to help us unload everything. As a mom with a seven month old infant, it’s extremely tricky to work in a vacant apartment with no items or even a CRIB. They sent our items to the storage device anyway and informed us they’d have somebody come pick it up the next week and send it in the storage device. We call them nearly each and every day, and they say they’ll call us back as soon as they talk to dispatch (who’s ALWAYS from their workplace ) and don’t. 1 time, they informed us that our things could be sent about Labor Day and later waiting about all day and squandering our vacation weekend, so they STILL did not appear. They have told us that they don’t need to provide our items to 30 business days, and it is absurd in itself, however now it has been far beyond the 30 business days they are allegedly allotted and they still are not in any rush to find a person to provide our items out of the storage device into our flat! Their team could be rude and incompetent, the single individual that has been damn useful stop since she”just could not take it anymore,” and we’ll be taking legal actions if our items aren’t delivered shortly. There is your warning, even if you would like to get ripped off, then use this firm!!
