I had a three bedroom home. I received a quote out there page perfectionmovers.ca, they shipped me a quotation and I made affirmation on telephone. They sales man was nice and comprehension. This men came punctually. They were very wonderful. They packaged the furtinure, and delicate products. I’d a 400lbs glass desk top, which I didnt inform before. I’ve moved THREE days in the previous 2 years following the landord in my rental house needed to sell ahead of my new home has been finished. I ended up right into a temporary flat for many months, and then moved out there to my new home… and I’ve gladly used Perfection Movers every moment. 
They’re on-time, courteous and productive. They took great care of my furniture, boxes and all of my possessions. Together with the last movement they advised me it’d likely occur somewhere between seven – 8 hours to complete the movement, and it took only 6.   They are that great. 
I have moved lots of instances in my adult life earlier this current”experience,” and now I have not ever said”I really like my movers” till Perfection Movers. I have urged them to three buddies, and they have each raved and lent me for the recommendation… AND handed them on to other people. 
Now, I would typically end my review right there, however, I found two testimonials on this website from folks who say that they weren’t happy with their expertise with the firm – stating that the team”tricked them” with extra costs for packaging materials, etc., however given their (three) expertise (s), the staff at Perfection ALWAYS stated upfront that when further packaging materials were necessary, there are another charge – and they showed me that the price per substance beforehand also. Charging for extra packing materials isn’t a custom unique to Perfection Movers. Every national moving firm charges customers for additional substances. Yes, they cost somewhat more to get a roll of tape than you would pay if you purchased in the regional hardware shop, but that is the price that you pay for the convienence… and again, that practice isn’t particular to Perfection.  It is not like they had been re-taping protected boxes or thowing bubble wrap in things which didn’t want it only to charge me more money; the team leader even pulled me aside 1 time to state that they might place a cupboard of mine onto the truck since it had been, but they had been anxious about the cupboard glass. They said they had packaged it as closely as possible and toss a packaging blanket on it (which they do not charge for, from the way) when I chosen, however they believed it’d be safer using some bubble wrap round the glass and a few shrink wrap procuring the doorways; they did not simply go ahead and do this without even asking me, they allow me to pick. Not just that, they used my additional bubble wrap prior to using their very own. In the long run, in spite of the price of these stuff, I paid LESS than they initially quoted me to the transfer since they worked so efficiently. 
I am sure I seem to be a relative of proprietor of the organization or something with how I’m going out of my way to shield them, however, it is only since I actually DID love my movers; fair, quick, secure. They are aptly named; I trust you will have the negative reviews with a grain of salt.

I proceeded with this particular inspector they were acutally great, they showed up on time 15 minutes early and checked out my location, I had a terrible experience I was fearful but those men were professional and they left my day anxiety free, movers who I hired earlier were unprofessional they left my things in my yard and also have alot of hidden charges. I paid them twice that I paid to perfection movers and also this quotation was nearly accurate.
But before movers offered me cheap cost but charged me far more with concealed charges.

They delievered my things on time with no harm. I’d recomend perfection movers to certain they’re great, uniformed and professionals plus they dont charge hidden charges.

I had an excellent encounter with Perfection Movers. They have been on time and considerate. Elvis took the opportunity to describe each of the measures which they’d take to secure my furniture and the team didn’t disappoint. Cost was exactly as mentioned. I’d certainly recommend. I proceeded with perfection and had the most peculiar and most frightening experience of my entire life! When I’d called to schedule the movement talked with a young gentleman that had been so pleasant and helpful, he gave me an hourly estimate and ensured me that the hourly rate would consist of everything! I could not believe it at first because the quotation was much lower compared to other businesses, but I went ahead and advised anyways. When the movers came they came an hour and half early, which left me beginning the move unprepared and flustered. As soon as I requested them to wait or return through our scheduled time that they explained that if they had been to wait then I’d be billed for this moment, and when they were to leave then they would not be coming back! So I was stuck beginning the movement early. Since the transfer lasted the guys were repacking boxes that I already packed and were recapping items which were already tapped and fastened. When I asked again when I was really going to be billed for them performing the packaging the foreman said”Surely not” so I allow them continue.By the time all of my things were at the truck I understood that this was a frequent instance of bait and switch! My bill was nearly triple what I had been anticipated! I refused to cover the invoice and also the foreman threatened to carry all of my possessions unless I paid in full! I could not think what I scam was pulled into! I had no option except to cover the culprits since I wanted and wanted my things! As soon as I tried phoning the office to complain to a manager the individual on the on the telephone said there’s not any manager and I want to cover in full or else I won’t ever see my items again! I was so horrified that I needed to cover, I’m in the process today of having that criminal business and will do anything in my power to shut them down. ! This really is the worst experience I have had in my entire life and can not feel that these low life criminals continue to be in business!!! If you’re moving don’t use this business, they maintain your belongings hostage and cause you to pay a ridiculous sum to receive your possessions! This firm is a complete scam!

I must have read this review prior to mine until I used that business as it’s EXACTLY how my experience went. The young guy, Elves, came around to do a quote. He offered me a price of 623 which appeared very affordable. He explained there could be”No Surpirses” and that everything he offered me was contained.

On Friday afternoon, the men arrived about 30 minute early. I was flustered and caught off guard. They re-taped stuff that was currently taped/secure. They took a very long time putting my couch/bed outside too. It looked as though they have been wasting time and that I beleieve that the foreman needed them move slow on goal.

They eventually arrived in my new flat and the foreman reveals me paperwork which has a cost of $818! I inquired what happened to the 623? They included packing expenses, an additional 1 1/2 hours of work etc and wouldn’t proceed before I paid. I must have compensated by CC then reevaluate the fee, but that I had been dumb and paid money to steer clear of the 3.5% commission.

I phoned Elves to whine but he wished to hear none of it. They even broke a part of my mind and maintained that it had been broken up before, even though my wife watched them split it!

In the long run, I registered a complaint with the BBB and will probably take these men to small claims court. Do your self a favor and either move yourself or employ a more reputable moving company. These men would be con artists.
